dear sir,
my RELIANCE LANDLINE no [protected] ls not working networking and battery since last 115 days . i already done complaint in exchange but they are not responding.this is 2nd complaint to you.
than 1st complaint one call from reliance office than he say's we are slow your problem in two 2 days.
but nobody come to office and find problem.
after 3 days, service man come to and say that if you are given me 500 hundred reupess than i will change your phone.than service man call to officer from jaipur he said that the phone will not change.jaipur officer name is ajay mobile no.[protected] he is not intersted in change my phone.than i said to pali reliance officer if you are not change phone than i m not pay this month's payment, than officer said i will disconnect your phone.
plz, sir do somethink, i m in very deep problem .officer (ajay: [protected]) say that
you are disconnect the phone and leave me .he is say to me that next day will come, than next day say sorry, 100 % next day .i am hearing last 1 week, the phone is not ready.i am to ajay that i will complaints in trai, than he say why not?
plz sir my business is dipped in this phone. so plz sir take action ...

SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS WE RELIANCE GSM USERS OF CHHATTISGARH ARE ABSOLUTELY FED UP DUE TO ACCUTE CONNECTIVITY AND CALL DROP PROBLEM. NETWORK GOES OFF VERY FREQUENTLY . MAY HAVE TO SWITCH OVER TO OTHER GSM SERVICE PROVIDER.

Reliance Communications — IN RESPECT OF UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT

I am a reliance mobile user having mobile no. [protected].I am using the sms pack of the company every month which is auto renewal.In the previous month dated[protected], which was the auto renewal date of my monthly msg card, due to insufficient balance in my prepaid account has not been renewelled.Then i called to customer care and told the matter and also asked that should i recharge my prepaid account only from main balance or from the msg card also?Then he told me that auto renewal of your msg card is not possible now.So you will have to recharge your msg card also from the retailer with your main balance if you again want to activate your msg card.Then i recharged my main balance as well as my msg card from the retailer.Then on the very next day i. e. on[protected] a sum of Rs. 11.00 has been deducted from my main balance for sms pack.Then i again called to customer care and said that i had recharged my msg card yesterday as per your recommendation.Then how can the company deduct any amount from my main balance for msg pack which is already activated in my account?Then he didn't give me any positive response.Then i talked to a senior customer care executive and told the problem and asked about the refund of Rs. 11/-. Then he generated a complain on[protected] but i didn't get any response from the company till now.I talked to him again on[protected] then again he generated a complain on that day but i didn't get any response till today i. e.[protected].So i want an action against company because its very frustrating and not the first time but took place earlier also.

I have paid bills for GSM no [protected] despite very very bad service.Still they are sending me bills and calling again and again for the same.I had to apply for disonnection and they are creating problem in that too. This is secon bad experience from reliance 1st in punjab now in himachal so i recommend never ever go for reliance.

Reliance Communications (ADAG) — Services Not Provided and yet Charged

hi,

I purchsed reliance netconnect datacard from reliance shop (with the number [protected]) but from the day 1 i am unable to access the internet through broadband +.

For billing period from 24th June to 13th of july i have been charged for the same services amounting to Rs 377/- .

One person from reliance visited my place in third week of july and he himself saw the problem and said that someone from the network team needs to visit the place and solve the problem. But till date nobody has visited my place.

Despite repeated calling to the customer care my bill has yet not waived and they are unsure of when the services will be provided to me.

Now they want me to opt for the slower internet speed and pay higher charges of Rs 550/- and less usage of just 1GB and whereas i had opted for existing night plan of Rs 499/- with speed upto 3.1 mbps
and 10 GB usage.

I have said that i am not interested in their alternative plan and want them to take their product back but they are neither waiving my bill nor they are interested in taking back the product because that is against their company's policy. Further they want me to either pay for the plan every month or else go for the safe custody for which i need to pay Rs 100 per month.
Now i do not know whom to approach for my grievances

Dear Sir,
Thru this application I would like to express my utter dis-satisfaction / dis-appointment from the services provided from Reliance Communications..
This is all in regards to my Reliance Broadband Internet Service ( also has a Reliance Fixed Wired Telephone Connection mapped to it )

With regards to the above services that I have been taking from REL, I had requested de-activation of my services with effect from 27th July'10 ( date of request raised on REL Customer Service 27th July'10 )

Till Date nobody from the Company's Billing or De-Activation Department have contacted me ever..
I have tried approaching their Customer Service again myself, to get the services de-activated, whatever it takes..

I would like to express deepest dis-satisfaction from a corporate of REL stature, wherein to get an A/C activated, it hardly takes a call and the services are activated with no time wastage ( wherein Company starts generating revenue ), whereas, for de-activation Services, wherein they end up loosing potential Customer Base / Revenue, nobody cares to contact Customers ever..

And at the end Customers are asked to pay, based on "Pro-Rated Billing Process" per the Organisation's De-Activation Process..

Incase, a statistical data is computed with, such Organization's would end up generating "Crore's of In-Direct Revenue" keeping Customers in fool..

I would like your esteemed Organization to take appropriate action against such practices being followed..

some body unkown beholder of mobile number [protected] is embarrassing me far last one week..... he often calls and uses abuses always....we are fed up with this....nothing seems to be working...please do help or atleast tell the name and information of the beholder of this reliance number....plz do something as soon as possible...

Reliance Communications — Automatic deducting amount from credit card

To whom so ever it concern,

This is regarding recharging BIGTV through RELIANCE customer care:

I called [protected] to recharge my BIGTV-RELIANCE.I used my credit card for this but when i called the customer care which is automatic procedure to recharge though credit card, in between the system has asked for the four digit secure code of my credit card which i didnt have it so i did not enter any amount because i dont have secure code and so i disconnected the call thought will call back once i get the secure code form standard chartered bank.But immidiately i got a SMS from standard chartered bank stating that 100Rs has been approved where i did not enter any amount at all.So called statdard chartered bank they said you need to call RELIANCE so i called them they are saying that nothing has been reflecting their accounts. This is very bad without customer knowledge deducting the amount from the credit card and the same amount is not getting reflecting in their accounts.How come when call has been disconeected without enetering amount how will they automatically deduct amount from the customer account.

I Hasan Alim Jan, is a user of broadnet wireless internet services with assigned User ID#[protected]. Further, I would like to infirm you that I have requested for transfer of my internet connection to a new address. A service request no.[protected] has been assigned to me by customer support representative.

It’s been more than 10 days but nobody even bothered to call and ask for the request. In these circumstances it’s become difficult to pay my bill for this period.
