    This is regarding the Unautherized debit from account banace. Suddenly my account balance has cut by about 100rs. On enquiry i have came to know some usless services has activated on my mobile number ([protected])without any request by me. when i ask to custumer service to take my complaint. she refuses the same.

    My father is also facing the same problem in UP at relience number([protected]). This issue has been observed only in relience operator.This is totally unacceptable atleast from service like relience.

    A litttle bit help from your side is highly oblige.

    Relience GSM — STD Package

    Hi,
    I have taken a brand new connection of Relience GSM prepaid services on Friday 21st August 2009 at 11:00 am, after this i have recharged with Rs 49, i have got a the appropriate balance and after the shopkeeper suggestion i have taken a STD package ( 520 minutes STD free for Rs285) and paid the amount of Rs 285, i have received the recharge message then and there but from that time till date i am not able to avail the service of 520 minutes.

    I recheck with Shopkeeper and contacted Customer Care, initially they said it take minimum 48 hrs to get the service activated, and now they are saying that the service gets activated at same time. after that also i had call 4 times and i am getting a very ridiculous reply saying that Server is down please contact after 2 hrs, I contacted them 5 time after an interval of 2 hrs, but still they did not provide me any solid answer but just an excuse.

    They refuse to log my complain against this and for that they do not have any reason, they are disconnecting the phone line. I mean is this the way Reliance treats his customer, and they are claming that they are fastest internet service provider, how they can do that when they are not able to maintain their own server.

    Now the customer care executive have another story for this issue, according to them they are able to track every details of mine and every calls, but they are able to find that i have recharge with Rs285 but they are unable to track these details, isn't it ridiculous?

    Can anyone give any suggestion on the above issue??

    Do i need to lodge a complain in consumer forum??

    Are they going to provide me the service for which i have paid already?

    Reliance GSM — Relience GSM : Bad Service

    Hi,

    Reliance India Mobile — activation of services without request

    i am using a no [protected] in the name of chandan kumar jha. i have noticed that in last six months the company is activating any services without any requesting and deducting the amount without any notice. i have not exactly remember but as an estimate the company is taking rs. 100 p.m. for the service in which i dont have any interest. i want to keep the matter in the TRAI and Consumer Forum please help us
    reliance service is really bad and i dont know how this company is making so much huge profit few days back i migrate to airtel to this company but one word is enough to realiance this is very much worst service in the word and

    Reliance GSM Service — subscrices srvice witout any intimation

    i don now how but some star dust service active o my number and every day i recive one sms from star dust i cotinues call relince costamer care to stop this service but tha also i recive the sms
    i feel reliance network to be the worst network when compared to other networks it is truely wrong saying that reliance network in the indias number one network


    for the past two months i am trying to get the internet settings it always shows an message of 40 mh error
    even i tryed to speak customer service but it is asked to press a number to speak to our customercare executive and soon the call comes to an end

    reliance gsm telecommunication company activating some unwanted services like hungama tv etc. without giving any information and taking 30 rupees in my balance.we say to customer care o stop this services but they not give any response. please take back my balance and unsubscribe all this type of services.

    i have a reliance 'cdma sim', nd reliance has provided a facility of message card for 1 paisa by activating d service, i requested for d service activation once but its been activated by them thrice , charging me three times d original amount , as a consequence my balance got nil, nd then wen contacted costumer care they dont even respond positively, nd then few dayz ahead they activated 3 other services that i never requested , nd wen asked d reason, they blamed me, i checked it many times , and i m very sure that i didn't place d request, can u help me out with this problem

    activated shero shayri service on my mobile no [protected] without my knowledge.i did not get any message regarding the service activation.this service was activated on my mobile last month (january).renewed this srvic this month.i did not get any message from reliance regarding the service renewal.they are deducting balance from my mobile from last month.i called custmore care they said that i have requested for this service but i did not initiate any request from side.even i am not getting any shero shayri.they just deduct charges from my balance without any information.i want my balance back.

    I am reliance GSM User since Jan 2010. Reliance always cheats wid me .

    I am telling a latest incident , last night when i was slept my balance was 43 in main a/c .

    when i woke up the balance was 13 only . they deducted 30 RS. without any call and without any service subscription. reliance charged me for a games pack which i didnt subscribed.

    Please help me .kindly refund my money.

    Reliance GSM — SERVICE ACTIVATED WITHOUT REQUEST

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am Himanshu and live in Ghaziabad , My phone number is +91 [protected]. This is a Reliance GSM number. i was not activated any kind of sevice in my number and customer care says that you have activated some kind of services on 27 may 2011 and Rs 30 have been deducted in my balance.Infect i am not received any kind of notification of activation of services.That kind of things only happen in Relience network.
    I got to talk to customer care people and I was told by them that i am not activate any services but they said you activate it. A similar thing happened last month as well when my balance was deducted . This is a clear case of cheating. Customer care people do not even talk properly. Please take this case up and teach Reliance GSM services a lesson so that they do not dare to do any cheap trick like this with any one in the future.I want ma money back this time.

      I have a reliance gsm prepapid .On june 10 i recharged my account with rs 50 using coupon .It did nt get recharged as there was some problem .I called up reliance customer care and complained.The customer care executive instead of recharging my phone recarged some other phone with my coupon causing an annoyance.Furthermore I have been calling reliance customer care to complaint and seek a compensation but no avail.Kindly help

        I had applied for Reliance wireline broadband connection:

        Cheque no: 690392, dated 25 May for Rs. 500 towards installation!

        Your sales representative bugged me for 3 days continuously to get the documents & cheque Rs. 500 towards installation.
        Once I have provided the documents and cheque there has been no response/no calls/no intimations – 8 days now!
        I have not even been provided with a contact number from your representative or from your call centre.

        I have called call center and registered complaint several times.
        The response is: We will forward the request to sales and they will get back to you in 24 hours – which has never happened so far!!!


        Is your team full of incapable people / full of cheaters? Either of it is definitely true – pls confirm which one is true!
        Pls also confirm if there will be any action from your side on installation / atleast response ?? Else I will have to visit the consumer court & media to resolve this matter!

          i am a consumer of Reliance communications , and have a internet connection with them, i had requested for reimbursement for the Unnecessarily wrong plan change sr against faulty plan change[protected]
          and[protected] and CNM[protected] with reliance.
          my Grievance has been registered vide Registration Number DOTEL/E/2010/02599. with pgportal.gov.in/

          i had applied to change MY PLAN FROM Night Booster 2X {75kbps} TO Combo 300 {300kbps}
          i mailed for the same on 23 may 2010. but my plan changed to older COMBO499{100kbps} ,
          Unnecessarily , i again mailed on 25 may 2010 and called customer care for notify the wrong plan change they had done to change it to Combo 300{300kbps} .

          sr against faulty plan change[protected] was received , but till now plan has not been changed to Combo 300 {300kbps}. so, i here by want reimbursement for the Unnecessarily wrong plan change. and changed to Combo 300{300kbps} .

            Respected Sir,
            Iam putting across this Complaint from Bangalore against Reliance Communications.My Service UserId is[protected].Iam using
            Reliance Broadband with a land line connection.I had the worst of worst experience with Reliance communications.
            Firstly the recent issue Iam facing is on the billing. I requested for the Itemized Bill for the Bill No.[protected] and Bill Date[protected]. I used my phone for Official purpose and as the amount was more I need to claim the amount from my Company. For this I need to furnish the Itemized Bill marking the numbers, without which I will not get the amount reimbursed. But the executive stated that I need to activate the service priorly to get the Itemized Bill and I will not get for the Bill Dated[protected]. Please understand that I need to provide that particular bill for reimbursement and there is no use activating the Service in future. All Service Providers in India provide the Itemized Bill as and when the Customer requests for the same. It is right of every Customer to know and get his Itemized bill when requested and denying is against the "Right To Information" of the Customer and is not a better Customer Service. It gives a suprise to me that if I call asking for the status of the Complaint the Executive says that the Complaint is closed. How can the complaint be closed without resolution and my consent?
            Also the samething happened to me for the month of bill dated 23-May-2010(Complaint No:[protected],[protected],my phone usage amount was more, I wanted to check the reason so I asked for itemized bill for that month the Customer Care denied saying I'll not get the Itemized statement for previous month I should place the request before the bill gets generated.How will I know that usage is more as apart from me my family memebers will also be using? Now somehow I managed to get the Itemized Bill from one of my friend working in Reliance Communications.Now when I see the bill I have been charged wrongly for one of the Toll Free Number given by my company[protected] that I have used. Please you try this number from any Prepaid/PostPaid Mobile anywhere from India not even 1 Paise is charged no matter however long you use this number. Now when I call the Customer Care they take the complaint and give me a Reference Number for the Complaint saying it'll be resolved in 48 Hours and someone from Reliance will call me for the consent. But after 2 Days when I call the Customer Care executive says the Complaint is closed and the number is chargeable. Without speaking to me and without asking my consent how can they close the complaint. Also if the issue is not resolved as per Reliance we need to contact the Nodal Officer and the contact number is[protected]. I called this number to take up the issue with the so called Nodal Officer, whether you believe or not I have called 100 Times continuously for 3 days noone picks up the call.I have also written a mail to the Nodal Officer but no response at all.Can the TRAI or Consumer forum please take a severe action against Reliance Communications, the Nodal Offficer(for not responding to Customers) and provide justice to Consumers. Please help me so that I get my amount that is charged is refunded.

            I had subscribed to a Rs 400 plan on my reliance data card.
            I got billed for a Rs 650 plan.
            Upon compliant I was told that their record shows my plan is at Rs 650.
            I cant trust the phone conversations made to this company.

            Reliance — Improper billing

            I was a Reliance broadband connection user. Due to the pathetic response from Reliance customer support regarding problems with their connections I had requested for disconnection of my internet services on the 5th of March, however no action was taken on this; I again called up customer support and inquired about the disconnection request on the 26th of March after which my services were disconnected.

            However whiles charging me they charged me for the entire period up to 26th of March. When I asked customer support why action was not taken on the initial request made on 5th March they informed me no such request was raised by me (The details of the request I raised on the 5th of May surprisingly disappeared from their systems).

            Even though I provided them the reference number I received for the initial disconnection request; I had also talked to customer support two times before (before the info went missing from their system) regarding this initial disconnection request.

            All attempts to discuss this with customer care have been futile, irrespective of what I say they always have a fix reply which they keep sending across, no matter what question I ask. I have tried to escalate this in Reliance however I did not receive any replies from any of the escalated authorities

            I Fell this is something very cheap and unethical from a company like reliance. If there is a mistake from their side I at least expect them to stand up and accept it.
            I agree. Every time I go to a Webworld, the whole process is carried out all over again, the complaint is registered, a new number generated, an email promised, and then NOTHING!! even if its the same guy who did the whole thing the last time, he will feign ignorance, and promise that it'll be done in a matter of two days, making your insistence and desperation at getting your work done seem like paranoia. Someone should do a study of the levels of stress amongst reliance customers and the incidence of their complaints against reliance.
            I have been browsing through a number of customer complaint sites and they are FLOODED with complaints of billing malpractises. Reliance must be making a fortune if they are overcharging all their customers so grossly. This is a SCAM! Can nothing be done about it more than impotently post complaints online?! These guys need to be SUED bigtime!

            Reliance — phone bill charged for improper services

            THIS IS IN CONTINUATION TO MY VISIT IN BHAYANDER WEST WEB WORLD DATED 12TH MAY 2010
            I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN MY REQUEST IN WRITING TO THE ATTENDING OFFICER WHICH IS AS BELOW,
            I WAS FACING CALL DROPP IN THE MONTH OF MARCH WHICH APPEARED FOR APPROX 15 DAYS CONTINEOUSLY,
            WHITH THIS REGARDS I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN SEVERAL REQUEST ON COUSTMER SERVICE HELP LINE.
            THE LAST REQUEST IN THIS REGARD WAS KEPT UNRESOLVED STATING REASON BILL IS NOT GENERATED WHICH WAS ON 11 TH MARCH 2010.
            FURTHER TOMY VISITS IN WEB WORLD WERE UNAREPLIED AND I WAS ASKED TO GIVE A REQUEST IN WRITING.
            AFTER MATTER GIVEN IN WRITING I WAS INFORMED THAT MS. SUNITA CHAUHAN WILL MEET,
            IN MY MEETING I WAS SAID I WILL BE GIVEN DROPPED CALL REVERSAL AND NO RENTAL REVERSAL WILL BE GIVEN AND I WAS SAID NOTHING IN WRITING WILL BE PROVIDED IN THIS REGARDS.
            SIR IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS RIGHT THEN WHY ARE YOU ALL FEARING TO REPLY IN WRITING?
            MY REQUEST STILL STANDS SAME
            I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH RELAINCE THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY MINIMUM RENTAL FOR GETTING SMOOTH AND UNINTERUPTED SERVICES
            WHICH IS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN IN ADVANCE EVERY MONTH.
            IF I AM GETTING INTURREPTED SERVICES CONTINEOUSLY FOR MORE THEN 3 DAYS I HAVE NO GOOD REASON TO PAY MY BASIC RENTAL OR SCHEME CHARGES WHATEVER?
            COMPANY IS SUPPOSE TO BILL ONLY FOR PROPER AND / OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICES.
            MY TIME AND MONEY BOATH ARE WASTED ALONG WITH ANOTHER PARTYS TIME AND MONEY AS REPEATED CALLS TAKE TIME TO CONNECT FOR SAME REASON AND THIS GOES IN SERIAL CONTINEOUS EVENTS.
            THESE EVENT WERE OCCURING FOR MORE THEN 3 DAYS TILL 15 DAYS.
            I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HONOUR MY RENTAL WAIVER, FOR 15 DAYS OF MARCH AND MY DROPPED CALL CHARGES FOR THESE 15 DAYS AND OTHER RENTAL CHARGES FURTHER IMPOSED EVEN AFTER DISCONNECTING THE OUTGOING SERVICE OF MY PHONE LINE TILL DATE.
            AND MY REQUEST IN WRITING WAS TO CLEAIFY THAT IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS I WILL BE ENFORCED TO STOP MAKING THE PAYMENT FOR THE SAID MONTH AND THERE AFTER.

            Reliance Communication — Bill reason

            sir when i was take reliance broadband connection .that time his agent give me surety that you use 1 month free internet your bill i will pay, and after one month i will disconnect your connection,but now sechution is that his agent not payed my bill and reliance comm complain against me,now today[protected] in high court lawyer call me and say today u have date in court and u will not come so we will take some action on you.without any notice his lawyer call me and say this.

            Reliance Communications — CHANGE OF BILL PLAN WITHOUT CONSENT

            I am using CDMA mobile no. [protected] from 13 jan 2009 and using Tariff Plan Nam: NJBBZR and now my bill plan is changed without my consent or any confirmation from my side from 14th nov 2011.

            Kindly help me in this matter.

            I am using reliance postpaid CDMA connection , my number is [protected].
            i needed a Internet connection on my handset so i bought a samsung android pop handset for fast surfing, then i made a call to customer care on 5the of January 2012 for activating thee service, but that moment they told me thee charges which was very much high for android handset in comparison to other handsets.
            i asked thee reason but thee answer was not convincing, and they told soon there will b some Internet plan package for android handset.
            They gave me thee reference number/ticket number which is [protected]
            But till present date no information has been given to me. No calls were made by customer care regarding this.
            Shouldn't the customer care should update me regarding his complaint number.
            and why there is other plan for android sets.
            today i got a call to pay my bill.
            If they can call for bill payment then why they can not call for my complaints.
            I had taken a Reliance communication datacard. In November 2012 I requested them to change the plan from 3GB unlimited to 1 GB plan. I was surprised to see that even after 6 months my plan has not been changed. Even their customer care executives admitted it is a problem at their end but told me to pay complete bill without considering as it was a problem at their end.

            I got many calls from their recovery department threating me to make the payment.

              SUB : Complaining against DEAD Blackberry Handset.

              Sir,
              I would like to let you know that I purchased a Blackberry 8230 (RSN/ESN No. – A000000D9FFA7A) on 15 May 2010 from Reliance Web Store, Burdwan, W.B. (Invioce No. : [protected], dt. – 15/05/2010).

              Right from the beginning I was facing problem using the handset. It was getting Hanged whenever I get a call in waiting. I informed that several times to the Sales Person of Burdwan Web Store (Mr. Badsha, [protected]),who told me that he will resolve any service problem of that Blackberry handset as there is no Service Centre at Burdwan, at the time of purchase but the problem did not resolved. On 8 June 14, 2010 morning my Blackberry handset became complete DEAD. I gone to Reliance Web Store and meet Mr. Badsha and informed him the handset has become Dead. He asked me to go to Blackberry service at Camac Street Web Store, Kolkata and I will get a “NEW Handset” by hand on the same day. I asked him to give me the telephone no. / contact no. of Blackberry Service Centre, but he failed to do so. I also called the Blackberry customer Care at[protected] on 8 June 2010 evening. The executive also advised me to contact to the Blackberry Service Centre, and failed to give me the contact no. of the service centre.

              As per these informations I went to Camac Street Web Store, Kolkata (which 150 km appx. from Burdwan) on 9 May, 2010 and meet Mr. Subhankar ([protected]) over there. He tried to reload the Software but failed, and informed me that the Handset is complete Dead and need to be replaced. This process will take “at least 15 days”. I asked him to give me the Complain number but he told me that it is not possible. I called Mr. Badsha and informed him the fact, but he refused to agree that the replacement process can take that much time. He constantly miss guided me about it right from the beginning. I feel that his only motto was to sell the Handset at any cost to fulfill his target given by the company.

              Anybody from any end did not seemed to feel my problem. I use this phone for by business purpose and not for chatting. And it has been stopped working for the last seven days. I am facing a huge loss in my business for this phone. Now, I am in a position from where I am forced think at I have done a Great Blunder by purchasing a Blackberry Handset and spending a lot of money, or rather I should not use Reliance service for business purpose. I also have another 4-5 telephones using Reliance Network, including a Reliance Landline connection, which I use for my business also.

              Now, my question is that was it my fault that I believed on Reliance Communication and Blackberry, whom I believed one of the best companies of India rather of the World or What ? Who will compensate the loss of by business for these seven days ? Reliance Communication ? Blackberry ? Mr. Badsha ? or Mr. Subhankar ?

              I waited for seven days, as Mr. Tathagata, Manager Reliance Web Store, Burdwan requested me to do so, as he will look after the matter. But I think every thing should have a limit.

              Let me inform what should I do ?

                I filed many complaints with Reliance Customer care regarding the worst network reception for my postpaid mobile number [protected] but there was no outcome of the same.

                Please never go for a Reliance mobile as they will firstly loot you by selling chinese phones for a high price and then will serve you with worst network service you may dare to imagine.

                Reliance Communications — Poor Network Service

                Now I am facing problem for Non- availability of mobile network service from 7PM to 9AM. No body can contact me or nor I contact others from 7PM to 9AM. From 7PM to 9AM when i dialed others mobile the voice recorder told the network is busy please try after some time and when others call me at my mobile then voice recorder told the number is unreachable . This proble also face on Sunday of any holiday also for full day. Being a manager of a software company I am facing to much problem. The customer care also not to attend the call .
                Now we are facing more problem for Non- availability land line network service No body can contact us or nor we contact others

                Reliance Telecommunications — Poorest Network

                I m subodh and i m using Reliance GSM services for communication. It claims as No. 1 network but for last 20-25 days i got poorest network among other services, no phone is connecting also it is telling other side phone not reachable evetrytime.

                Reliance Communications — POOR NETWORK

                Reliance Communications is the Worst mobile service provider in the world with its poor quality product you can always scratch your head.


                The number of call drops is the unique feature of this BIG INC.

                If you does not get irritated by this you can always find the tower network signal playing with you and fooling you as always giving full signal.


                Not just the user but also the person dialing you will sometimes be surprised that the number does not exist.

                Reliance Communications — Poor Network / Service

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I work for a IT Company and have to work during nights. To avoid travelling to office during night, and leaving my spouse alone at home who requires much attention as she is conceiving, I have opted to work from home and needed high speed internet connection. So I have taken 1500 , 3 months plan for my reliance datacard (prepaid No: [protected]) in Sep 2011. But not even a single day I could use the internet as the network is poor and could not connect to my office network. So I had to travel to office to work during nights leaving her alone at home. I called Reliance customer care seeking solution to my problem and they advised me to wait till Nov 30 by then the network will be good and will be no issues. But it was not resolved. I called again on 1st Dec only to know the next immediate resolution date is Dec 30. I explained my problem and asked them if they can extend the expiry period of the above said plan as I did not use the internet effectively. But they are saying it is not possible either to extend the expire period or resolve the problem before Dec 30. I repent my decision to opt Reliance Communication and cannot rely on their network anymore.

                  Sir, I have purchased three prepaid sim cards of reliance.. bt after 30 days of activation two out of three sim cards [protected] and [protected] are rejected.. i had consult many times to service care of reliance and service area manager Mr. verma mob no [protected] and [protected]..i had paid 200 for two sim cards bt with in two months the sim cards again rejected..and after this i approached to customer care and Mr. Verma..bt they didn't give any response..my two sim cards no [protected] and [protected] are rejected and Reliance Care centre near AC Market ludhiana demanded Rs. 100 Per Sim.. I cannot pay them again and again.. pls take a action against them as sson as possible ......Thanks

                  Reliance Communication — Rejection of SIM

                  My name is Arjun Dangwal & I have taken a reliance no. [protected] & last week two or three times the SIM was rejected & no network was coming. When I inform the reliance customer care personel they told me that the new reliance GSM connection is facing this type of problem & she suggest me not to use this no. This is a matter of great shame for a reputed company that its own emplyees are telling customer not to use its connection. A strong action is required to be taken in this matter so that customer not harashed unwantedly.

                    I am a resident of Bangalore and hold a reliance CDMA mobile no [protected]. I am being cheated by reliance communications by activating unwanted Service packs on my mobile number without my consent and sometime i don't even know that they have activated some packs and starts deducting money from my account balance.

                    Few days back they activated some cricket score pack without my notice and deducted 5 rs per match day from my account balance for many days. After few days when i noticed sudden decrease in my account balance,i registered a complaint with the customer care center and they didn't refund whole amount and i got SMS for deactivation of many packs of which i didn't have any idea. I am not sure how many times they might have activated these kind of packs and deducted how much money from my prepaid account balance.

                    I know a lot of people who are being cheated by reliance communication in this way and it can't just be a technical problem with the system. I want to register a complaint against them for harassing innocent people this way and making money to generate revenue for the company by activating unwanted value added service packs without consent.

                    I hope you will hear the voice of a common man and take some action against it. I feel highly cheated and harassed.

                    Reliance Landline Hello — VAS PACK

                    i have been billed 147 rs for VAS PACK49. dont even know what pack this is and have never subscribed to it
                    I have faced a similar problem wherein they had automatically subscribes Caller Ring Back Tone on my reliance prepaid mobile without my consent and started deducting Rs 10 for downloading songs (again without my consent )
                    when i called customer care, the reply i got was that there system is down. 3 days have passed since and there is no response from there side and the ring back tone is still active

                    Reliance Telecom — Unwanted service packs are activated

                    Unwanted service packs are getting activated and money is charged on my pre-paid account.
                    Customer service number is also chargeable and they just say that it will be deactivated. Money is charged unreasonably.
                    This is theft. Reliance Telecom is snatching my money and I can't do anything?
                    After this complaint Reliance customer care contacted me and deactivated my unwanted service plans.
                    My deducted money was also refunded back and added in my prepaid balance. But I had enough of the automatic enrollment every month and ported to Vodafone. Hope this works out.

                      Both done without my knowledge.
                      Are you a cheat or fraud or something?
                      Unsuscribe that and reimburse all my money as the earliest.
                      Resolve the matter either I have to go higher authority.

                        This is to inform you that on June 2 2010 I purchased the device. On June 3 2010 the connection was activated. After that we were told to make a compulsory recharge of Rs.330 for 2 GB limit data usage and validity is 15 days (June 3 2010 to June 17 2010). Connection was prepaid.

                        3-4 June 2010 - For few hours I was able to browse and access net


                        5-8 June 2010 - In between these days most a time I was not able to access net at all. Download was matter of impossibility

                        After that we launch many complaints at least 10 then also no concrete information was heard by Reliance team department. When we talk they said complaints are already in waiting state and we will not guarantee whether your complaint will be solved and talked to us rudely. Then they said as a part of formality within next 24 Hours, our supervisor will call you and listen to your problem.

                        10-11 June 2010 - Only for an hour or two I am able to access net and also data usage was shown at that time 1.6 GB (still 400 Megabytes was left)



                        On 12th June they ended my account's data usage and claimed you had used the provided data usage limit. And no more we can take request or complaints.

                        Please guide us in a better way.

                        i am also using this nd co-incidently having same problem, but i use to manage with it. after all i have paid Rs2400 for it.

                        First up all keep ur PC/Laptop Virus proof and Update ur drivers time to time,
                        Then second thing comes is Change ur Connection type, as per ur current connection u are paying 660/month+ Tax (330/15 Days) in Prepaid type, r8. so now make this Connection POSTPAID and go for these Plan's
                        1) Rs.650/- for 1 Gb ! day usage
                        Plus
                        2)Rs.200/- for 10 Gb ! night usage (It is add-on plane applicable on only some plans)
                        Total is 850 but Rs250 will be guaranteed Discount for at least 1st Year, that means u only have to pay Rs.600 + Tax and the usage limit is also better, that is 11 Gb !!! (Better than ur current status)
                        I m sure u will like this,
                        else there is one more choice
                        Go for Citywide 10 Gb !!! plan in POSTPAID connection type which cost u Rs.1100/- minus discount 250
                        but it gives u 10 Gb usage for all the time.

                        after all we Guys are lot more dangerous than our Ambani and sons.

                          I have recharged my mobile og balance 500 by 19th may and then activated the 299/- monthly plan of gprs....Over aftre it i have used it for around 5 days , then i was charged for using it... at the same night my bpalance got continously decreased and deduct 50 rs/- .... i have concerned to customer care also but they always make me roam by saying that there is technical problem ... they are unable to help me... After a week they told me that i have never subscribed such services and these all are nonsense.....

                          so pls tell what i have to do now

                          sir/madam mere sim me net bahut poor speed se chal raha hai. youtube se video dekhne me to itna time lagta hai ki bas 24 hour lag jayega lagta hai aur browsing me bhi page open hone me bhi bahut samay lag jata hai. sabhi costmer care no. me try kiya hu phir bhi sabhi log alag alag no. dete hai mere sim me gprs balance main balance & sabhi type ki settings hai lekin speed nahi hai chalo mobile me thik chalta to samjh aata lekin pc me connect karne se baar baar server can not found batata hai mera no ye hai jisme ye problem hai.                             We are customer of Reliance Communications at Sharadchandra Pawar College of Engineering, Otur. Presently university online examinations are going on. We r facing problems in connectivity which breaks after every 2-5 mins. we have given complaint to customer care but we r not getting any response from them. This may hamper the exam and students may loose their academic year for which reliance communications only will be responsible.

                            Hi, I am using Reliance CDMA mobile, but i am fade up of the service with the reliance network, because everytime I dial any no., the network automatically goes off, within a day at least 10 calls are dropped due to poor network coverage.
                            I stay in Behala and is using reliance cdma service,I recharge with 599 std pack every month to make std calls,but from last two days whenever i enter my locality(behala fakirpara road) i am not able to make any std calls neither i am able to make local calls, i am facing a lot of problem without the std calls.please look into the matter and recover it as soon as possible.you can contact me in this no-[protected].

                              I had been a regular customer of Relaince Fresh Store at Phase VII, SAS Nagar, and as such I was issued a membership card No. [protected]. A few days back while making purchases I was not handed over the card after swipe and as I was in hurry, I left the store but when I visited the store to collect the left behind membership card, I was told by the Billing counter sales girl that the card has been handed over to the security guard, when I approached him for delivery he was very arrogant on this account and told me that he was not supposed to keep track , when I reasoned further he behaved like a GOONDA and told me to do whatever I liked. I had visited 5 times after this and all the times there is no remedy, where as whenever I have tried to meet the manager of store MS. Neha Kohli, she is always absent and not available in the store. The staff there is running the store at their own and seems to be headless. Due to GOONDA atitude of the security guard, I have stopped visitng this store, I have seen this guard misbehaving with people in general and ladies in particular, and in the name of shop lifting he is frisking ladies off and on.. I donot mind losing card but the atitude of staff and guard is pinching

                                  Sir/ Madam,
                                  I have been a Reliance mobile user for four years and my mobile number is [protected]. I am an officer in the Indian Air Force and presently posted to Hindan, Ghaziabad. I would like to inform you about the incident which happened to me regarding a bill payment issue which caused me a lot of problem and mental harassment.
                                  On 07 Jun 2010, I received a call from a Reliance Customer Care representative (Miss. Tanu , displayed number -[protected]) requesting me to clear my bill of Rs.3100 towards my Reliance Net connect broadband([protected]) and she claimed that my mobile connection([protected]) will also be deactivated in case of non-payment of my Net Connect bill. When I requested clarification why my mobile connection should also be discontinued as the payment has not lapsed for more than a week, she said she does not want to discuss the matter any further and cut the phone abruptly. On 08 Jun, my outgoing facility was deactivated. I called up the Reliance Customer Care from a different mobile and got the information that my phone connection has been discontinued as there was a request from ‘someone’ to deactivate the same as I have lost my mobile handset. There was no authentication of the message by the Reliance before processing the request. When I tried to talk to the Manager I was kept on hold for 20 minutes with no end result. Thereafter I received a call from Miss.Tanu (same representative who called me up the day prior) saying that my phone will be reactivated after I pay my net connect bill. She called me up from the same reliance number, [protected]. On call back to the same number, the same person picked up and claimed that this is a personal number([protected]) registered under the name of ‘Alka Sharma’ .When I said I am going to file a complaint against her, she requested me to pay the Net connect bill and end the matter.
                                  There after I had a talk with the Customer Care and it was advised that the phone can be reactivated soon after I visit a Reliance Web World with my address proof and ID card. I received two more calls from Miss. Tanu requesting me to clear the bill and resolve the issue. On 09 Jun 2010, my phone was reactivated without any suggested formalities of visiting a Rel Web World etc.
                                  Being a dedicated customer of Reliance, I found the entire episode disappointing and worthy of shame towards the company. This caused me a great deal of personal discomfort and embarrassment. I hope you find my letter worthy of regard and do the needful for the betterment of the company.

                                  Reliance Mobile Prepaid card — Harrased by executives

                                  I've recharged Rs. 151 (monthly recharge) on 14.02.08. Again I recharged Rs. 399 (monthly recharge/ rim to rim unlimited free), Rs. 49 (power recharge/ to minimise other call rates) & Rs. 150 (top up for other calls.) on 15.02.08.

                                  Today (19.02.08) ive seen my balance is 23 paisa & cannot call to any mobile including rim. The executive of the webworld from where i bought those (Uttarpara, Hooghly, WB) is telling me now that i can't get the advantage from both rim to rim free & power recharge. That means as a customer it is my duty to know all the schemes and all because at the time whem i bought those they didn't told me these. I've lossed more than Rs. 500 due to their irresponsibility. So, should i ([protected]) and my friends & relatives ([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] & more) continue with this connection or not?

                                  I RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 399 IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER GETS RELIANCE MOBILE TO RELIANCE MOBILE TOTALLY FREE CALLS IN HIS/HER HOME NETWORK AND OTHER MOBILE NETWORK CALLS ARE CHARGED AT 49 PAISE AND CALLS AT LANDLINE 99 PAISE.

                                  BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE ABOVE BENEFIT AT ALL. I AM NOT GETTING RELIANCE TO RELIANCE FREE CALLS AND ALL MY CALLS ARE CHARGED AT 99 PAISE. BECAUSE OF THIS, I HAVE TO GET MY ACCOUNT RECHARGED WITH EXTRA AMOUNT.

                                  I RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON 14 MARCH 2008. RGEADING THIS ISSUE, I AM LODGING MY COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BY MAILS AND CALLS FROM 15 MARCH. TILL NOW RS. 270(APPR.) HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BY THE COMPANY WRONGLY.

                                  BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE HAS WRITTEN SOMETHING ELSE IN THEIR COMPLAINT FORM AND I AM GETTING REGULAR MESSAGES ON MY PHONE THAT MY QUERY OF VALIDITY HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHEREAS THERE WAS NO SUCH ISSUE OF VALIDITY.

                                  MOREOVER, TODAY TWO OF THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES BLAMED ME THAT I HAVE TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT OF VALIDITY.

                                  I AM A STUDENT AND MY EXAMS ARE APPROACHING VERY FAST. THE COMPANY IS HARASSING ME MENTALLY AND I HAVE TO WASTE SUCH TIME ON SENDING MAILS AND CALLING CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.

                                  NOBODY IS GIVING PROPER RESPONSE TO ME NEITHER THE NODAL OFFICER, APPELATE AUTHORITY NOR THE SERVICE ASSURANCE CELL.

                                  THEY ARE GIVING THE POOR SERVICES THAN ANY OTHER NETWORK. THE PUNJAB CIRCLE OFFICERS TELL THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE FROM MUMBAI, NOTHING CAN BE DONE FROM OUR END. AND, THE PROCEDURE TAKE 24-72 HOURS.
                                  BUT, NOW AFTER PAASING 72 HOURS, THEY ARE TELLING YOUR COMPLAINT FOR VALIDITY HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHICH I DID NOT LODGE.

                                  HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AND TELL THE COMPANY TO PAY FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT.

                                  In spite of my 2 mail complaints i have not received my refund amt of rs 2200, which i have paid for new internet broad band connection since one month, as such internet connection due to technical problem company has not installed internet connection, com has to refund my money immediately

                                  Reliance Mobile — irreponsibility

                                  i bought a sim card from a retailer in bangalore keeping in mind the offers provided by reliance mobile. I opted for a plan which has the option of through which i could make calls all over india for 50p/min. the retailer recharged for me on 21st dec for Rs 101 for the offer to get activated as i was a new customer. but the offer didn't get activated. when i called the customer care they didn't help me out logically. later the retailer recharged for Rs51 for the same plan which is for the existing customer... but 4 days have passed till now the offer is not activated.
                                  By just complaining orally you have to ask the reliance office, they only helpful to u as i am using same plan recharge for 80 u will get 200 min local which means 40 paise local and recharge for 100 u wil get full talktime and permonth 11 rs for 1 paise each sms, i[censored] use this way u wil be good on reiance.

                                  Ad more over i thnk retailer did something wrong wit u as i too got a reliance sim 3 no.s for all my friends and they enjoying with that plan so if the problem still u facing then return the sim to that person and go for another one.

                                  Reliance Mobile — mental harassment

                                  I have called customer care executives of Reliance 11 times since 26th May 2011 regarding a problem I am facing but they behaved rudely to me as well as they gave me wrong information regarding to my complaint. Because of this I want to register a complaint of mental harassment against them(Reliance Mobile).

                                    I, Mrs.Sudha Mhatre, am user of Reliance CDMA Number [protected], registered under name of Mr.Krishna Rane, my brother. I received a SMS yesterday from 51234 at 21.40hrs saying "Your subscription to Ringtone Pack has been renewed at Rs.15.00 for 15days." I checked my balance and found that Rs.15/- has been deducted from my main balance. I immediately called on Helpline number *333 & the reply I got was that I have subscribed for a ring tone on 24/5/2010 & that this was the renewal charges for that ringtone. Firstly I have not subscribed for any ringtone, secondly there is no extra ringtone in my mobile, so why should I pay Rs.15/- for something that I have not used & I have not asked for? The Helpline number refused to take down my complaint & also said that I cannot get a refund, I can only ask that this service be unsubscribed. This is not the first time that I am having problems with Reliance regarding ringtones & caller tunes. Last year also I had a problem and the same reply was given, that time I let it go & unsubscribed the callertune, but I am not going to remain silent this time. Why is Reliance stooping to such low methods to make money? I want a refund of my money this time & I will also approach the Consumer Court , if necessary. Hoping for a favourable reply at the earliest.

                                    I had faced this issue several times when I was in India.
                                    All you need to do is first call customer care and explain the problem.Make sure that you take the complaint no. from them. You can wait for 3 days to get the issue resolved. If you still facing the same problem then send an email to the Reliance Nodal Officer and Appealete Authority marking a CC to TRAI officer.Do mention the complaint no. I'm 100% sure Reliance will reply back to you with a solution to your issue. Believe me, I have done this several times. Without proper escalation, these people simply dont do their job properly.

                                      As I registered to use Reliance internet connection service on 31 March and you sent your officers to install at room no.102 in the ladies’ international hotel o[censored]niversity of Pune. I am really disappointed to inform you that, up until now the connection has been failed and I could not access to the internet connection at all. The signal has been very low though I paid for the full amount of high speed at 1288 mbps with 2, 200 Rs plus service tax and so on, totally 2, 978 Rs.
                                      I tried to contact both the officers who installed the system here but they requested for an extra payment for each coming of service, I did agree to pay but they didn’t come. I also contacted call centre service of Reliance Company, they only checked and talked over the phone and again nobody came. The signal is unstable and slow as such. It is already ten days passed and the failure remains.
                                      I have not been accessible through any service. If Reliance Company cannot solve this problem properly within next Wednesday 20 April, I would like to cancel the installation and I need the refund of my payment back. We cannot wait any further.
