Good afternoon sir,

Maine reliance ka sim card ([protected]) liya surat adajan se jo ki address proof new mumbai ka tha. mera conectione 7 july2010 ko start ho gaya. uska bill 17thjuly2010 ko msg aaya ki RS.818.81 jabki maine mera e-mail bil registred karaya tha mail id jitendra.[protected]@indiatimes.com jo ki aaj tak mujhe bill nahi mila phir bhi maine 23july ko maninagar webworld me jake rs.,820 ka payment kar diya. webworld payment lenewala ladka bola 30 mint me chalu ho jayega. 06:55Pm ko maine payment kiya tab se maine customercare me 10 call kar chuka har koi bolta 30 mnt me 3 hrs me ho jayega even maine team leadrs se bhi baat ki amit par wo bhi madarchod 30 mint ka time liya aur kuch bhi nahi kiya.

24th ko mai maninagar webworld me gaya waha par dhiru bhai ko problem bataya to usne bola aapko hum call kar ke batatdenge waise 3 hrs me chalu ho jayg. 30 mint ke baad mere altarnet no pe call aaya aur bataya gaya mumbai se ye card chalu hoga agar maine ye conectione hi gujrat se liya to mumbai jane ka sawal kaha se aaya. maine mail bheja 26july2010 customercare me waha se reply aaya ki aap mobile store visit kijiye aur waha se ho jayega mai 25thjuly ko sec-5 airoli navi mumbai branch me gaya jo ki webworld hai parusne bhi wahi jawab diya ki hum aapke altarnet no pat call karke batat denge par ab tak koi call nahi aaya. mujhe maine phir se mail kiya to inlogo ne ek request no ke saath 28th july ko mail pe ye reply diya ki 2 din aur lagenge. aap bataiye pichale 1 week se kuch kaam nahi kar pa raha hu meere saare cliant ko mai call nahi kar paa raha hu.


please kuch rasta bataiye mere naukari bhi ja sakti hai is mobile ke band rahne se kyunki mere saare client ke pass yah ek hi no hai.

    I am a reliance cdma user, from last month i m surfering from auto diduction by fault service charges by Reliance CDMA, without any subscription they are deducting amount in the name of callertunes subscription. At the time of complaint they replied that its subscribe by user.

    is this not matter that how was the amount deducted but its big that they are cheating their customers.

    I am using 2 nos. & its happend with both nos.

    Please look this matter,

    Reliance CDMA Service — amount deduction

    activating value added service without any permission and when sumit de activeting process , reguleary renewed of 20 of every month my last complain number is[protected] &[protected]
    Sir,

    For last 2 months amount is deducted without any intimation. I didn't accept any subscription on my mobile.

    I got fedup with this. Please remove all the subscriptions & make me comfortable to use reliance mobile.

    I am a reliance CDMA user for more than 2 years. But, i am facing following severe problems for the last 1 month

    1. The caller tunes are downloaded automatically without any subscription and deducting the amount in 30/- or 10/- continuously .
    2. Not only i loss the amount, but also, when time came to make an important call the balance became nil.
    3. I really hate caller tunes. To top it, it is automatically getting set to some stupid songs.

    Its so annoying and at some point i have decided to not use this Reliance mobile at all.
    But, this mobile number is part of my bank alerts and main point of contact in office work that i cannot change it immediately.

    Is there any way that i can log the compliant and get funded back the amount it has deducted automatically without customer's involvement.

    Reliance CDMA — deduction of amount without any service

    Dear Sir,

    Please save customers money from this mobile prepaid relaince service

    1) Without any subscription to any caller tunes services amount is unnecessarily deducted from my account.
    I have lodged lot of complaints to customer care on this issue, but still there is no resolution from relaince for this problem, i have not get any deducted amount back.
    Complaint no for the above issues:

    Please help to resolve this issue.

    2) on 22/09/2011 i have recharged 31/- rupees , i got confimation from relaince as recharged and asked to pay 31 rupeess to retailer.
    After couple of hours i tried to give outgoing call, system telling no balance in my a/c to call.
    even i did'nt call single outgoing call how amount is deducted?
    Again I lodged complaint against this problem. complaint no.[protected].
    Customer care telling again you have subscribed to caller tune service even after activated DND(3rd point)

    3) I have requested DND(do not disturb) activation on 29/08/2011 , request no. [protected].
    still unneceseary calls and message i am reciveing. On 22/09/11 same problem repeated.



    After activating DND service i should not recive any calls at least and my amount should not be deducted as per 3 point, but still amount is deducted as explained in 2nd point

    Please save customers money from this kind of fraud services.

      imposed caller tune

      Dear Sir,
      I've a mobile no.[protected] with Relience GSM service. Few days ago one caller tune imposed on me without my concern, I've unsubscribe the caller tune. Again on 26.07.10 at morning one caller tune imposed on me without my concern. I don't want this type of caller tune and deducted Rs.60. Is this the business??? Please arrange to return the money immediately. If not possible I'll disconnect the connection...

      Dear Sir/Maam,

      I have applied for Reliance Internet Connection on 01.02.2010. The reference number of the receipt which i have got from their executive Mr. M.D.Khan ([protected]) is [protected]. I have made the payment of Rs. 500 in cash on the same day, and your executive informed me that the connection will be done within 7 working days. I din't heard anything from them even after 10 days. I kept calling Mr. Khan, after several times, but he stopped pickinh up my call.
      I have used Reliance internet connection previously also, but i had similar bad experience with these guys regrading the service, so i got my connection terminated.

      I shifted to D.D.A flats Kalkaji in September 2009, unfortunately there was no other internet/ broadband service providers in this area so i had to switch back to Reliance again. But disappointingly there was no improvement in their service and i am again very unstatisfied with it.

      After that i din't heard anything from these guys. They have not even paid me the money back which they have taken as security amount initially. The internet connection was never installed.

      I kindly request them to return me the money back which was taken as security or else i will take a legal action against them.

        I am Mamatha. I have taken one reliance netconnect internet wireless data card. In the first few months it was working properly. Later five minutes net is connected, it started showing check your internet conection. I had to reboot the system to get the internet netconnect again to be connected. But this too was not working in later times. so I have called customer care of reliance to complain about this. They have asked me to install netbooster in my system which I did. Because of netbooster internet connection used to be there for 10 min again automatic discoonection used to happen. This too i have complained to Customer care. But their suggesions didnt help. And i didnt pay for bills. Even when i was not using also i am charged. Now they have sent a legal notice that i have to pay 2500 pm for the whole period..
        what a justice...? I have spent 2000 for the data piece and spent 2000 for four months (where earlier they said it is 300 tariff plan but charged 475rs) and i couldnt use it when i wanted...still i get a notice...
        can i do something about this? Pl help me

          Sir,

          We are unable to make calls and receive calls properly on our Reliance CDMA mobile in our locality. Tower functions is not working properly, Several times in a minute i can not see and tower symbol in my mobile phones. Not only me In our Locality (Bongaon-03215) Every Reliance CDMA Subscriber is suffering same problem. Whenever we are going to make calls it cuts automatically and notice came on Mobile phones "We are unable to connect, Please try again later". A call will take to connect over a minute and after connect it cuts automatically and Server says "The number you have called is not reachable" sometimes it sounds like Long Beep (Busy tone). after connecting to the other cell phone the call cuts automatically after 10 - 15 sec otherwise i can not hear from other side or Voice cuts several times.. I have tried to complain through customer care. They took many complains but nothing happened after that. So i request you to forward this massage to Higher authority of Reliance so that they can be able to Solve this Issue.

            I recharge my smart card of rs.210/- dtd 18/6/2010 & that time i have problem in my TV connection i change my place due to rain in that case i called to customer care & they told me "we r sending to our engg. he will visit to u in 24 hrs time, after 2 days i called to customer care & asked "your engg. still not visited they debit some of amount charged to my a/c. after i told them ur engg. not visited pls. refund my money after 20 days they refund my money. after called to customer care for problem of DTM working showing poor quality signal the personal told me due to your a/c low balance its showing the errors, you to rechage of rs.290/- that time i told them i already recharge of rs.210/- then he told me after rechage of rs.290/- the amount 210/- will refund i rechage my a/c of rs.290/- dtd 20.07.2010 then its showing poor signal quality once again i called custmer care & told them still not my acessing your service once again they instruction like check ur card , connection wires & after i told them once again i have change the place just back side of my house after they told me your shifting your dth cause its not working your dth , after they told me u have to rechage of rs. 350/- after our engg. visit you for your complain that time i told the person how many times i rechage ? when my problem solves ? how many times misguiding ? they r disonnect my call .

            tell me what i do ? i lost my rs210/- & 290/- & many more time ...

            Reliance BIG TV connections — Refund of recharge money

            Sir,
            I had take Reliance BIG TV connections no.[protected],[protected] respectively in the name of ChandraMukesh about 4 month back and i recharge my connection through net banking and i have recharge my connection on 04-03.10 for Rs.1500/-trough net banking also but but Reliance BIG TV co. recharge my connection on 24.0.03.10 . after 20 days when i made another entertainments arrangements for my family and i made request for disconnection on 08.03.10 but company nither diconneted my connection nor refund my money Rs.1500/
            they are threat to me go any where either consumer form or court company will not refund any amount.

                As per bellow mail I am facing the problem with my mobile service provider,
                from last 18 July to 22 July, Rs. 5/- deduscted from my prepaid connection, total amt deducted Rs. 25/- I will do the complain (NO.[protected]on same date (18 July 2010) that is not solve, second complain no [protected] dt 21/07/2010 which is also not solve, then I will put the mail of customer cell then they will respond and reuturn my deducted amt. in two time first on 23 jul Rs. 5/- and second 24 jul 15 Jul. But again today 5/- deducted from my balance, my new compalin no[protected] dt. 26 Jul 2010.

                please help.

                Reliance — amt deduction

                Whom to ever concern

                I have received on SMS to say “your subscription Bakwas services has been renewed” & They have deducted @10/- from my a/c,

                How the can do without any Pre information,

                Kindly let us know what is the your program then take such kind of action from your side,

                Why don’t you take customer suggestion on priority?

                I am Ankit Khobragade from pune..My complaint is regarding unnecessary balance deductions(talk time)from my mobile phone no ([protected])..n this is third time with in a two week,it had happened with me..reliance always deducted unnecessary balance without informing its customers .i have also lodge complaint against them previously in this forum only..and they have also returned my balance but after few hours again they have deducted balance..n after talking to a customer care executive they said that i have subscribe for certain applications or certain activations but i have not done anything because i do not want to activate those things..but reliance have done 3 times with in a 2 week with me..This is really frustrating and you can also refer other's customers complaints also as a proof because reliance has done previously mannier times with its customers(my room mate is also one of the victim)..i want serious actions against them ..please sir/mam its a kindly request from you to handle this issue as soon as possible and i want all my money back..

                Reliance-cell — Amt. deducted from prepaid balance

                1. I am having reliance cell no.[protected].
                2. On Friday, 5th August 2011, I had recharged my abovementioned cell for Rs.200/- under pre-paid system.
                3. To my surprise Rs.150/- were deducted by the company the next day i.e.the 6th August 2011.
                4.When I came to know this fact in the early morning of 8th August 2011, I immediately reported to the concerned dealer of Reliance.
                5. Till this writing, no action has been taken to revert the amt. to my cell even by the local complaint manager Mr. Gopal.
                6. Now what to do ?
                7. Should I go back to renew my pre-paid a/c for the same difficulty or should I discontinue to renew ?
                1. Such complaints should be brought in the knowledge of the owner of the Reliance Communications.
                2. My this suggestion should be acknowledged on my e-mail ID - [protected]@yahoo.co.in
                3. Owner should be aware of such type of facts that how the public is cheated by their employees.
                4. If this is not acknowledged, I will have no option except to rethink to be associated with Reliance.

                  I am having rconnect broadband USB of relaince which i purchased 1month before.Earlier it was working fine now it started to showing below errors number of time while trying to connect with the net.Please tell me the soltution asap as my work is totally depend on internet.

                  1) Debugger terminated error,

                  2) PPP link error,

                  3) Remote computer error not responding error,

                  & many more i dont remeber them right now.

                    To Whomsoever it may concern,

                    I am using the Reliance NET Connect Broadband Services since February 2010. I am regularly facing some or the other issues with the service provided by Reliance.

                    I had bought the Device from Baroda, Gujarat. Device Number is [protected]. Its a postpaid connection that can be used free of cost in roaming. I had relocated to Pune for my job related to prospect. So I use majority of the time from Pune. Last Friday till evening my service was running preety OK. At 8:15 When I tried to connect using the device, it started giving me some kind of errors and it was not able to connect. So I preferred to give a call to Customer Care on[protected]. First call was answered by a guy called Prashant and he told me that your services are suspended but no reason is mentioned by Back Office. Payment was not an issue as it was a regular payment that is what he claimed. He promised me that he has raised the complaint and will get resumed in next 3 hours at max. So i waited for that response till 11:00PM. But i haven't heard back from your side. So I had again given a call and this time it was Swati. She mentioned the same stuff but i had forced her to tell me the reason behind this crazy step. So she said that we don't know any thing so contact the reliance webworld, Asking me to roam around in pune to find the webworld. As i am new to this city (Pune) I don't know much about after struggling a lot i was able to find out one. So my first issue is whats the fun in keeping Customer care if they don't have all the information with them?? Saturday morning before doing any of my work I visited Reliance Web World on MG road in front of Arora Towers. There that guy tried to again reach call center to find out the exact issue and what he told me was that there was a negative document verification. I said what?? He said that is what they are claiming right now and due to that they had stopped the service. I had requested him let me know which documents you want and I am ready to submit it right away in original as well as copy. You know what was the funny reply this is from him, Connection is from Gujarat Circle so there is no meaning in submitting here so kindly go to Gujarat for submitting docs and than only service will be resumed. Is this the way your system functions? On one side you are saying its total India Coverage and for service again go back to the place from where it is activated. I called again customer care and this time it was Neha who answered my call. She said me that its fine if you submit the docs in pune and i had asked her to talk directly with the webworld guy and both have conflicts in there opinion. At the end nothing came up. Bloody hell was the situation. I asked him to lodge a complaint against the company and he told we don't have such facility. So Again i contacted a customer care and after explaining the same thing I was able to lodge a complaint.

                    My main complaint is that after providing me the service for 5 months and taking the payment now you are asking me that there is a problem in claiming your identity.
                    It means you are not able to verify me than give my payment back. I don't mind using others services as Reliance is not the only option for me. When it comes to take the money you guys takes the money from any unknown person and when it comes to providing the services than you take step back. Is this comes as a part of agreement with customer? Crazy hats.

                    There was not a single intimation call from your side mentioning that still there is some problem with docs so submit another set of documents and you guys had blindly took the decision of stopping the service. You should have given me a couple of days before taking this step. If i had failed to do so than you guys would have been doing some right. But no no no, NO one had took the burden to intimate the customer. As this is what you give to your customer at the end of the day.

                    If you guys don't have any answer for my things than lets have it with Consumer Court.

                    This is to bring to your notice that no pending payments will be done from my side until I don't get a proper service. Last week also there was problems with connections and this is the complaint number regarding that[protected]. This issue was regarding the network jammed that is what claimed from your side. So in total since last 7-8 days i am not enjoying your service and I am not going to pay for that many days,

                    I havent heard back any thing for this and now what I had learned is that those bull people has totally stopped the services.

                      Actually 3 days before i checked my balance and come to know that you have deducted twice the charges for my sms pack. when i called up your call center someone told me there are two pack activated on this so i asked them to fire complaint to deactivate one pack.They all gave single excuse we are under tech. up-gradation all the time even day or night.Even now they have blocked my calling facility to call center.:)
                      Please let me know by making call can you do something for me otherwise i have to change operator because i can not pay for 2 SMS pack every month while i am using one. i will wait for your call.

I unable to deactivate sms pack.When i send sms 'DACT SMSPACK' then only one sms comes 'Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. This process is done many times but the same error came.
                      PLeas deactivate it.

                        i have recharge my no with 100 rupees on 23-07-10 and after 20 mins i lost 51 rupees due to internet service activation bt service is not started yet and after that i lost my remaining balance without any subscription . and i tried almost more than 50 time to ur no *333 bt no response from there plzzzz give me response and tell me wer u deduct my balance immediately.

                        i am facing the problem in my reliance prepaid no.[protected] of balance deduction against caller tune whic i nver activate on my number every time i recharge my number.

                        Regarding this problem in starting i talk to customer care and he assured me that there is no balance deduction in future regarding caller tune.

                        but next month as i recharge my no. i got a message from relince for deduction or Rs. 30 from my account balane.

                        i again taht time talk to customercare regarding this problem

                        he assure me again that this is our system problem and your balane is refund you withen two days

                        till no balance is credit in my account.

                        plz do the needful in this regard so that in future i can never face such kind of problems.

                          I bought Reliance GSM number one month back earlier I was using your Reliance CDMA postpaid number but after knowing this that Reliance has launched free calling service in GSM as well I purchased this number.

                          But sorry to say I am not satisfied with Reliance GSM services, from day one I am facing network related issues also I have a concern for call conference facility on my number.

                          I had requested many times to Reliance customer care as well as visited to their Daryaganj web world to activate call conference on my number but it is not activated so far.

                          Many times I had send the mails to their grievance cell but there is no positive response/solution received so far.

                          These are the Service Request IDs[protected] and[protected] for network and call conference related issues provided by Reliance.

                          Reliance Communication ltd. Mobile GSM service provider — GSM mobile service is so bad.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Here i jumped from Idea to reliance GSM to pick up the full signal everywhere, but i am now disappointed no tower for gsm service anywhere in India, only cdma comes out, but the cell point shows the display tower "Reliance" no incoming /outgoing may it shows the cdma tower point.

                          I asked the cc of Reliance they replied that for the gsm service still the tower plantation is work in progress when it will be completed, hopeless, before the setup of gsm tower, reliance started to sell the gsm sim.

                            My cell No.[protected] displays "INACTIVE SIM' or INVALID SIM. If I remove and reinsert that, it will work for some time after that same old story. I have tried several handsets but the story is the same. I contacted customer care but they could not resolve my problem and refused to connect any senior officer and provide phone no. thereof. The customer care gal who introduced herself as SASHMITA then disconnected the line abruptly. I fail to understand their attitude towards the customer who is having thsi number since 2002.

                              This is the history of Your Executives just sitting in AirCondition environment but not interested to look after the Customer's need.

                              Now this is upto Your team to get resolved my problem as soon as possible & if I do not get my request fulfilled by this weekend THEn definitely I am going to approach "Consumer Court" without any delay further.

                              If Your team is not able to solve this problem either then Pls let me know If I need to explore my own channels.

                              This is to inform with all due inconveneince being caused by whole Relaince Communications team in India & Specially in AP that Nothing has been done so far at the end of you guys & Perhaps You all are very casual in redressing complaints of customers alike me.
                              Since last one month or so I have been requesting to you all to get my connections to be Migrated to PREPAID Mode But No one has taken any steps so far As Email Monthly statement bill sent by Broadband Services Team shows that Whole Reliance Team is busy in generating bill anyway & Not interested to address the grievances of customer.

                              Once again I request you all that Take all valuable & feasible steps to address my grievances at earliest & stop generating POSTPAID BILLS against my DATA CARD [protected] As I have already stopped to use it any more Very very bad services & all Advertisements / Promotions by Whole Reliance team on its DATA USage Speed upto 3.1 MBPS is based on false misrepresentation & Luring cusotmers to fill the pocket of Relaince Communications.I really feel pitty on your honourable Chairman of Whole Reliance ADA group Mr. Anil Ambani that How his Whole team is Enjoying in their AC's cabin by just making big promises based on nothing.

                              If you guys keep this attitude going like way then Definitely I will make sure that Whenever I happen to raise my grievances through Consumer Court then I will make sure that You all guys are made to mend your ways on redressing the grievances of customer expeditiously nowonwards.

                              Pls be sure that I am not going to pay any more bills generated by You all.We will see in court each other Whenever we could make this to happen.

This is in regards to deficiency of services being exercised by Reliance Communications Limited while redressing grievances related to migration of POST PAID TO PREPAID services for my DATA CARD #[protected].I had approached Reliance World office at Ranchi (Ratu road) But Nothing has been done, there is no response from their side since last more than 15 days or so.

                              Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — post paid to pre paid migration

                              After settlement nothing is provided so on that basis the number can be activated or they didn't provide the service on that data card so that this matter can be resolved
                              They did not make free the rsn number so that any one can use that device.....

                                Hi,
                                I was applied reliance wired broadband connection last year jun 2009 but till date neither getting connection not getting refund of deposit amount. I was call so many times reliance broadband customer care and also send mail but till date I don’t have any replay from reliance care.
                                I also plan to going to legal action against company management.
                                Is this way suitable for me ?

                                I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH RELIANCE I OPTED FOR THE YEARLY CONTRACT WITH RELIANCE BOARD PLAN AND PAID THE ENTIRE MONEY UPFRONT, AFTER TWO MONTH THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE DUE TO REASONS UNKNOWN TO ME AND TILL DATE I HAVE MADE 36 COMPLAIN AND REQUEST BUT ALWAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY THAT WE HAVE COMMUNICATED YOUR COMPLAIN AND THE REFUND ORDER IS IN PROGRESS.

                                  Sir,

                                  I have Reliance SIM with Number [protected].This is kolkata number. When I am going out of kolkata, there is no network in SIM and shows me Emergency only. I tried with manual selection of network but still it shows me the same (Emergency only) with no network coverage. I tried this SIM with other Mobile also but I am getting same result.

                                  I am harassed for this kind of service provided by Reliance Communication

                                  I called up several times to customer care desk(*333) to get the solution from them but all the time, call has disconnected. I was also registered a complain for this problem but till now I did not get any response. So irresponsible people at Customer care desk.

                                  Please activate my roaming facility otherwise I will disconnect connection. And also I will tell all my friends and family members not to take Reliance connection. It is trustable.

                                      Availed the facility of International Roaming for my mobile no. [protected] while going to USA on 25th May 2010 and after return from USA discontinued the facility through Relaince Web World , Pitampura , New Delhi .
                                      1. The company is not discontinuing the International Roaming and continues charging International Roaming Charges .
                                      2. Security Deposit of Rs 4,000/- is not being adjusted towards my outstanding bill and the company is threatening disconnection

                                      Reliance Mobile — REFUND of DEPOSIT

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      My name is Mr. Gajanan V. Jog; I'm using RIM since 2004. While purchasing Reliance CDMA, I had deposited Rs. 2, 000 to R Web World, Kalbhadevi (opp. Metro Cenema) and when asked for receipt, I was told that it is records and receipt is not given for this by Executive attended me.

                                      Now, when I approached the same R Web World on 4th January 2010 to get my Deposit back since I do not want ISD service, shockingly the Executives saying they do not find any records for the same for 2004 and asking for Receipt, and explain the same thing about the Receipt, then they asked for any proof of payment.

                                      Luckily, since I didn’t get the receipt from R Web World, I preserved the payment slip of my credit card through which I made payment.

                                      When I produced the same on 7th January’2010 since 5th and 6th I was turned up at RWW, Ms. Anudnya Kondhakar was not in place and then I approached to Mr. Bhushan he told me to come on next day. On 7th January’2010, Ms. Anudnya Kondhakar told me to contact next day.

                                      And now when I contacted her on 11th January 2010, she sounded like there is no value of my Rs. 2, 000 and not in hurry to find way out to return my Deposited Money. Over that she started saying, “the proof is not enough, and need credit card statement of the same.”

                                      How can I keep the credit card statement of 2004??? And further I have stopped using that card.

                                      I was using Reliance Mobile with ISD facility, she could have found that in the system then why she is adamant on addressing the issue???

                                      So, I wrote to RIM Consumer care and Chairman's office with attaching the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SLIP for reference.

                                      Their feed back is as follows:

                                      While I have deposited the Credit card swap slip they are not having records is RIm fault, not given me Receipt in 2004 inspite of asking for, is not my fault ether, but now my Rs. 2, 000 is looted by Reliance Communications Ltd.

                                      Is anybody have solution to get my money back?

                                      Please reply and stop using any RELIANCE PRODUCT.
