Hi this is Debashis Mukherjee ([protected]), purchased a Reliance 3G data card (RSN:RZTCDC[protected] & IMEI:[protected]) on 23rd March, 2011 from an agency named, Aditya communication at Khardah with RS.2499, but since last Sunday night it is not working and the device become so hot.So I am in real problem as I cant use net that is essential for me.Please try to solve my problem asap.Also please tell me any ZTE service center location at Barrackpur.....

    i am use your service Reliance Gsm and its number is [protected] .i am recharge my account in Rs 99 and that plane is gprs internet . but i receive massage in recharge for MBBP98_3G is successful recharge . and its validity is 0 days. i am recharge is 20.10.2011 (6:35pm). i see your website regarding recharge but there is no any plan in 98 rupees .but i receive that massage is please pay 98 rupees ..
    but i am not interested any 3G plan . so Please tall me which service is activate by your server. i connect your customer service but he say my server is some problem Please connected later . i am call to 4 time , but always say server down ...

      My broadband internet is not working since 9 days and I am tired of giving complaints/reminders to Customer care, Local head office and Nodal office.

      Today I called Applleatte Office Gujarat and they just said to contact rajkot office number without even listening whole thing.

      Since 13th October, 2011 I am calling all of them and nothing have happened till now. I am just getting stereotype answers that they are forwarding my complaint to concerned department.

      Please help.

        I AM REALLY TIRED OF REPEATEDLY COMPLAINING ABOUT RELIANCE.JUST NOW MY BALANCE STAND TO BE RS 49 WHILE IT WAS RS 85 JUST A MINUTE BACK WHEREAS I MADE NO PHONE CALLS NEITHER STD NOR LOCAL THE WHOLE DAY!ITS REAL SARCASTIC SITUATION!
        FOR LAST TWO MONTHS I AM GOING THROUGH ONE OR OTHER HARASSMENT.IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE.I FROM THE VERY BEGINNING IS A RELIANCE CUSTOMER.PRIOR TO THIS NUMBER,OTHER NUMBER THAT I HAD BEFORE,EVEN THEN FACED NO PROBLEMS.FOR LAST ONE WEEK I HAVE APPROACHING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE SINCE TWO SMS PACK HAS BEEN RECHARGED AT MY NUMBER AND I WANTED A CLARIFICATION THAT WHILE I DID WRITE AT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TO DEACTIVATED RS 39 SMS PACK AND CONTINUE WITH RS 19 SMS PACK.EVEN THEN BOTH OF MY SMS PACK BEING ACTIVATED.THIS IS A SEPERATE ISSUE WHICH IS ALREADY TROUBLING ME AND NOW RIGHT NOW THERE IS SUDDEN DEDUCTION OF RS35-40 . IT HAPPENS EVERY MONTH THAT THEY THEMSELVES ACTIVATE ONE OR THE OTHER SCHEME AND THEN HARRASS THEIR CUSTOMERS.ERALIER THE CONDITION WAS MUCH BETTER.PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL.AM REALLY TIRED OF THIS HARRASSMENT.THEY ARE SIMPLY MENTALLY TORTURING THEIR CUSTOMER AND CHEATING.DO THEY THINK THAT WE HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO COME UP AND PUT UP COMPLAINS EVERY MONTH!!!!!!!I AM REALLY FEDUP OF THEIR POOR SERVICES.INSTAED OF TAKING UP ONE MATTER ,THEY FURTHER DEDUCTED RS35 FROM MY ACCOUNT RIGHT AT THE MOMENT!!!!!

        Reliance Smart — unnecessary deduction of whole balance

        I had 1802 rs balance on[protected] but suddenly whole balance gone to nil i had loged the compalaint on[protected] at 10.40 pm to reliance smart customer care and my problem is not solved yet my complaint no. is[protected]. My mobile no. [protected] please solve my problem

          Dear Consumer Complaint,

          I had recharged my mobile number [protected] on 3rd October,2011 according to which I was suppose to get 20 p/min on Reliance STD/ LOCAL. But unfortunately I am not getting this benefit. I had complaint on this issue approx 8-9 times but still nothing happened. I request you kindly look into this matter and help me in getting the benefit of the tariff. I am extremely fed up wid calling nd complaining on Customer Care. I always get the resolution Message but nothing happens. Please look into the matter immediately.

            I m very upset due to bad service of Reliance. I m customer of Reliance [protected] with near about 5 years.today (20th oct 2011) early morning i am in journey and I have to make urgent call to my office this is very essential call for me.I don't know what happened to network (RELIANCE).My mobile number is having 299 unlimited local reliance-reliance free daily 30min other network.and also Rs.30 balance in my account.

            After the conversion with irresponsible customer care care executive named VIKRAM says I don't know why it happened,it was cleared by 7o'clock.

            As a result i lost contact with my officials.they don't have information they don't have intimation also regrading their network jams.this is my 4th experience with reliance.

              This is to let u know that a pack has been activated by Reliance Company on 16/09/11 without my consent and a thirty rupees deduction was made due to this on my no([protected]).
              I want a refund of this money as the pack has not been activated by my end.

              Moreover,I am registered with DND then why the Reliance people are calling me.


              This is not happening for the first time.

                Sir,
                I am a reliance prepaid customer.My mobile no. is [protected].I have a complain regarding wrong deduction from balance.I found that from my balance they have deducted almost Rs 45/- in last two month for some value added service.I never ask for any value added service but without my knowledge they provide value added service and start deducting amount from balance.I want the amount to be refunded as early as possible and hope in future they will not activate any service with out my knowledge and stop this type o[censored]nethical practice in their business. Regarding my complain I wrote to nodal as well as appellate officer but they never reply or sort the preblem.

                i had complaint many times, but no action was taken by them.
                they also activated their service packs on my number without my permission and charged for that.there customer care number is always busy and they also not help.

                Reliance Mobile — Wrong information and unethical code of conduct

                Hello,

                My name is Amil Khanna and I am student in one of the MBA colleges in Greater Noida. I am a regular user of Reliance mobile for the last 6 months or so. I have never defaulted in my recharges as I am a prepaid customer and was using the 496 national STD plan. Recently, Reliance announced the closure of the plan however said that the existing users can avail the facility until and unless they recharge before the end of the month which is the validity period for the voucher otherwise if the plan lapses, they cannot take the plan again. I kept recharging regularly however last month I recharged the phone on 22nd October 2008 and I thought the validity should go till 22nd November 2008. When I woke up on 22nd Nov, my phn was not working. I called up the Customer care department and confirmed abt the same. The customer care representative who named himself Shivansh, told me that if I recharge before 12 noon, I can get the plan extended. I recharged the phone at 11:02 AM and it was not working. I caled up the customer care department and to my surprise the next agent told me that I was given the wrong information and said that he has written a complaint against the agent and is forwrding it. I said I wanted either my 496 Rs back or my validity, he said he will look into the matter. The next day when I called up I was again told the same thing that my complaint is in the solving state and it will take another 48 hours. I called up after 2 days and this time also was given the same answer so I insisited on talking to a manager. I was transfered to Tejinder who bluntly told me that he cannot do anything and disconnected me. I again called back and stayed on the phone for more than 2 hours explaining my problem but again got disconnected by Simran. I called again and this time got thru their manager Monika who assured me thatshe will look into the matter and give me a callback in the nect 24 hours, no callback. I called them back again and this time I got thru to their manager Rajnish, who promised me that my compaint is been taken care of and I will get a call in the next 24 hours. I asked all of them to register my complaint that either I want my money back or the validity extended but no one did anything. I am not able to talk to my family and friends because I have no other phone. I am very stressed and feel like doing somethin to myself. This company has tortured me and given me so much pains. I have to be on the phone with them for about 2 hours everday. Yesterday I got a call from them and they said that they have taken some action against the agent who gave me wrong information but I told them that I have other complaints but they refused to listen. I want to sue the company and please do something about this. These companies do not care about people's hard earned money. I am totally out and cannot think of anything other than punishing them. These guys even dont give you their employee ID or the corporate ID of their company.

                Ysterday there was a wrongly deduction of money for the "HEALTHPACK".I had never activated it.
                Is these the way to cut money without prior notice.

                I have a mobile connection with Reliance GSM Service. I have recharge my account by paying Rs.100.00 last month. Since last one month I am not using to call through Reliance GSM service because now I am in outside Orissa. The set is in roaming position, thats why I am not picking the calls. If any calls coming in Reliance hand set at that time I am using another mobile talk to the same party. Now within 20 days they have deducted around Rs.80.00 from my account (without informing me). Now my Reliance mobile hand set has only Rs.3.00 balance. My Reliance number of Orissa is [protected]. Please do the needful.

                Spreading my thoughts.. Reliance.. Pathetic is not the word to describe.. We went to surrender our data card one day in T nagar Office chennai. Officials (so called) told us to write a letter about the cancellation and reason for cancellation and we were told that it will get automatically cancelled and nothing else is needed from our end. We paid the money for that particular months usage of internet. They did not give any acknowledgment even after we asked them and confidently they said it is not a problem. 3 months later, we keep getting calls asking us to pay them 1500 for the whatever months' usage.. We ask them, give us the usage description because we were sure we didnt even use it one day after we gave them the cancellation letter, which they refused to.. Silent for more than a year. Today we get a call asking us to come to Delhi court to pay this 1500. We are forced to pay the money now for no fault of ours because we cant afford to lose the travel money coz we obviously have to take a flight to reach there in one day from Chennai. Hard earned money going for a toss just because the service provider's employees are not trained properly..Please dont do the mistake we did.. The case filed against me was GL160/15 and the person who threaten me is MR.Goutham [protected]. My reliance number is [protected]

                  On First Recharge 103 R.S Of 3 GB Net Serving . On That Day I Just Got Only 500 MB With One SMS From Reliance Company That Balance
                  2.5 GB Will Add With In 72 Hour On My Number. Already 72 Hour is Left. Till The Time Isn't Got My 2.5 GB. Totally Disc ousting Service From Reliance Company. Please Take Some Serous Action Agents Reliance Company..?

                    Reliance has got the most pathetic customer service ever seen....for any sale, they will be after you and will get on to your nerves but for any assistance they will just disappear, you keep trying to get in touch with them but you will never be able to get through their numbers or even if you will be able to get in touch with any of the customer service executive they would tell you to get in touch with the person who made the sales but these executives will never take the complaint or give any satisfactory answer. India is way behind in customer service. People here only know how to make their commissions by making a sales but don't know how to retain a customer.


                    We purchased reliance netconnect on 3 Oct and all the required documents were submitted by 5 oct to VRITI Communication ppl, it’s been 2 weeks now and the connection is still inactive.
                    God knows why reliance is always after selling and way far behind in customer service. Your guys only know how to sell but don’t know how to retain a customer.
                    The negative impact reliance services has on me has already been posted on the consumer forum websites. Though your company is going to remain the same I guess, it doesn’t matter to you coz at the end of the day you are getting business from sales and you will just say sorry for the inconvenience to the agitated customers.

                    Even your customer service people doesn’t know how to provide a resolution, we were told that you need to get in touch with the person who sold you the device we can’t do anything for this complaint.
                    The seller’s no is[protected] &[protected] which never gets through and as you can see from the below email I didn’t get response for my email as well.
                    Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          my this mobile no. is Stop working(outgoing calls & SMS Stooped) as on 28-9-11,i call to Reliance Customer care,they tell, ask you r sales representative & My Sales representative, Mr.Muri singh is ignore me Till 8-9 days(lump sump) and doesn't pick my call after that he answered me that your F.I is not completed. then i said OK no Problem,please tell me another way to got this connection start again, he tell me that , there is no way to start this connection again, you have to purchase a new connection by another name.i tell him ok i am agree to purchase an another connection by my Brother name(Mr.Iqbal Singh), Mr.Ravi Sharma(his Mobile no. [protected], he is another Sales resp. in Mr Muri 's team).i gave him my brother's ID & Rent agreement for a new Connection they gave me new connection no. [protected] as on 8-Oct-2011 worth Rs. 100 For new SIM purchase, i tell him that why you take Rs100 ,now last time i gave rs.50 only he tell that for new form & other formalities , then i tell OK but do whatever which is right by law & legal.he tell me ok madam.
                          then after 5-6days my this connection is also stopped again.& my outgoing calls are restricted.
                          As on 14-10-11 i call to my sales Representative Mr.Muri on his [protected] this mobile no.but he not reply me till today[protected],
                          now i am very-2 Worried about this.
                          Kindly help me in above matter now i do not want to take any connection , i want my money Rs.400 & my all documents return back. i have an doubt that he has misuse my documents.

                            I have taken Reliance Netconnect+ USB modem with unlimited plan. My 1 month is completing tomorrow on 17 Oct 2011. I searched on Reliance site for prepaid unlimited plan for Internet. It was 800 for 3.1 MBPS. Its second thing i am never got this speed till now.
                            So i recharged with 800 Rs. Online. I got message by Reliance that your recharge is successful with 800 Rs But is not in conjunction with your plan. When i called customer care, He also told same thing and asked to wait for 24 hours to get money reverted in bank account or call to bank people and recharge from outside reliance shop after 24 hours. This is ridiculous.
                            Either this recharge facility should be available online for unlimited net plan OR Reliance should keep a note on WEBSITE that you cannot recharge online for UNLIMITED plan.
                            I dont know how they are taking care of customers.

                              slow downloading speed, downloading speed 10kb only. i contacted with khalid the consumer support officer of reliance netconnect. but he didnot solve any probelem and he didnot give me any solution for my probelem. and my complaint no. is [protected].

                              Reliance Netconnect — Free Connection Terminated Within 2 weeks

                              We Bought Reliance Netconnect+ on 20/10/11 Near Chennai Besent Nagar,(Connection Number [protected]) the Connection plan is free for 3 months and from the 4th month we have to pay 750rs bill every month. We got some connection problem on 15/10/11. Now we contacted Reliance Store they are telling that the Connection Number is Terminated and If we buy new connection number we wont give the previous offer. We really dont know what we have to do now. waste of money.

                                I have complain so many times to reliance gsm because they activated caller tunes and other services in my number without mu any concern not only one time but so many times.I have activated DND services also but they could not hear my complaint they neglected my complaint.Now I am fed up for all this.Even I can't changer my number because this is my very old number.I complaint in this forum earlier also. Now what can I do ? they deducted my account daily. My account are deducted daily without any reason what should I do. Kindly solved my problem you are only my hope. My mobile no is [protected].                                 Reliance Cell Phone — unwanted scheme & illegal recovery

                                I have purchase Reliance mobile no. [protected].

                                Since last 1 month i am receiving unwanted sms requesting to activate of various schemes. Without my permission they have activated various scheme and deducted charges from my balance.

                                for example, I have recharged Rs. 50/- on 5th Nov. 2008, balancing amount to Rs. 42/-. After that I got meesage that your health pack scheme activated and debited Rs.10/- for it. Now my balance is 32/. Then after one hour my balance is 10/-. Now finallly my balance is Rs.4/-. For this I have complained to Customer Care. But they unable to provide any information regarding How I activated such schemes and why they debited charges without my permission.

                                Plese consider my complaint and help me for solve this problem.

                                for the service I never wanted. I tried to send SMS telling that never ever send me
                                any kind of SMS. The reply I get is ' 56677:Invalid keyword. Kindly resend the
                                correct keyword '. I am puzzled what to do about this scum.

                                  I am totally confused when I received clawback mails from your end. The all expired MDN are which is I received by mail. They are expired from 1st May to 31st October and after my resignation or notice period. So which means that I shall not be held liable for any clawback after 10th April as per company policy.

                                  Sir I am sending to you receiving of my resignation. as per company statement I will not liable for any claw back till 31st march 2008. I am just liable for claw back 1stApril to completion of notice period.

                                  So now I will again request to you please settle my account as early as possible to remember my resignation or notice period date.

                                    Reliance Communication Limited has offered for their Broadband + service a minimum of 200kbps speed. But even the speed was very low almost every time.

                                    As per the communication from the customer service, I got the information that it’s congestion problem in my area (murugesh palaya, HAL, Bangalore) and they will resolve it soon.

                                    Later I came to know that they keep on telling the same other customers also. I waited for more than 4 months but they still resolved the issue, many times I am getting 0 download speed.

                                    Even after paying a huge amount per month (Rs.1500/-), they merely cheated me.

                                    The screen shorts for the speed are attached with this.

                                      I have 2 connections([protected], [protected])recharged with 750 Life & 250 India.Validity of both the recharges are Life Time without mentioning any date. The minimum recharge condition for 750 Life is Rs. 20 for 6 months. The call rates were also less due to 250 India. At first 250 India was deactivated without notice, call charges are raised. Then 750 Life is deactivated & now minimum recharge condition is Rs. 195 for 6 months.

                                        My name is Bulganin Sadh and my telephone no.is [protected].By Mistake some how the mobile T.V subscription was activated on my no. in June2011.When i realizwd about the charges i call the cuatomer care dept. on the very same day and asked to cancell all the subscriptions regarding mobile T.V.He assured me that the subscription is not activated and there would be no more charges.
                                        But when i received my Bill in July I found there are charges of mobile T.V Subscription.So i went to the Web World (Ground Floor Shops House D 21st Century Business Centre, Beside World Trade Centre, Ring Road, Surat - 395002) And requested to cancell all the subscription regarding this mobile T.V, they told me there would be no more future charges for this.The complaint no. given to me was Ivr[protected] &[protected].
                                        But Again when i received the bill in August the charges where still there. I went to the Web World and Spoke to the Customer Care also They told me that they will forward a mail regarding this and the charges and the subscription would be cancelled.
                                        But Again when i received the bill in September the charges where still there. I went to the Web World in Delhi Because at that time i was in Delhi.they told me to Deposit the Amount Deducting the the Charges and they again forwarded a mail regarding this.
                                        Unfortunately when i received the bill this month October All the Charges Are Still There.AND NOW AGAIN WHEN I WHENT TO THE SAME WEB WORLD IN SURAT THEY ARE AGAIN REPEATING THE SAME THING.THEY AGAIN TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL FORWARD THE MAIL REGARDING THIS.AND WHEN I TOLD THEN I NEED THE COMPLAINT NO. REGARDING THIS THEY TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO COMPLAINT OR REQUEST NO REGARDING THIS A I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT ON 19TH OF JULY.
                                        ON INSISTING Mr.SHAYEED AHMED THE PERSON OVER THERE PROVIDED ME WITH A NO.18579, AND TOLD THIS IS THE REQUEST NO AND WHEN I ASKED WHEN THIS PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 10 TO 15 DAYS.
                                        From the past Four Months the company is going on charging me and nothing has yet been done.
                                        I think this is the company policy to loot the people.
                                        I would request all the people who read this IF YOU HAVE A RELIANCE CONNECTION BE CAREFULL AND IF POSSIBLE NOW WE HAVE THE WAY TO BE SAFE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY PLEASE PORT YOUR NO.BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.AND YOU GOT STUCK IN THIS SORT OF PROBLEM.JUST IMAGINE THE SERVICE WHICH WAS REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATED ON19TH OF JULY IS STILL ACTIVE AND THE COMPANY IS CHARGING ME,AND ONE MORE THING I LOST MY MOBILE IN THE MONTH OF JUNE AND FROM THEN I AM USING A PHONE WHICH DOES NOT SUPPORT ANY OF THESE SERVICES WHICH MEANS I CANNOT USE ANY OF THE SERVICES IF I WANT THEN ALSO. BUT THESE GUYS ARE STILL GOING ON CHARGING ME.
