sir,
i am pavankumar mehta having reliance cdma cell phone number [protected]. company has wrongly deducted RS 30/- for missed call alert service which i have not subscribed.they are saying that i have started this service by sending them an sms which i have not sent as per my message detail on the cell phone. such amount were deducted by the company in the past but on complaining they used to refund the balance. this is third time that they have deducted the amount.also as per TRAI recent notification double confirmation is essential for starting value added service. detail of notification is as follows
Telecom operators have to take double confirmation from consumers before activating value added services (VAS) and must complete deactivation requests in four hours, sectoral regulator Trai said.
Activation of VAS by service providers has been a cause of customer complaints and was a major worry for Trai as well. Issuing new stringent guidelines for VAS, Trai said: "The service provider has to provide a system which takes a second consent from the customer before providing a value added service through any means, " the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) said in a statement on 10/07/2013

My reliance smart number is [protected] in the name of PANKAJ KUMAR SHARMA.
Last month i.e. on 1st of february Rs. 30 was deducted from my balance on the ground that some jokes pack is being activated, but i have not requested for any such service. eventually i made a call to the coustomer care ststing the above problem and i was told that the service is deactivated and i wont be charged in future. but the same thing happened this month i.e. on 1st of march. today i made a call to the coustomer care but every time i get connect to the coustomer care the call is being dissconected from their end and this is really irritating. so my request is to take some action and to credit Rs 30 to my balance.

I am using reliance GSM service in kolkata. Today I have got the message that my FMindial pack is activated at charge of Rs.20/20 day. When I talked to customer care executive then they are rigidly telling me that I have activated this service myself. My mobile no. is [protected]

Personal — Wrongly deduction of balance

Hi,
I am an existing customer of Idea, My no. is [protected]. I got my balance deducted two times for idea music station which Idea activated without my knowledge when I coccated to customer care they answered that this is a very god service which I should use even I do not know how to use this,
first it was deducted in the month of june09 when I was in roaming, now today I got the massage that Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my account, I remained surprised how can a customer based company can play with their customer. this is a totally fraud. now my Idea is completly changed about Idea. I am very much upset with these incedents & seriously thinking to stop using of Idea service. My feeling has been totally shaken by ur attitude & felling humilated
my number is [protected]. on 24/12/2009 rs.42 was charged from my account.on checking it with customer care i was told that i used gprs but ther was no gprs usage on my number.
there was no reply from company when there was e-mail send by me.

I have got suffered for your unnecessarily harassment with my account for deducting the balance for without any kind of my permission.

Reliance GSM — DEDUCT BALANCE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT SERVICE without my permission. they automatically activated caller tunes and message subscription. They deduct Rs. 40 from my prepaid account balance and again
they deduct Rs. 20 from my account.
When i tried to contact with customer care they told me there is a system error and call customercare later. please take suitable action against Reliance ,

I did not activate the any sms service on my mobile ( [protected] ) but i'm getting frequent messages from and my balance is deducted. please deactivate all such services and unwanted calls from reliance service.
My Mobile no. is [protected]. every time I recharge my no. unnecessary deductions are made on my mobile. My balance goes to negative. when i contact customer care they provide a link through msg which is not working. At last i contact reliance store they inform me that there is no service activate in this phone. I also did not get UPC code from my no. Msg sending is failed when port msg is send to 1900. Reliance GSM has a poor service.

from the 1st of march 2011 i have a problem of wrong deduction of balance in Rs 10, 15, 20 ,25 per day wut out any reason. i have complained for the same twice in contomer care with complain number[protected] &[protected]. but their is no any kind of solution of problem & the problem is still there in my mobile number.
then i personally went to R-world to know,for what my balance is deducting. they also able to give any kind of details regarding to this problem.
on dated[protected] i personally went to NODEL OFFICER of ahmedabad circle for complain. from there they told me that there was a wrong activation of R-word scheem,& hence my balance was deducted. then they told me that they have deactivated my scheem & there is no any wrong deductioon will be done regardind that & they will also give creadit of my balance in next 24 hours.
but just after 2 hours same problem occured again & my balance was deducted. till today tjios problem is there in my mobile but they cant able to figure out what was acually happening. they also not picking up the phone now.

please do need fulL on urgent bases.

here reliance has launched its gsm service with very attrective scheme but on the other hand they r giving very week conectivity and poor services.last 24th april Rs. 30/- was deducted from my balabce on the ground that automaticly activated callertone services but i have not requested for any such service, eventually a made a call to customer care ststing the above prob.and i was told the service is deactivated but customer care missbehaved to me, cut my ph. many time.and not any help to me and they not refund my deducted balance.and again 6th may-2011 caller tone automaticlly activated on my number, its so poor services and irritating to me.i have no extra time for ragister any complaint, pls find out my solution i just want to refund my balance and stop all non sences unwanted caller tone and i don't want any service activate on my number

RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — Cheating us by deducting your amount

We are continuously harassed and cheated by undue deduction of amount ranging from Rs. 75 to Rs 50 in a day. At our number [protected] they deducted Rs. 74 on June 13, 1981. We are feeling helpless as whenever we complain to consumer care they further deduct on our even calling to customer care.
I, Kishor Khakhriya, have spoken with Reliance Communication for wrong deduction in my mobile no. [protected]. My complaint no. with Reliance Communication is[protected]. On 11th August 2011 I have balance of Rs 262.80 including GPRS balance but still i have been charged Rs 25 for GPRS. I have GPRS PACK of Rs 99 was having balance still i was charged from my Main Account balance.

on 25th nov.my account balance is 91.00 rs.on 27 nov. i check my balance and note that my balance is 51.00rs.company deduct my 40.00 rs.without my permission.

Iam srikanth my mobile no [protected](reliance GSM).as per my plan call charges 30paise/min but from[protected] iam charging re.1/min,then i have contacted "reliance mobile store,kacheguda,hyderabad" spoke with prabhakar.excutive and manager also they didn't allowed me to call to appelate authority from office phone.then i called to appelate no [protected] from my persnol no and spoke to Mr.aaddhi he said me that appelate authority sandeep will never speak to customers.
And he didn't taken me complaint and he directed to customer care 198 no.so i called to to 198 and raised a complaint with sr.no:[protected] with resolution time within 48hrs.but given time has completed so again i callef on[protected] spoke to floor superior shankar he was very rediculus and didnt given me proper info after given time i got the msg that complaint has closed and issue has been resolved.but i didnt got any resolution so again i called to 198 and got info that there is no wrong charges.again they had taken complaint.
Due to poor service of reliance customer care i lost my valuble time and money.
Following are the wronng deductions.
1) called to local no [protected] on[protected] call duration is 02:58, call charge is rs.3;
Again i called to [protected] at 10:51am call duration is 8seconds ,call charge is re.1
2) on[protected] called to [protected] duration is 02:38mins,call charge is rs.3
Note:still im getting charge re.1/min but according to my plan i have to charge only 30paise/min.

sir my no is [protected], i port my no docomo to reliance GSM service,retailer said me that you receive 20rs balance and 500mb data per month for 3 month but i cant receive this balance? and i rechrged my account with 10rs and company deduct my 3rs with out my permission and active any value added service without my permission please refund me my balance and also my GPRS data that receive a new user?

I am also using the same network and faced the same prob. But after the communication with the service provider got some resolution.

USSD : *367*3#.

Dial the above USSD No from your mobile for to know your GPRS balance or just make a call to service provider and ask the same.

My no. is [protected]. Rs. 10.5 has been deducted from my no. on 14th November. I've started making complaints from 14th November but daily they are saying that rs. 2 deducted for sms. They are not providing details regarding rs. 8 deducted instead of several requests. Today, i.e. 18th November they are saying that they can not provide information of before 3 days.
Please also note that I've several times also made a complaint to them that sms are free on my no. then why rs. 2 deducted for but they are not providing information on the same.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
My no. is [protected]. Every week reliance is deducting charges for unknown services activated by the company without my specific permission. This is going from many months. They deduct charges first then we have to do complaint then they say charges deducted wrongly and they refund it. I'm just tired of making complaints.
This time they deducted rs. 30 on 24th November for some osian pack.
Whats this osian pack!!?!! They are just annoying me.
Please strict action on Reliance beacuse they are taking it very lighly.
Every time i make complaint they assure me that the same won't be repeated but the same in very few days.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

They deduct my balance on 23.07.2013 due to wrong charges and now they accept it also while complain on 198 customer care complain no[protected] on . Now they are saying that we cannot refund it just because 3 days are completed. And they do not receive the call while you want to talk to customer care i try for several times since 1 week but no response from their side. This is very poor service of reliance they are deducting wrong charges and dont refund it back.

Kindly ask them to refund my balance back.

My name is Divaskar Semwal & I own a reliance prepaid sim. On 09.09.2013, I was having a balance of talktime of approx Rs. 180, and 3g data balance of 520mb. I started a download of 488mb. After the download was completed, the 3G data balance was reduced which was Ok, but my main balance of talktime was also wrongly deducted. I tried contacting the Customer care but their number was not contactable for hours, even when it got connected I was holding the line for almost half an hour but no one attended the calls. Two times the phone got connected but at that time their system were not working. Finally after 5 hours, I managed to speak to an executive, who kept insisting on the thing that I was not having any 3g data, thats why my balance has been deducted, but I firmly kept my point that I was having the 3g data, at the end he transferred my call to his superior, when I had a word with his superior, again I got a response that system is not working. I said atleast listen to my problem. When I started explaining my problem, he disconnected my phone.Now, I want back my worngfully deducted balance of 120rs.

issue is resolved and thanks for your kind cooperation. sorry for inconvenience as mobile was left at home while i was outstation due to urgent work.
I had recharged with rs. 4999 on my reliance cdma no.[protected] which gives unlimited data and calls for 6 months on 1st dec 2014. I had used internet on 19th feb 2015 and all my balance rs. 1064 reduced to rs. 0 though internet was free. I had made a complaint also with reliance on 20th feb with no.[protected] and they said that the balance will be refunded within 48 hours but no action has been taken till date. Please do the needful and refund the balance of rs.1064 deducted wrongly at the earliest.

    Dear Reliance, here i am not worrying about the spellings and compositions of all the sentence bt i know it is understandable! I am using Reliance for like 6-7 Years now. and Like so many of your other Reliance user I am also facing some similar problems! which for some reason no one is going in court for. like illegal balance deduction.. each time when this happens we all hear from your customer care representative that SOME ONE IN YOUR HOME OR KIDS may have pressed any button.. let's be honest me and you both know that's a lie.. but i get it.. this is Reliance's way to earn some good money. like the way all the tariffs gone to 28days only so in an annual cycle you got one month.. so now you have a year with 13months! YEEEE!! cheers!!! :P anyways.. now.. let's talk about my COMPLAINT(s).. Complaint no A. There one time i received VAS deduction more than 3-4 time in a SAME day which lead my balance 3rsx4 times = -12 INR. seems too cheap to go in court for..isn't!? i called customer care.. they answered.. but that call was funny.. call was connected but no one was talking.. i heard "abay!! 4 anday (eggs) ka omlate bana aur chai de waha ja ker..." the accent was like it was a SARDAR then that person answered. in a professional way like he just came from HOWARD UNIVERSITY .. asked very nicely.. "Welcome to Reliance how may i help u!!" i was feeling like stand up and clap for the institute where he studied abt CALL CENTER ! i asked about my VAS deduction, So he put me on hold.. probably looking in the "Excuse book reference powered by RELIANCE" and he said, "Sir you subscribed for a Daily Jokes Service..." I said, "no i didn't and if i did why i didn't receive any jokes yet" he replied, "hmmm! so how can i help you" I said, "I want refund and i didn't activated any service YOU KNOW IT...so plz don't freak me out.." he replied after 1-2 min, "ok! sir your 12rs has been refunded in ur account thanks for calling in reliance.." then he ran away so quick..although there was nothing else i had to ask but i understand that HIS EGGS were ON GAS!! Complaint no B. that above one was not so much of a complain but hold on.. you would know why i told you about this. now... even after this i still VERY VERY VERY OFTEN receive those 3 rs VAS Deduction with the Test Msg as well. but i ignored it.. then i installed RELIANCE INSTANT CARE app in my android mobile after this when again i got that VAS txt.. i checked in that app "NO VAS SERVICE SUBSCRIBED" now can you tell me HOW? & WHY?.. this is clearly that i caught your service based deduction Red handed. so if you app doesn't show any VAS service then why the hell i am keep suffering those deductions and even if i did subscribe like you say SOME KIDS may have press any key...yabi daba aabaa!! WHY I DON'T GET ANY SMS from that service.. i mean what kinda service i activated that i don't even know or i get any jokes, tips or anything. i mean this time that customer care person said that i activated JOBS notification! i mean i am a business man why the hell i would look for a job. so.. in this section i cleared that I was keep getting text but your own app and ME we both know that i didn't subscribe for any service. Complaint no C. (I have recorded calls from this very time..) kinda like above 2 but it also tells abt amazing Reliance service now i mostly recharge 799rs pack, 3G net pack sms card. so i keep around only 10-15rs as balance. then this one time i used those FREE 30min for other network in a day and even used some balance.. now i had almost 2-3Rs left in my account i checked my balance.. it showed me 3.09/- INR and as soon i was going to call..i got a text... that VAS SERVICE, 3rs's SLAP on my face. now i got pissed becoz i had to make an urgent call. few mins later i called to C Care and the person was in sleepy mode.. he was yawning..YES YAWNING!! but it's ok i can let it go after all I THOUGH he was a HUMAN. but no he was an AS... ! he was keep saying that you activated some FRIENDSHIP service.. and when i was telling him NO I DIDN'T and if i DID why your android app is not showing me any details about that! but he fell asleep and i heard a background noise "Hariyana se Delhi!! Hariyana Se Delhi... 4 swaari!! 4 swaari!! jaldi jaldi jaldi...!" this would be what in very near future judge and our lawyers would hear that it took that C Care person almost 40 sec to wake up and reply me.. reply what... "welcome to Reliance how may i help you!" i mean i laugh so hard that i let that poor guy's mistake go... for that moment!... now what bad luck he had that i have installed an android app which is on to records all the calls. so BAD NEWS for RELIANCE! Complaint no D (I've Recorded Call) this time i really need to know something more than just VAS stuff.. I was keep suffering balance deduction.. i didn't know which plan i use, has been expired. I called C Care that person told me my 123rs 1GB plan's MBs are empty now this is why i am facing balance Deduction on net usage. I told her that Ma'am.. i am facing this Balance deduction since last mid-day and i am using only WHAT's APP... i know i downloaded a GAME 3 days back so maybe this is why i am out of MBs but i have 16rs UNLIMITED What's APP pack. i had it with 123rs 1 GB pack. so even if 123rs 1 GB pack has no MBs.. but according to your 16rs What's App Plan.. what app should be free... and i wanna add more information to this story that what's doesn't use so much of bandwidth so at most i could lose only 5-6 rs as i did use what's app... but i faced 20-30rs illegal deduction!.. she looked at her EXCUSE BOOK POWERED BY RELIANCE and told me that lamest excuse. "sir, you must have MBs in your account to use 16rs What's APP pack!?" "Ma'am! this seems a joke to me.. becoz if i have to have MBs then what is that so call UNLIMITED what's app crap..i understand that i have to keep my balance above 0 to 5rs but NOW YOU TELLING ME THAT i also have to store MBs...?" {no reply} After almost 15-20 Sec.. i hear her talking to her co-worker "oye tune chutti apply ki kya?...nahi yaar.. krugi aaj daykha kya hota hai" but she came to my call after 10-5 sec saying.. "Sir.. i checked your account you need to have MBs in your account..." I was like -_- . "Ma'am! you just told me this.. and i even asked you something after that..? So...? she replied, "So... is there anything else where i can help you" "Ma'am you didn't answer my previous question.." "So... is there anything else where i can help you" ...by this moment i felt like i am talking to a robot who was just talking to her co-worker abt Vacations.. and here again.. i GAVE UP and Recharged my Mobile with my problem unresolved. Complaint no E (I've Recorded Call) now.. these days i am keep getting call from reliance trying to sell me POSTPAID connection.. well i kinda like the idea of having postpaid connection so i applied for it.. they send me their agent and charged me 500rs for that and they also gave me Receipt. now it's been more than 3 weeks and their numbers are off ! for me it sounds funny that for 500rs that entire system worked :P so i can say for sure again here is fault in your Reliance SYSTEM! I am can giving you address of that agent of yours.. giving away postpaid like some sort of Peanut Seller in Evening Market. ...even till this time i was letting all the stuff go.. Complaint no F (Poor girl didn't know i have recorded her call already...) even after applying for postpaid i am keep getting call for new reliance post paid connection and they say normal bye when i told them that i already did and waiting for a call back from those people.. now here 2 days ago i got a call from RELIANCE again... Reliance Sales Girl : Sir do u want post paid connection from reliance... Me (Politely): Mam i was interested and i did apply 3 weeks ago!!! paid 500rs!! gave all the papers!!! and still no reply from you guys...so i am not interested Anymore!! here she replied something so beautiful...       I have prepaid GSM reliance card of Tamilnadu circle. I am always charged for some services, though i never activate those services. This is happening for me for the past 5 days continuously every day. When I called Customer care they gave a number 155223 to call and attend the IVR. This number says that my mobile number is not activated with any VAS services. but I always receive message that my money deduced for some VAS service. My balance badly got reduced because of this. On daily basis there are two services that is activated without my consent and Rs 13/- is reduced from my balance. Now i am not able to reach the customer care from my mobile after repeated call with them to revert my money for the past three days. Intentionally my number is blocked to reach the customer care. Why u r always activating some services like this by yourself and charging my money?

          I have one reliance mobile CDMA I had got message today for 54/- recharge for 160 STD minutes and 30 days validity But after recharge i get only 10 days validity on top of that when i try to call any one he says please recharge even in Local numbers same issue I try to call customer care but then too unable to call I try from another number but same thing as they connect to operator call disconnect His happened 2-3 times before

            User ID:[protected] My internet is not working since 28/09/2013. Phone line is dead and DSL light keep blinking all the time. I have called you customer service on 28th Sep 2013 was given a complaint number[protected] and i was told your issue will be fixed within 24 hrs but it did not. I called again on 30th Sep 2013 I was was told that that complaint has been closed as there was no problem found. Well that is not acceptable you didn't even care to find if it is working now. So they (your customer service) gave me another complaint number :[protected] and been asked to wait again for 24 hrs again. Guess what it is still not fixed. When i called yesterday i was advised to wait. "He told me our engineers are working on it and it will be fixed soon", but when, is my question. Also will you not send me a bill if it is taking longer to fix. Will i get a waiver in the bill for the days im not getting any connection, whenever the bill is generated. I also called on 13 Oct 2013 and as usual was told please wait for the issue to be fixed, also i was promised a call back which i did not receive. Also whenever i call you helpline number your IVR never recognizes my land-line phone number nor does it recognize my userID.

              I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY.

              My balance is reducing on almost daily basis with uneven amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account.

              Details of deductions...

              13-Oct-13 VAS USSD Rs.3.00
              14-Oct-13 VAS USSD RS.3.00
              15-Oct-13 VAS Techzone Rs 10.00
              16-Oct-13 VAS Techzone Rs 10.00 + 3 as VAS USSD

              Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happens again in the future. In past also the same thing happened to me by reliance mobile.

              Today a customer care executive spoke to me and said he will deactivate all the vas services. Short after i received 20 rupees refund.

              Some 2 hours after i received, sms stating that my account is charged for VAS Techzone Rs 10.00.

              How to get rid of this. I hadn't activated any VAS Packs. And when i sent sms enquiry for subscribed VAS, it reply's no VAS Packs subscribed. Then why are you charging me Rs.10 and Rs.3 on daily basis.

                  (10 digit Netconnect+ Subscriber ID:[protected] Recently, on[protected] I went to the Reliance 3G moblie store in order to upgrade my existing UNLIMITED 3G Data plan i.e 5GB unlimited to 10GB unlimited. The operator at the store cleverly convinced me that my plan would be changed from next month i.e. from[protected] when the next billing cycle would start. But now I have came to know that how they have simply fooled me. Actually they BILLED me for 10GB for the month of September and to my astonishment they didn't even provide me 10GB till now i.e even for the month of OCTOBER. When I complained about the same to them they just accused me and said that they already upgraded my subscription to 10GB unlimited postpaid plan. Even if I continuously said them that after 5GB I am not getting the required speed, they just were not in the mood to believe me. These uncharitable and unfriendly attitude of the RELIANCE 3G people has caused a lot of inconvenience to me (and this is the 2nd time). First time was when I took the 5GB plan and now when I tried to upgrade it to 10GB plan. The previous case was solved after posting a complain Like this and I am hopeful that this time also my grievance will be solved soon. Failing of which I will be forced to quit the so called RELIANCE 3G service. GOD BLESS RELIANCE 3G AND THEIR corrupt Service...which has lots of loop holes and backdoors...

                              I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ modem from reliance web world store on 28th of August and requested for 15 GB Night and 8 GB Day plan, at the time of purchasing the modem. Executives at reliance web world store committed me that this particular plan will be activated. When I registered for reliance my services and logged in there, I realized that some different plan is activated on my number i.e. VOLUME.HSDNCPLUS_2.5GB_449_1MFREE.2.5GB plan. When I came to know this, I contacted live chat agents, they briefed me that the plan which I want is discontinued one yet, I CAN activate it through the people at Reliance Web World store. Having that information I have visited the web world store 8 times and contacted those guys more than 20 times, till the date. And I have been talking to them with all the respect and understanding one can offer. Still the guys are not responding from 3 days and I don't know when the plan will get changed. I have waited for more than one and a half month. Looking forward to get solutions through this "essay" writing. (Imp. Note: I am Tata Photon user and very satisfied by its service, yet I tried reliance for that 23GB (15+8 GB) plan only. And Reliance is offering worst service.)

                              One more thing, executives at Reliance Web World store have given me a commitment for 2 days and 3 days since this bill cycle changed on 9th of October. Before that, they told me that the plan will get changed on next bill cycle.

                              I mean to say that they CAN do it and are not doing it. I don't know why.

                                Still i am receiving calls from your department as well today i got call from some of your Advocate Chukla Dhrampal from Delhi [protected].

                                The above matter i had mailed - with scan copy of all - to your customer care department on 6th Sept 2013, at 06.07pm and got reply from Mr.Rathna Kumar N, with ref : Reliance=[protected] on 07th Sept 2013, at 18:28:26 asking us to visit the local store of Reliance communication and show them all the details they'll update the subject.

                                me and my wife had been visited and showed them all the documents, they said they'll update, again after some time we are getting calls for the non payment and again i had forwarded my previous mail on 25th Sept 2013.

                                dont know why you are not updating your self and must improve your internal communications so that others should not get disturb for no fault of their own.

                                For the reason, now i'm planning to terminate my office landline services of Reliance,

                                  Respected Sir/Madam, My landline number is[protected] and[protected]. I have taken these two connection for my new showroom at Laxmi Road. First of all the connection was started after two days after my inauguration and that too only one connection. Then after two days the connection was out of service and was not working for 5 days. Today both the connection was started after making various complaints. Bill was generated before the connection was started. Reliance Customer care were harassing mentally for paying the due bills even after the payment was made in advance. Even they told the complaint has been solved inspite of not being solved. The internet connection was also not working because of out of service of phone. My Card machine was not working due to which my business hampers around Rs. 30000 because customer had to go without swapping their cards . I want to get refund all my bills amount, business hampers value as well as for harassing the customer.                                   Even after providing poor service, now they have disconnected the line because the bill was due amounting to Rs 117. Even though we have paid 1850 in advance, even before starting the connection, they are saying that we have not paid the bill of Rs 117 due so it has been disconnected. The bill number is[protected]. Now i think its better to remove the connection and take another connection. If they cant provide customer satisfaction, its not worthy to keep Reliance and consume my precious time always in complaining Reliance.
                                  Reliance wants money first before providing customer satisfaction. After making complaints and my telephone was failed most of the times now they want money first which is only Rs 117 due.

                                        My phone no. is [protected]..i have 42rs sms pack activated in my phone and I am not able to send sms for the past 2 days. I called 198 but they told me that my sms service is barred because of bulk sms but I never sent any bulk sms to any one these days. Infact my cell just allows me to send 20 sms at a time that also i never did. At the most I would have send 1 single sms to 3 4 ppl at a time. I dont think I have activated this pack so that my sms service will be blocked and I wont b able to send sms. They told me I would receive a call from CCR in 48hrs. Its more than 48hrs and still neither I received any call nor am I able to send sms. I tried calling 198 but it is not going through since morning. I read about the TRAI rule also about bulk sms and it is clearly mentioned that over 200 ams with the same text is sent then it will be bared but thats not my case. I also read that that over 100 sms 50paise extra for a sms would be deducted even thats also not my case. I didnt understand why my service is being blocked. I activated this pack of 30days of which if I am not able to send sms for 2 3 days whats the use, that too for no reason. I just want to say if you dont improve your customer handling department reliance is already going down it will go further. Already sms service is not used by many and if such a thing happens it will totally die. I request you to kindly attend my case
