i am new reliance customer and i am fist recharge for RS 61on date 12.11.09 but not active my Scheme 00.01 plaice per min. I am call to customer care for 4 time but no Response. So please active the scheme for today Because i am change my mobail card for other ( airtel, Vodafone, tata, etc)

I am also having same problem on my GSM card...Company automatically activates Cricket Pack & Callertunes and deducts balance from my account.

Our servises has been suspended due to non payment .If our services are suspended, then how are they raising monthly bills ?
They stop making bills for services which are not being provided.
Our main broad connection is through BSNL for which we are paying only Rs 250 p.m.We are using Reliance connection only for backup.
We strongly feel that our line has been wrongly billed OR misused by 3 rd party. We had earlier given complain that our line is interconnected with some 3 rd party.
Please check our previous usage and also trace the IP ADDRESS of the PC using the above connection.

I TOLD THEM THAT THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN USE SO THE QUESTION OF REQUEST TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE DOES NOT ARISE AND IF AT ALL THE REQUEST HAS BEEN PUT FORTH FROM MY SIDE THEN YOU HAVE TO SHOW ME YOUR RECORDS WHICH HAVE ALL THE DETAILS OF ACTIVATION OR DEACTIVATION THROUGH SMS OR CALL STORED IN YOUR SYSTEM. Sir,I am received one SMS on 12.11.2009 from Reliance Customer Care that " Now get FULL TALK TIME at Rs 500! Recharge with 100 Topup and get Rs. 500 Talktime on your Reliance Mobile! Recharge today!" but when i Recharge Rs.100 in my phone i received Rs.88.37 and rest Rs. 11.63 promo cash balance.

i am the user of reliance CDMA Phone from last 5 to 6 year, in the month of first week of October i had change my scheme to simple 99, the scheme was 50p per minutes for local / STD / SMS to all network and sms worth Rs. 99 will be free. In the month of Oct i had received bill (billing period 11.10.2009 to 10.11.2009) they charged Rs. 24 for SMS.When i speak to reliance customer care they told you had made the sms on 17.10.2009 and that the special day on that day whatever sms you made would be charged.
my complaint is they don't inform the same previously by sms or mail. they simple charged.

I have been using a Reliance prepaid no. [protected] since last four years. Now they have activated caller tune without my knowledge. . I complained twice in coustmer care and said to remove the caller tune but still they have not removed it and they are deducing rs. 30/- per month since last four months. please help me to get my rs. 120/- back and deactivate the caller tune.regards

Reliance Communications — deducting currency from Prepaid account for nothing
I am Prabhat kumar having a Reliance GSM connection. Today i received a message from reliance . There i saw a number which is tollfree for their customers. so i called to that number where it was an IVR asking me to "press a number to listen some Mantras" (please note only to listen mantras) .So i pressed the number as it was asked. After pressing the button and before the mantra start it(IVR) said there is no charges to listen to this mantras and it only will charge 30 rupees per month. After finishing this disgusting things i got a message that i have been charged 30 rupees for the subscription though i didn't subscribe any thing not even the IVR said me to subscribe any thing.I spoke to Reliance Customer care and their concern higher authorities to get back my money. They refused and told me that i won't get back my money by any means.
This is not only the matter of my 30 rupees. They may have collected this Rs.30 from others.
