Reliance Communications — DEDUCTION OF AVAILABLE BALANCE

Dear sir/madam,
I am one of the costomer of Reliance Communication, I am enjoying a prepaid connection of mobile no - [protected]. Here my complaint is they have charged Rs.50 without any reason.I have visited to their office ( Spencer Plaza, Siliguri, WB -734001, above Vishal Mega Mart ) but they refused to accept my request and send me to any of their distibutor. after contacting with one of the distributor, they told me to go to office because they(R.com) are the service provider. I have call no of times to their Customer care Executive, but every time I found they told me sorry sir I could not take your call because server is currently down.

Such kind of things happen no. of times with me and others. I am going to lodge a complain to Consumer court against them.pls do the needful.

Reliance Communications — Disconnect facility without information

Hi Team,

We have land line connection from Reliance. We pay the bill regularly. But on 28th April, 09 they have disconnected our STD and ISD facility. I aksed them, Is there any problem with our credit limit. They said, the problem is from their side, and they will connect it within 24 hrs. I called them number of times. But after 30 hrs they said that I crossed my credit limit that is the reason they have disconnected it.
As per my bill the credit limit is 3000 and the bill amount is 1800 and the due date is 6th of May. Then also they said that, suddenly they have changed the credit limit upto 1300 without any reason and without any information and with out customer's permission. Now if I will then only they will connect it or else they cannot do anything for the issue.

Without any information and any reason they have disconnected my facility and with out my permissin they have changed my plan also.

Reliance knows only money making they dont bother about customer service.

This is inform to you that i have been submit my march 09 paymet on date 25.03.09 and i also have recipt for the same yet after this my connection dissconnected in apr 2009 starting and i also give feedback to customercare but no response received from there, during disscussion with customercare conclusion is this, that the paymet of march is not paid but i have the recipt so how and why my connection disconnected without inform to me and what is the due paymet when my device is not in working condition from apr 1st wk.

And it is already clear by reliance communication that first two copy of bill will be send at our postal address but no any bill received at my end and no any information obtained.

According to reliance communication my march paymet is due and due to this my connection is dissconected but i have receipt for the same and without solving this problem they told me to paid apr and may 2009 paymet also while my device is dissconected from apr 09 starting .

So when I not use the service then what is the reason for take next month paymet.

I have complained many time for deactivating the my International Roaming, but till now they have not been deactivated still it is active

Also i have called many times for confirming the since from August - 08 but till date no action has been taken.

Whenever I called they says only one world systems are down, slow or up gradation please call after 1/2 n hour, since last 10 months i am following for deactivation but till now my mobile is not been deactivated international roaming.

I was paid approx 2200 for last 10 months, kindly look in to this and help me for the same.

i have just purchased two new reliance gsm sim card but both no. has been rejected by the company. so please can i know the reason why they had rejected my sim card and also want my card to be activated.The no.which are rejected by the company are [protected] and [protected].
