Reliance Communications — Value Addes Charges without intimetion.

I have been using Reliance Mobile Service from last few months, and I have observed that Reliance Communication charging Value Added Service Charges to their Customer without any Intimation or any confirmation from their customer. and their Call Center answer arrogantly when make the inquiry regarding this issue.

Is there any justice for these type of small issues ?

Reliance Communications — unauthorised subscription.

Sir,

I have a pre-paid connection reliance communication mobile number [protected] w.e.f. 9.11.09. On the night of 23.11.09 I have balance of Rs. 80.61. but I was surprised one the morning of 24.11.09 that my balance is Rs. 50.61 without any use in the period in between. When I asked the authorities they told me that you have been subscribed to MERE WALA GANA. But I was not been subscribed. Although I asked them to unsubscribed this facility and return my Rs. 30/-. But they refuse to refund the above amount of Rs. 30/-.

Sir, how can they provide my service without my consent? It is re quested that company may kindly be asked to refund my Rs. 30/-. Thanking you sir.

I agree that Reliance is cheating the customer and activating any services without permission and deducting the balance. I got a message on 23/11/2009 that "health Pack" is activated and Rs 30 got deducted from balance. When i called the customer care, they did not give any information and said that it can not be refunded. They even said that " CUSTOMER HAS MADE A MISTAKE" without having any information with them. I also asked to talk to the Floor Supervisor. He was another dumb who did not know how to talk with the customer. They mentally harassed me for around 2 hours but could not take my complain. When i asked to file a complain against the Supervisor he said" You go to anyone and complain. I do not care" So this is how they treat customer. I want to file a case in Consumer Forum. Please guide.

Reliance - Big Cinemas, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon — Overcharging of movie ticket

The Big Cinemas located at Palam Vihar in Gurgaon is overcharging from their consumers.
I went to see a movie there in their morning slot of 10:20 a.m. Now they quote there ticket prices as Rs. 60 for silver category everywhere, even on their website. However I had to buy the ticket of Rs. 100 from there counter that is Rs. 60 for ticket + Rs. 40 for some food package(Pepsi+ small popcorn).
When I told them that I dont want the food package they said it is mandatory and they wont issue a ticket until I buy that food coupon along with it.

So I request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action strictly and immediately.
