As I have been the customer of Reliance Communication since last one and half month and I have already cleared my bill payment before I received my copy of bill.

Earlier back there was a call from customer care for address varification and all such query related this connection.Even they have given the commitment also tht Reliance will provide the Copy of Bill at home for 2 months with complete calls detail also send the bill by email as on given email id bt yet i have not received any one frm this both commitment.

I have talked to customer care for the same bt no result has come out.so Kindly stay with ur commitment and try to do customer satisfaction.

Reliance Communications — Regarding issuing of of same number

Sir,
I have lost my mobile and sim card on 25th march,2010. the complain registered in police station on 26th march,2010 after that i submitted the copy of police received copy with my document as per requirement on 29th march,2010. but the problem is till date the no. is not activated.
since 5 days i'm waiting for the issue to be solve but its not happening. please provide me some input i'll be thankful of yours.

Pls tell me what is number how to get caller tune code on mobile.

Reliance Communications — STV not implemented

I have Reliance no. in which i monthly get a STV done of Rs. 999 which includes Reliance to Reliance free all over India and additional 100 Rs. which is valid for 15 days and the free calling facility is valid for 30 days.

On April 2nd 2010 i at around 7:30 p.m. got the same thing done for which i received a message that my recharge was done. Again by using *226 facility i confirmed the same thing as the msg mentioned that STV valid till May 2nd 2010. Then i used the phone to talk to my parents on the same day till the next day i called them intermittently who are living out of state. On 3rd April i was talking to someone on Reliance no. suddenly my call got disconnected then when i again tried to call there was a msg that i had insufficient balance. I thus called the Call Center where some executive told me that minimum main balance should be more than 1 Rs hence i recharged my acct with 50 Rs. which has a recharge amount of 43.33. Again after making call to my parents on a reliance no. my acct balance was 34.52 at that point i reliazed that my STV facility has not been implemented so i lodged a complaint on 04/04/2010 at 1:00 a.m. after which i recieved a complaint no.[protected] in which it was stated that action will be taken within 2 days.

On 05/04/2010 i got a msg regarding this stating "Dear Reliance customer As per SR[protected] the benefit was already posted in your account Reliance". After which i again used *226 which showed validity till May 2nd therefore i again lodged complaint asking my validity to be increased till the date the complaint was not solved that is May 5th as i was unable to reap any benefit of the STV so they gave me a complaint no.[protected]. After that call my calls were barred from being connected to Reliance Customer Care so i used my husband's cell to make a call. Again on April 06, 2010 i got a msg from Reliance that "Dear Reliance customer As per SR[protected] the benefit was already posted in your account Reliance" but till now i am not able to make free calls to Reliance phones and my validity is still maintaining on May 2nd,2010.

Please help me in this regard as i am furstated because of this and want to take further action against RCOM as i am being Misinformed that my account is having the facility and if i make phone calls to reliance network mobiles my money is being deducted. I want my validity to be increased to the date when i will be able to use this facility and i want my 150 Rs. of recharge back or the same amount being credited to my reliance no.

I have take a new prepaid connection of Reliance Mobile. Till yesterday it was services without any fault. But now today i have found that my incoming and outgoing facility is cut by the head office. i also call to Reliance costomer care,but they advise me to consult to the service center.The phone number is[protected]

Reliance Communications — non availability of DND

I have been trying to register the DND service, presently i m a customer of Reliance GSM service([protected]). when ever i try to call 1909 or send sms each time either the network is busy or message cant be delivered.but other service provider are quick in this regard. this service provided harashing a lot.....

Please help me and register with DND.

Reliance Communications — Caller tunes and Mobile Radio activation without my consent

I had a caller tune for which I had tried n of times to deactivate, but after few days it is again activated and Rs.30 charged for the same. I called up the customer care of Reliance Communication on 18th Mar 2010, and deactivated the same, but after few days it again got activated along with Mobile Radio.Rs 30 charged for each. Today I again called the customer care and the executive says they have got activated by mistake. My complain ( no.[protected] is taken and the refund of the charge will be done and it will take 45 days for the same to be deactivated.
I want to know is this company's policy to activate such things on the mobile and keep charging the customer?

Every 3-4 days I get sms from the company saying this is actived-that is activated!
