    I am using reliance netconnect since 16 July 2011. My plan allows me to use 8 GB day and 15 GB night. Whne I checked the usage last month i.e Aug 2011 on 31 Aug, the data usage in reliance netconnect website shows 14.09 GB. I went to my home town without the netconnect and came back on 10th sept. When I saw my bill, it shows 15.32 GB of night usage. But when I check the usage in their website, it still shows 14.09 GB. When I complaint to their customer care they said that its the problem in their website and the usage is wrong. The bill is right. It was due to technical mistake in the website. They can do nothing for that. I have to pay for extra usage.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Inspite of series of reminders and follow ups we are not getting any response from the reliance bangalore CMH branch outlet.

      The data card which we purchase during mid of Aug,11 and having a free usage of three months period is deactivated till now.

      Inspite of me visiting the outlet for three times and calling them several times there is no result. They do not even pick up the phone nor respond to the calls.


      Hence, if you cannot able to activate the connection and extend the free usage period by more one month , atleast please inform us so that we can surrender the data card get the money back so that we can take a new connection from other service provider.

        I've reported this many times to Reliance GSM call center that I'm facing a network coverage issue in the area I'm living. They call me back and say they'll resolve it within 3 working days but they close the call without resolving it. It has been 1.5 year I'm facing this issue but there is no solution yet. So in my society many o[censored]s have decided to port our number to another service provider who has better network coverage.

The acknowledgement no. is RMFDEL04AUG'1111:03I01436. On 27th August, i got a letter that Change of Bank details request is not accepted for SIP transactions registered under Autodebit (standing instruction).

            On 11th September I recharge my prepaid reliance GSM connection no [protected] for GPRS one month subscription of Rs 99/- but after recharge it has gone to some SMS pack without my knowledge.After repetitively tried to contact customer care almost after one hour I got connected but he is unable to resolve the problem and told to contact the retailer from whom I have recharged but he also could not help.When contacted the customer care they also cannot give any true information where my recharge has gone. They answered that it has activated in some 1paisa calling pack but till date regular charge of 50 paisa is deducting from my account.
            All the details correspondence is pasted below with customer care. As per the last reply they mention that no GPRS pack of Rs 99 is available in my circle, But today only I recharge the same pack in my number and it is activated. THEY ARE NOT ONLY ABLE TO GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION BUT AT THE SAME TIME GIVING WRONG INFORMATION.

            Dear Reliance Authority,

            My number [protected], its my knowledge that taking the money of an ill eligible person is not good and unjustifiable.

            I am using this number around 2 years. I have made a recharge of Rs.41, and i am not getting any benefit from this recharge. Its a mistake by the CCE, Myself or the Retailer. Now i come to know that its a recharge for the new SIM.

            So i kindly request you to revert the money to my account.

            Mistakes are common for your part also. For Eg: My balance have been deducted twice a month (most of the Months) with out any fault from my side. You people saying i am activating some packs, later on your authority confirmed its by net work error. Its a usual thing.

            So treat it as urgent and one of your Nodal Executive (Ms.Honey Thomas) asking me to change the service as they can serve and take care of the customers like this ONLY.

            Kindly credit back the money that you have collected from my pocket (even if its of mistake from some others)

            Reliance GSM — Recharge options wrongly mentioned on the site

            I have done my recharge by looking at the options available on the plans and packs of reliance website but the pack which I did was wrongly mentioned as 75 instead of 65. I was really upset after getting the recharge done. Please don't keep the offers updated if it has been changed or not in use.

              Hi

              I have one connection of reliance cdma mobile number [protected].
              I want to activate DND service on my mobile. For this I call to there call center and give him request to please activate my DND service they said with in days the DND service will be activate, but the service will not activate then again I call after near about 10 days and the said me there is some technical problem for that your service will not activate today I call them date 19.10.2011 they again said me there is some technical problem for that your service will not activate. When I ask the request number they said me there is no request number to submit a request .How can this possible there is no request number to submit a request.

                I want RGMNPCW199 Postpaid Plan details in ANDHRAPRADESH...
                Reliance Telecom staffs are cheaters as I am also have very bad exp. with reliance. My postpaid no. is [protected] plan RGMNPCW199. Their retention team confirm that I will get 600 min. STD & LOCAL + 400 SMS every month. But their customer care is saying something else that 600 min. is only for local not for STD. Now I have no option except to go for connection termination or number portability. As per my exp. with reliance I suggest you pl. NEVER GO FOR RELIANCE POSTPAID... Their customer care never call to assist you they only call for new plans...

                  I recharged my Reliance mobile phone with 599/- through SBI internet banking. The amount was deducted from my bank but recharge was not done and I received an email saying that recharge has been failed or interrupted. I had registered my complain on 15th and now its 18th September and up till Reliance has not yet returned my money in my bank account. They are simply sending mails without taking any action in this regard. In fact today evening I received a sms saying that your complaint SR NO. 16651654 has been processed. How can they say that since my the deducted amount has not been credited to my account. I am giving the reference number of the transaction from my bank account {MSBI[protected]IG67224362 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A TO TRANSFER INB Reliance Infocomm Limited Reliance Infocomm Pa }

                  I called the customer care and they are saying that complaint has been solved kindly contact your bank where as I have contacted my bank and they are saying that I need to contact Reliance Infocom. I also tried to speak with the seniors customer care executives in this regard but they disconnected the phone.

                  Kindly return guide me in this regard. What should I do or where should I file my complaint.

                    i have recharged my mobile with amount 50/- ,you have deducted the amount for the activation of SMS pack of rs. 26 /- but does not activated it. as a result ,my large amount of balance reduced beacuse of hefty charges of sms.

                    i complained about on customer care. they gave me request no. for activating it i.e.[protected] and they said it will be activated 48 hrs.

                    now again my again m getting a message of activation of sms pack and my further balance reduced by 13 rs.

                    the customer care no.'s nwtwork always busy.i have tried it many times.

                    i want my balance back.
                    Provide me satisfactory answer to my problem.

                    I am very disappointed by this. Kindly look into the matter.Fast.

                      I am using reliance GSM since last 2 years, last 30 days my balance is deducting 10 rs in every 10 days..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me they have disactive my all service..today again my balance deduct. no one is there who resolve my problem and there is no responce from customer care side and they r nt able to solve customers problem nd they dont have manner how to talk with the customer.

                      i am rahul patil. on 28/06/2011 i recharged my reliance sim ([protected]) by 50 RS. and got 43.73 but around 8.30 p.m my balance deducted by 5 RS. i called to customer care with Mr. Manoj pillay and asked for deduction he repllied me that i had activated some services through R-world on 22/06/2011 but i didn't activated any service on 22/06/2011 and on that day my balance was 0.2 paisa. many times i found some deductions in my balance but i ignored but now i want some necessary action about it. now i m not satisfied with reliance service provider.

                      i am shakir Khan. on 09/03/2012 i recharged my reliance sim ([protected]) by 100 RS. and got 86 rs and some paise, but around 03.00 a.m on 10/03/2012 my balance deducted by 5 RS. i called to customer care and asked for deduction he repllied me that i had activated some services through R-world on 09/03/2012 but i didn't activated any service on 09/03/2012 and on that day my balance was 1 or 2 Rs.and from that day 5 Rs daily deducting...so i want my money back otherwise i'll have to change my company...
                      My Mobile no. [protected]. On wednesday (22-April) i got balance deduction with regarding this i contacted many time customer service but they not replied. They said your information not available . on friday (26-april) i got another balance deduction from my account with regarding this i contacted customer care again they not replied well and misbehaved also. After lot of trying they rise my complain but not solved

                        Hello Sir,

                        I am a customer of reliance netconnect broadband+. The service is good, as i am staying very near to one of reliance office. But the connection gets disconnected everyday night at 10PM. I had logged a complaint regarding this long back. I got a reply saying, the technical team is working on it. But i didnt get any result till now. it has been a month so far. I am paying the bill before the last day everymonth. But i dont get the service as desired.
                        please help.

                          Hi. Kindly avaoid using Reliance Netconnect+ almost all places.. I bought this stupid device 2months ago and wasted 3800 so far.. But the speed is exactly not more than 312kpbs maxim.......I contact them via Email support and they said average speed for it is 200-500kpbs only.

                          Then do not know why they advertise that stupid device as India's fastest devices.

                          Avoid using them and save your money.. BSNL 3G is 1000times better than this service....

                          Do not belive those sellers talks... They all lying in same mutt...

                          Reliance netconnect data card — Taken Excess Money....

                          i hv purchased reliance high speed data card having ESN/ RSN no. RHWCDB[protected] ON 28th Oct 2009 frm Reliance World Bajirao Road, Natubaug, Pune 02

                          there is MRP of Rs. 3500 rs. (Incl of all taxes)
                          But they charged me 3700 Rs. & given me bill of Rs. 3700
                          Hw they charged me Rs. 200 excess????

                          I asked them but they did not help me or not given proper treatment.......

                          its a cheating with me...........
                          plz support him...
                          customer care is not providing proper service. coverage is not present. reliance has cheated with their

                              I Dr rajib gayan had a connection of reliance mobile No- [protected]on Feb 2011, as i have to go out of assam for roaming,
                              I had esed it for just 4 days only.
                              after then i called customer care to cancell it. but they started sending bill and goon to my house for collecting money,
                              I filled a form for cancellation on may 2011 in Haiborgaon reliance mobile office outlet.
                              The lady filled it and told me she had done all.
                              I paid till no nearly 1400/- rupees (exact amount dont remember as i m on net cafe right now).
                              But still sending bill as i filled form for cancellation on may 2011, & not sending security money
                              my last bill is of 800/- rs dated 11 aug 2011
                              kindly help me get rid of this extra headache.

                                Dear Sir,
                                Im holding Reliance CDMA mobile service from last 8 Years,but im not able to send SMS from my SIM card ,as i change ,mobile,Sim card and did various complaint fro the same,but still the same problem is not sorted out ,its very much trouble for me due to this ,please find below mention corrospondences fro the complaint and there mail fro same.

                                Reliance Mobile — out going sms problem

                                Respected sir,
                                my name is amit bhosle. my cell number is [protected]. i am stay in gujarat in baroda...last 8 to 9 days there were the out going sms problem..daily i have do 2 calls in the customer care.. but they do not give proper answer..
                                They always given the same answer ur problem should be solved after 11'o clock.. i know ur problem, but i cant do this.. there is network problem .. i cant do the help.. atleast their supervisor also not given proper answer..
                                i am also call the customer care round abut 15 to 16 times same problem,, like the out going sms problem.. i am also write the complain..or ..even i have the send the e-mail to the customer care but they do not given the proper solution.. atlest they have not given proper answer..so we have to take the dicision..
                                we have do the lots of try to short out the problem but who r not be call to the customer care centre they cant know what's going on .. so i am the request to u pls take necessary action against to the RELIACE MOBILE SERVICE (CDMA)

                                    I am using Reliance netconnect broadband no. [protected] in rewari(Haryana).I faced the broadband signals problem from august 16 2011 and at that time i didnot get even a single signal of reliance broadband and i discussed all details with senior Mr. Nishant(Mumbai) he told me that you will get deduction in bill for the number of days upto which you are not getting broadband signals.On 17 august 2011 i filled a complaint for not getting broadband signals to reliance and complaint number was[protected] and i again filled complaint with complaint number[protected] on 6 sep. 2011 and again filled complaint on 8th sep. 2011 regarding not getting Broadband signal but from my 1st complaint on 17 august 2011 to 8th sep. 2011 i didnot use reliance broadband service during this compalint period i use the simple 1x speed for internet.They have forwarded me the bill for dated 27 July 2011 to 4 sep. 2011 of amount Rs 1032 on the basis of Broadband charges but i used their broadband service upto 16 august 2011 after that i filled a complaint to reliance .So i used broadband service from 27 July 2011 to 16 august 2011 but i didnot use reliance broadband service for the period of 17 August 2011 to 4th sep. 2011 but Reliance company is charging on the basis of Broadband services charge for whole period of 27th July to 4th Sep. 2011.They are telling me that we cannot give you deduction due to your data usage but the main problem which i faced is that from 17 August to 4th sep.2011 i used the 1X speed on internet due to very low speed of 1X i spent approx 1hour time for 10 min. work so i wasted lots of time due to the Broadband signals absence problem.
                                    They didnot solve my problem of Not getting Broadband signals form 17th Aug. to 4th sep. 2011 and also they didnot call me to solve the problem and their services are very poor and they are charging full amount for that services which they are not providing.

                                    Same think happened to me also. I paid for around first 2 months without even using the internet, bcos there was technical problems from their side. And after 2 months i was able to use it but the speed was pathetic. dont talk abt 3.2 mbps I was not even getting broadband speed. they are big liers. as i had no other options i continues to use it for few months and then terminated the service. so u better switch ur service no one is going to help u here.
                                    I am also planning to throw it out .

                                      Unwanted cricket update and other services are activated on y mobile and my brother's mobile also. We never subscribed for those services. And the service providers cut our balance. even if remaining balance is 10 rs they cut 5 rs else if more they cut 30 rs.                                       Reliance GSM Smart — Activation of UNWANTED SERVICES

                                      I'm an old user of Smart gsm (rel. GSM) my mobile no.'s are +[protected] & +[protected],
                                      on 24th may i got an SMS containing " your cicket pack has been activated at a special price of Rs. 5/match day" i never requested for the same to activate this service to any of the system or to any officials they activated this by themselves.
                                      same has occured to my another no. [protected] on 03/06/09 " your RANG RANGEELA PACK has been activated at Rs. 49/30 daysrenewal on 03.07.09" what are they doing is beyond my thinking.
                                      IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME THEN I'LL BE OBILISED TO THEM PL. HELP ME...

                                      Myself Vinay Kudari, filing this complaint on behalf of the reliance GSM customer Mr. Anil Jahagirdar.

                                      Unwanted service of My music station has been activated on this number and Rs.30/- has been deducted. This is really ridiculous that reliance GSM deducts the balance frequently for unwanted services.

                                      Dear RCOMcare,

                                      I had recently recharged Rs.200/- to my number and not even a week has passed my balance reduced to Rs.40/- due to unnecessary deductions. After contacting the customer care i was surprised to know that 3 services are activated and are getting auto renewed without my information.Customer care fellow told that the balance cannot be refunded.
                                      These services are activated on my number without my consent which is really pathetic. I want you to look into the issue.

                                      hi i cannot disclose my phone number publically but even i have complaint againest relaince services. i am also using reliance gsm number but facing the problem that every time i recharge it my balance will get deducted and when i try to call customer care they never pick up the phone.due to this i have not recharged my number from 6 months, and have started using serivces of other service provider. reliance is realy a very bad service provider in terms of balance deduction as well as signal problem.
                                      On 13th Feb, 2012 my balance which was around Rs 30 was deducted in morning. I called to customer care executive he said you are subscribed for “Good Morning Greetings” however I didn’t subscribe for any service to reliance. After one day Rs 30 was deducted repeatedly, I again call to customer care executive and asked him to refund of this amount deducted he talking basely. In night a customer care executive called his personal no “[protected]” and he was talking in high abusing language, aging in morning Rs 5 was deducted in my balance, within two days around Rs 65 was deducted in my balance.

                                        I am Moiz Lakdawala from Surat, Guajarat. I have purchase a reliance broadband connection on 3-May-2011 one of there executive named Ashish Joshi (mob no : [protected]) told that i will receive connection in 3 to 4 days, but after 1 and half month went i have not receive the connection. So i have cancel connection after that he told that i will receive my connection deposit within 21 days but then also 3 months have gone still i have not receive my amount. Every time when i call either he is not picking up phone or giving me new excuses. Now i have been fed up from this person also their superiors are not giving me proper response. So please let me know sir what to do.
