Dear Sir

I am reliance customer and my mobile no.is [protected]. Couple day ago, they have deducted approx. Rs. 60 from my account without any reason . This is 2nd time in last couple of months. In July they have deducted approx Rs 100 without any reason. In July I wrote complain in your site and within three days they have reimbursed the deducted money. Once again i am sink of your help.

Kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue and arrange to reimburse my deductions.

    from Goyal communications,SF Road , siliguri vide bill no. 1179 .The same has not been
    activated yet after 4 days whereas i was told that it will be operational within 48 hrs.

    Every now and then i have been told that the people in their Mumbai office are looking in the matter.

Reliance provide very poor service to customer and know the customer is very fool.

          i have been with reliance GSM 3months back but i cant access to networks during roaming.
          when i complaint about this to customer care they are saying that its already activated.
          i visit to other states very often. my internet services are also not activated.
          some say that my documents are not verified but i have submitted my documents 4 times.
          now i want to port my number to some other networks but they are not sending me the code.
          kindly help me with this.

          Reliance GSM — REJECTING GIVEN PORTING CODE

          WE HAVE RELIANCE GSM CONNECTIONS 2 NOS. EARLIER WE WERE HAVING 15 CONNECTIONS WHICH WE HAVE IMMEDIATELY SURRENDERED DUE TO POOR SIGNALS EVEN IN MAIN CITY AREA ALL OVER INDIA WHERE EVER WE GO .

          WE HAVE GOT PORTING CODE FROM RELIANCE TWICE & APPLIED FOR VODAFONE . HOWEVER BOTH THE TIMES RELIANCE HAVE REJECTED OUR APPLICATION MENTIONING REASON :
          "PORTING CODE DOESNOT MATCH "

          IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IF PORTING CODE IS NOT VALID NEW OPERATOR CANNOT LOGIN . WE DONT UNDERSTAND HOW RELIANCE CAN REJECT GIVEN PORTING CODE .

          WE ARE FRUSTED CAUZE OF RELIANCE POLICY & CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO CHANGE OPERATOR AS VODAFONE SIMPLY INFORMED CALL TO RELIANCE .

          Reliance GSM Service — Not getting Porting code

          I Ujjwal Lad My Mob No is [protected] . I switch in to Reliance GSM from Vodaphone on 4th march 2011. I would liked to complian that after compliting 3 Months I want to Port out of Reliance beacuse of very poor service, but I am not getting UPC code (Porting ID) from Reliance GSM. I haved talked to Reliance customer care many times but I didnot reply from them. Please look in to matter and do the needfull at the earliest.

          i am resident of jammu and kashmir state, my mobile no is [protected], i tried so many time by sending SMS for obtaining the porting code, every time the SMS has been defered, as per the TRAI the consumers of the J&K state can call at 1900 to get the porting code but all SMS as well as calling facilities have been stopped by the Reliance. I will be very thankful to Reliance authorities if they can provide me the porting code so that i can get rid from this communication

            Sir,

            I had taken a Netconnect+ data card through Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi (Sr. Advisor Sales, Reliance Online Deals) on September 6th, 2011 and was activated on September 7th, 2011 and all the documents had been submitted through mail to Mr. Ghanshyam mail id i.e., ghanshyam.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com and an amount of Rs 2523 has been paid to Mr. Amit who gave me the data card at my office, but the same data card has been deactivate last 5 days, due to no documents updated in Reliance data base. Whenever made a call to Mr. Joshi on his mobile or landline number (Mob.+ 91 [protected], Ph: +[protected], it is either switched off or he is in meeting or somebody else picks up the phone or else if he is on the phone, he states work will be done within 3 hours or by 8.30 of that same date the phone has been made.

                Please find following Issue .

                Issue 1:
                I am getting only 40 KBPS speed while i am paying money for 256 KBPS
                While calling customer care then they have told that because some update is going on in Kalyani nagar pune till November 2011
                I will get only 40 KBPS speed not 256 KBPS since November 2011 .

                While i asking consideration in bill so they are not ready to give any consideration in currant bill .


                Issue 2:
                My Net Connect is not working since Friday while i connect will giving me speed
                Down load 0
                Upload 0

                I have contacted costumer support they told me to performed following

                1) Delete history
                2) Delete Temp folder
                3) Uninstall and again install driver
                4) Inside setting change network type to netconnect to high speed visa versa
                5) Change USB port

                After performed above all steps found that its not working

                Then after they have suggested following steps

                1) Test inside same location other pc is it working - Answer NO
                2) Check other location far from my society - Answer Yes its working

                Then after i have contacted customer care and they have told me some network update id going on in Kalyani nagar pune
                Once its been done it will start working

                Since last four day i am not able to use my net connect

                Question :

                1) Why should i pay money for 256 KBPS while getting only 40 KBPS ?
                2) Why reliance not ready to fix issue ?
                3) Why reliance not ready to refund money (1200rs ) or giving other scheme if not able to fix issue ?
                4) Since reliance know that issue is going on in kalyani nagar and not able to give 256 KBPS speed then why asking money for 256 KBPS why not i am getting consideration in bill ?
                5) If costumer care not able to fix problem whom should i contact ?
                6) What is the time period to fix the issue ?

                Could you please let me know Why not i will go consumer court ?

                  with due respect i beg to say that my mobile number [protected] has subscribed the gamesmania service provided by wap.mauj.com and it charges Rs 5 per day and re 1 per day .due to this i am facing too much mental and finance problem by unwanted subscription from " wap.mauj.com/Utp/L15123U1583V2M9937/Sub/rcom/gc/index.php?page=gcsub " an unnecessary subscription not done by me.. but they says it was activated by me..and there is an option to deleted.. but there is no such option in any mobile who was suffering by this unnecessary subscription... I'have lost so much money for this unnecessary subscription plz deactivate and waive my deducted money for this service..

                    I am having postpaid connection ([protected] & [protected]).I am using this connection from last 10years and pay bill normally above 1000 or 1500.
                    But from past 5 months i have faced so much problems from reliance that now i am fed up with reliance.Sir from past 5 months i have been getting falsely charged.From past 3 months some vas service gets activated on my mobile and cost me upto 45rs per month.Secondly i am charged for CUG 2 times.which according to your reliance wb world executive also it is wrong charge by you.From last 4 months i am being charged 100rs per month for this which is a wrong deduction.Previous month your executive told me that my rental will be zero but this month i have been charged 400 rs rental.Aslo i wasted lots of money in taxi car by going to your web world and coming back to home .Sir i am really facing lots of problems and now i think i should change this postpaid connection by MNP.I have gone to reliance web worldso many times for waiver of false deductions but i never got satisfactory answer.I also called customer care executive and wasted my half to 1 hour per day to get connected by your customer care but again i got mentally harassed as no answer.Dear Sir, i want atleast 2000rs for the false charges and mental harassment to be given on my mobile number [protected] and also 150 rs free calls per month on Reliance and other mobile per month or else i would have to look for terminating the connection.Hope you will look forward to waiver me for false charges and i hope this type of problem i do not face in future..

                      I have recharged the mobile no [protected] reliance gsm with 69 Night calling pack and according to that the service provider allow us to call any reliance cdma/gsm no between 11 pm to 6am and no charge is applicable in roaming also.but i am not getting the benefit of that pack because after making call after 11 pm ,it charged the cost but of the call.i had complaint my above said problem to customer care of the reliance gsm several times but they only provide complain nos not resolution of my problem . since 22 days have passed after my complain ,i am requesting you to take necessary action against the Reliance gsm company.

                          I've been using Reliance Netconnect+ services from mid september 2011 under the Rs1600 scheme, which was supposed to give me upto 3.1Mbps broadband Internet. From the first day their service was not good and they gave Internet speed never grater than 70 kbps instead of 3.1 Mbps inspite of living in the posh area of the south delhi. I complained a number of times but customer care people say that they can not provide me the speed more than that. Earlier i had MTS broadband but its speed was not good therefore, I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ after seeing adds on TV for its grate speed. But i am feeling cheated now. Everytime i tested the speed by speedtest.in and found every time the speed around 60-70 kbps. I am very much purturbed because of this and could not found any other option inspite of loadging my complain online. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

                            SINCE ALMOST A YEAR I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE ONE MEMBERSHIP CARD FROM RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET IN JAIPUR
                            I WAS TOLD YOU WILLL RECIEVE YOUR PERMANENT CARD IN A MONTH BUT AFTER 10 MONTHS ALSO I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CARD!!! ALSO HAVE COMPLAINED ABT CARD MANY TIMES AT THE COUSTOMER CARE NUMBER...:

                            Reliance GSM is the most pathetic connection I have ever got..when ever you call customer care they will say system up gradation is going on and call after two hours, and unnecessary activating the unwanted services and deducting the main balance from the account which is never refundable...nice way to make money and then using that money to reduce call rates and letting India know how Reliance GSM is different from other service providers by making their own customers fool....

                              M name is Alka Bagri ,residing from chandigarh sector 38(west)
                              I bought a reliance prepaid no [protected] sim no[protected] in the begining of september month 2011 at rs of 50 for sim nd recharge of 86 rs for talktime
                              i give proof of my pan card and driving license ..for ID Purpose wid my snap
                              but that sim work for only 1-2 day after that it get failed due to some issue from backened side..as your agent said that its damaged sim
                              again i got new sim bt again it having same issue...
                              after all dis finaly i got sim in working conditionin 3rd time bt now it again showing sim registration failed.. i put that sim in in nokia 6208 and 1110 handset as ur agent said to do this
                              your agent from chandigarh nt supposed to pick call from last 3 days (21 sep-22 sep-23 sep2011) agent name is Mr. inder.as he promised to handover new sim personally but he didn't
                              nd finally am helpless because m not having so much time to go your office in secot 37 chandigarh.. nd make call to your customer care and use my another no for making call to your agent .I am so suffered bcoz of all dis non sense given by your backend people.. who literally nt taking care of their customers...
                              . this matter i will take to consumer court for sure...because you people only know how to harash a customer rather
                              than having little sense or responsibilty for them.. pls help me in this.. i have no objection to take some other no but its a matter of harrashing a customer who is changing their mind for some other communication

                                I'm really upset by the customer care service of reliance(smart) bcz they never fulfil the users complaint., All the times customer care no. come busy and it makes difficult for us to complaint., if luckily we get the chance to talk wid c/c exe. they do't listen to our coplaint..
                                I hope you'll take an immidate reaction on this complaint.

                                  mai reliance ka prepad sim use karta hu aur mujhe cross connection ka bar bar problem hota hai. company ko complain karna par ek bar to close ho jata hai phir bad me wapas chalu ho jata hai.

                                  mera sms 19 ka pack activete hai phir bhi 10 paisa per sms lagta hai. complain karne par coustmer care wale ne bola pro. solve ho jayega aur jo ballance kata vo ballance vapas mil jayega par abhi tak nahi mila. mera request no.[protected] complain date 19/sep/2011

                                  I am using reliance connection in jamshedpur for the past 1 year. Ever since the start i have been facing a lot of harrassment from reliance with regards to activation to recharge to incoming calls to making STD calls. however, i cannot switch to other service providers as all the other providers are equaly have a bad network

                                  Lately since the past two months i am facing problems with regards to outgoing calls. whenever i try to make calls to some numbers from my phone book, for the 1st 3 to 4 tries i get an IVR saying please check the no u have dialed, or the no that u have diled is a wrong no. this happens for 2, 3 time and then after some tries i get connected. at 1st i was so shocked as i was dialing the no straight from my phone book.

                                  moreover, a lot of times there is a cross connection taking place while conecting calls. wen i dial a no it gets connected to a diff no and i am also charged for that call.

                                  i m really frustated with the service. even if i want to call and complain to the cust care i cannot as i have not been able to get through to the cust care nos. at the web world also they are no taking down the complaint as they say i need to speak to the cust care executives directly.

                                    I kishor Chillal residence of Navi Mumbai (Koperkhairne) was using the broadband services (Reliance netconnect datacard) from last 3 months and now when I made a request to terminate by services after clearing all the dues they denied saying that I have again requested for continuing the services which was a false statement.

                                    My first request for termination was made on 27th August 2011 for which Case #[protected] was created and was assured that the services will be terminated in next 7 days but it was all futile when I called the customer support (Reliance) to know the status,the customer support (Miss poonam) made a Weird assumption saying that I have again requested for continuing the services which was a surprise to me but keeping cool I said i don't want your services please disconnect but they denied saying that pay the bill for september 2011 and place a request in reliance web store acordingly I made a payment on 18th September 2011 for the services which I have never used and also requested for the termination of the services where again I was given a case #[protected] as a referance so on 20th september when I called customer care to know the status they have come up with the bullish reason's saying that you again go to reliance webstore and place a new termination request because the customer representative had transferred the case to wrong department and now the webstore is not ready to create another case and I'm suffereing by paying the amount for the services which I have never used

                                    I would sincerly request you to please look into this issue and help me out

                                      RELIANCE GSM - HARASSING & CHEATING CUSTOMERS DESIRING TO PORT

                                      On 13th September I wrote to Reliance GSM :

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Let me introduce you myself. I'm corporate lawyer by profession. I had applied for PORT request for my Pre-paid Reliance GSM # [protected] as I need to switch to BSNL as my family members are using BSNL.

                                      I got Porting Request Code No EB382172 valid till 03-Sept-11

                                      On 3rd Sept 2011 I got message from 1901 as "Your Port in Request for Mobile Number [protected] has been REJECTED by your service provider due to 'outstanding payments' - BSNL"

                                      On 09 Sept 2011 I got message " Dear Customer your SR No UCS9189932 has been processed. Thanks for being with Reliance"

                                      On 11 Sept 2011 I got a message " Dear Reliance Customer, please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request reply yes else no (toll free).

                                      I replied "NO" as I'm highly dissatisfied with this approach of this Reliance Company.

                                      Please note this is for 2nd time I had requested for PORT, earlier I got message from 1901 "Thank you for showing interest in airtel. The portin request has been denied by your service provider as your number is under some contractual obligations"

                                      SINCE I AM PRE-PAID USER THERE IS NO CHANCE OF BEING DEFAULTER OR UNDER ANY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION and I'm unaware of your SR No UCS9189932 (which do not show the purpose) - I have not requested anything other than PORT-out.

                                      IN CASE IF MY NO IS NOT GETTING PORT OUT AND YOU PEOPLE ARE HARASSING ME TAKING FALSE PLEAS DO DENY ME THE PRIVILEGE AVAILABLE FOR PORTING OUT AND SELECTING ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. I MAY THEREFORE BE COMPELLED TO TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU AND PUBLICISE YOUR UNTOWARD BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMER LIKE ME.

                                      Please note that I won't request for PORT THIRD time and now its your (Reliance) responsibility to rectify this. I expect that you do the needful within 72 hours from now and report to me.
