Hi,
No SMS, No Mail or any mode of comunication recieved from you in repsect of my repeated complaint sent to you. In response of my complaints I found again Rs. 10/- looted from my prepaid balance ([protected]) and just a sms receved from you, re-producing for your ready reference:
Amount Charged for VAS MyCRBT Dummy Rs. 10.00. Current Main Balance : Rs.3.21. (Sender RM-Reliance 22/09/2013 05:39:10 PM)
Can you please attend my complaints and credit the entire amount charged from my prepaid account balance against the services I never requested or gave my consents for this.

I have not yet received any response from you about my complain dated 12.09.2013 even I am unable to contact you on your No. 198. Unfortunately, we have received another mail informing deduction of Rs. 30/- from my pre-paid balance:
"Amount Charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid S Rs. : 30.00. Current Main Balance : Rs. 15.35." (Sender RM-Reliance 16/09/2013 12:36:11 PM)
I just repeat that I have not sent any request for your any services. Please stop charging amount from my pre-paid Account and what has already deducted must be credited immediately.
