[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unauthorised Balance deduction

Dear Complaint officer,


With great regrets I would like to inform you that I are suffering due to these unauthorized promotional activities on my Prepaid reliance mobile connection & hence I am unable to use it properly. Each time we recharge the mobile prepaid connection without making any outgoing calls the balance of my prepaid connection gets exhausted. No one attends our call in customer care section easily. Even after repeated complaints, this unauthorized deduction continues to occur. Recently I got thru a complaint officer in reliance customer care wherein it was found that we have unconsciously subscribed for a Mitti ke rang pack for which this has happened. I firmly instructed the representative not to offer any additional services to me apart from incoming & outgoing options. This connection is in the name of Mr. Vikas (Son), Ph No. [protected]. I honestly need this connection incase of an emergency only to talk with my nearest family members. However each time i want to use this connection these unwanted/unauthorized deductions doesn't allow me to access my mobile phone. Even after sending this sms numbers of times, the balance of my phone still gets exhausted. I insist to review my complaint & stop all kinds of promotional activities on this connection so that I can use this at my peace & per my own convenience.

Also, would request you to stop all promotional schemes/songs on this connection with
immediate effect.

I firmly instructed the representative not to offer any additional services to me apart from incoming & outgoing options. This connection is in the name of Mr. Hemant Ramani (Nephew), Ph No. [protected]. I am a retired Naval office of 70yrs. I honestly need this connection incase of an emergency only to talk with my nearest family members. However each time i want to use this connection these unwanted/unauthorized deductions doesn't allow me to access my mobile phone. It repeatedly sends a message "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS. 30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30DAYS, TO UNSUBSCRIBE PLS SMS Unsub 1003 TO 155223I (TOLL FREE)".Even after sendinbg this sms umpteen number of times, the balance of my phone still gets exhausted. I insist to review my complaint & stop all kinds of promotional activities on this connection so that I can use this at my peace & per my own convenience.
Also, would request you to stop all promotional schemes/songs on this connection with immediate effect.

these should be low to take action for this type of activity by any companies in fraud category .
Sir,
From my mobile number [protected], the company automatically deducts the balance and activates the services. I am tired from this activity because it was happening in every 5 to 10 days from long period of time(more than 6 months).
Recently my balance was 50 rupees, then without any activity done by me, a message displays from RM-RELIANCE "Amount charged for VAS Hungama GSM Rs:49.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:1.64".
message time: 02:10:26pm date:[protected]
And when I call customer care, they tell me that balance will be refunded in next 48 hours.
What should I do with Rs 1.64, if i am having any important work. I had talked to the customer care and they tell me that I am having no option left other than wait for the refund.
