I was using a reliance net connect few mnths back. Then i went to the reliance hub paid the bill and asked them to disconnect the services further. Thay said ok we will do it. And i had already stopped using that data card. After that i am receiving bills regularly with added rs amount evry month and calls to to pay the bill. I have told them hundreds of time this story but they meep on calling . And now i am getting harrassment calls from tis hazari court chamber no k 126 as that lady say so that c is the assistant of some advocate vats. . Frst they dun discnct the connection n then keep on calling with the name of this some vats chamber no k-126. So kindly lodge my complaind against this advocate vats.

      Hi,

      This is more of a warning that a complaint. Warning to people who are thinking about buying a reliance netconnect dongle. judging by the quality of product and service, I would say warning to people who are planning to buy any reliance product.

      Why this is not a complaint is, I know for a matter of fact that this is not going to change anything. Anyways, I bought this reliance netconnect dongle (ZTE), before 3 months. It worked alright for a week and one fine day it wouldn't get detected when I plug it in to my laptop. So I tried plugging into different USB ports, plugged in to another laptop. Not Working! :)

      The device is not getting powered at all. I called the guy who sold me this. He is a very nice fellow and came to my place a the next weekend (coz I have work on weekdays). He took the dongle and came with a new one the next weekend. Now that's two weeks without internet connection.
      I am like, ok, that's how these devices are. some just break down at times and I was just unlucky.
      The device works for another 2 weeks and again stops working. Only this time, its powering on but my laptop is saying 'USB device is not recognized'. Again I tried different ports and different laptop. Not Working! :)

      These people are happy to be in you house in 1 hour if you are buying their product, but if its broken you gotta take time off and find the service centre and go there and get it fixed on their terms. And yes, when I say find the service centre, thats another interesting story. I called the customer care to report the problem and get some help, the representative rightly diagnosed that the problem is with the hardware and has to be taken to service centre. I called the service centre number i got from customer care. Guess what? It's not reliance service centre, its a videocon service centre :) I called customer care again and confirmed the number and got couple of other numbers. Only this time none of the numbers I got from them is working. When I say not working, some are giving me beep sound, some are permanently engaged (I mean day and night 24/7). Then finally, I got to know from the guy who sold me this crap product that the service centre is actually moved to a different location. Customer care isn't even aware of this!

      I have had enough with this service. I decided to cancel the service. The procedure is they will take my request to cancel the service and it will take 7 days for them to process it and my connection will remain active for another 7 days and I will be billed for all this time! I mean, when they can activate you service in 2 hrs time, why cant they deactivate the service in 2 hrs!? If this is not fraud, then what is it? Now I have to pay money for some thing that I cant even use.

      So my friends, please do not buy reliance netconnect. It's a matter of principle. Please do not encourage products that cheat people. I think if we support products like this by buying it, it makes us also accomplice to fraud.

      6 Long time and after many requests your shop has not take proper action . and no relief to me. My vourche is near to end . , and loss to me Rs. 299.00
      7 After calling to your No. *355 the office suggested me to go on service center of ZTE and gave me address and Mobile No. [protected] also.
      8 I left divice to Service cente and received Job paper. The oprator says - call or meet after 10 days.

      Reliance — not recognize

      I am residing at chandragiri, Gajapati our reliance customer care service center at berhampur, once I went to complaint about my reliance GSM card but I saw there was a lock every one was inside. I told him I have complained but they told me we can’t help about u so you go away.           Reliance Data Card — harrasing the customer

          Dear Sir,

          I Varsha Chawla, am using your data card...for my internet connectivity...

          The executive sold me a bundle offer and and said after 2 months this will expire and if you would like to continue than pls get connected with the Web World...

          But unfortunately, the bills have hijacked and i have not even used as it got blocked after 2 months...but how come without using the the data card the bills have been generated without informing the customer..

          It clearly indicates that you all are harrasing the customer for un-necessary reasons...

          Hope you would resolve my query...asap... and help me not to pay the un-necessary charges leived on my data card...the no.of my card is [protected].

          Pls support on an immediate basis...

          Reliance netconnect Broadband Data Card — Customer Harrasment

          I regret to inform that I'm highly dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Reliance Netconnect Broadband. Inspite of clarifying everything about the STAY CUSTODY of my account I'm not only continuing to receive BILLS but also PHONE CALLS from Reliance for not paying the bills.

          I have been paying my BILLS promptly and never defaulted even once.


          My Reliance Netconnect+ No. is [protected], Relationship No. is[protected].


          I had visited Reliance World located in 540, C.M.H. ROAD, INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE - 560038 and placed my account on stay custody for 3 months starting from 10th June 2011 to 10th Sep 2011.


          I have paid Rs.330 for 3 months of STAY CUSTODY & also cleared all the outstanding charges for the period between 25th May 2011 to 10th June 2011. Inspite of spending time, money, and energy I'm getting the Bills and also Phone calls.


          I'm highly disappointed with such POOR customer service from Reliance. This is totally disgusting as well as highly ridiculous.


          I want you to kindly take a look into this and get this corrected IMMEDIATELY. If not, let me know I WILL DISCONNET & STOP MY ACCOUNT and never again in MY LIFE I WILL subscribe with reliance. I will also make sure I tell my friends about this and post negative feedback in all the customer related websites.

          I DON'T WISH TO WASTE MY TIME WRITING OR TALKING ABOUT THIS AGAIN. THIS IS MY LAST WARNING TO RELIANCE BEFORE I TAKE A STRONG ACTION AGAINST RELIANCE FOR SUCH TYPE OF CUSTOMER HARASSMENT'S AND MENTAL TORTURE.

            My Reliance Internet Connection Details:

            Problem Statement:
            1. I've got a new bill #[protected] generated for the month of May & the due amount now is Rs 361. Connections were never active after last week of March 2013. I've already cleared the dues till March 2013, the last amount being Rs 273. Where is this Rs 361 bill amount generated from, when the connection itself was in suspend/Hold mode? In fact, it was retention department team members request to put connection on "Hold".

            After calling to Reliance Nodal Office, Mr. Santosh clarified that, if I pay the bill amount when my connection is in suspend mode - the connection will be automatically made to active though it was on "hold" till that moment.

            As soon as I pay the due of Rs.273 on May 10th, the connection was made active - which I've never asked to be so. When I've not asked for an active connection, why should I pay for the bill generated after that moment.

            I was a reliance broadband customer for more than 2yrs & paid all the bills promptly without any delay.

            Now also, I am being punished by Reliance because I've paid the due amount of Rs.273(which changed the status of my connection from HOLD to ACTIVE).

            For being a Reliance customer for more than 2yrs, Reliance is treating its customers this way.

            Hope to see some response after this.

            I would like to inform you that we have no Internet Connection Usage in APSRTC-Jubliee branch;but we have received the bill amount of 6, 000 without any system nor usage .

            i have been applied for broad band service. and that service has been confirmed by them.
            they confirmed about that service from our land line bsnl number

            sir,Iam a reliance broad band customer Id no.[protected],i have been using this connection for last one month and ten days . i had joined with the offer- 299rs-downloading maximum 1gb free. while joining i have been asked 800rs as join fee .after few days(4 days) they send me first bill of amount 910rs . they minused 800rs in the statement .balance 110 rs had paid .without using the downloading i paid this bill.afetr i complaint the customer care officer. same process has been continued this month also.the bill on 23-9-09 as 2110rs. please consider to clarify .

            broadband internet — billing

            i have airtel broad band connection having no.[protected].At the time of getting connection i have told to sales exicutive of the company that i want to pay advance for 6months bill.So that i can get one month free as per company's plan.but at the expiry of every 6month period ,company always send one month bill.Due to that I can't get benifit of the 6month schime for the perticular month.It was my standing instruction that please send me 6month bill in advance so that as per company's schime i can get 1month free service.With all that company has send me bill no.[protected] dated 4th March for 1month only.

            My request is to cancell the bill and despatch me 6month bill with the schime so that i can pay it in time.

            Without schime it will be costly to me and i have to go for other internet service provider.

              broadband internet connection — not working for the last week

              Dear Sir,

              I have lodged a complaint against broadband interconnection in the last week.Now since that day my internet connection is not working . Your representative is also making us fool by saying that we are doing, doing, but result is yet to be come. I am sorry to say that you are providing worst services to your customers and loosing your confidence, finally we are facing a lot of problems due to you .We are also running service centre for the recognised company but never provide bad service like you are providing to your customer.

              Please solve our problem, otherwise we have no other option to go in consumer court and lodged a complaint against you as you are hasrred us for the last a few days.

              Reliance Broadband Internet — Internet not working

              We have two broad band internet connecions, one at Tarnaka, Hyderabad and one
              at Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist. (outsskirts of the Hyderabad city). Our Tarnaka
              internet in not woriking since14th July morning till now, 16th July. I called Customer
              care to raise the complete and I was told by him that whole India server is down
              where as at Ghatkesar nearly 25 kmts from city, access is fine with full speed. It is amazing that with in the city not working and out of the city working and customer
              care executive says "whole India Server Down". In such situation it is very difficult whom to believe. More over executive could not raise the complaint saying that, he is unable to access because of server down. I think the management is not at all bothered about the customer grieviences, they are worried about only the dues even
              paid by the customer.

              Hence, I reqeest the concerned authority to look into the matter get it done immediatly. In fact, we have planned to go for another connerction.

                My Connect No. is [protected]

                Threes days before my internet stopped working. I had filed a complaint by calling on 5050505 connect customer number. They told me that tomorrow a technician will be at your place to fix your net. Next day on 27th a guy came and checked. He told us that the line is dead and he will come in few hours to fix that but he didn't came after that.

                On 28th I took the leave from office and call to customer care four times in a whole day. Every time they told me that a technician will be there in few hours but no one arrieved.

                Again today on 29th I called to them and they told me same that a technician will be at your place soon.

                This is really bad customer support if you have to wait for more than 3-4 days. Still there is no sign of them.

                After a long followups from Reliance Customer care I had purchase Reliance CDAS OMH Card. I had activated A internet package of RS 99 from R-World. I had received a mesage u had successfully activated Mail Messenger Services but when I m opening Internet my main balance is getting deducted. I had call to Customer Care there are telling me you have not activated any plan. Then where does my RS 99 gone. Such a FALTU service there are giving to a customers. Pls help me how to get my balance back or activate the package.

                  there is no network in my office, but my bill is generated very high.

                  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — new connection not activating

                  When I take new connection its working fine after few days my number got deactivated. I called up reliance customer care they said I have to resubmit all document. Again I submit my voter id copy with photograph, after that 3 days gone but still not get activate. Please take action against my complain. I am facing so many problems.

                        Reliance — Not giving The number portability Code

                        Several times i have sent a massage for the number portability code (My Mobile number - [protected]), but i am getting the same massage again and again i.e.

                        "Dear Reliance costumer, you request could not be processed, please try again later."

                        I called several times to he reliance costumer care, but they are not giving me the solution. The service given by the reliance is absolutely ridiculous. They are not giving the solution.

                        Simply they don't want to give the portability code. But this is not the right thing to retain a customer. This is against the law.

                          Refering to complaint ID[protected] that was resolved last week with the assurance not to deduct further VAS USSD service charges.
                          Total amount refunded Rs 21 at that time but still they continue to charge be Rs 3 after 3 days.

                          Maintaining no transparency in system and breaking promises, on 24.6.13 and on 28.6.13 they deducted Rs 6 for the USSD services on mobile No [protected].

                          Also, customer care no. 198 and *333 are not responding since that day. I guess, they have blocked my calls. Even now they do not connect me customer care by disconnecting the call after advertisement.

                          I recommend a change in the policy that if any kind of charges be levied on the customer after being requested to stop that services , a fine equating of Rs. 100 times of charged amount to be credited in Customer's balance.

                          Then only RELIANCE would get serious lessons.

                          I expect transparency in system. If not responded, another message would be typed in Consumer complaints forum and even a written letter to TCCMS.

                          I Recommend prospective customers not to buy Reliance SIM card or discontinue their services as they fool people by stealing money.

                            Myself Narendra Kumar, i had a reliance Netconnect connection . In January my device got damaged and took it to reliance outlet and they said it will charge around 800.Rs , so i told to cancel the connection as i dont want to continue with reliance because of its bad services. After four months they have sent me a bill of Rs.2500 and asking for payment else legal notice will be sent . Then one of representative called and asked for payment and i said the issue . What he said was the request has been taken for safe custody and not for cancellation. So its not my mistake for what happened and i said since january i had not used any data so that i can pay only january bill. He said fine and i cleared the amount. Again after one month one of member of lok adalath called and asking for payment else legal will be proceeded. I dont understand why this reliance is acting like this in all cases. Simply adding some pakcs and deducting money from mobile balance and sending bill for which is not used . Please do the needfull.

                              on 23-June-2013 I got a message "Dear customer. Thankyou for renewwing you STV37_Pack of Rs 37"
                              It deducted Rs 37 from account without my permmission.
                              Ok, no problem here.
                              But in STV37_Pack First 200 minute STD call rate @25paisa/minute.
                              From 23 June-2013 to till I have call max 20 minute and it charge to me @40 piasa per minute. It is wrong chaged to me.
                              Please give me first 200 minute STD call rate @25paisa/minute from 23-June-2013 to 21-July-2013.
                              Check my call record from 22-june-2013 to till and find out - Is reliance given me first 200 minute STD call rate @25paisa/minute?

                              How many STD call goes from my mobile no [protected] from 23-June-2013?

                              To reliance Communication,

                              I satyendra shukla having a connection ( [protected] ) with reliance communication. I am in plan Sp Chat and play plan wherein i can make calls to any reliance no during night hours ( 10.00pm to 8.00am ) absolutely free. I activated Local pack 49/-rs. wherein the call charges for any no becomes 0.49/- paise was informed that ur free night calling facility won' get affected i[censored] will activate this pack with ur current plan.

                              This pack got activated on 26th april 08 and since then whatever calls i have made to a local reliance no during night time i have been charged for the same in my latest bill. i am not geting any satisfactory resolution and from customer care and even from the web world.

                              Reliance Communication/Mobile — wrong charges

                              I am a month old customer of Reliance CDMA service with no.[protected]. After getting life time scheme I got it recharged with Rs.200/. After two days i received a message reg. miscall the service I had not subscribed. They deducted Rs.15/ on their own. After tht on 17.9.08 I sent one SMS Poly 7729 to 51234 for download of one ringtone. Rs.30/ were deducted from my account and ringtone has not been received by me so far. I have made several complaints(7225245, 76429968, 76874120 etc.) to no avail. The executives are making wrong excuses. Now again Rs.30/ has been deducted for some Radio Service for which I have never opted and I dont know about this service. In my short tenure with this company I have found it very consumer unfriendly. The senior executive I talked with on 29.9.08 at 7.34 PM was very rude.

                              Reliance Communications — wrong charges

                              Hi I am Mr. Dhiraj C Shah. I was using a reliance data card for my internet usage and when the nedd was over i walked into reliance web world to disconnect it. After disconnecting also I am being charged for the connection. I tried contacting them a million times but they didn't give me an answer. They only use to say we dont have any information.

                              Now today i get a call from some 3rd party saying I am calling from delhi high court and if you dont pay the bills within a day or two your case will be in front of the majistrate and you might be fined upto Rs. 22000/-. I am completely disheartened with this and want some way to take an action against such a mismanagement or rather call it a fraud.

                                  I have recharged my no. [protected] yesterday for rs 255 which gives the benefit of 1gb 3G data. Since, I recharged from rcom.in website they offered 100 MB extra. Post recharge I got only that extra amount of 100 MB but the main one of 1 gb is missing.
                                  Surprisingly, this is happening for the second time. 1 month back also I faced same thing and it took 7-9 days for reliance customer care to resolve the issue.

                                  I had given the complaint to deactivate the SMSPACK on 17/3/2011 .On 18/3/2011 i recived the message also saying that your SMSPACK has been deactivated. From 17/3/2011 to 28/3/2011 in my mobile balance was Rs 3.60

                                  On 28/3/2011 i had recharge of Rs 100.00 to my reliance mobile [protected] .On 28/3/2011 suddenly i recd a message of deduction of renewal of a service (SMSPACK activated ) which i had never activate in my mobile.

                                  On 28/3/2011 i had given the complaint to reliance customer care ,in customer care Mr shashi k was there .He said by technical problem it is happen .with in 48hrs it will be refunded .On 28/3/2011 complaint no is[protected].
                                  Till 30 /3/2011 it was not refunded again i called up to customer care & said the given complint has not resolved ,again they said we send a mail to techinal deparment ,with in 24 hrs your problem will be solved & same complaint we be .complaint no is[protected]

                                  Till 31 /3/2011 it was not refunded & no reponse from Reliance Telecommunication .again i called up .Again i calledup to reliance customer care . again they said that once again we are taking complaint .new complaint no is[protected] with in 48hrs it will be refunded
                                  again i calledup on 2/4/2011 to reliance customer care i spoke with customer care person & said to forward to superior .i spoke to the customer care senior person on 2/4/2011 .he said we will resolve your problem with in 6hrs .immediately rec the messsge also saying that with in 6hrs will be resolved ,again same problem no response customer care nor from customer care senior person .

                                  And on 2/4/2011 again they deducted Rs 15 my mobile no [protected] from my balance saying it that of renewal of a service ( callertune activated) which i had never activate in my mobile.


                                  I request to the customer care but instead of helping out they denied the problem by saying this is technical problem we can't helpout & we can can't forward the call to teamleader or seniorperson . Every month they reduce my balance on behalf of such service which i never activate in my mobile.... kindly do the favor

                                  This is Satyendra A the main problem is regarding online recharge when i recharged my dad and mom mobile online with Rs 55/- there is no double talk time offer the vouchers cost is Rs55/- regular talk time is 47.86 but i got 100 tt for both mobiles and after 5 days the balance became nil as i called customer care they said that sir u got double talk time so the validity is only for 5 days is the way u treat or cheat the customers we are regular customers since many years. just i recharged for topup not even spl tariff plan are packs.                                   I think this is their main source of income.
                                  I have been following up some online recharge issues of my data card for the last ten days, without any proper response from the customer care service. On[protected] at 9-30 PM I had recharged my card on line for Rs.850/- through “My Services”. I got only 5.Mb extra usage for that recharge and on[protected] again I recharged the card for Rs.1099/- and for that I got only around 1650.Mb extra usage. I had then contacted the customer care many times with no response so far. After each recharge I was told by the customer care rep. that the extra usage will be credited within 24 hours. I was monitoring it but the correct quantity offered by the HSD Voucher was not credited.Now customer care rep. says there is no pending balance to be credited.The don't know how much they credited in my account and when it was done. delaying the extra offer for 24 hours is a technic to cheat the customer. most o[censored]s will not check it. I am pretty sure thay have not credited the offer correctly. I have sent complaints to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com & myservices.[protected]@relianceada.com they are not even responding

                                    I have recently ported to Reliance. i got a 3G Internet recharge of Rs.255 on my number but i am getting merely 6-10 KBps speed even on 3G network.
                                    i have not recieved any word from customer care since worst customer care service as they never attend the call.

                                    I would like to inform that my USB RELINACE NET and my billing address Capital Cinema road kanth Derwaza Moradabad U.P 244001 this USB was rejistered my brother name is Mr. KASHIF KHAN.

                                    I using this USB for internet but along every day my internet connection give very poor speed and no any other web page open.due to this problem i call the costmer care continous three days.and ur representative giv the sugeestion for elimenate the problem.just like downlode the netbooster, delete the internet cookies and used microsoft malicious software etc i apply allthe sugesstion but problem is as its.and i also check the phone in service center.in there no problem.
                                    so i request please solve my problem.and if any softwre required and complete discription send to the my emil

                                      In May end or June start I submitted an application for the termination of services of my account number[protected], service request number[protected]. I was informed that the connection will be shut down soon after a confirmation call within 9 days. After a gap of 10 days I called up to refresh my application. On 27 June I called to again refresh my application as no actions were taken, I again submitted an application regarding the same, service request number[protected]. I was informed that my first request was closed on 14 June and also that my plan has been changed to some other plan, of which I did not have any information neither in email or by call.

                                      Reliance Broadband — Sending bills after connection cut

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am not using reliance connection from august'08 onwards, I had talk to reliance CC executive to cut the connection in aug month he told me that connection has been cut, after that I have recieved aug month bill of 567 Rs. which I have paid on 25 sep I have a reciept of it. Mr. vishnu sharma (Reliance CC executive) who recieved bill of aug from my house assured us that our connection will cut after paying this bill but still bill are coming. now they are telling i have not given any request for termination therfore i have to pay the bill.
                                      even now none of reliance CC executive is taking the request, i have called many times but they are not ready to take termination request, they force me to continue this connection otherwise they will send bills, i have send many e mails to
                                      [protected]@relianceada.com but no reply from them.

                                      Dont worry just shout on the head of reliance office manager, he'll agree.
                                      And even if problem persists, just forget about the bill. ;)

                                      Reliance Broadband — Termination of connection

                                      I taken 300Kbps plan. It is very very slow. 227bytes downloading per second. I requested Reliance customer care termination on 22OCT10. For the past 15 days they are saying that under process. it will be terminated as soon as possible. But there is no use. I am paying for their incapability. I do not know when they will terminate my connection.

                                      Reliance Broadband — Connection Termination

                                      Hi,

                                      I've had a very bad experience with Reliance Broadband. I started the connection in Jan'10. In initial days it worked fine but after a month I started getting problems with network. The network used to stay down for as long as 10 days. I made several complaints and every time they took almost 10 days to get the connection working.

                                      In the month of May '10 the connection stopped working again and as usual I called the customer service to lodge a complaint for the same. I was assured that the connection would be working in 24 to 48 hrs, but it never did. The connection didn't work for the entire month.

                                      Finally when I got fed up with the service and connection, in the month of Jun '10 I called the customer service to terminate the connection. I was given the information that the connection has been terminated. At that time, I had overpaid my bill by Rs. 700/- I was also assured that the termination will be taken in the month of May '10 as the connection didn't work and I will be refunded Rs. 700/-

                                      After having this discussion, I asked the customer service to collect the modem and the phone unit. No one ever came for that and I never got any further follow up calls for the same.

                                      Now I am getting calls from Some Recovery Agency, which is asking me to pay the pending bill of Rs. 2000/- approx. I was also thretend that If I don't pay this amount, this matter will be taken to legal authorities.

                                      I was informed by this Recovery Agency, that my connection was never terminated because I didn't write and email to connection termination department. I was never informed about this process by customer service.

                                      Now this is just a harrasment that this comany is doing.

                                      Please help me getting this resolved.

                                      I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
                                      Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

                                        A total of Rs 40 has been cut from my Reliance GSM balance on the following dates and for the given services.
                                        19th June'13-- Rs 30 for VAS Jumpgames GSM
                                        24th June'13-- Rs 10 for TechzoneSMS

                                        Now, I have NOT subscribed for any of these services and this is not the first time I have received such balance deductions. Besides, last time I had gone for refunding the balance, I had also got refunds for 4 of my colleagues for the exact same reason.

                                        Tried calling your customer care number but to no avail. Your customer care numbers are busy ALL the time (I have even checked it at 2 in the morning).
                                        As I was out of station, I couldnt reach your customer care service this time. Now that 48 hours have passed since the deduction, your customer care employees refuse to reimburse the unjust balance cut.

                                        I find this nothing short of cheating and fraud. I think you simply cut off the balance from the users. You do offer refund in case the customer comes to you for it. But as you know, hardly any customer would be ready to travel 3-4 kms for such a recharge.
                                        Let me mention here that today I had got Rs 5 refunded from your customer care outlet for VASShemaroo, which again I had not subscribed to.
                                        The Rs 30 which you have cut from so many customers for no apparent reason is clearly cheating, fraud and cheap tactics to reach your sale target.

                                        I am not only porting my number to some other network provider, but also other reliance numbers at my office. Besides, I am not gonna stop myself from telling just anyone about your deceitful methods.
