My name is Pritam Chakraborty . i have purchase a new realiance gsm sim mobile no [protected] and RSN no[protected] ,few week ago. Today(20/12/2010) my connection totali deactiveted with out any information. I want to call customer care( *333) but operator said "To resume service please contact realiance customer care" . but when i recharge my acount Rupees-20/- the operator recharge my account successfuly. Poor service by realiance, verry bad verry bad.

    Dear Sir,

    I was the customer of Reliance broadband service for 3 years. But because of their poor service i had disconnect the connection. for it i made a call on reliance customer care and they said that your connection will be disconnected in a week time. after that i got a mail from reliance that your connection is disconnected on 11th april 2013. after that I got bill from reliance and start getting calls from reliance to pay the bill for the internet service which i was not using. even though I paid 550/- rupees in cash and return the modem as told by the customer care executive to an executive who came to my home to collect the money and in return he gave me the full and final receipt and a letter for the same. Now after 15-20 days. I am again getting harassment calls from reliance to pay broadband bill . They are saying that your bill is still pending and you have to pay it.

    I don't understand that once reliance issued a receipt of full and final payment and collect the model how they can generate the bill for a service which they are not providing.

    Please let me know what to do.

    Reliance spend money on marketing to suppress or bypass victim consumers.

    Reliance spend money on attorney to harass victim consumers to forcefully pay the bills for worse services.


    So now its time to unite all victim consumer and show the this big biz people that what people can do...

    All we have to do is don't use Reliance broadband and don't recommend to friends and on social network to use reliance broadband

    If you don't have choice other then reliance then keep following things in mind...

    Don't give any advance amount to reliance marketing people.

    Once you start service always keep track of all complain on Excel sheet

    and ask for wavier and send mail to authorities about poor service of rcom.

    Reliance take block you for 24 hours once your connection stops working.

    If your complain about connection not working is not resolved by reliance technical team . you can call to Higher authorities by this number [protected].

    REMEMBER this is a paid number so keep your discussion to the point.

    once you register with Higher authority you have to wait for 4 days. which is processing time for higher authority.

    Make one folder on your computer to save screen shots of Internet speed using speedometer and http://www.speedtest.net/ during whole day when you face low speed.

    if you get low speed for continuous 3 days then you liable to submit low speed complain

    As we all know reliance always start business with consumers money...

    Lets see how?

    Recently reliance has started plans like
    Thunder 549 Thunder 699 Thunder 899 Thunder 1099

    Reliance also starts taking advance rental in this period.

    Why because they are know that because of this false marketing complain so many customer unsatisfied with the speed. so they take bill amount at the start of the month.

    and start updating hardware after starting a fake marketing campaign which looks so cheap compare to other service provider.

    Most of the marketing executives only highlight that you get


    1 Mbps @ 549 and Data Usage is Unlimited
    2 Mbps @ 699 and Data Usage is Unlimited
    4 Mbps @ 899 and Data Usage is Unlimited [Circuit Breaker Trigger 20 GB - 4 Mbps upto 20 GB, thereafter 1Mbps]
    4 Mbps @ 1099 and Data Usage is Unlimited

    They don't try to visualize that this speed is shared between 10 users
    Max. Contention Ratio for Home users 1:10

    So now lets see how this plans actually works

    force of water, flow from only one pipe

    force of water, flow from ten pipe from one pipe







    What this means ?
    if all 10 users are active then you get following speed

    1 Mbps/10 users = 100kbps
    2 Mbps/10 users = 200kbps
    4 Mbps/10 users = 400kbps

        i had made a complaint to reliance big tv customer care, first person who attended the call said me that the problem will be solved within 48 hours.....and after one week without any response from the company side I made the call again .........and now they are asking for one more week to solve the issue........my card number is[protected]....i dont know what to do
        i have been using Reliance smart internet card but there is no proper service for me despitr how many times i call them.
        My mobile no. is [protected]. and today i recharged my mobile account by Rs.75.
        after that my phone is not able to incoming/outgoing all calls may b blocked by network...
        So please sir/madam take my problem seriously

        I had taken Reliance Netconnect+ Dongal for Internet service Broadband while taking the service i got it confirmed by sales personal that Internet service will be available all over India. I was using & paying regularly for the service. Then I happened to go to Guwahati Assam on 11th Nov 2012 till 22nd Jan 13 were the Dongal did not work so i gave complain to Reliance then I received call from JVServices to pay for 2 month & Mr. Nischal from JVServices told me to give complain on e mail i sent the same on 4th Feb 13 then reminders on 11th Feb 13 & 8th April 13 but I have not received any reply. Then few days back i received a call & was threatened that i should pay or else have to face Legal action & i have received a legal notice today to pay.
        i would like to complain for the company it gave misinformation will giving connection & want me to pay for the service they are not able to provide. So please advice what to do. Help to forward my complain to concerned authority.

          My reliance GSM mobile no. [protected] charge Rs.21 for LOCAL VOICE PACK on 22/06/2013. But this pack is activated without my intimation. In the past also same pack is activated without intimation at that time I called your customer care on 198 to deactivate this service permanently. But up till now this service is not deactivated and every month i charged for Rs 21. Please deactivate this my LOCAL VOICE PACK and refund my Rs 21 to my balance as early as possible.

          Customer care representative is not giving any reference no. for complaint when i am calling to on 198. On 25/05/2013 i give same complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in.

          Reliance India Mobile — Activation of Services

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected].

          I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has some chargable facility activated so they are charging Rupees which I never subscribed for.

          I made an argument for the a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive accepted my complaint.

          they logged my complaint but not given me any complaint number by making excuses that their computer is not working a. I have phoned three times but I found every time a new person to convince this matter.

          Lastly on third time I got the answer that they will discontinue the services which i had never activated.But till now no action has been taken & my balance is still deducted without any cause.

          Reliance GSM — Value add service charged without using service

          Without request they activated various value added service .and charged from the account & after complaing the deativate the service and didn't refund.
          They charged 3 times for music pack within two month.
          and recently two days back againg the deducted Rs.30/.

          Reliance Communication-Mobile — unsatisfactory service

          Dear Sir,

          We are having your CDMA connection [protected] since 3 years, and all the payment are paid as
          per due date, even our deposit 500/- is there with you.

          We have received the invoice copy on 25th may 2011 and co. has deactivated my STD facility on
          26th may due over usage of credit limit. Even my credit limit has not increased, we are regularly
          making the payment on time you can check our past record of our billing and payment cycle.

          We are very disappointed that my STD facility deactivated without checking past records.
          This intends us to switch over to other service providers in which we get better service and tarif plans.

            We have lodged complaint on 9/05/2013 and repeatedly followed by phone call and email with your customer care staff and appellate authority Chennai.
            Every time false promise/regret/apology mail is being received. You may obtain copies of all our mails from your appellate authority Chennai. Every time we remind your staff and they are falsely closing the existing complaint and opening a new complaint.
            Problem is in our land line[protected].The battery, display unit is not working since 9/05/2013. Also,the cable connecting handset receiver is disconnected and we are forced to use only speaker mode. Our complaint numbers are given below
            [protected], [protected], [protected] on various dates from 9/05/2013. Our several requests in last few years to replace the old instrument with a new one has not been done. When we have paid full cost of instrument while taking connection, the responsibility of servicing and/or replacement lies with the company.

            We have installed the lanline with office automation just few months back from the 1st day it was not woking properly and we are facing so much problems that we cant explain.In the environment of Custmor Centric you are providing such type or services that are ridiculous.

            For the above said points we have lodged so many complaints that you can track from your complaints records but all in vain.Still the problem was not resolve.These types of services you are providing to your valuable corporate customers.We have tal;ke to Amarjeet SIngh, Vipin Kataria, Rajesh Thakur, every time they said that we we send you the epbax vendor along with our executive to look into the same but till now no body comes.SO it a request to do the needful asap for healthy relationships.

            Reliance — not giving the gift which they announced

            I have purchased grocery for Rs.3994 on[protected].55)at Doak nagar branch in Madurai, Tamilnadu.While entering the shop, shop man told us that, they will give a gift for every Rs.999 purchase and also showed the gift item.while putting bill he told us, we will send the gifts with grocery(door delivery) items.But till today he never gave the gift.I went to the shop several times and enquired about the gift, but no response. Iam very much frustrated due to their ill treatment. Another thing is the credit card machine in the shop is not working properly, we have waited for half an hour and then paid cash only.who is the responsible person to answer this ? will u do the needful ? otherwise u will loose the costomers.

            Reliance Telecom — Internet & landline not functioning frequently

            Dear Sir,

            My landline is frequently gets breakdown & Internet services unable to operate.
            Every time I am complaining the man will attend which will work for two or three days then again getting struck up.

            hardly my telephone works for 10 to 15 days in a month that too when power failure takes palce it will never work.

            But I received the bill promptly in time,if not paid immediately the land line will cut off.


            Request to take up the matter to higher authorities to do the needful.

                I have purchased new sim card of reliance with No. [protected] on 11 june 13 from bangalore. I have provided driving licence as id proof and again after waiting 4 days for activation of same I've provided UID card to the retailer as the DL was rejected as per the retailer. After several calls to customer care (198) neither my details have been updated nor the number is activated. Even after several calls to customer care and a drive of almost 10 kms to reach to the retailer, reply was simple that activation will be done next day. It is almost 11 days, and number has still not activated.
                customer care asked me to visit nearest reliance store instead of retailer. As I am new to bangalore I'm facinng a lot of difficulties with local number and still using number which is on roaming.

                Reliance pre-paid — Do Not Disturb Policy Is Useless

                To Whom So Ever It May Concern,
                This Is in refrence to dnc/dnd policies which Reliance prepaid is having . i have regisered in it few weeks before but still i am recieving damn calls from reliance call centers, and yes loads of ****ing messages too !
                I wanna tell tht i m satisfied with whatever plan or services i m having at the moment, so i dont want any disturbances made by the company .
                i hope this thing works or i 'll go to some more places i know !

                Reliance pre-paid — new sim which was not working

                dear sir

                i have purchased new prepaid sim card of life long with Rs 300 from khopoli dist: raigad mumbai
                i was surprised when i had inserted the new sim card in my cdma handset it was not working. in fr0nt of a reliance sub dealer.

                then i requested him to refund my money. but he failed to do so and refused & telling what can i do from company it has came and opened the seal of prepaid packet in front of you.

                the i told him to give me the same number with replacement of sim he is telling me to pay extra charges now tell me sir what to do ???

                i can understand once in a blue moon it can happen by production system manufacturing defect error.

                why i should suffer plz advise what to do should i forget my money or can i expect positive feedback from your side as soon as possible. or should i switch over to another mobile service provider

                I HAD PURCHASED A PREPAID CARD FOR MY SON ON 12TH OCTOBER FROM MOHALI AND SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS. I PAID RS 300 FOR SIM CARD AND RS 1000 FOR THE HAND SET ALSO I PAID RS 100 FOR CALLING VALUE.                 I has purchased two new prepaid connection from Reliance Communication Office, Mall Road Ludhiana to 6/08/2009 and proper document submitted.That time no. is activated after four days no. is barred because customer form can, t submitted to the Reliance office, when next time meet to the office staff she told form is rejected because proof is not valid again document submitted to the Reliance office and executive told no. is unbarred tommorrow but no. can't unbarred.
                Office staff can't positive response to the customer.

                Reliance Phone — Donot Disturb Policy

                I opted for the DND (don’t disturb policy) of reliance and was told on 25-5-08 that within 45 days i will stop getting TM - telemarketing calls. It did happen however ever since the election campaign has begun from 15 Aug-09 I am getting more than 20 messages from the contestants in my area asking for my votes and these messages even come late night and early morning. Manny other users are having the same problems.
                On my complaint to the reliance customer care, they were very arrogant and denied to help me in this matter since they said the DND is already activated.

                I feel like suing them in the Consumer court.
                I have recharge my Reliance mobile([protected]) from ICICI Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount 201/- in my mobile.

                Reliance Communications — activation on sim card

                My CDMA mobile no.[protected] was disconnted on 24.02.12 due to id submission. I have submitted my id proof etc on 26.02.12 in the reliance customer care centre. So far the sim card has been not not not activated. I request you to kindly take immediate action as soon as possible.

                  This is highly shameful as it is the third time I am complaining in past a month.
                  Yesterday[protected], at 14:37 I received a message from 52811 saying that my SMS 1 paisa pack has been deactivated, whereas I haven’t demanded for any such deactivation. and auto renewal for this pack was one on 13th june.
                  Calling customer care has caused me more trouble.
                  On calling the second time that customer care executive said that my pack has not been deactivated on my number [protected].
                  Which turned out to be false information and on sending a message my balance was deducted.
                  Reaching a customer care executive takes a hell lot time and once reached the customer care executive told me that there is some technical mistake and I should call after some time.
                  I choose to give some time to it but in vain.
                  Today I received message saying that rs 26 has been credited to my account and SMS pack has been deactivated. Whereas not a single penny has been credited to my account.
                  Thereafter reaching customer care has become all the more difficult as after dialling 198 and then choosing options to talk to customer care executive disconnects the call.
                  I am highly disappointed and utterly fed up of this discomfort which reliance causes me again and again!

                  i talked to your customer service executive, who told me that the SMS1p pack has been deactivated.
                  i wish for activation of this pack but i do not wish to pay Rs26 again, as RS26 were deducted on 13th june and i haven't asked for any deactivation.
                  and since any deactivation demand wasn't done from my side on 20th june and i didn't talked to anyone on 20th june, i don't agree with paying extra rs26 for activation of sms1p.

                    My name is Jinit Brahmbhatt and i am using reliance cdma [protected] in surat since last three years. I have recharged with Rs.92 to get benefits of all local calls at 30p/min and all std call at 35p/min for 90 day on 26.05.2013.. I got sms of scheme activation on my mobile. Despite of it, i have been debited at tariff of 1p/sec for all calls since then. I have written to [protected]@relianceada.com as well as gave feedback on reliance website but so far not got any reply.
                    i want that reliance stop cheating consumer like this and refund my excess amount debited since 26.05.2013 or else i will more to TRAI and consmer forum for the same to claim refund.

                      I have been using Reliance Broadband for more a year, in this period I have never delayed a payment. However, In January this year, I was travelling and was out of station for 3 months. I called up the customer care before I left who told me that I could keep my phone in safe custody for the duration I was travelling. I did apply for safe custody, however, the first month I got a bill which was more than my normal bill, since I was out of country, I couldn’t call, instead I wrote a mail asking for clarification. I got replies about Rs. 28 waiver which I didn’t follow. I asked at least 5 times and each time I got a random sounding reply. The next month, my connection was re-activated and when I asked for clarifications, I got random replies again and finally I asked for a cancellation.

                      When I was back, I called the customer care who informed me that the first bill was actually the safe custody charge for 3 months which made total sense. She added that I had requested for a re-activation due to which it was re-activated. She claimed it was a mail communication. Finally, she said I had requested for a disconnection which was what was done. When I told her that I hadn’t requested for re-activation and that I had all the mails, she asked me to register a complain. Till now I haven’t got a satisfactory answer to my queries. Please note that I have all the mail communications and in none of them is there any word about re-activation.

                      I tried sending a mail to the reliance nodal officer @ RCOMNodalOfficer.[protected]@relianceada.com and this is what I got:

I used to get calls from reliance one week (and again before two days) before the bill is due say that I should pay, and I *NEVER* not get the call. I am surprised my number is unreachable now.

                        Balance of over Rs. 80 has been deducted unreasonabely deducted from my number and when i called customer care they said "Sorry we cannot access your details today". I simply recharged my number with just Rs.10 to see if it again gets deductedm a message came with information that i have been charged Rs. 3 for some stupid VAS USSD and my remaining balance is Rs.4, and when i tried to call a random number with Rs.4, it said "You have insufficient balance". That whole day and the next day i kept trying to connect to the customer care and all i get is the automatic answering machine first saying "our customer care executive will soon be connected to you" and then "thank you for calling reliance" and the call is automatically disconnected. I am totally fed up with reliance and just want my refund and no other service to mess up with my money and life.

                        I am holding reliance GSM SIM no. [protected]. On dated 24th Oct 2009 company deducted Rs/- 30/- from my account for which I came to know on 31st Oct 09 when I received a sms from company that they have activated a service Mitti Ke Rang on my mobile. A service neither I demanded nor I heard of it previously. I talked to customer care on same day but they didn't given satisfactory answer, except that they unsubscribed from that service and told me that no more money will be deducted but amount will not be refunded. On 18 Nov.09 again I received a sms about deduction of 30/- Rs. and activation of Astrological services. I was shocked because for I never asked them. Again I talked with customer care twice but they were adament for refund. I asked them to lodge my complaint but they refused, I asked them to connect me to their senior fellow but they refused and disconnected line.
                        Dear sir these company frequently giving call of their product and if you hear whole call then they automatically start their service even if customer has not responded or demanded that or sometimes they send flash messages, when customer unlock his mobile to read the message, unlock key send ok command to company. In this way company is deducting millions of rupees from thousands of customers like me. So please kindly look into matter and save millions of rupees of we people.

                        Reliance GSM Mobile — UNAUTHORISES CHARGES

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am a Reliance GSM mobile user. On 16/12/08 I was surprised to receive a message from the number 56066 stating that

                        “Dear Subscriber, Your subscription renewal for style service for Rs. 10 is due on 18/12/2009. to unsubscribe SMS Unsub Style to 155223 (Toll Free)."

                        First of all I never subscribed for any such pack on my number. Still before getting in to detail I just wanted to stop further deduction of amount from my balance and sent an SMS as detailed in aforesaid SMS from Reliance. In response I received SMS stating

                        "Dear customer, this pack does not exist. Please request again with correct keyword."

                        Then I called customer care at *333 and enquired the detail. I was told that someone had called me some time back to activate it on my number. When I asked him to give me the date, time, number and name of the person called me, he could not reply / give detail. Only thing he did is deactivated the pack on my request.

                        Then I asked him do we have to live on your (Reliance) mercy and you will activate any pack on you own wish and debit our account. Simply saying that it is done with our permission is not sufficient. If we challenge you have to prove, otherwise refund the entire amount debited. Then he replied to make a complain to the customer care. I was surprised again because I was talking to customer care only. I don't know whether Reliance has two customer care department. One for randomly Debiting, Activating Packs to customer account for different packs. One to receive complains for no action.

                        I and many of my friends, relatives do have this kind of problem. Specially for Reliance, we have idea like they are specialized in making falls bills on customers.

                        Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
                        I am reliance gsm subscriber having mobile number [protected]. Today only (6 Nov 2010) in morning i have noted down my balance as 43.93 INR. When in evening i tried to send a sms it got failed. Then i again checked the balance and i was shocked to see the balance. It was a negative balance (-7.11 INR).                         Reliance GSM — random money deduction

                        Sir,
                        I would like to bring it to your notice that randomn money deductions have been made from my number([protected])(Reliance GSM),in the name of subscriptions,which i have never subscribed to.
                        Morever my complaint was also not registered in the customer care centre.
                        Whenever I call the customer care executives reporting about my money deduction,they ignore my request telling that their server is currently busy,so contact them later.And when I contact them later,they say that they can't help me because of my late contacting them.
                        Please help me in this regard.I'll be thankful to you.

                        my mobile no.[protected] which having prepaid connection and Rs.30/- was deducted from my balance for beauty pack service.My quastion is how they can legally do this and what Trai is doing to curb such cheating?Recently i had read the news that Mr.Pranay mukhrajee got advertisement call and mobile company was taken to task but what about common mans grivances.
                        Yes they do such things...and for these smaller amounts since no body bother;s a lot, they make hefty reserves...beleive 1 million users and rs. 30 from even 10 percent of them comes in crores.

                        I don;t think there is a resolution to such issues and even if they are resolved over long hours chat with customer care or other authorities, you might get lucky to get back your 30 bucks, nothing else.

                        Believe it or not, this is a great disappointment and scams big companies are involved in today's date.

                        This complaint is in connection with Recharge of Rs. 58/- ( Special Tariff Plan ) done by me on 23.11.2011 (Receipt also attached ) for my Cell no [protected]. This plan was selected by me seeing your website Instant Recharge which directed me to a screen which showed that charges will be 1p/sec and thus under this impression I recharged my connection ( Copy of the screenshot of your website is also attached ).                         I have taken a GSM prepaid sim from Reliance service provider. They are the worst service provider among the all other prepaid service providers. They are dealing with customer worst fully. They are cutting the mobile balance without informing to the customer. if you don't see your balance regularly you can not catch them or it is very difficult to catch them, they cut Rs 0.5 per day or they cut weekly Rs. 10 or suddenly Rs. 30-40 when they show more balance in mobile. I have activated DND in my mobile after that they are doing all these cutting balance without information. From my mobile balance they regularly deducting Rs. 10 as well as Rs. 30 in some interval of time since Oct 2011 but they never inform me about these cuts. When i came to know about this and contact them regarding this matter, they are telling that day by day they are activating some service without informing and are they cut the balance, and blame me that i have activated all these. I have have no idea about these service what they are talking about because i never used all the service.Please let me know how to give punishment to the provider. This type of service may be they are doing with all the customer, which need to know all the customers. When you call them they misbehave with customer in their customer care service.

                        Balance of over Rs. 80 has been deducted unreasonably deducted from my number and when i called customer care they said &quot;Sorry we cannot access your details today&quot;.                           I am a Software Engineer. I had a Postpaid connection of Reliance Netconnect+ No. [protected]. I wanted to change it to a Prepaid connection.
                          I visited Reliance Communications, yelahanka new town for this purpose. I was told that i can do this only between Monday and Friday and between 10am to 4pm.
                          I had take a leave for this purpose. First time i went to Reliance Communications for this purpose, i was told the network was down and was asked come again. I again took a leave next week and i was told that they had exceeded number of application and was asked to come next month.
                          Most Importantly, i had stopped using the device.
                          I had to pay one month bill even without using it.
                          Next month i again took a leave and went for convert it from postpaid to prepaid. Now again i was given an reason that the network is down. When i asked them about the approximate time for network revival, they were rude and told me they don't know, and you can do whatever u want.

                          I had already stopped using the device and now I stopped paying the bill and now i receive calls that i will recieve a legal notice for bill payment. Though i havent used the device, i am asked to pay around 2500. I already had a loss of pay for taking leave for 3 days and paying 1 month bill.

                          Look into the matter and resolve it.

                            on 17.06.2013 my mobile missed at Near Railway Station. Immediatley i can call to reliance customer care to block the my mobile no. The Mobile No, is [protected]. and Immediately i can contact to neatest reliance outlet to get the duplicate sim to pay the 100.00 and the sim is activated at evening but todayonwards the sim is not working only coming incomings only but not going outgoing. i can contact more then 10 times at out reliance out but he cannot respond me. again i submit the proof. But today onwards i cannot activated outgoing service. Please tell me how to activated the outgoing service.

I have tried many times the coustomer care number but that is also not responding.This is really painfull that a company like Reliance is doing this kind of activity and harrasing the Coustomers.

                              i have recharge my mobile no.[protected] with a balance of 50rs.today.but after recharge from my balance approx rs40.0 has been deducted automatically.this happen many times whenever i am trying to recharge my mobile my balance has been deducted.when i had talk to customer care then customer care has trying to mis guide me that they were saying that due to my fault my balance has been deducted.but on my no i have not activate any pack on my no or no pack is running on my no.So due to this i am facing a lot of problems.
                              so request u to take action against this complain and remove the fault.

                              1. top up done for Rs 100 0n 12th feb plus sp 39 for sms pack twice on 12th and 14th feb,. but no activation of sms done
                              2. rs 39 cut for sms on its own from rs 100 and again returnedon its own, again rs 3.10 cut for 5days sms on its own and sms pack activated , but deactivated on its own
                              3, top up done for rs 100 on 16th feb on line , but 30 rs dedecteded w/out any request ffrom me

                              Reliance GSM — Prepaid balance deducted

                              I am using Reliance GSM prepaid service-[protected], for the past 1year. Also I have earlier submitted a complaint for the same issue few months back.
                              My prepaid balance get deducted and when approached, the customer care executive answers as I have activated some service and hence the deduction. The last was on 20/04/2011 around 11:15 am Rs.3 was deducted as daily charges for cricket updates. I have never activated such a scheme.
                              This is the fourth time I'm experiencing the same problem in the past 7 months.

                              Services are not provided rationally by the company.

                              they r just sucking the balance directly and our blood indirectly.

                                I am writing this to complain on the Reliance broadband connection services and the irresponsible behavior of the Reliance staffs.

                                I chose the plan where I have to pay Rs.250/- per month + Taxes. I never ask for VAS (Value Added Service).

                                From last 2 month excess bill is coming. I called up to Customer service for the detail but there is no response. I request to to change my plan from Post paid to Prepaid. they said they will make it done. At last i paid the excess bill for 1st month and stopped using data card. But once again the bill came more than to last bill.. Without using the connection how the excess bill comes.
                                I request you please take a action on this.
                                I don't want to pay anymore payment here on words.

I got missed call from 56694777 and when I called back, I got the information that voice chat service on my phone is activated and also 30/- from my balance. I tried to contact customer care on *333 but no one is picking the call. please do sth over this and return my money as it is a clear cheating by Reliance comm.

                                    i have applied for reliance wimax broadband connection from flat no 405,building no 4(sursangam) sariput nagar,JVRL link road ,andheri east,mumbai 400093 on 4/03/2013 and SBI cheque of Rs 2247 given on name of Reliance communication pvt ltd. ( cheque no 505316) .receipt has not been given. due to unnecessary delay in installation I cancelled it on 14/03/2013 . connection has never been installed. meanwhile amount of Rs 2247 has been debited from my sbi account on 12/03/2013.
                                    Details available to me are as below-

They informed me to visit Web world, Than i met the web world executive Ms Zabeen and i asked to migrate to prepaid she told she has taken request and you will get a call from the concerned department. than i leave the web world.                                       Because of My tight schedule i am not able visit the web world, because i have not got call from you. i have waited for your call. when i call the customer care on 24-Apr-2013, i am really surprised because she informed that there is no request from your end for prepaid migration.                                       But still not received call from your people than once again personally visited the Web world-Bhavanipuram branch on 25-apr-13. They informed me internet is not working that why we will arrange a call back they have register the complaint in the complaint book. but i did not get the call from you.

                                      Then today i have wasted my 2 hours of my valuable time by visiting the web world- Bhavanipuram branch. Now they are informing me that they will start the process from starting phase. But i don't have time to visit your web world again and again. i have informed the customer care people that regarding the payment don't call me. send legal notice we will met the consumer court and we will settle the issue in the court itself. Now i am also lodging the complaint in the consumer court for wasting my time and money and irresponsible attitude towards the customers.

                                        I brought reliance fixed line broad band connection for 4mbps speed. I disconnected same within 2 weeks of connection got active. As i have paid for 4mbps speed and paid for 3 month in advance, even after multiple complaints the speed was less than 1MBPS(reference speedtest.net). Now i'm seeking for my pending money after deduction of days i.e 2 weeks. I was informed that i should get it in 60 days of disconnection where as its already 80 days from days of disconnection but they are still not refunding money.

                                        PLS HELP.

                                        Reliance Broadband — poor service

                                        I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband Services and have a plan unlimited download for INR 999.00 per month.
                                        Ever since I got the connection there are technical problems, i.e. i cant log on to the net for a longer period of time, once it was for 4 consecutive days. Every time I call the customer service they say the same thing, "We are sorry for the inconvenience, your complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department, and they will call you within 24 hours" But they never call up and the problem remains indefinitely. However they are very prompt in billing. I never received a bill but they called me up and asked me if i have paid the bill. They promised to send me the bill by email, which they haven't done so far and the due date is nearing and if the bill is not paid, they will disconnect the service. I don't know whom to complain to, the customer service staff is not trained to handle such issues they merely forward the complaint to some "unknown" concerned department and we customers never hear from the concerned department.
                                        I would n't recommend this service to anyone who is genuinely interested in having a proper service
