Reliance Netconnect Bb+ Data Card — Poor Service
I bought reliance net connect bb+ ZTE make device on june-2009 and facing lots of lots of service/network related problem since that time and Now i planned to make STOP PAYMENT of my outstanding as now they also started new policy that customer cant migrate plan within billing cycle. I was amazed after knowing this as im postpaid customer and they start implementing prepaid service policies and they even not informed me about this change... inspite of this when i gave them plan change req. on last day of my billing cycle than the c.c.e simply accepted it they dont even conveyed me that plan change req. will be entertained before 72hrs of bill cycle change date. my billing cycle is 9th-8th and on 8th July-2010 i forwarded the request and on next day i came to know through SMS from RCOM that my plan change will be affected from august 9th not july-9th.Now this is ridiculous whats the need of giving plan change req. before 30days? everybody can understand this easily and after emailing and calling c.care they simply said we are sorry for inconvenience caused to you and we will take action against that c.c.e but cant change your plan. Im currently on 299 pay as you go plan coz from some time im not using my data card services i just paYING the bill in this plan 1/mb will be charged according to usage.

Reliance Communications — wrong caller tune
hi! it's hassan my number is [protected], i download a caller tune of movie milege milege, by code MLG4 , which was showing on net and tv screen, when i send this cone on 11july, i got diffrent tune, wwhen i callded to customer care they register my complain as number#[protected], every day i am caller to customer care, but no one responcing my call, and make my call call on hold for 15, 30 60 or 60++minutes , at last disconnect the call, they also deduct all applecable charges, then now they delete my calltune without my permission, i just request them i want my caller tune wiich i want to download(TU CHAIN HAI, MOVIE MILEGE MILEGE)if they con't provide this tune or it's wrong code why they deduct my account balance,
just refund my balance or give me that tune, that all

I got an offer from a reliance store, juneja tower, 2nd floor, A-32 district center, janakpuri.I person came to my place- green park delhi.
all 3 connection given to me were said as CUG UNDER ROAMING. Now after taking 1500, they are saying as it is not possible to keep in roaming CUG.
What to do now..............
I have been using the Relinace No since last 5 years ... across different states- Orissa, AP, Karnataka but after coming to Maharashtra... i suffered a big blow.. where they activate my ringtone of their own and deuct the amount... During the time of emergency... when I try to call someone... it shows negative balance .. so whats the use of such service provider which ditch you at the time when u need the most.

Reliance Communications — Payment not updated in system showing dues
I've made the payment for my postpaid connection of Reliance Communication before 1 month but still they have not updated my payment in system and have barred my out-going services. I've provided them all the related proof of the payment like Bank Statement but still the issue remains as it is.This is one of the worst service I ever got. I'll suggest every one not to use the services of Reliance Communication in life.
i have a reliance cdma phone now i want to convert my cdma into gsm with same number it is possible or not?
This is 100% TRUE... Reliance communication provides the worst service to it's customers as compare to other service providers in the industry.
Same in d case wit their broadband service... im also havn reliance broadband... they do so many upgradation that one every 2nd day their network is down for upgradation and they simply send sms sorry for inconvienience and bla bla bla. kabhi slow speed to kabhi login page he open nae hota to kabhi limited or no connctivity... and the customer care ppl repeat the same process of "ipconfig" to frwd. the complaint...

I am operating this number from almost 1 yr.
Currently I am shifted to Punjab. For the same reason I visited their store & requested for postpaid to prepaid migration on 02-Jun-2010
At the time of request Mr.Simant Gupta_[protected] (Reliance Employee) has prepared below mentioned amount for migration:
Rs.473.13 billed & unbilled amount
+ Rs.194.16 rent & taxes of 19 days
Rs. 667.29
- Rs.250.00 security amount
Rs.417.29
- Rs.100.00 waiver
Rs. 317.29 Total Payable Amount
Rs.320.00 has been paid (receipt no 8512204, dated 02-jun-2010)
But till date the connection is not migrated to pre from post
They are producing outstanding against the number
I have call details for the month of 14-May-2010 to 13-Jun-2010 which clearly shows that no calls are initiated after settlement date (02-Jun-2010)
Additional to that they are harassing me by making collection calls
I have forwarded mails to their service assurance cell, nodal officer & appellate officer but not received any resolution

Reliance Communications — Wrong Billing and Repeated Harrassment
My name is Dinesh Kumar. I have taken a Reliance Broad band connection and used it for more than a year. The account no is [protected]. On January 24th 2010 I have raised a request to cancel the connection. I have the request number also with me. They also sent me a confirmation through sms that the request is processed. Their executive came to my house on January 25th and collected a cheque for Rs 2200 as current due. I shifted my house and I have also disconencted the internet antenna from my PC. One week later reliance executives asked me if I want to transfer the connection to any of my relatives. I said I dont have any relatives and I dont want to transfer.Now I am really surprised that Reliance says that my account is active and I have used the connection. They are saying I have to pay Rs. 2193 for using services in Feb and March. I was shocked when they said that the request number I provided does not exist. How can such a big company use such unethical business pratices. I have the request number, date, time and I also have the call logs of calling reliance customer care and their confirmation sms are also logged. But they are denying no such request exists. Morover I have shifted from that place from Jan 27th 2010 and I am no sure how my account shows usage.
I followed uo with customer care and several times but no one provided a solution. I was more shocked recently when they have a sent a demand notive through email saying that they will take legal action. This is a real harassment and I am feelign restless because if this. Looks like someone in the company has kep my account active to transfer it or has to forgotten to process my cancellation and now trying to penalise me for no fault of mine.
As I mentioned I have all necessary evidence from my side to prove that I have a raised a cancellation request and also can prove that I have not accessed the account from Jan 25th onwards. I can show them to reliance officials. I request some senior official from Reliance to intervene and close this issue and releive me out of this.
Reliance Communications — without permission crbt has activated and deduct rs 20 or 30 from my prepaid account every month
i have reliance lg set its a cdma set. last one year i not use this phone .now after my lost another phone i use this.and in evry month when i recharge i received a message that crbt has activated for 30 days or 20 days and account has been deducted rs 30 or 20 .and this is done without my permission.sohini
Reliance Communications — non-resolution of my complaint since last two months
My reliance number [protected] has not been working in the office where I am working. I own this number since more than 5 years and it had been working in the office. Since last two months I do not get any signal in my office. In spite of my repeated complaints to reliance, it has not been rectified.My another reliance gsm number [protected] has also stopped working in the office since last two days.
Request to please look into it as I am really suffering and my business is getting affected as our customers cannot get through to me.

same day you have deducted 150 rs from my account ?????? how can you without my permission.
(2) i have downloaded one application worth 64 kb and you again deducted 120 rs from my prepaid balance
next day you have charged 110 rs for what purpose i don't know ?????
(3) Your service is so poor that from last 15 hours no one is picking phone in your customer care number [protected]
(4) That means you are a third class organisation which have motto to unnecessary harassing your customer I have lodge complaint to jaago grahak jaago please send me my details of that above charged amount as well as in written.so that i can give it to concerned authority.
