I want to submit a complaint against Reliance communication & inform you about Reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using reliance (No. -[protected]) postpaid connection and fro last 1 year i am visiting there office for migrate the same into prepaid no. or for change rental plan.Even from last 6 months for portable my no. into other co.

i have purchased reliance net-connect3g from e-shoppe near ghamandi basement shop owner name
Rahul gupta [protected] he did not provide his bill and not provide service i am daily going to his shop,the
shop is close every day and not receiveig phone yet,all my numbers black listed by him,i wanna complaint

I gave request to Reliance customer care for transferring my reliance Wimax connection(Subscriber ID:[protected] on December 18, 2012 and they mentioned that they cannot transfer the connection to new place so I asked them to terminate my connection. They gave me assurance that they will terminate connection within 7 days but they did not do anything except sending monthly bill to me. I called many times to them and asked why are they...

This month alos I have not received the bill through email.

After complaining sereral times with Appellate Authority there is no response.

Now days one more problem during 10 am to 6 pm Phone is not camping to NW.

Don't use Reliance Service.

My subscriber id is[protected]. From the beginning I am facing the issue of disconnection after every 10 minutes. and I have to restart the modem every time. I have talked to the customer care and they just say that they dont know what to do. I mean what are they there for if they dont know what to do. I have called for a technician maybe 10 times but he never comes.

We took a new reliance broadband connect 6-7 months they have provided an old modem which is of a dvd player size. We had issues with connectivity and they changed the modem after a complaint. It was fine for few weeks only. we are facing frequent dis connectivity issues since then. We never know when it will work and when it won't. Every time I call they will give me an excuse saying some maintenance activity is going on and will fixed...

My mobile no. is [protected]. It has been almost 2 and half months, since they have started some arbitrary vas service on my no. I call the customer care almost every day, they assure me daily that , the service has been deactivated, but on the very next day Rs 3.00 gets deducted again.
I have been fed up of this daily calling to customer care , its really irritating.

This is too scary.
Reliance started deducting money from my prepaid account for gprs access arbitrarily. I enabled gprs previously by paying Rs 125 each month when I needed. This month, I did not recharge gprs. But they already theft Rs 260/- out of my Rs 300 recharge one week back based on what calculation only god knows. Their number *333 does not even allow me to talk to a customer care.
