Reliance Communications — Uncalled subscription and Deduction of Value Added Services

My phone[protected], the reliance is simply introducing subscription for Value added services like (Foot ball pack, Gossip filmy masala pack and start deducting monthly amount. They automatically renew it monthly.

Even calling customer center *369, they will admit that they themselves have activated it, and will request 3 days for refund / inactivation. Which never happens, Also, now call to the customer center is additionally charged.

Will reliance stop this tactics. Why do they want to fool customers?

Reliance Communications — Service not started

I purchased a Reliance Netconnect 1X from one of the sales person satnding out side my company. Now its 1 week that i have given all documents & money to them still they didn't started my service.
Every time i call them, they repeat the same answer that i need to wait uptill 8:00 PM. But nothing happens. After 4-5 days that person started avoiding picking my call. I tried the costumer care too, but not of any use.
Its a pathetic service that these people are giving

CRBT Service invoked without my consent

Hi,

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

Dear Reliance,

I have taken a GSM SIM having no. [protected], on dated 23/07/10 but till date i have not recvd the GPRS settings. I have talked with the dealer several times but of no avail, latter i called the customer care and they assured me that within 72 hrs I will receive the GPRS settings my complain no. is[protected]dated 26/07/10).
But still till date I havent recvd the settings, I tried several time to all the sources but only got harassed.

On 24th July, I had done a online recharge of Rs 100 from icici bank net banking towards my reliance cdma prepaid mobile number: [protected]. I have still not got the balance credited. Would request you to help me out with the discrepency.

Even I am also facing the same problem. Pls take a legal action on Reliance Communication.

Reliance Communications — Wrong deduction of Reliance prepaid balance by automatically activating caller tunes

Hi ,

I have reliance pre paid mobile connection no [protected] and on my mobile unwanted caller tune is activated and thirty ruppees charges have been deducted from my mobile blance in last two months.

For this i have register the complaint(no[protected]) in reliance.But i do not found any refund for this.

Reliance Communications — Wrong charges and Rude

I hate Reliance GSM.. First of all the network is very bad. They charged me Rs 30 for the Caller Tunes Service which i had not requested for and also additional 10 Rs for the song which i did not select. When I called the customer care they tell me that i should inform in 24 hrs. Without any reason they charged me and when I call the customer care. They talk rudely and tell that they cannot do anything. I dont know whats wrong with these companies. Bigger the name bigger the looting strategy.

my RELIANCE LANDLINE no [protected] ls not working networking and battery since last 115 days . i already done complaint in exchange but they are not responding.this is 2nd complaint to you.
than 1st complaint one call from reliance office than he say's we are slow your problem in two 2 days.
but nobody come to office and find problem.
after 3 days, service man come to and say that if you are given me 500 hundred reupess than i will change your phone.than service man call to officer from jaipur he said that the phone will not change.jaipur officer name is ajay mobile no.[protected] he is intersted in change my phone.than i said to pali reliance officer if you are not change phone than i m not pay this month's payment , than officer said i will disconnect your phone.
