i am getting high ping around 700-900 and very low speed around 30-50 kbps while my plan is of thunder 699t of 2mbps. even after doing complaints no one from reliance has ever visited to check it customer care says that the technician will visit and check it but no one comes and i am continuously facing the problem.also while booking online complaint using ping and trace their server always shows error. my id is[protected].

same problem again after 1 hour of solving complaint i am getting high ping and slow speed issue again it happens every time after half an hour of solving the complaint again the same high ping and slow speed issue comes back. no permanent solution has been provided to me for this problem from the date i have started using reliance broadnet... the connection is so slow that it takes 5-10 minutes to open reliance login page and 15 -20 minutes to complete reliance speedtest...

    Dear concern

    My name is Ajit kumar from Uttam Nagar.. New Delhi. I have got your no [protected] activated on 21st Septm. I got 100 rups talk time with 500 mb data as told by the vendor. All this balance and data got finished on 23rd without using even 10% of what was offered.

    Though it was the worst i had experienced still I did not care that much and today morning i got the recharged of 247 on my this no (1 gb data with Rs 150 talk time ). Now what i am getting is totly crap. I am getting 0 balance,0 data.

    even unable to speak with your customer care people ( IVR says i am not authorised to speak to him ). Great

    Please do not make my this step (opting your service) first and last to join ur service,

    I am waiting for the reply .

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was using Reliance data card around 1 year and I lost my data card. I called and informed customer care to suspend the connection and I just left it but they did not stopped generating bill. I suppose to pay only one month bill 750RS but they are asking me to pay the amount of RS1842 including late payment charges. Now they sent me a Litigation case to my mail id. I also had a call regarding same, I told I am ready to pay 750+tax but they did not agree. Do I need to go for the customer court to meet the case 408991/13/2013

      Pleased help me on this. Thanks in advance.

      I had subscribed for reliance netconnect Rs 999 monthly plan around Feb 2015 with Relationship No :[protected] and Mobile No : [protected]. And on 12th June 2015 I had asked to deactivate/unsubscribe from the service as I was going out of station for more than 3 months. I got a reply from customer care saying the accound will be deactivated within 7 days and the payment due was Rs 2/- .I had made all payments till then and at the time of deactivation only Rs 2 was due. But the RELIANCE people never terminated the connection and after a month or so they send a mail to pay Rs 1150/-
      I reported the issue more than 50 times to customer care, but all they asked was termination number and never bothered to process the request and above that their executives used to call more than 5 times a day and ask to pay bill. I explained them the problem, but never got any help.!!!
      Now the RELIANCE has filed a Pre Litigation Case and threatening me to pay the amount. This is a fraud plan by RELIANCE and many customers have faced the same problem. I request customers not to buy any connections from RELIANCE especially post paid and dont fall for this trap.

        I have net connection from Reliance Web World- Broad band Service and paid subscription amt of Rs 2300/- for 4 months for unlimited plan on[protected].My MDN No. is [protected]. Recently I found that my service is suspended wef[protected] till date.On contacting call center i was informed some charges are to be remitted by me ie 180/-. When i went to the outlet at Kochi, Sahodaran Ayyappan rd. I wanted to know how my connection can be restored.The manager was rude in behavior and told restoration will take time and the suspended period will not be restored back on making payment . This was extremely rude and shocking behaviour from the Manager. On contacting ,Call centre is unable to help provide details for further rederessal of my grievance. Pl.let me know whom shall i contact.

          I am using Reliance Net connect + data card. My number is [protected]. For the past 2 months I am experiencing the Worst Speed. It takes 10 minutes to load a page. I am recharging it with 800 ruppees monthly under free 5 GB plan. A minute after connecting, it stops either the there will be 0 speed or it will get disconnected. I am very much disappointed. I'd registered 2 to 3 times in the reliance cutomer care. But still no use.

            I have recharged my cell with Reliance smart sim card [protected] with Rs110/- on 21st Sept 2013 and used the same for calling around 20-30mins. My SIM is charged with power plus in which STD call charges should eb 40paise per min so total deduction should eb Rs 12.00 maximum instead of that on 22nd morning when i checked my balance i found it is only 04 paisa . I tried customer care number 198 several times since last three days bi=ut everytime it is showing network busy. Kindly do teh needful to refund back my money in my account

            Reliance Telecom — unauthorized deduction of money

            i had loaded , love tips+ shayri combo pack in my mobile but when i tried to
            remove that service by sending a sms (unsub 2095) to 155223 , it wasn't removed
            i get fed up with this service. after every 10 days company deduct 10 rs from my mobile please help me.

            Reliance Telecom — Unnecessary removing my money

            I have taken a connection of relience with my mobile no [protected]. From last 3 days they remove all my money when ever i recharge my mobile. I talked with custemer care after a 30 minute wait on mobile they told me the reason of my net use. But during thse 3 days i only use 10-16 minute of net.
            I want all the detail of my money cut. In this perticular period grand ma of my wife died and she was out of station and i am unable to call her as i have 0.008 rs balance.
            I am very much upset by the relience phone. I want compensation of 10,000,000 in compensation. please note my request and tell me what should i do so that this type o[censored]nwanted loss of money from me and others should be checked by mobile operator.
            I m serious about the amount so that i can check this operator for not removing money from any one.

            Reliance — UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION

            I m kapil mob on:[protected].Inspite of having free message scheme and deduction of 19 rs balance for message pack by reliance, they charged 1 rs/sms from my number which resulted in deduction of 20 rs. When called to customer care they did not replied properly and told that only 1p/sms is deducted and told me to check again.When again checked, it resulted in deduction of more 5 rs at rate of 1rs/sms. They told me to contact 198. Which is the number for complaint.But my call never reached there and reliance cut in between the call at 19 inspite of many complaints previous.That means they are harassing the customers by deducting their money without adequate reason,nor giving chance to complaint on 198.More over they also did not respond to previous complaint of slow net connection in an are where tower signal is full which resulted in wastage of 99/-rs per month charges for reliance gprs.Reliance is not providing adequate service instead it tries to harrass the customers by not providing worth of their money and falsely deducting money and i don't think any solution to this as they are never responding mobile carriers.

            I'm using the Pre-paid Reliance CDMA number [protected] in Hyderabad(AP). previously i activated rs39 sms pack after that i activated rs19 sms pack but reliance i not deactivating the rs39 sms pack. nine times reliance deducted balance from my account for the rs39 sms pack and all nine times i complaint to customer care also ,they assured me all time that they are deactivating the rs39 sms pack but after 8-10 days they again deduct balance... so many times i complaint regarding this problem i also deactivated this service manually by sms but the problem is still same... when i complain to customer care they ask me to resolve the problem in next 2 days it means next 2 days i m not able to call anywhere because of less amount in my account.. i have to wait for 2 days for my balance which reliance deducted from my account.. i m really frustrated with reliance services. they r doing bad i don't know why they r not deactivating this service from my cell ....

            My mobile was lost recently and i blocked my number. i purchased a simple CDMA Micromax mobile and got the sim activated again but the next day Rs 30 was deducted from my balance and when i enquired with the customer care executive i was informed that i have activated some games and for that deduction is made which i never did. i have mailed my complaint but i did not get my money back and as well as any reply from the customer care. Earlier also twice the company has made this type o[censored]nauthorised deduction and i got my money back after filing complaint with consumer forums.
            pls arrange to get my money back.

            I got a new CDMA sim and the same is activated. Recently i bought a new phone with basic features and i got a message on 19.05.13 that i have downloaded game in my mobile and i was charged Rs 30 for that which i never did.

                No discussion had made with your service associate. I have given written complaint on 12.09.2013 and every two three days I followed up but my grievances not addressed by RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS, Finally I switched over to outer service operator after a long association with Reliance and now I am happy... Now, no disturbance, no useless VAS activation, no deduction from my prepaid account. Thanks TRAI to provide Mobile Number Portability.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 60 And Rs. 3 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue.I have recharge pack of Rs 599 which is for 4000min R to R
                  but due to continuous deduction i am not being able to use.Also i recharged Rs 60 which after 2 hrs show i have 0
                  balance.Trying to address call center but no avail.Nobody is helping in this regard.I fail to understand where and whom to report. i have already incurred huge loss due to this.

                    I have been using Reliance NetConnect for 2 years. I wished to stopped it and called Customer Service many times to stop the usage.Finally after after paying around 1800 rs I was told I need to enter a termination request so that I stopped getting bills.After 2 months again I got a call that a complaint has been logged against me for non payment of bills. So I was forced to pay bill of 907 rs again. My termination ID is[protected]. Is there any way how I can get my money back. No help from customer end.

                      Dear Sir, I am having a Reliance 3G connection no. [protected] since 02 Jan 13. I am not getting 3G network since my last recharge i.e 26 Aug 13. Every time when I lodge a complaint, after a few days I used to get a SMS that “your service request has been processed”, and nothing happens to the problem. With each complaint I am getting assurance and a new date by then my problem will be solved. 2. I would also like to inform you about the attitude of Reliance customer care executives. They used to behave very rudely and used to give wrong informations. I have made all efforts to convey my problem to Reliance Communication, but no one has done anything and my problem still persists and there is no chance of getting my problem solved since no one is taking my problem seriously. Being a common man I do not have any other option. 3. I have recharged my number on 26 Aug and it will lapse on 25 Sep 13 and I think I can only run around Reliance offices.                         I've called several times in Reliance regarding deduction of my balance but not getting positive response. They've blocked my number to customer care. I'm not able to contact customer care, however, I've posted several comments and complains on reliance several times but initially they deleted them. Then I started posted it on every page, thought, nothing happened.                           Dear Madam/Sir I bought a Reliance Netconnect + data card around Feb 2013. My father is a state govt. employee in HPGCL Panipat. The MDN Number is [protected], SDCA is Haryana & Service Plan is Postpaid_HSD as printed on the box of the data card. The officer who sold us the plan was Mr Ravi Dahiya. We were told that the plan consisted o[censored]nlimited usage along with some discount in rent for State Govt. Employees. The monthly rent was told to be around Rs 650 per month. Then we were asked to pay Rs 2500 approx. which together consist of Data Card price along with 3 month rent in advance. After the month of April, we missed the dead-line to pay the rent for May in lieu of which our connection was terminated. The connection was out from May, June & till half of July. Then we met a Franchisee agent Saurav Gupta from Panipat. He told us to pay Rs 2100 which included no furthur bill for next 3 months along with plan revival. The payment was made around 20th July which means we are not supposed to pay any rent till 20th October. However, the company has sent us several messages regarding bill payment of Rs 339.55 again. They have contacted us regarding the payment & we are not paying that since it is going over the head now. We have got the messages in our phone. Our connection has already been terminated before 20th October as well.

                            In early morning at 1.16 am. I have revived 2 massages from reliance about amount charged. the 1st massage is

                            Amount Charged for VAS CRBTSubscrip 1 Rs:1.00.
                            Current Main Balance : Rs:23.31

                            The second is
                            Amount Charged for VAS MyCRBTDummy Rs:10.00.
                            Current Main Balance : Rs:13.31

                            The third and is
                            Amount Charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid S Rs:11.00.
                            Current Main Balance : Rs:1.51

                            As your information I never try to activate any reliance VAS . Reliance activate directly activate VAS on my number and charged me.
                            this happen second time with me.
                            when I talk with customer care executive ,he promise me for refund to my money.but reliance only refund Rs .1 only
                            I request to you reliance ,please stop the making fool to peoples.
                            I want a return my money which reliance charged me.

                              Dear Sir/Maam, I have taken a new reliance broadband connection on[protected]. When the executive came to collect the amount and necessary documents, he told me to pay 3 months bill in one go to avoid installation charges so i did as he told and paid amt of rupees 1851 for 3 months .and now i got the bill and they have applied installation charges of 900 rs. I have tried to contact the customer care as well as the concerned person but they does not seem to be helping .                                 My reliance prepaid GSM mobile no is [protected]. Without any permission they are activated VAS service. ( it deducts 5or 3 rupees every day from my account) I mailed them but they are not taking any action.                                   I am a customer of your Service since 10 years. My number is [protected]. I never had any similar issue with your company before. But I am facing the same problem since last 3-4 recharge. Suddenly balance will reduce without making any calls or sms. Earlier I use to recharge with 200 with 95(3 months validity for 1 paise for 2 second something..) and it will last for 20+ days.But in the month of august and September I have recharged 4 times till date. I was observing the trend in last 3 recharge and today realized that Reliance is at fault. instead of being sympathetic , all of customer care guys and above executives are behaving as if I have committed mistake by not calling them earlier or within 3 days. Now after talking to 2 different persons .Finally it is reverted back to the same person whom I called first time .(Vinayaka->Bhaskar->Bhaskar informed that he will connect me to superior ).And finally they have disconnected my phone after almost 40 minutes of wait time and talk. I am not getting any information and I am clue less ? I how do I believe them for future transactions ? Please check your database and find out how money is getting sucked from my balance without me making many calls. Atleast give me details from 12th Sep'13 till 20th Sep'13.Definately you have the data , please convince me before disconnecting my call. Come on , if you want to increase your revenue there are better means ...I was surfing about this problem and I saw many people have complained about it earlier in this month. Hope I will get proper answer.

                                    Reliance net connect offered me a corporate plan after me being their post paid customer for a 1 year ,I was told by the sales guy of reliance that I will get a corporate plan where I will get unlimited usage,however after activating this plan now they have given me an excuse that it would be only free till 2 GB,this is something very frustrating and the company should look into such issues.
