Bad Customer Service-Not camps to NW during 10 am to 6 pm for Postpaid Reliance Mobile

Now days one more problem during 10 am to 6 pm Phone is not camping to NW.

Don't use Reliance Service.

internet not working

My subscriber id is[protected]. From the beginning I am facing the issue of disconnection after every 10 minutes. and I have to restart the modem every time. I have talked to the customer care and they just say that they dont know what to do. I mean what are they there for if they dont know what to do. I have called for a technician maybe 10 times but he never comes.

Unwanted deduction of balance

My mobile no. is [protected]. It has been almost 2 and half months, since they have started some arbitrary vas service on my no. I call the customer care almost every day, they assure me daily that , the service has been deactivated, but on the very next day Rs 3.00 gets deducted again.

deducting prepaid money arbitraryly

Reliance started deducting money from my prepaid account for gprs access arbitrarily. I enabled gprs previously by paying Rs 125 each month when I needed. This month, I did not recharge gprs. Speed too slow

I am using Reliance 3G using dongle([protected]). The speed i get using this sim is not even in 2G range. Initial few seconds connection remains in the range of 50-60 kbps and within minutes it goes down to 4-5 kbps, even sometimes in bytes too.
