Reliance Communications — excess deduction of money

i recharged my mobile with rs.246. it showed me ur process has been declined. after that i recharged with rs.28 and rs.555. these transactions were done and i recvd the mesg for that but for rs246 i did'nt recd the mesg. so i recharged again. this time the transaction was done but twice. i got the mesg 2 times and the balance was also deducted from my bank twice. and when i asked on the helpline numbers, they denied to help me. i even have the mail from their side stating that ur payment has been cancelled.

I recharged my cell online, but first it showed that ur process has been declined and i did'nt even recvd the messg. so i recharged again aftre 10 min. at that time my both the transaction got done. on asking the customer care they said we cant help u. ur first request was pending. i said that u should have showed me that ur transaction is pendin but ur system showed that ur transaction has been declined. i even have a mail showing that my transaction has been cancelled. even then they charged twice.

I am using a Reliance Prepaid SIM card and my phone number is +91 [protected]. These telecommunication companies have the undue rights to deduct money from customer account without any authentication from customers and there is no transparency here.

I have not subscribed to any caller tunes. But I was deducted 30 INR / Month for 3 months without intimating me. After I came to know about these deductions, I complained about this and asked them to deactivate these stuffs. But in spite of my complaint, the caller tune is still active and they continue to deduct money from my account. When I attempt speak to the customer care executives, they never answer my calls even after spending hours together with IVR. I am highly disappointed by this. It is so ridiculous that such actions of these operators has no ombudsman or any proper consumer grievance addressal systems.
