Activation of unwanted services and deduction of prepaid account...

Automatic balance deduction and VAS charges

I have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 60 And Rs. 3 . Payment of bill even though device has been terminated

I have been using Reliance NetConnect for 2 years. I wished to stopped it and called Customer Service many times to stop the usage.Finally after after paying around 1800 rs I was told I need to enter a termination request so that I stopped getting bills.After 2 months again I got a call that a complaint has been logged against me for non payment of bills. Suddenly balance will reduce without making any calls or sms. Reliance net connect offered me a corporate plan after me being their post paid customer for a 1 year ,I was told by the sales guy of reliance that I will get a corporate plan where I will get unlimited usage,however after activating this plan now they have given me an excuse that it would be only free till 2 GB,this is something very frustrating and the company should look into such issues....

I bought reliance net connect dongle with advance rental for 3 months. Payment for the 3 months and the dongle was paid in advance. Unfair main balance and 3G balance deduction
