Reliance Communications — deduction of rupees from the main balance unnecessarily.

Reliance Executive,
I had 25 MB GPRS DATA in my account valid till 26 september 2013 as you can check on your system. Inspite of this internet charges have been deducted on 24 th september 2013. For the proof I have attached a copy of the message which I got when on my cellphone after I messaged "BILL" on 55333 which shows and proves that Rs. 7.40 have been deducted unnecessarily . And there are many times the balance gets deducted and the customer care helper either keep the call on wait or they say that there is some technical issue and ask me to call later. I was trying to call on *333 for help past four days but as i press the option to talk to customer care, the call was never transferred to the customer support executives neither on 198. Kindly see to it
