It is submitted that my reliance postpaid mobile no [protected] is re-suspended on 24.06.13, when i call to costumer care of reliance then they tell me that the address proof and one passport size photograph resubmit in the near reliance care. I went to Uttam Nagar reliance care for submission of these documents. Where told me that documents not received here. so my mobile no. suspended so far. please help me.

sir , i am facing a constant problem from last 1 month ..daily in the afternoon i get a sms that you have been charged 5 rupees for a subscription to altruist service ..i have complained the costumer support people many time but to no effect ! .. i asked for a permanent solution , so they told please turn of flass messages option by going into R- world menu , i tried doing that also but the option of flash message doesnt work properly in...

My mobile no is [protected].I have sent the sms "PORT [protected]" to 1900 and it was delivered successfully. But I can not receive the porting code..............i wasted much money too...daily am sending two to three messages......reply will be "ur request could not be processed now,try again after some time"
tried to contact customer even ,(198)....datz too same...no response.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Refering to complaint ID[protected] that was resolved last week with the assurance not to deduct further VAS USSD service charges.
Total amount refunded Rs 21 at that time but still they continue to charge be Rs 3 after 3 days.

Maintaining no transparency in system and breaking promises, on 24.6.13 and on 28.6.13 they deducted Rs 6 for the USSD services on mobile No [protected].

In January my device got damaged and took it to reliance outlet and they said it will charge around 800.Rs , so i told to cancel the connection as i dont want to continue with reliance because of its bad services. It deducted Rs 37 from account without my permmission.
Ok, no problem here.
But in STV37_Pack First 200 minute STD call rate @25paisa/minute.
From 23 June-2013 to till I have call max 20 minute and it charge to me @40 piasa...

Tomorrow I have done a recharge of Rs 50 and talked only fifteen minutes but without my concern SMS pack of Rs31 has been activated . So this is my problem . Please look into this matter and take appropriate step to prevent this for the next time . And sort out a solution for this problem....

I have recharged my no. [protected] yesterday for rs 255 which gives the benefit of 1gb 3G data. Since, I recharged from rcom.in website they offered 100 MB extra. Post recharge I got only that extra amount of 100 MB but the main one of 1 gb is missing.
Surprisingly, this is happening for the second time. 1 month back also I faced same thing and it took 7-9 days for reliance customer care to resolve the issue.

I have recently ported to Reliance. i got a 3G Internet recharge of Rs.255 on my number but i am getting merely 6-10 KBps speed even on 3G network.
i have not recieved any word from customer care since worst customer care service as they never attend the call.

last month i ported my number into reliance communication which is a postpaid number ..In my first bill there was an error of 70 rupees which i lodged a complaint and got it resolved , for which i was sent a sms that " your complaint has been resolved , you have been given a waiver of 70 rupees which will reflect in your next month's bill " .
today i have got my next bill and in that i have not been given...

We have been using Reliance broadband internet for many years now. But for 8 months, the speed of the internet is not as per the plan, we have made lot of complaints, giving the proofs of screen shots. But still there is no improvement on this. Every time they are going on postponing the date for rectification, making many users like a big FOOL. We are receiving 200 to 300 kbps speed, where as we must receive 2000 kbps.
