Me and my flatmates are using reliance broadband connection whose subscriber ID is[protected]. The connection is in the name of one of my flatmate Hussain Kapadia. We currently have freedom 999 plan.

Since past 3 months we've been facing severe problem of slow (or no) internet connection. We've raised up this issue with Reliance's customer service agent several times though telephonic conversations during we've been told that this is due to so called "server upgradation". In my past 8 conversations with your agents I've been given different dates for completion of sever upgradation. The upgradation is not over yet.

We're paying an amount of Rs. 1200 /- regularly expecting uninterrupted high speed internet which looking at the current scenario seems to be a distant dream. Lack of proper service by Reliance communications has affected my work tremendously.

We've sent a mail to Reliance Customer Care last week (Date: 6th July) reiterating this issue and giving them the final ultimatum to fix this issue within a week, but instead of getting this fixed the situation has gotten even worst. Since yesterday (13th July, 2 p.m.) there's no connection at all. We've talked to Reliance about these 4 times. Please find below details:
13th July, 10 p.m.: Issue of fiber optic breakage, will get fixed before 10 a.m. on 14th July
14th July, 1.30 p.m.: Issue of fiber optic breakage, will get fixed before 2 p.m. on 14th July
14th July, 5.30 p.m.: Issue of fiber optic breakage, will get fixed before 6 p.m. on 14th July
14th July, 8.00 p.m.: Issue of fiber optic breakage, will get fixed before 10 a.m. on 15th July
This is the height of lack of commitment from Reliance.

We've already warn Reliance to take legal action if the issue that's been persistent since past >3 months doesn't gets resolved. Even, that's not working. Please suggest what should we do?

Evident by this incident only thing I can say is "Never rely on Reliance's commitments".

Reliance Communications — lack of proper service

i have seen many times reliance does fake promise and often there is lack of proper service and this time i experienced in most critical way, we all buy a mobile phone to eliminate distance and keep in touch with our near and dearbones i too purchased a mobile from allahabad and then after some months i have to moved to delhi so i decided to retain this number in delhi and use in roaming but to use i had recharged account then what i experienced is lack of service my validity has expired before the due date infact at half of the total period then i call the customer care several time but nobody turn up with proper answer then i forced them to file complaint but nothing happened to my complaint, their explation was beyond my imagination they rigidly said you have used all your service and u should accept it without ant objection. their customer care executive are worst i suggest all people to not buy reliance mobile,

Reliance Communication Broadband Connection — Not giving internet connection even after paying the fee

This is regarding Reliance Communications Broad Band Connection. I've paid 500/- rs for a broad band internet connection to Reliance Communications. Then they said the limit for max number of connections to the hub in our area and then i've opted for the dish connection plan. It's been more than one week i've opted for that..but they didnt gave the connection till now saying that they dont have instruments. Why are they collection money from customers when they have no stock of instruments with them?

You Telecom — no connectivity and slow speed of internet

you telecom is having very slow speed compared to the promised speed, and it gets disconnected several times in a month.

This related to the broadband connection taken from relaince broadband and inspite of payment of the bill its not working...whenever we complaint they say you should be in front of your system so that we can troubleshoot online...am not a computer savvy that what i said to them and reqested to send the technician...however in vain no body has come yet and my rental is being charged...this is really pathetic...

Reliance Broadband — not resolving problem

i had taken a broadband connection of reliance .my phone as well as my internet connection is not working from 10 december 2008 till 20 december 2008.daily i am complaining to customer care support as well as local reliance distributor.But they replied me that your phone starts working from today itself.even i remebered them daily.even nobody came at my home for check phone cable or box.

Reliance Netconnect — Reliance Netconnect Does Not Work

This is to file a complaint again Reliance Netconnect for breach of promise, mental harassment, poor service and inaction on complaint filed with them.

I bought a Reliance Netconnect connection (No: [protected]) in the first week of June against the name of Hrishikesh Trivedi (Add: D-II/244, Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New delhi - 110021). It in itself was a big an effort as Reliance initially denied me the connection citing negative reference. the reason thet had given was that my reference check was negative which in itself was shock to me as no one ahd ever contacted me or my family. After much remonstration and protest, a reference check was carried out and the connection was activated.

The connection worked fine for the first few weeks and then started giving trouble. I would get disconnected frequently and I was not able to download anything from the net, whenever connection worked.

I filed a complaint in the last week of June and was promptly given a number[protected] . I was promised that the problem will be solved but for download issue some other department had to call me.

I received a call a day later, during office time, and the person asked me what the problem was. I explained the problem but since I didnt have my personal laptop with me, could not confirm whether the issue persisted. I asked him to call a day later. Someone else called a day later, again during office time, and I confirmed that the problems of frequent disconnection and download not happening were still there. He asked if I could access the personal laptop, which since I was in office I could not. I asked him to give me a call the same evening at 5pm. I went home early and waited for the person to call. No call came. I called up the Reliance Customer Care numerous times, requesting for someone to give me a call. But no call came. A week later, the problems were still there. I called Reliance care again and they said someone will call up. No one called.

Its 25th July today and the problem is still there. Moreover when I called the contact center they were not able to help in any fashion as ostensibly their systems were getting upgraded.

Reliance Netconnect through a marketing campaign being run on numerous TV channels claims to offer a broadband connection which has very high speeds including downloads.

These claims are absolutely fradulent as is evident in my case. They also claim to be the best service provider which is absolutely untrue.

I am bringing this complaint to you in the hope that my issues will be addressed, that Reliance is restrained from claiming that they are the best service providers, that their marketing campaign is scrapped as more people could be lured by the campaign and that the mental agony caused by the apathetic attitude of Reliance Netconnect to myself is duly compensated.

Yes browsing too slow. Unplugged signal comes often. They attend to complaint but problems remain chronic, which means poor trouble shooting. I would find it difficult to recommend anyone to get hooked here.

Reliance Communications — Reliance Netconnect is not functional

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase reliance netconnect on 20th Aug 2009. They told me that speed will be 3.1 Mbps, i thought that if it provides me in Mbps then it is fine, but when i activated and used it i found the speed as 200Kbps.

The major issue is due to disconnection of internet from 24th Aug 2009 to till date. I asked web world and customer care, both replied me same that it is due to reason of address verification pending status.

Although my address has been verified on 26th aug 2009, it is still not functional.

When I ask regarding it for both ends of Reliance, they tell me to wait for next day. It is happening from 27th july to today.

I am not getting the proper service. There was one offer that i will get first month rental free but after purchasing i got a call from reliance, She told that first bill be generated in 7-14 days and rental will be free afterward you will have to pay rental.

Today i also got the call from relience at 12:20 PM for verification. He told me to wait till tomorrow.

Please help me i am in big problem. I was it activated today itself.

speed downloading speed Upto 200Kbps I brought this data card last month.

Reliance Netconnect — Network issues not resolved

The relaince Leading Brand in India having Many issues with their process .... and I raised a comaplaint regarding my Netconnect.. Network issue .. which still not resolved from past 2 months....
Ref:[protected] .. whenever if I call to know th e staus all the executive will mark the compalint as high priority and forward it concerned team.... which will not notify to customer..

But I am paying to reliance to get the speed oif 3.1 mbps.. which should work at min 1 mbps... whenever I login it shows... 1X .. where I can access 10kbps speed..

1.I am paying reliance to give the speed of 10 kbps
2. I can get the 10kbps on my GSM mobile.. why should reliance say it as broadband..

There will not be any manager to handle this issues.?
I have sent many mails to Nodal office who takes care of all the telecom issues.. No one will be availabele for resolve the prob...

And today is still 8th and reliance wants me to make the payment to aviod the LPF... but my due date is 10th..
we need the remainder only when the due date is over..

Is this is the policy of reliance??

Reliance Communications — poor connectivity and problem while connecting with Netconnect

I've been using Reliance Netconnect for last four months and I am having problem of poor and some times no connectivity. Also, Each time I try to connect, it throws an error 691 mentioning the username and/or password is wrong on this domain. I don't know what does this mean. But I've never changed the settings of the netconnect since I installed it on my computer.
I've sent many emails to the respective authority but there is no positive response from their side. Now, it has been a month since I informed them.

Hi, I also faced the same issue...All the time, wherever I stay, I get highspeed 1x but not broadband+.. I've complained on this issue twice and my issue has resolved now in a week's time...now i can access with minimum 1 mbps speed. ..and now i can always use the internet in Broadband+ mode.. m happy abt this but i guess this happiness will last for only 2 or 3 more dayz ... This is like giving a big feast or a delicious meal and beat up hard till it comes out... lolzzz.. Hope i'll not get disappointed..atleast very soon..

I had Purchased a net connect data card vide receipt no. 247 from the The Mobile Shoppe worth Rs. 2299 plus paid activation charges of Rs. 330.00.

i have taken a relaince prepaid connection in august 2011 whose no. was [protected]..i got a phone call from uttam nagar ,delhi office on 25 nov 2011 ..they advice me to convert my no.. in postpaid connection as reliance will give u 2 months rel - rel free and 45000 sec on recharge of rs 250.the offer was attractive so i did that ..but none of their committments was fulfilled..my no..was converted into postpaid on 28 nov 2011 ..my first bill came on 7 dec 2012 .but i was not given the advantage ..when i called customer care they toid me that after 7 dec u will given the benefit..but this time also i was cheated and my no..was closed on 28 dec 2011 due to overbilling..i also complaint to MR.MITHUN in nodal office but he also cheated me..first he told me to pay rs 200 and my no..will start ..when i paid that amount then he told that i have to pay the whole billl..i m not in a position to pay a bill of rs 1500.. so i changed my no..i was given suggestion that my complaint will be corrected but it was not done ..now i m getting phone calls from reliance they are forcing to pay the whole billl..now i m going to "consumer forum " against reliance..kindly resolve my complaints as soon as possible ..my present no.. is [protected]

The problem is not me getting in touch with your customer service, the problem is the lack of commitment from your people and persistence of my problems. I want a written assurance on a date when this issue will get resolved from Reliance communication which I can upload at this place and expose your lack of commitment.

We were having the same issues since the very beginning when we installed Reliance Brodband. We called up many times regarding the same but we never heard back. Due to the same we lost our interest in paying the bill and ur people came to our doorstep for collecting the bill.

Its really sad that that u guys can come for collecting the bill but while asked about net u guys are even more silent than our dear Manmohan Singh. :X

Just an FYI, its 2.24 p.m. on 15th July right now, and the issue of internet not working is not yet resolved. Another instance where Reliance Communications could not deliver on its commitments to us.

Its 12.15p.m. on 16th July and the internet is still not up. I called at your customer service at 7.38p.m. and here's what happened
1. I was connected to your executive at 7.45p.m.
2. He asked me about the issue, I told him this issue.
3. He told me internet would be up till 8p.m.
4. I said that I don't care about what you people say anymore, I just want to cancel my connection.
5. He forwarded my call to cancellation department.
6. Cancellation department picked up my call at 8.5p.m. Internet was still not up.
7. He asked me why I want to cancel my connection and told me the connection would be up till 10p.m. (TWO TIMINGS IN THE SAME CALL)
8. I raise the cancellation request anyways. Request ID is[protected]

I want to ask the admins of this website that "what’s the purpose of this website?" Are you going to help me with any legal proceedings that I can do. Or it’s just for big conglomerates to tell its consumers "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" even though when they don't mean it.

I'm damm sure that now if I refuse to pay my last bill (which is totally justified, provided what I've been through), I'll be received hundreds of calls from Reliance to pay my dues. They'll try each and every method to recover the money. They'll threaten torture and mentally harass me till I don't give them the dues. And since Reliance is such a big company and I have neither the time nor the resources to fight with them, I'll end up paying them the dues. Is there any solution to this domination of big companies? Should this website have a role to play in getting the consumers justice?

I'm depressed with the way ADAG Reliance's company has cheated us.

Just another FYI, if you're still following this post. It's 8.15p.m. on 16th July, the connection is still not up and your customer service is saying that it'll be resolved by 10a.m. on 17th July. What do you have to say on this? Are you sorry? Or are we stupid?
Its 5th Day of the issue. The internet is still not working. RCOMcare, give me the address of the place where your server is kept. I want to see personally if anybody is working there and upload a picture of what work they are doing on the internet. Or you upload a picture showing how many people are working on this issue for how long. Also, if there are people really working on this upload the credentials of the engineers working on this, so that people can know whom not to hire.
Its going to be 7 days now. I called Reliance's customer service for the 9th time. Again I got a new time 20th July 11 a.m. Also, he told me that my complaint was lodged only yesterday and it would be completed within 48 hours. RCOMcare, did you noted my complaint on July 14th? If yes than its way past 48 hours, where is my internet? I provided your customer service with a solution. Till the time the broadband issue doesn't gets resolved, give me a reliance dongle and keep on working on your so called 'Fiber Cut' or 'Server Upgradation' (reasons that are used by customer service). Isn't this a valid request?

We raised a request[protected] asking for waiver on our bills (this time also we've received complete bill). It has been rejected by your customer service. I don't understand why are you charging us the full amount for the service that you haven't provided. When I raised a cancellation request on 15th July, I was told I'll be given full compensation once the issue is resolved, so I decided to continue with your services. Now, you are again giving us an example of lack of commitment. Is there any end to this UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL behavior of Reliance?

It is heights when you give us a 2 second miss call and say that 'we called on your cell but you didn't pick it up'.

One this is sure, if I'm not provided with waiver I'll not only cancel your connection but will file a legal complaint in consumer court against Reliance Communication. If I don't get reply on this post till Monday 12th August then I'll proceed with my complaint to consumer court.

My balance was deducted around 211 rupees.I called customer care, they confirmed that 211 rupees would be refunded but only 93 were refunded...now i think they have blocked my number..no contact from them

    i am pavankumar mehta having reliance cdma cell phone number [protected]. company has wrongly deducted RS 30/- for missed call alert service which i have not subscribed. i have filed a complain with the company regarding the matter vide complain number[protected]. they are saying that i have started this service by sending them an sms which i have not sent as per my message detail on the cell phone. such amount were deducted by the company in the past but on complaining they used to refund the balance. this is second time that they have deducted the amount.also as per TRAI recent notification double confirmation is essential for starting value added service. detail of notification is as follows
    Telecom operators have to take double confirmation from consumers before activating value added services (VAS) and must complete deactivation requests in four hours, sectoral regulator Trai said on Wednesday.
    Activation of VAS by service providers has been a cause of customer complaints and was a major worry for Trai as well. Issuing new stringent guidelines for VAS, Trai said: "The service provider has to provide a system which takes a second consent from the customer before providing a value added service through any means," the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) said in a statement on 10/07/2013.

    Reliance Communication — Deduct Amount From my Balance

    When I contact customer care *333 they always tell me the server is down.

    I am using Reliance GSM Service from last 2 years. I would like to draw your kind attention that in last two days an amount of Rs.175/= is deducted from my prepaid balance (First Rs.30/- on 17/05/11 and second time Rs.145/- on 18/05/11). On 17/05/2011 before deduction my balance showed Rs 205.01. when I contact your customer care many times toll free no.198 customer service executive simply inform that it is correctly deducted giving reason that I have subscribed for some packs i.e.(Rs.145/- for combo pack of cricket and Rs.30 for hungama pack). When I said to compliant he said we cannot do compliant. Whereas, i have not activated any services, the packs are activated by default. And I never say them to active these services in my mobile or never says them yes to active. These services have been activated by Reliance Company. Then, how it is possible they automatically cut it without my activation and how reliance deducts my balance. Total amount of Rs.175/= is deducted.
    This mobile is used solely for my Profession and I have never subscribed for such services. Please check what the problem of Reliance Company Why not solves my problem. I understand that it was a wrongly deduction than please refund my balance immediately. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and Please try to get refund my amount. If I do not receive the same I will destroy the sim and stop using Reliance Connection. I also propose to campaign among my circle to stop using Reliance mobile connection. This is not a threatening it is only information to you.

      Iam Praney jain using the number [protected] against which I have the complaint. I got the Rs. 16 pack activated on my number in which using the 'whatsapp' application is free for a month. Since the day of getting the pack activated my account balance keeps on falling. When I check my account balance After some time o[censored]sing the whatsapp application, I find that my balance keeps deducting automatically.
      On calling the customer care executives I get a very rude response and everytime they try to dilly delay the matter on one pretext or another and moreover they are not ready to forward my complaint regarding the same. Till the time no satisfactory response has been given to me and the deduction of my account balance is still continuing.
      Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me resolve the issue and recover my preciously deducted account balance.

        I live in rohini delhi 3 days before i purchased a new 3g Reliance sim no. [protected] with all my documents submitted, Reliance area sales person said me that my no. Will be activatd in 1 day but after 3 days of purchase my sim is not started yet and when i called that person they start giving unnessary excuses and disconected the call and now not picking up my nd shopkeepers call.

        I want my sim to be started and action should be taken against this kind of irresponsible behaviour of Reliance.

        Reliance Mobile — Wrong Billing and Irresponsible behaviour

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        My complaint is regarding wrong billing on my RM ( [protected])
        for Reliance Mobile World Usage charges for last three months.

        There are charged Rs. 70.00 in my January, 09 bill for Reliance Mobile World Usage,
        a service I never subscribed for.

        I am sorry to say but this has become a practice for Reliance Mobile company to charge their customers for the services they never use and I am planning to go to consumer forum against the same. I talked to your customer care deptt on16 th Jan at 4:24 PM and they put me on hold for at least one hour and then cut the phone. Mr. Arvind and, then his senior Mr. Srikant were on line but they shamelessly told me that this is not Reliance can not refund their customer’s money charged in wrong ( or dishonest) manner. Obviously, they were helpless.

        I was being charged unnecessary for stupid love poems ( shairis) and ring tones before
        for which I never subscribed and sometimes I was lucky to get refund.

        I want you to refund my money, apologize for the inconvenience caused and promise not to repeat the mistake again in future.

        I totally agree with you. They are thief. One of mt family's phone they keep subscribing different packs without reaon. Although got refunds sometimes but not fully. Still in loss their billing is really wrong.
        This is happening with me also I am paying 30/= per month without using caller tune services, and never got a single itemissed bill after request for the same also. and neve got any solution after making complaints also. in my experience billing system of Relience mobile is totaly wrong.

        Also, if you closely monitor, the balance deducted in pre-paid mobiles is also fishy.

          My landline and internet services was not working since 1st of July to 9th of july 2013. I had given complain via mail as well as automated complain number no.[protected] &[protected] . I told them to waive the money for nine days for my approximately fixed bill of Rs. 1000/-, but they gave no response. On enquiring I came to know that they had some fight with the owner of the place where they keep their DLC box. Talking to their customer service people, they told me that if you have done a automated complain it will not show in their system. Only manual complains will show.
          please advice me as to what to do. Not only i suffered a lot but also had great problems.

            This is regarding a bill payment for the account which is already closed. I had taken a postpaid connection with netconnect data card No.[protected] in 2011 ending..I was a regular payer and paid all bills on time with full amount. However there was disputed bill for March or April 2013, where I was charged wrongly..I had checked the usage on the My services portal and it was showing that I was still having the allowance reaming on the last day of the billing cycle date. However when the bill was generated, it showed that I had used more then allowance and was charged around Rs 1000 more.

            I called customer service and informed the details, there was no resolution provided. I said that I am ready to pay the normal bill amount, they did not agree and I said that they can cancel the connection, or I can pay the normal charge.

            As there was no resolution provided I din pay the bill, and they kept charging after that, I contacted 4 to 5 times for the same issue, no response.

            Now they are sending me a bill of Rs. 2281/- with a letter given below:


            "Dear Customer,

            DIPESH JAGATIA,

            This is inform you that your payment of Rs. 2281/- Is due of your Reliance DATA_HSD No.[protected] having Account No/CAF No[protected]

            Kindly clear the dues on before 18 July 12, 2013 to avoid the legal action.

My usage is normal and I used to get my bill amounted around Rs. 300+. In deed I’ve expected to get this month bill a bit less as my usage is quite normal or even less when compared to previous months. Instead of this the bill has gone in four figures (in thousands). As such I’ve visited the Relance Communication’s at Airoli. There, one of the lady executives had confirmed the same amount and the moment when I asked the details she said the bill details are not coming / unable to retrieve and told that the bill has generated on 24th April so it would come in a day or two (i.e. 27th or 28th April’09).

            However, you intervention in the mater is requested and the revised bill may send across enabling me to pay before due date and to restore my faith

            Reliance Data Card — Bill Issue

            i bought a Data card from Reliance store vaishali Ghaziabad 3-4 months ago, with a bill plan of Rs 650
            with unlimited browsing which was so told to me by the customer Executive there and 2 months free no bill after 3 month i have recieved a bill of around 1900 saying that i have xceded my usage limit
            .
            While I have taken the usb modem by Reliance for my laptop and as the said laptop gave trouble I switched to another with the Windows Vista home premium operating system and the modem was not getting installed on this Operating system. While I made several complaints to all along the heirarchy right from Ongole to Tirupati through to the Mumbai office, I was not getting response for a long time during which as a result of their lack of support I could not use the modem. One day the exectuives from Mumbai spoke to me over phone and gave isntructions and even according to that also it did not get installed, and they were doubtful as to whether the modem could be used on Vista Operating system. Later another executive one Mr.Viswanath spoke to me and said that he is sending a technician and later the said technician came and installed the modem, but the service was found disconnected long back, and when contacted the said Mr.Viswanath said that though the connection was cut, still we have to bear the loss along with the company and as a compromise I have to pay Rs 400/- till then. As such the amount was paid on 6th june 2009 with an endorsement on that clearly that in total settlement upto date the amount of Rs 400/- was paid.
            Later in about a week it self I received a phone call asking me to pay the billl again followed by a message that the connection is cut and when contacted there was no proper response and even to the notice there is no response. They want to take the customer for a ride as per their dictates, which is deplorable.

            Reliance Communications — Regular Bill Amount Problem

            we were facing problem regarding handset from past six months on which company replaced it for free on 5th September 2009. But as soon we got the bill they have adjusted instrument charges Rs.960.

            2. For the last 3-4 years I am using Nokia 6235 CDMA model.

            3. In June 2009, Nokia 6235 suddenly stop working with a message "CONTECT SERVICE"

            4. I immediately contacted Reliance Helpline -*333 and explained the problem I was facing. Your Phone Officer advised me not to worry and Nokia Service Centre at Radhu Place, Vikas Marg, Delhi. I was also assured that the if Repair time is more than 15 days, Rental for such period will be waived off.

            5. However, the Nokia people bluntly refused ro repair Model-6235.I again approached Reliance Help line and they advised me to visit the Service Centre and collect the exact information. Accordingly I again visited the above NOKIA Service Centre and they once again told me that Nokia 6235 is an old model which is not repairable at their end. The information was passed on to Reliance Help Line.

            6. This time Reliance Help Line passed on my complaint to NOKIA office at Bangalore. After few days I received a call from Nokia Bangalore Office. The problem was explained to them again. They advised me to contact Nokia Service Centre at Mayur Vihar-I. Accordingly, I approached Mayur Vihar Nokia Service Centre bu again treated in the same manner. I passed on the informationto Reliance Help Line and Nokia people at Bangalore.

            7.After few days I received a call from Mr. Umesh of Nokia office Bangalore. He told me that he has discussed my problem with Nokia Service Centre at Mayur Vihar and I should again visit them. In the process I had already wasted more than three months

            8. Anyhow, I again visited Nokia at Mayur Vihar and this time they had taken my handset vide their Job Sheet No.[protected]/090917/25 dated 17/09/2009. Un offically I was told that as per company's policy Model 6235 will not be repaired and will be returned after a couple
            of weeks against service charge of Rs.110/-. I had immediatly passed on this information to Reliance at *333.

            9. I received a call from Nokia people yesterday informing me to pay Rs.110/- and collect the un-repaired handset.

            10. As a good customer, I have paid all the bills

            11 I hereby request you to immediately waive off the rental charges from July to October 2009 and also compensate me suitably for the heavy losses I have suffered due to non availabily / non working of my mobile handset.

            12. Suitable necessary action should also be taken action against your staff and Nokia people for misguiding the customer.

            We have seven data card connection we have bought for our company, since last three month we are not using three of our data card and we want to return or disconnect the same, but when we went to Reliance World outlet at Nagpur, they have pass the information that it will take more then the rental we are paying for one connection since we have no due to be cleared. Then we have switched to another option of putting this three connection in safe custody and went to the outlet again, they told in the beginning that we need to pay 100/- plus taxes into what ever months you need to put in safe custody. then when they have calculated the amount it was around 2300/- approx. for three month. They we have paid the amount and now due to some reason the staff had not entered the same into their system and bill has appeared the same.

            We have received the bill showing all the seven conncetions

My monthly utilization is very limited. Though I am paying the bill asper bill. But suddently my net service was disconnected and instruted to pay an amount of Rs.2,073/- It is very abnormal as I am using net service within the package limit. I don't how how it was happened? in a single month though my usage is regular as utilized in the previous month.             i, Abhishek shukla bought reliance data net connect.in march.my billing period is from 7th day of month to 7th day of next month.I have applied for getting bill through mail.but i received my bill of may month on 26th may while i was supposed to get it on 7th may.i got a call from reliance customer care that i have to pay the bill very next day on 27th may.this was real bad for me as there is always given some days to make payment bt i was not given enough time.so i made payment on 4th june.

            Duing chat executive Ms. Pinky told I have opted for e bill. My reply was I never opted for this. Then she mentioned now onwards I will get print bills.

            How RCOM can decide them self about my Bill delivery options with our my permission/ concern?

            Today I got call from Ms Renu ,[protected] at 2.28PM saying my bill have been deliver on 19th Aug and I was surprised to know this ..............whom Bill has been deliver. I did not received any bill. As I feel she had not done her work in advance and called me.

            Why?

            She assured to call back with details in 10 minutes but not came back so far.

            There are difference in two executives statement. One said E bill option is selected hence bill not sent other is saying bill delivered on 19th. Do RCOM have any system in place!!!

            Sir what is all this happening?

            Reliance does not have any system in place, they lock data card which is lost. But they keep generating. Will they pay salary to employee who resigned and is no more associated with org.

            Dear Sir,

            On 30th Aug. '2010 i receipt a threaten call from [protected] for non payment of our data card No.[protected].I speak to her, we didn't pay due amount due to wrong bill generated by Reliance Communication and regarding that many times called to Customer Care Deptt. but they didn't short out till the date.

            I give a request, for Plan change from Rs. 650/- to 300/-in one of his office at Lajpat Nagar Web world. and our request no.[protected] on dated 25th April'2010 . That time they ensure me that, your bill will be generate from today onwards of Rs. 300/- p.m. but they didn't generate according to that and send a bill on the basis of old plan i.e.Rs.650/-.Regarding that i spoke to one of his franchisee but they didn't give a satisfactory answer.

            i am a post paid mobile customer of RIM[mo.no.-[protected]] since july-08 but they was taking some extra charges from me.when i opposed that, they adjusted my bill amount from app.1300/- to app.600/- on aug-10.Now i want to discontinue my postpaid services because i have no use of it.i am using air tel prepaid no.[protected].and i am quiet satisfied with their services.But RIM is now charging me the whole amount adjusted before. They are saying either you continue your prepaid no. or pay that adjusted amount plus current rent amount. They are not even taking my application regarding this.I am very upset and unable to do my job properly due to this problem.I don't know where i should go. please help me.             Reliance are Thieves, Fraudsters, Burglars and Con Artists. They sent me a wrong bill of over $7100 and don't want to admit that they made a mistake.,

            Their system that calculates the data usage is wrong. Their system under my services display my usage as 162 mb in 10 days while i received a bill of 11gb usage in 10 days. They are misleading their customers. Keep away from them.

            Their customer service is horrible and they do not look after their customers. I have netconnect+ broadband. It keeps dropping few times every hour.

            I have used tata photo+ before and had no problem with them. The only reason i chose reliance was due to fast speed but after receiving fraudulent bills and horrible customer service i am never going to use them or recommend them to anyone.

            Also try contacting their nodal officers to resolve the issue and they won't even return your call.

            The whole reliance business is based on ripping customers off and then taking them to court when they don't pay the wrong bill. Stay Awayyy!!!

            I have proof that they have charged me wrong as i have purcahsed a software that calculates all internet usage on my computer and my usage is no way near the usage that was in my bill sent by reliance.

            Reliance Communications — DATA CARD Over Bill

            I am not currently using my reliance Internet data card effective January 1st 2011 due to my system was repaired & I was out of Chennai. I received a call from the costumer service to pay the bill for December & January and she promised to waive the amount billed for February. So, I have made the payment due for Dec & Jan and I have clearly mentioned the customer representative to send an email to me that she had waived the bill for February. But I never received an email. Subsequently, the amount billed for February is not waived and also I am still receiving the bills for the datacard which is not use. I have submitted a format request to Reliance communications @ Thiruvanmiyur to cancel my datacard internet connection on 3/30/11. But I am still receiving the statements from them to pay the bill. Now it looks like Reliance doesnt want us to terminate their services and wants us to forcefully pay their monthly bills no matter whether we are using their sick services or not. Inspite of so many requests to discontinue their services..Reliance is successful in giving me false excuses and blaming me for not paying the bills. My reliance number is [protected].

            I am Dhruv Sharma using reliance net connection past few month.
            I have an issue regarding execss bill or they are sending me a bill of that period in which i am not using services. so if i am not using services during that month and my services also suspended so why should they send me bill for that period.

            I made my first purchase at DHANBAD and was issuied a temperory card no. [protected] after paying rs.200 which i was told as charge for new card, when i argued about the charge and told them that i was having a same card in delhi without any charges .. they told that now it has been made a charge of rs.200 for new card without telling me about its a charge of an insurence policy and the card is free of cost. they took my address so that they will send me a permanent card on my address but till date i have not received permanent card. after few days i made some more shopping at newly opened reliance super at DHANBAD on 15 aug 2011 . i am still having the bill NO.S06099 R011 with me. i purchased a panteen ss 700 ml mrp rs 299 with rs.30 off BUT i have been charged rs.299 for it.and no discount has been done on my billing. how can reliance super charge rs. 30 more on any goods. is it not a kind off loot due to heavy crouds. if this customer complains really matters for these big and known companies ... kindly send my permanent reliance one card on my address and suggest me on my email address [protected]@gmail.com that how can i get rs. 30 back which was overcharged on my billing

            Till the date , we didn't get solution from Reliance communication.We humble request to you, kindly look my matter and resolve on urgent basis .

            On 30th Aug.'2010 i receipt a threaten call from [protected] for non payment of our data card No.[protected].I speak to her, we didn't pay due amount due to wrong bill generated by Reliance Communication and regarding that many time called to Customer Care Deptt. but they didn't short out till the date.
            I give a request, for Plan change from Rs. 650/- to 300/-in one of his office at Lajpat Nagar Web world. and our request no.[protected] on dated 25th April'2010 . That time they ensure me that, your bill will be generate from today onwards of Rs. 300/- p.m. but they didn't generate according to that and send a bill on the basis of old plan i.e.Rs.650/-....Regarding that i spoke to one of his franchisee but they didn't give a satisfactory answer.

            On 4th Sept. '2010 at 1.16 pm , We got a call from [protected] on behalf of Reliance . His executive told me , Your Data Card no.[protected] has been terminated and we will issue a new no. against that . Your Maximum possible outstanding balance will be waive off but after that we didn't received any call call from that way.

            My self yogesh khandelwal. I am having 3.1 MBPS Data card of Reliance from last 1.5 years. My Data Card No. is [protected], I am facing problem due to bad service of data card from last 2 Months. I am getting the speed of 0.12 to 20 Kbs in the whole day.
            I am complainting twice in the customer care department with copy to North nodal officer, but after many conversation with the team, I only got the discount of 220 Rs. monthly.
            I got a mail from customer care (with attachment) that 3.1. MBPS speed if may be speed. In this world you cannot expect this.
            If I donot get 3.1. MBPS speed, why i would have purchased this device.
            No body is here to solve the issue. Every month they only generate the bill and disconnect the connection, if I donot pay. Forcefully I have to paid the bill amount with panelty. Also i recd a mail from customer care that just mail us when you recd the bill and send us. But no response.
            customer care executive told me that they can give me only discount of Rs. 220.26 Rs. but they cannot solve the issue.Only they give me excuses sometime they told me that in your area network is not working properly. Sometimes they told me that they will check.
            Why I will pay for this bad service.
            Please help me out in this matter & pls tell me how will i get the better service. I am suffering from mental strees and depression. I have spent my time and money also to call the customer care department.

            I am just forwarding this complaint. I send many mails to reliance but still did not get any response.... by one year... they are sleeping.......

            Hi,

            I have got and checked the itemized bill and see that I have used 7795170.209 KB till 2nd March. However the main issue was, on the main screen of Reliance web sites which opens after the connection is made; it was showing that I have used only around 7 GB till 17th March. And after bill was generated it was completely different.

            Hence I was using the data according the usage shown on the main screen. That means it is showing wrong information so that everybody should use more data and get a high bill at the end.

            I had even called the customer care and said that it was showing that I had used only around 7 GB (Day time) till 17th March. Hence I was disputing the bill from day it was generated. I don’t have issue paying the bill amount, as I was paying before also on time as per the due date. The main issue is that your web site was showing wrong information, which made me think that I have still not used my monthly allowance.

            I am still ready to pay my normal bill charge, as I said before also. As this was not my problem, however the web site issue which was showing the wrong information on the website.

              I have already lodged a complaint on 14th august 2011 regarding deduction of balance.The deducted amount was credited to my account balance.but the real problem was not solved.Still everyday Rs5/- and 5 paise is being deducted from my balance.i call to customer care everyday regarding this problem and i am getting different reply from them everyday.today they told me that i have problem with my handset and they cant do anything.if this is reply to customer then reliance should really feel ashamed to provide customer service.i am fed up of calling everyday to customer care and listening their different excuses.On 20th august,2011 at 5:51 am i received a message that a cricket match day pack has been activated on my number and rs 10/- was deducted from my balance.when i called customer care they told me that i had received a call regarding this and according to them i had put a request for this.in fact i have not received any such call.on the same day at 7:13 am i received a message that cricket match day pack has been deactivated.I was refunded only rs 5/- instead of Rs 10/-.You should take some stern action against these things.One thing more i work in a bank and due to unavoidable circumstances i have to leave my mobile at my home.therefore i could not receive your call last time.i therefore request you to please contact me after 7 pm or before 9 am.waiting for your action and reply.

                I want to submit a complaint against Reliance communication & inform you about Reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using reliance (No. -[protected]) postpaid connection and fro last 1 year i am visiting there office for migrate the same into prepaid no. or for change rental plan.Even from last 6 months for portable my no. into other co.

                I am visiting out local office situated in loha bazar mandi gobindgarh (punjab).There i have lots of time words with owner Mr.Ravinder goyal and two front desk executive (one is male and other one is female) and believe me they havent sense to deal with customer too.Every time they make me fool by begging some more time for execution of request.But now i cant tolerate more.You can check from last 1 year i havent made a single call from this no. and every month i have been charging by app.400/-.Now i have given my no. for port the same into vodafone but everytime its has been rejected by reliance by asking more amount for bill.


                kindly see the matter as if you are not able to solve my problem i have to take the case to consumer court.

                Reliance Communication — poorest service

                I am Ratan Choudhary having Mobile No.[protected] using RELAINCE MOBILE from more than 16 month and STD CALLING CARD (650) from last 3 month. From past 1 month i suffering from HYPERTENSION because of poorest facility or service that company is providing.
                Will you please let me know how many times a person should try to make a single call ? I used to try 150 to 200 times to make a call . can you imagine what figure i am trying to show you ? I used to to try for more than 30 min and even more to make a single call from STD CALLING CARD at night11:00pm . Its not one day problem that i am facing, i am daily calling in customer care about the same problem. I am going to mention some the details here below:

                1. 16 july 2009 :- Talked for 30 min and then tried to make a other call to the same no. for more than 30 min but i couldn't a make a call beacuse of your superb service . Then i talk to customer care for which i had spent 25 min . beacuseof your service i wasted my time more than 2 hours.

                2.17 july 2009: At 11:00 pm talked for 4 min only and then i tried for next 15 min means more than 80 times to make a single call. but again i were not lucky. Then i tried for 20 min to talked to customer care at 11:20 . I called seven time in customer care means i have wasted more than 2 hours in coustomer care.

                3. 18 july 2009: I talked for 30 min and again suffered from the same problem and tried for 8 min means almost 40 times to amke a call but again i won't. Again i call in cutomer care at 11:40 but no satisfaction at all.

                4. 20 july 2009: I made several attempt to make call.They are as follows:
                First call : 11:00 talked for few min
                Scond call : 11:05 talked for 49 sec
                Third call : 11:24 talked for 0 sec
                Fourth call : 11:34 talked for 5 sec
                Fifth call : 11:35 talked for 26 sec
                Sixth call : 11:36 talked for 32 sec
                Seventh call : 11:37 talked for 43 sec
                Eight call : 11:38 talked for 26 sec
                Nineth call : 11:40 talked for 3.12 min
                Just try to imagine my condition, i get tensed and all my anger falls over my dear love and we fight.

                5. 21 july 2009 : Even after 100 attempts i couldn't make a single call for a single min.
                6. 22 july 2009 : zero min. Tried till 11:15 min almost 150 times attemped but eventhough i were not able to make a single call.Then i talked to customer care spent 15 min but no benifite asusal.

                7. Apart from this automatically activation of various pack without my permission such as bhoot pack, masti ke rang and many more.

                8. While making a call, phone doesn't ring and even though you have to pay for that.

                9 while you are talikng to someone, phone gets discounted with a error message call couldn't completed and its whose problem.its service problem but a cutomer has to suffered by paying the charege .
                why?

                I know you doesn't bother about a customer who is paying just rs 1000 per month but because of you worthless poorest service, i am going to loose my love, my life .
                I m Haider Ali using relaince mobile since 8 year [protected] & [protected] i got mad since 6 month becoz of poorest network of relience.it give add india's no 1 network but it is not even rank last.

                This payment was made through your my services option from my SBI account on date mentioned as above but so far I didn't received the payment confirmation not ever through SMS or mail. While contacted with you customer care to register the complaint on 198 dated 24-Jun-2011 they declined to register my complaint in this regards saying its takes 8 hrs to update the payment in Reliance record I agreed on the information provided by them but while I again contacted today dated 25-Jun-2011 after 8 hrs to register the same complaint because so far I didn't received the payment confirmation they again declined my request saying it takes 48 hrs, I would like to know why your people who are sitting there not provide the correct information to customer why they are misguiding every time you people should train them and let them know how to speak with client they don't have manner to speak with customer. I am very disappointed to know that such kind of incidence are happing with Reliance because I am using Reliance since 2006 and I didn't face such issues earlier but I think now you are not concern about your customers. I would request you to please look into this matter and update my payment details in you records and also please trained your employees let them know how to speak with the customers as Mr. Virender who told me he is floar supervisor doesn't have manner to speak. You can find out your self with whom I have spoken on 25-Jun-2011 between 1 to 2 pm.

                I am also going to register the complaint with consumer forum against such services from Reliance.

                    I gave request to Reliance customer care for transferring my reliance Wimax connection(Subscriber ID:[protected] on December 18, 2012 and they mentioned that they cannot transfer the connection to new place so I asked them to terminate my connection. They gave me assurance that they will terminate connection within 7 days but they did not do anything except sending monthly bill to me. I called many times to them and asked why are they not taking action to terminate my connection but everytime they gave assurance to take action within 7 days but no action from their side. I was getting call from their billing dept to pay bill for the connection I did not use. After many follow-up, I got below mail from their termination department:

                    As per above mail, it is clearly mentioned that my service will be stopped from 03/01/2013 then why are they asking bill for another 2 months? I am ready to pay bill from my billing generate date which is 19th of every month. If I calculate from 19th Dec, 2012 to 2nd Jan, 2013, it comes 15 days. Ideally they should ask for 15 days bill than 2 months. I am ready to pay for 15 days bill. I had connection with them almost 4 years and I paid their bill every month without any fail. I see, they don't bother relationship with their customer. I am really frustrated by communicating with them. They don't understand customer problem. Now I a getting SMS saying:

                    Reliance Communications — Bill not sent home

                    I shifted my reliance mobile connection from mumbai to noida and got the new noida number after submitting all details, proof etc. but still the bill goes to my old mumbai address with the reliance communications dealer at sec-50 noida who gave me the new number not bothered to change my address to send me the bill. Furthermore reliance customer service also not directing the agents in noida to change the address. Such primitive things are not taken care of by so called "Big communications company". I think they have to learn "professionalism and customer care" when they run such services company. Its really disgusting to deal with such servies. Helpless i am... realiance commuication is getting sick.

                    My phone no [protected]. I have applied for changed address on 3rd week of Nov'07 with all documents and requested for changing phone no. from Kolkata to pune. Phone no got change within 2 hrs but address not changed till Jan'08. Several follow up phone call and I received always false commitment from Reliance communication and Web world. I have spent my valuable time which is equivalent to Rs.21, 000/-. I have asked to compensate the amount. Till date they have not compensate my money and not able to provide me the reasons. I am not getting reimbursement from my company since, reliance failed to dispatch my bill to my address. I have given enough warning but, they have stop outgoing, incoming phone sms, lms from 8th April'08. I have enough evidence and documents, e.mail correspondence, I am planning to consumer court. Pl. suggest. REQUESTING ALL TO DISCONTINUE RELIANCE CONNECTION OR DONT TAKE ANY RELIANCE CONNECTION BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS GREAT CHEATER.

                    We are having a corporate mobile connection with 15 CDMA RIM Nos. A cricket pack has been activated automatically on M:[protected] and after a no. of complaints/requests it has not been removed so far.

                    had a billing account number [protected] & have closed the account (terminated ) through docket numbers[protected] &[protected] on 18th & 19th JUL 2009 respectively.
                    This was afixed usage combo plan. I neve ruse dthe phone not the internet on this account from 14th of JUL.2009
                    I have zero usage since 14th of JUL 2009 also.
                    But, the co. is continuing to send bills thereafter too. & issued a advocate notice.

                    i have brought one post paid sim from reliance communication centre under Rs 770 plan. Representative person said" In that 770 plan, all calls(india) to reliance mobile is free.But at the 15 days usage i got a message from reliance regarding my mobile bill charge reaches more than 1800 so kindly pay same for intermittened service.But i came to know about this problem when i called to customer care.They said that cdma to cdma only free and you should pay for the same But it is purely not my mistake, Then why should i pay for this much amound.Last 15 days before i service has barred but this days also should i pay????.                     Reliance Communication — RCOM Service Termination

                    I had Reliance Phone as well as Internet Line, one fine day Phone as well as Internet stop working. After making couple of complain they insist to make payment where as due date was next month 12th. Even after making payment line not activated.

                    After all this dram we ask for termination of service and after 20 days they send confirmation and after 2 weeks person visited home and collected instruments.

                    Till date I am receiving call and now started threatening call that pay your bill amount otherwise we will take legal action send personal to collect amount from home.

                    Even customer support personal is useless they do not have track that line has been discontinue from last two months.

                    I have also received mail from Reliance Communication that service has been terminated.

                    This is in connection with disparity of monthly bill of 9/01/2010 - 8/02/10 for net connection in my name .In the month of December i got a telephonic offer of reduction worth of 5% in the bill,and when we paid the bill the 5% was not actioned in the bill .
                    In the coming month also an offer of discount worth Rs100/ was assured by your official,on that basis i had remitted 100 rupees less while paying last bill .Present bill it is noticed that offer also went in vain. whether is it a planned way of fooling a customer from your company side of anonymous call/offer received by me ?

                    But when i confirmed it is your customer care number only. Additional to the above series of problem on 18/02/10 i was not getting the connectivity stated that the device is not responding .

                    The above problem made me to think for me to discontinuing your service ,I will wait for your positive reply to take positive decision.

                    I have post paid connection from Reliance since 2003 beaaring no [protected]. Last month I have paid monthly bill through online banking but the same was not updated and the amount was debited from my account debited. I have spoken to the customer care executive regarding this. They have given me a complaint no[protected] and assured me thaat the problem will be solved within 3 days. But still i have got no ressponse from them after so many days.

I have obtained a Reliance Postpaid connection in Mar-08 and till date i have received only 4 bills and repeated compliants that i donot receive bills is not looked on seriously. Even after repeated complaints at customer care i have not received bills and customer care repeated sends communication that you have to pay your bill, its a serious issue of service not being provided.

                    2. It has also been found that Reliance bills the customer even when the calls are not connected eg., If we call a person and the person doesnot pickup the call then also we are charged for the time the other persons phone is ringing. How is it that when the call has not been connected is the customer being charged?

                    Reliance Communications — Billing issues

                    Re – Relaince GSM Mobile no - [protected]

                    I am Relaince GSM user for more than a year now. I understand that I am a Gold privilege customer. Recently, say for last 5 months, i am facing billing issues due to which many times my outgoing calls are barred. Facts of my case are as follows:

                    1. My credit limit is Rs 1,200/- and my general monthly bill is around Rs 600 to Rs 800.
                    2. I have activated reliance netconnect plan having monthly rental of Rs 99 which gives me 2.5 GB of data usage. I activated this plan since day when this plan was launched by reliance in Mumbai (exact date I don’t remember but you can surely check the details from your accounts).
                    3. I generally use this phone for my business purpose. I also have Vodafone mobile connection as a backup in case of issues with reliance number.

                    Grievances:

                    1. Since the date of reliance netconnect activation, reliance staff while generating monthly bill, levy charges for data usage as per “pay as you use” plan which is 10p/10kb.
                    2. My monthly data usage generally is between 200 to 400 mb.
                    3. They don’t charge me the rental of Rs 99 instead they charge me for actual data usage which is much higher than Rs 99.
                    4. Due to which my bill amount goes beyond credit limit.
                    5. Every time, after I receive my bill, I need to call up reliance call centre for reversal of the above excess charges. This is evident from my previous bills, in case you need to check.
                    6. Reversal generally takes 2 working days and till that date my outgoing calls are barred.
                    7. Few times in past, I have even paid at least Rs 1,500 in advance so that my outgoing calls are active as I don’t want my business to be hampered.
                    8. This time they have charged me Rs 17,504 as unbilled data usage charges for which I have launched a complaint having reference no –[protected].
                    9. As usual my outgoing calls are barred till the time charges are reversed.
                    10. As the above issue of overcharging is very common with reliance, i have started keeping proper log of my usage and currently my usage from 26/12/2010 till date is not more than 25 MB (including incoming and outgoing data usage)
                    11. Therefore, by no stretch of imagination my bill can go as high as Rs 17,504.
                    12. My call log also is less than a hour and I am having plan of Rs 399 which gives me double usage minutes and double sms usage.
                    13. Reliance Call center people told me that i need to wait till my bill is generated which would 25/01/2011. Till then my outgoing would be barred. Or else i need to make payment of Rs 17000 to activate my outgoing.

                    As mentioned earlier, i am using the captioned referred reliance mobile no for my business purpose, but because of Reliance internal system errors i am facing tough times.

                    I am writing this to you as a last hope to make things straight so that i don’t face similar issues in future.

                    Reliance Communication — Collection of Bill

                    Reliance Data Card service for not delivering bill and cutting my line I refused to pay bill to Reliance communication. They send me three legal notice which I replied. One phone call conversation was threatening to me. I put it in writing and send them letter that I will take legal action in July 2010.

                    On 7th Jan. 2011 call my home in my absence and threaten my wife and mother for collection of payment. I was out of town. My wife made payment. This was call from Reliance communication from Rajasthan and threaten to take legal action and file case in Rajasthan.

                    I was angry and send them notice with Police complaint to all their officers and lawyer. I mentioned that you are running extortion ring and you are corporate mafia.

                    Next day manager of Reliance communication came to my office and refund Rs. 2200 with written Apology letter.

                    I heard this story from two other friend of mine for call from Rajasthan.

                    If you have such call from Reliance or any other company let me know.

                    I intend to take serious legal action.

                    i have complaint of data card poor speed that not enable me to open any sites properly either goes out with networktime out or disconnect.this problem more prominent from march .then i reqularly complain about this in customer care and also nodal office but all people reply in different fashion.only false assurance of sending person to our location or network congestion will solve. i have already beared the amount for month of march and april .but from two months i have not paid the bill cos its total loss to me without usage properly.i ask for waiver off for this once they are agree with one month wavier again next day disagree for waiver.
                    nodody answering me properly. this is worst exp i ever had in my life .
                    they know that there is congestion problem with thier network even after that they are asking to pay the bill.

                    Reliance Communications — Not taking number termination request - After repeated attempts

                    After using the mobile services of reliance for over 6-7 years, i wanted to disconnect the service because of poor reception.
                    Signals were very weak, calls were getting dropped and voice was no way clear.
                    Lodged a request with customer care desk, ticket number was issued and finally 'resolved' after 3-4 days.
                    But the number still works, it has not been terminated.
                    Called customer care again today and was kept on hold by atleast 5 different male representatives one after another. Call lasted around 26 minutes.
                    had to explain termination reason to each and every person, but still they would NOT take my request.
                    PS: these calls are charged at 50 p / 3 min.
                    The overall customer service experience was the worst i have had in the last few years talking to reps from different organizations.

                    End Result: My call was disconnected while it was put on hold again, and thus - I stil have the connection which was requested to be closed 2 weeks back. No call back was received and i am frustrated and to say the least very angry at the incompetence of reliance communications staff in resolving this simple issue of a connection termination.

                    Reason for Complaint - If this is how 6-7+ years loyal customers are treated, it showcases the company's care and attitude towards its customers. i am disgusted at the way my simple request was treated and is still not even issued a ticket number - forget being resolved.

                      After complaining sereral times with Appellate Authority there is no response.

                      The below is the last month's compaint.
                      I took the reliance post paid connection in Dec 2012.
                      Since then neither I am receiving the monthly bills through email nor through post.

                      After checking with customer care got to know that my address as well as the email id entered is wrong.

                      It is very srprising that after making repeated calls to customer care,visisting the nearest Relianec Shop-Z R Communication<amarathi(where I submitted all docs) no update happened.

                      Then I contacted the appellate authority as well as presisdent.
                      Still it does not have any solution.

                      Every month after calling to appellate authority they will send the duplicate copy for that month only.
                      Next month same thing will repeat again.

                      It's very surprising that an organization like Reliance and in 21st century giving such kind of service to it's customers.

                      I decided that if I am not receiving the bill from next month onwards then I will not make any payment and will take the help of law.

                      Reliance — Bad Customer Service

                      I am receiving very bad service by reliance people. My internet is not working for 15 days and there is no initiative by reliance people to get the problem resolved. Never ever take a reliance broadboand connection. It has been 15 days and reliance people keep on telling me the same story "it would be done at the earliest", "under process". Earlier also they have said it would be done by 07/07/2010 and then 09/07/2010. and now they are saying it would be done at the earliest.
                      It has been high time. I have made 50 calls to your customer care number and written 5-6 emails. and still no initiative from their end.

                      I was supposed to take a different connection but they said the problem would be resolved within 2 days that's why I did not take another connection and it has been 5 more days after that communication and they are still saying it would still take some time.

                      I know that reliance people keep on making fool people around. Because this is not the first time thatb I have faced this problem. I am using reliance connection for the past 6 months and in this 6 months I have faced such kind of problem 4 times.

                        I am a student and since almost two years I have been a customer of reliance gsm prepaid (My no. is [protected]). Only recently I have converted it to postpaid after having received a no. of calls from Mr. Abhay from Reliance Communications (Cannaught Place Office, New Delhi having no. [protected]). He said I was spending a lot of money on my calls so it would be beneficial for me to convert it into postpaid. He asked me what kind of calls I usually make. I told him my calls are mostly STD and I also make lots of video calls and that my local calls are minimal. He then described me a plan of 299 (rental) in which he said I will get Rs 399 as balance and I would be able to make local and STD calls at 30p/min and video calls at 60p/min. In prepaid connection video calls cost me Rs 3/min. So I found it money saving and I agreed to the plan (No. of the field officer who came to take my documents [protected] and no. of the verification officer who came to verify [protected]). I was told that my no. will be converted to postpaid paid in 3 days but it took almost a month. In this period I restricted myself to recharge my phone but it took so long to be converted that just five days before the conversion (on 15.05.2013) I recharged my phone with Rs 555 and also put a net pack of Rs 98. Then on 20.05.2013 without prior notice my connection was converted to postpaid. I had a prepaid balance of 500+ on my phone which was made to lapse. Later on I came to know that such a plan did not even exist (when I had asked for a STD plan I was given a local plan of no use to me) and the network too sucked (Sorry for foul language, but it really did). I called customer care a lot many times for complaints (regarding the prepaid balance I had and also about the wrong plan) but they were unable to solve my problem. I even said that now that I have a billing of Rs 500 (on 25.05.2013) and so it balances my prepaid balance and my postpaid bill and asked them to convert my connection back to prepaid because I was seriously fed up with the network (they said my complaint was registered but it never got processed). They asked about how would I like my bill and I gave them my email address (a lot many times after that also) but they failed to send me my bill neither in my mail nor even in my address till date. I stated my problems a lot many times by calling customer care and even when I received calls from them but all in vain. Now they have generated me a bill of Rs 821 (due to be paid on 27.06.2013) which I refuse to pay. When they barred my outgoing call facility (on 27.06.2013) I called customer care to know the reason (whether it was due to exceeding the usage limit of Rs 1000 allotted to me or due to not paying the bill) but they did not give me any information and when I asked them to disconnect my no. they didn't agree to do that too (once they said that it can be done only after I complete 90 days as a postpaid consumer and other time they said once I clear my bill). Moreover when I demanded to talk to some senior official I was kept on hold for a long while (about 20 minutes) and later the phone was disconnected. I seriously want to discontinue with this connection and I don’t even intend to pay my bill because the bill charged to me is wrong. In addition to all this I still haven't received my bill in my mail or a hard copy and the harassment caused to me is quite a deal. Please suggest me what shall I do???

                        I had filed a complaint in grahak seva too rgarding this issue to which the reply came as asking for my details and asking for the type of inconvenience I'm having. I told them "my name is SWETA KACHHAP and my mobile no. is [protected]. I still haven't received any sort of bill inspite of repeatedly giving my email id and confirming my billing address. My outgoing call facility has already been barred since 27.06.2013 and I have received several messages stating to bar my incoming facilities too. As I've already told you that I was given the wrong plan due to which my usage charges increased. Firstly had I been given the right STD plan which was supposed to be 399 then it definitely wouldn't have been so in the first place. Secondly my plan was suddenly changed from prepaid to postpaid without prior notice due to which I had recharged my phone with 555/- and 98/- (net pack) only 5 days before. I had a balance of 515/- approx. left on my phone when I suddenly came to know that my plan was changed from prepaid to postpaid. What I am trying to imply here is I had already invested around 650/- on my phone which was made to lapse and on giving a wrong plan of 299 instead of 399 you owe me around 215/-. So there's no way I'm going to pay 821/- (bill outstanding on me...wrongly of course). I just want either my connection back to prepaid or disconnect my connection so that I don't receive any such fake bills in the future or you can waiver all my due charges and start my connection afresh with the right plan so that I can live peacefully."

                        But it had already been over a week since I duly gave them my details but still no action or reply. In the meantime I kept getting calls and messages from them to pay my dues and confirm my billing address and mail id or my services will be barred. But instead of solving my problem the customer care executives do not even have manners to deal with customers leave aside being sympathetic understanding their problem and finding a solution to it. Last time I talked to Rekha and she talked rubbish. I had talked to her once more previously and was not satisfied at that time either. But this time her behaviour was way too much. Please instill some sense and manners into your customer care executives to behave properly with the consumers. How many times do I have to repeat my problem. Each time some other executive calls and asks me about it. I am sick and tired of stating the same thing again and again and all over again. I begged them to please discontinue my connection and leave me alone and one last time I said this that I won’t pay the wrong bill. So it would be better if they stopped harassing me.

                        Still no reply. But now this is an utterly disgraceful act by Reliance Postpaid service. They haven't even given me my bill and now they have barred my incoming services too (from date 12.07.2013). Shame on them. Instead of solving my problem they kept asking for bill payments without producing any bill. WOW !!! This is what they people call business tactics? They just bring shame to the name and reputation of Late Dhirubhai Ambani and nothing else. Well…what can I say more…either way I was not going to pay the bill. Thanks to them anyway for relieving me and Congrats to them for having lost such a valued consumer as me. I am HAPPY now but don't want them coming to my place bugging me for dues to rob me off my happiness because so far I've come to know that you people are established robbers. They have caused me enough mental agony and harassment already.

                        I have taken 4 post paid connections of reliance mobiles and i am not receiving the bills and when i went to enquire about the bill details the executive told me that the courier people has given the bill in thre room no 11 as your room was clo0sed and for the second connection he told that the bill has been deliverd and they have got a receipt copy of that I asked him where I can get the acknowledge copy to see who has signed he had no answer and i had to pay late payment charges and in the web world many more peple where there with the same complain I really think that i have made a mistake by taking so much connections

                        Reliance Prepaid — Minutes Lapsed without Usage

                        Hi,
                        I have RIM prepaid in Gurgaon circle. I have recharged my phone with 490 Rs Recharge on 10 Feb 2009.
                        This Recharge provides 1500 STD/Local minutes Reliance - to - Reliance free with 30 days validity.
                        i got sms that my number has been recharged and validity date of pacakge is 12 March 2009.

                        But on 25 Feb when i check my package, it shows me that the package validity date is 28 Feb 2009. Till then, i have 1054 minutes remaining. I have raised a complain for that in reliance care.
                        They gave me a complain number and asked me that the problem is correct and by mistake we have lapsed ur remaining minutes.they said they need 2 days to fix the problem.

                        but no update. i have contact them after 3 days.. they said the problem have been solved.

                        but still, package has not been updated yet .

                        can any one hlep me in this .. how to fix this problem

                        Reliance Mobile — misleading information

                        re: reliance mobile. It was my first experience with recharge of my prepaid card. the rep at the centre advised me i can take a global calling card where i will be charged 1.75 per min for all calls. it was hinted that i can makle STD and local calls as well on cheap rates. after i did a recharge of 1000/- i find out the global recharge and local recharge is different and i have to recharge again for local and std calls. obviously nothing can be done on reliance's part as they cant refund nor carry forward the balance. this should be taken seriously because just to gain a sale they advise these great offers without explaining the consequences and we foot the bill. moreover a wrong tariff was mentioned which is far from the truth. now i am paying a different tariff for every country which was not advised in the first place.

                        Reliance Mobile — Harrashment in Post paid connection

                        I have taken a postpaid connection (Reliance CDMA). I am from Kolkata and I am staying in Bangalore . Previously I was also using a reliance number for over 3 years. Now this number I took it for personal use. The number is [protected].

                        I took the same from a reliance mobile store in Koramangala 1st Block . To my utter surprise they asked me that if I am a bachelor then I have to pay Rs 1000/- more as deposit in addition to Rs 250/- as standard deposits.

                        I am living in my rented appartment with my cousin brother and my mother . I told them the same . In reply they told me that I am taking the connection at my own risk since I am not paying 1000 Rs deposit extra . I even asked then to show this rule in writting, which they failed . After using the connection for 3 days , they person came for verification , and the next day they disconnected the line .

                        I was then outstation in Hyderabad for business purpose . I was being told from Koramangala Reliance Store that this is due to my not paying 1000Rs. So I have to rush to a Hyderabad outlet to pay Rs1000/- driven by circumstances and also since the number need to be activated. I coneveyed Reliance . They told me that the same will be activated within next 2 hrs . I am waiting for almost 7 days . They kept on comitting one date after another. But nothing is happening .

                        Please tell me whether this is a way one should behave with the customer.

                        Please tell me what to do to get this issue done!!!

                        Reliance — Application for without information cut balance and regular harassments

                        My self-vishwadeepak shukla M.no. [protected], I am facing so many times this types of problem without information and take any type service’s provided and cut balance if I am complaint customer care say money not return if this service stop so send message if I say I complaint customer forum say you do, nothing’s action will do, this type of problem not only face me but so many person face and complaint customer care but not action and say money not return if you wound stop this service send message, last time 23 jan 20011 cut balance and 5 time’s complaint then return balance but 7 feb 2011 not return and misbehave tooling and irritate and regular harassment

                        So I request you please take action as soon as possible and punished, then next time not repeat this type of active

                        this is Gaurav Kishore from Chennai, i was misguided by reliance executive about the plan and call charges.My mobile no. is [protected].
                        actually sir,now i am using postpaid reliance connection,at the time of migration with 199 postpaid plan ,the reliance executive told me that your reliance to reliance local in Tamil Nadu is free for whole month,but actually it was not! they even didn't tell me about the prepaid balance amount,that when will you migrate in postpaid you will lapse your balance. And at the time of billing at the end of the month,they sent mail to me about my bill.in that bill they have included all local R-R call,with normal call charges.in 10 days i got the bill of Rs.524.for that i have the recorded call voice of that executive with number as proof.
                        so sir ,i am kindly requesting you to please solve my problem, or take any appropriate action.

                          This is Ranjit Soutadekar from Latur. I am Reliance post paid customer since last 4 years. Here in my city there was Web World. But do to some problem the web world is closed since last few months. Due to that, postpaid customers are not getting services mainly like making bill payment. Here company provides a outlet for postpaid customers.
                          My complaint is that in April 2011 I had make payment. But that payment is not transfered towards company due to some major server problem or any other reason. (This answer is given by company's customer care representative from Sholapur). Since that month I am getting Rs. 50 late payment charges in every bill. But I am not paying that amount. Because due to company's problem amount was not deposited at that time and thats not my fault.
                          So request to Reliance communication Higher Authorities that please look after about these services. Because due to these type of problems the company is loosing their postpaid customers in Latur.

                          Reliance Communication — Faults in bill

                          I am using Reliance post-paid service for around 3 months but from last two months I am getting unnecessary amount of bills. They are showing to have activated 'Local calling pack' which I never subscribed. When I called the customer service representative, she didn't write my complain neither she transferred it to her senior. When I argued, she bluntly replied that there is an up gradation going on so she can not transfer my call.
                          Secondly, When I calculated the whole bill, I found many mistakes(last month and this month).The official bill is of Rs849 but I found that they have added Rs 150 extra to the amount. When I calculated the whole STD, ROAMING and SMS charges, the whole amount came to be around Rs650.
                          I am suffering from false billing since last two months and the customer care and Reliance Infocom both are not seriously dealing with my matter. They are just bluffing me and creating new problems for me.
                          I am uploading my previous bill and current bill.

                          I cancelled my mobile post paid & Net connect(USB) wireless service from Reliance communication shop after the full and final payment of Rs.1551 date 21/01/2012 at 11.30 a.m. The cashier calculate above amount itself & told me to pay Rs.1551 only.                               I wants to say about customer care 198 staffs. I had done call to customer care number 198 as date july 04, 2013 (time

                              09:45 am to 1050 am. Call were received Miss Madhu. I said that My mb data was 873.29 mb yesterday ( date 03,2013 time
                              22:00 pm.). I had checked his mb data balance was rs 863.29. My data mb was less -10. I said all about detail.

                              But miss Madhu said that I am transfering your call his senier. Call were transfer, Call were received Mr. Rajeev.

                              I said all detail about this matters. But Mr. Rajeev said that I checks and said that Your data mb are rs 887.29 mb.

                              I said that I had checked his procudure as (MBAL SEND TO 55333). But mb are showen rs 863.29 as date july 04, 2013 time 09:40 am).
                              Mr Rajeev had cheated with me and given wrong information. I had given feedback by message.

                              In July 04, 2013, I had tried used his internet but my internet had not opened and showen error Link not avaiable. Please try again.
                              I had tried many times. but no response.

                              I had done call to customer care 198. Call were received miss Geeta. I said about all detail. Geeta said that I am transfering your call to internet
                              department. Call were transfered , call received by Mr. Rahul. I said about internet problems. Mr. Rahul said that I am checks. you can hold the line for sometimes.
                              I had accceted that person's request. But Call were disconnect by that person.

                              I had done call to customr care number 198 and *333. But call were not received by customer care 198 staffs. call did this number [protected].

                              But my number [protected] are mention in reject list.

                              In the july 04,2013 ,I had done call to broadband number [protected] for this purpose. And message send to mumbai number [protected].
                              You can check it. I had done call to mumbai number [protected]. I had wasted rs 15 for this purpose. Who's are responsible for waste my money.
                              Please tell me, You and your staffs.

                              You said that We has given warning letters his executive for bad behaviour and misuse of service. But your customer care 198 staffs are misusing service for his
                              personal purpose and cheating with customer. They are misusing service day by day. I am sure that you are cheating with customer too.
                              You said that this will not happen again. But this is happening with me again and again. You can check my old details.
                              You should be taken penality that carelss person who's are misuse of this service.
                              You should be think about this matters deeply.

                              If They are not wanted talk and solved of problems. They are doing this me for enemies purpose.

                                1. I had complaint many complaint about customer care 198 srtaffs in himachal pradesh. I had commitment in reliance customer care 198 in himachal Pradesh websites.
                                But I had checked this comment after the one week. But I saw that my comment was mentined in this website. But my number and address was not mentioned in this
                                comment. I thought that it was my mistake. Then I had checked this comment on his pc. My number and address was mentioned in my comment. But I had checked all comment
                                on this website. Number and address was not mentioned in this comment. That staffs are doing this. Because Any action has not taken to that staffs. And comment has proved
                                to false. My lettest comment was mention may 26, 2013. You can check every comment on customer care in himachal pradesh websites.

                                2. Customer care 198 staffs are activate to customer care sim card without verification. Because My old reliance no. [protected] had stopped without my knowledge in April
                                29, 2013. Reliance customer care 198 Staffs had not given any information about this matters. In May 03, 2013, Reliance customer care 198 staffs said about verification.
                                I had not given verification. My number [protected] had activated within 2 days. Customer care 198 staffs are activated without my verification.
                                So, Many powerful person are contact to customer care and misuse of service. Many customer care 198 staffs are involved in froud.
                                Sim card should be activated from mumbai head office and nothing from customer care. Because they are misuseing of this service. As the my verification case.

                                3. Customer care 198 staffs are warned to customer. Because I had done call to customer care 198 from this number [protected] as date of may 15, 2013 to may 22, 2013.
                                Then customer care 198 staffs of person said that I will deactivate your sim card and I will kill you. I will duplicate your sim card and misuse this sim card.

                                Supender,pooja, manoj, rajeev, narender, karan, kamal(ladies & gents)Sushma, Ankit, Prakesh, Ankush, Amrik, Govind, Malti, Prem, Vishnu,Satish, Shashi,parikh,
                                Sarabjeet, Soniya,Lokesh, Gurmeet,Prateep,Kishore, Anoop, Nisha, Soniya,Sakit, Harish, Raam,Nanak, Manju, sumeet,lokesh,ravinder,sunita,kusum,jyoti,reena,tanuj,sushma,
                                arvind,ravi. In this case senier were involved.
                                They are deleted customer's record for his escape. So , customer care 198 staffs are cheater no. 1 staffs.

                                4. Customer care 198 staffs are misusing his service. When Powerful person or leaders of police are contact to that staff's personal number. And customer care 198 staffs
                                are given all details about customer without any docket number. And That staffs are given customer's identity without any information. That staffs are misusing
                                his services and cheating with customer.

                                5. Customer care 198 staffs are cheating with customer. When I had done call to customer care 198 about internet problem as date of june 21, 2013. call were received
                                Miss Ruchi. I said about all problems. But miss Ruchi told me wrong information and make me fool. I had done call to 198 again. But my number [protected]
                                had mentioned in call reject list. I had tried many times but no profits.
                                When call has not pick up then customer care 198 staffs are mentioned this number to call reject list. Because Customer care had warned about this call reject.
                                And I had tried my times from 4 months. But they are doing call reject list.Customer care 198 staffs for escape this matters, All blam are taken to customer.
                                If they wants not call received then this call centre should be stopped.
                                6. customer care 198 staffs are hacked customer's mobile and misuse of customer's mobile. When customer are used to internet on mobile. Then his information are leaked.

On receiving my first bill i came to know that the rates /terrif commited by the sales representative for the plan was totally different than what i was cherged.

                                This is to inform you i got a call from Reliance care- +30333333 on day before yesterday (Saturday 20 2013) morning at 11.45 am regarding winning prize money for my mobile number [protected]. After that reliance care asked me to receive a call from a number [protected] for bank account details and PAN card details. Then this unknown number asked deposit 1% of the prize money (Rs 8, 60, 000) ie. Rs 8600/- to get the prize money tranfer to my account.Even Rcare uttered every details of mine including my address. According to them i have deposited Rs 8600/- to Mr . Ajay Singh- A/c No-[protected]. After deposit of the said amount i got their mobile switched off. Then i realized everything was fraud. I request you to please help me out of this situation as i borrowed that amount from someone else.


                                N.B- When i checked my mobile the default Rcare no is saved as [protected] but when i got the it was +30333333. Both the number displaying Rcare.


                                It seems the amount is small but it is huge to me, every single penny matter to me, Mam help me out of this situation and get my money back otherwise i have to commit suicide.

                                  My reliance mobile number is [protected].. And I am a reliance postpaid customer for the past 1 year...
                                  Last month, my bill was of 1112 and value added services constituted 479 rs. I have nothing to do with this. I never used it. I do not know how they have given the bill like this. And when I try to contact the reliance customer care, there is no to attend the call.
                                  In addition to this, this month, my unbilled amount has already reached 139 in 4 days. I have talked just 20-30 minutes on phone this month. And when I checked, my unbilled amount keeps on increasing by its own. Last night, it was 132 rs and now it is 139 in the morning. I had done nothing with the network in this duration.
                                  I am completely frustrated by the hell-like service of reliance. First, sending an unusual bill and then the customer care people not responding. Please do something in this regard..

                                      We took a new reliance broadband connect 6-7 months they have provided an old modem which is of a dvd player size. We had issues with connectivity and they changed the modem after a complaint. It was fine for few weeks only. we are facing frequent dis connectivity issues since then. We never know when it will work and when it won't. Every time I call they will give me an excuse saying some maintenance activity is going on and will fixed by end of the month. I heard the same for 4 months. Its still going on. I don't understand any maintenance activity for such a long time.

If any problem is happend those technical people are not attending as early.                                         Sir, one thing more i want to tell you.that i have already registered do not disturb service phir bhi mere mobile per coller tune apne ap laga di hai. sir actually the issue is this ki realince company without any information agar is tarah se amount deduction karegi. to aam aadmi kaise bharosa kar payega mobile service providers pe.

                                        i m using a reliance gsm mobile number and having a problem that if i recharge with a minimum of 50 rs then coompany deduct some amount from my account balance and shows that any value added service is started on your number by your side.

                                        in case i report for the same in customer care department or on 198, then they reply that you activated that service so it will be impossible to refund that amount.


                                        on 14th of feb 2011 30 rs deducted again for cricket service and telling us that you dial some numbers and because of that this service is started. so, what should i do for that.


                                        please reply and help me out.

                                        it is not for the first time i am suffering from that situation.
                                        I, Dwarika Singh, am using the reliance GSM service. They have deducted 120 rupee from my account in just two months.They have deducted as follows.

                                        (i) On 20th Jan 2011, They had deducted RS. 30 from my account. On asking of Customer care, they informed me that SAI Pack is activated in your sim. But i have no given any such request. I requested him to deactivate this pack.

                                        (ii) In spite of deactivate this pack, they had again cut my balance of amount Rs. 30/- on 20th Feb 2011. Again i have done the complain. Customer care told me that i have deactivate the SAI Pack and no any pack is activated in your no.

                                        (iii) On 20th feb 2011, Again they have deducted Rs. 60/- from my account. I do not understand how they have deducted the amount without my knowledge.

                                        My mobile no. is [protected] and with in three days my bal of Rs 75 has been deducted by givivg unwanted offers like caller tune and miss call alert though when the msg was sent to me i unsubscribed that 2 times but then also my bal was deducted today morning ..
                                        and customer care is not able to connect from my mobile and if it is connected no one is speaking..

                                        dear sir,
                                        i have a prepaid connection [protected] in my name and another in my wife's name -[protected]. your company has been activating different packages on its own and deducting the balance. the response of incompetent customer care staff is that they can discontinue the package but balance will not be refunded.
                                        i request you to refund the illegally deducted amount to my account and a compensation of rs 50,000/- for each connection otherwise i'll be under compulsion to drag the company to consumer court.

                                        I am using reliance GSM since last 24 months, last 10 days(from 12 july 2009) my balance is deducting in every 2 days..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me they have disactive my all service..some days later again my balance deduct. again i complain. again they have deducted my balance without any clue.. i am helpless. now i am complaining agaist this..

                                        I am a regular customer of Reliance Mobile Services(smart) for more than 5 years bearing Cell No-[protected]. I am badly upset with the services of yours by way o[censored]nilateral deductions without any notice. Several times I have tried to lodge complaint through phone (*333) but of no avail. Generally deductions are made in theof Rs.100 and above and this leads to sudden reduction in the balance amount and hence a huge amount of embracement and inconvenience. Such a coercive action by your goodselves has pained me a great deal.

                                        In view of the above, you are requested to make amends and arrange for requisite redressal of this complaint by way of suitable refunds. Else, I shall be constrained to seek redressal and compensation through legal means available as per the law of the land.

                                        Hi,

                                        I got my cell recharged on 15/6/2011 with Rs.50/ and a reliance to reliance 1000 minutes free card +1 paise per sms card but when i used all these services a got to know that i am making myself a fool as my reliance to reliance free service is not working and my main balance is getting deducted from my account.

                                        I am a user of reliance Prepaid Sim [protected] since a significant period of time and have been noticing problems related to Unwanted Packs been activated, Balance deducted without any reason, non responsive customer care.The latest issue is regarding BALANCE DEDUCTION without any reason.
                                        When i call the relance customer care on saturday i.e on 18/6/2011 they give me a very typical answer that"We are not technically updated right now and please call us after sometime."Inspite of this i call them again and again to get a satisfactory solution to my problem but as they are not interested in giving any other answer for my problem they are kept saying that we are not technically updated right now and we can't provide you any call details also.So, these answerws was really UNEXPECTED, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISSATISFACTORY, ANNOYING, and INSULTING.After calling and getting these annoying answers the picture is very clear that i am one of the billons stupids using relaince Service which are been exploited every now and then.



                                        Now i just want to know a very simple thing that "who is liable or answerable for all these queries and problems".
                                        I am using relince gsm service. from preveious month they are deducting my balance whenever i get recharged it. I speak to customer care but they said that u have activated this scheme. even though i have not activated it, they reduce my balance after each recharge. pls hepl me

                                        This is to notify that Reliance cdma and gsm mobile consumers are been harrased by activating unwanted services automatically.
                                        My number [protected] has been activated automatically on 27 october 2011 and money deducted.when i called the customer care they say that this is been activated by my side for which i can challenge!they refunded the same without any hassel.

                                        Such auto deduction has been repoted for my reliance GSM connection [protected] also and they have deducted money for shayari pack!I can challenge that this service has not been activated from my end.Aservice request #:[protected] has been registered.

                                        I would request you to take stern action on this or I would be forced to take the matter to consumer court for such a harrasment!

I never subscribe any type of service from my service provider. Although they deduct my balance. It is my humble request to take my problem seriously and never subscribe any type of service without my permission. And also disable my activated value-added service of any type.
