I am doing job in masjid bunder narayan dhru street. here reliance cdma network doesnot take renge,

so pls do urgently on above matter.

dear sir i been giving complaint regarding network problem to relance customer care people since nov-2009.but till there date there is no call or improvement in network.an they dont feel to call back from them.my num is [protected].an complaint no is[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],so plz look into this matter in help me in this matter
I shamim ahmad using reliance cdma mobile postpaid connection No. - [protected]. since last 6 yers at my residence H. No.- 1063A,34, Jafrabad, New Seelampur, Delhi-110053. there is very much network problem ( no network , call drop, no call connect, etc.) in a week at least 1-2 days permanent network down . and i already register my complaint to customer care, Nodal officer, Appelet Authority, but there is not improvement nor any satisfactory responce. facing very much problem that there is mobile tower .

please help me in this matter Thank you

We Have Getted 50 Connection In Rabale Navi Mumbai, But From Last 2 Weeks We Are Having A Lots Of Problem Of Network,

So We Are Not Able To Communicate With Each Other & Yours Custumer Care Executive Is Also Not Giving The Satisfied Answer In Short They Are Not Taking Our Request .


If We Have Getted 50 Connection Togather & Even We Cant Comunicate Then There Is No Mean To Use Your Mobile.

So Its a Kindly Request To Do Something To Improve Your Network Problem.

    Myself Vikram .p.jain took a postpaid connection of reliance GSM whose no-[protected] in the month of MAY.I am continuosly asking for bill from last two month but yet not recevied any bill copy . i had alredy register a complaint in callcenter of co. they told me u wil get in next three day but yet didnt received any bill .
    Continously company executive are calling for bill payment i told them to GIVE ME THE COPY OF BILL AND TAKE THE MONEY EVEN AFTER THIS THE COMPANY HAD BARRED MY OUTGIONG SERVICE THAT INDICATES COMPANY IS JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMER AND TRYING TO CHET AND TRAP MONEY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE OF CLIENTS

    1took comboplan of rs.450 for landlinephone and internet at my residence 106 block 111, kirti apartment, mayur vihar, phase1, delhi but phone did not work till date.and net does not have speed as given. I decided to get services terminated and send final bill to disccontinue

      my number [protected] was deactivated FIVE days ago without any prior information, saying the company has not received my documents. Thinking of the retailers fault I submitted the documents to Reliance World outlet in CMH Road, Bangalore. The number was activated after 24 Hours. The same day, my number was deactivated again for the same reason. If this is the situation how can you anoounce yourself the best service provider. I am going to submit the documents again and if the same thing happens again, I will file a case against the company.
      I took A Reliance CDMA connection here in Chennai no.[protected]. They deactivated my STD outgoing because of credit limit.They said pay the bill and it will be activated within 1/2 hour. After 1 hour your I again called to know the status but in vain. From morning 10:00 to night 12:00. I kept calling them every time I got the assurance of 1/2 hour to 3 hour but it was just assurance.Next morning they told me to go to Reliance web world for submitting the address
      proof, they checked and said its not required, till now its not activated.These people have made my life hell.ADAG group is worst managed and place only for incompetent people and cheaters...
      quite similar is the case with me... what did u do to solve it??

        i have a reliance brodband connection since 7 to 8 months but after 2 months of my connection date i was change my place so i was sand a complain to customer care to disconnect my connection but their is no responce till now and i m totaly unstisfied form his services bcos i complaint many times but they can not give any responce. and i also want to say that nobody will try to take reliance brodband services. this is very bad brodband company.

        Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband, a name u feel scared of..

        Hi,

        this is just to make you all aware that be very safe before you get a reliance brodband connection. They are very polite before they set the connection and after when you ask them to disconnect it, here starts your pain and panic to get the net disconnected and make your life hell with the sitting in customer care. I requested them to disconnect the services while calling on customer care, was transfered to several callers and was even on hold for 25 minitues to get some one online to speak.
        Tokk the request nom and was intimated that will be called by a local executive to disconnect the services and take there Phone and Modem back. Was called after 20 days and intimated that wanted to disconnect the services. But sincce after a month crossed my connection was still active but no services for browsing to it. After calling Cc they informed that i had intentions to continue the services so they did not cut the services. It was a sheer lie by the executive that i planned to stay with Reliance.
        I intimated to disconnect the services again and lodged a complain. It took another 30 min to be on line with them and get the complain lodged again...

        but as a result...again the same..they said that i wanted to continue with the services, again a lie from the executive who called for disconnection. now i had to personnaly visit the manager and submit him the sets and pay all the dues with me...what were not even used by me...bull ...they are bad...very bad...will never in future go with reliance...

        Be safe stay away from them...

        I dont think anyone will benefit as most approach this forum only after getting stuck. I surprised at many stupid people again opting for some other Reliance product after past nasty experience.

          Hi!

          This is with refernce to my data card from Reliance , I had put in a request to deacticvate it 1 week back, but evertime they say that the concerned department is not available they'll call u in 24 hrs I don't how long their 24 hrs are.But interestingly now my official usage is running like anything , even now when Iam typing on the same page the usage is running from kbs to Mbs in few seconds.I wrote them an email but no response to that, but they were very prompt in sending me the bill even when I asked to terminate the service.
          Hope atleast God will help me.

            This is to draw your kind attention towards my condition that on around 20th to 25th april i received a call from Reliance Customer Care for a new number i accept it but when i received my new sim it is not that nnumber and sim i am applied for reliance GSM sim with a unique number but that was not my choice number then on the next day i call to Reliance Customer Care for dissconnecting my new sim but there i get replied that reach to your nearest reliance web world they can change my reliance CDMA sim to GSM. but there (location-preet vihar or swathya vihar) a lady representative she tell me that we couldn't replace your sim " iss sim ko band rakhna to ye 7 dino ke andar apne aap band ho jaye gi" i do the same but after a month i received a bill of my new sim. Then i contact to Reliance Customer Care for that they says okk we are aceepting and disconnecting your new sim but after that every day i recd a call from your customer representative for payment of that "FRADULENT" bill. Now today a man came to my house and asking for payment of that number i replied the same then he gave me his cell to talk with his supirior i also do the same but on phone she replied that "YE KOI ITNI BADI AMT. NAHI HAI JO AAP PAYMENT NAHI KAR RAHE".......... I think that she belongs to a very rich family........ Just tell me one thing ' Kya paise paed(tree) par ugte hai'.......... agar ha to ap khud payment kar do agar nahi to mujhe sujhaav do.. taki mei iss musibat se chut saku.......

            relly i am getting tired of your cust. care and thinking of taking it to the 'CONSMER FORUM'.... hows it sounds... this is my last appeal to u plz take any initiative against your cust. care representative......... and behave us like a customer not an non-payable customer or it will cost you surprisingly...

              This is regarding global sim card which we had purchased from Ludhiana office (Ludhiana Wehstores Limited) executive Mr. Kuljeet Singh for lifetime validity but now he had disconnected that number without our concern and insisting us to buy a new sim at cost of Rs. 750/-. As we are existing customer so it is unfair to disconnect our number without any reason. Therefore, we request you to continue our old number or replace it with a new one without any cost.

                Note I have not activated any VAS service this has been done automatically from your end and SMS sent to me on 16/6/2010. I using two mobile numbers to prove the same case, you can't fool gullible public. Perhaps I have to use consumer court & apply MRTP acts to save innocent customer's being cheated by company yours. Iam circulating this message to all concerned.

                On 16/6/2010 at 22:13 i got a SMS "thank you for subscribing to cricket info VAS service from 58888, stating that Rs.5/day (my balance was Rs.402 on that day) since I could not de-activate the same using the number given since it didn't work, I orally lodge complaint no.[protected] on 17/6/2010 @ 08:05hrs. They said it will be done within 24 hrs, then again on 19/6/2010 i got SMS RMJ Reliance stating it will be deactivated within hours. But till 23/6/2010 a sum of Rs.40(for 8 day's has been deducted.

                Also my mobile-[protected], you have refund Rs.15/ for three day's deduction not just Rs.5/-

                Please go through records & explain the anomaly's in system. I expect you to refund the entire amount Rs.40/- for mobile-[protected] without much fuss.

                Reliance Communication — Deactivation of two mobile numbers taken 1 month ago without any prior information & details of deactivation

                I am in Udaipur & I have puchased two GSM mobile numbers +[protected] & +[protected] by fullfilling require formalities by dealer. These two numbers are in scheme of 6 months validity with 3 months daily 10/- talk time availability.

                Company has deactivate these two numbers since last three days withour prior information & when approaches to its web world no sufficient information provided by the officials & not properly entertain & just replied to contact dealers from where purchased these connections. When approached to dealer he was unaware about such things & asked to contact its web world. They approached to fullfil same formality again.

                These seems that company has cheated customer by not giving talk value.

                I am Relaince User from last 6-7 yrs.I have Relaince GSM No.-[protected].i would to like to compaint about autmatically activation of LOVE GURU PACK AND JOB ALERT PACK( tODAY only, i come to know that this job alert pack also got activated-I am not even aware off even not got a single alert about any job)...
                This is not single time I have faced this type problem, i am facing this type of problem from many years and everytime i need make a complaint in customer care, but not getting a satisfying answrs from Relaince CUstomer care.they just said we have given a request for deactivation and you will get a confirmation messages within 3 hrs/24 hrs..This is the same answer whenver we make a call in customer care.I have asked a request/Complaint ID or any future refernce no. they said there is no refernce no will be given in this case and just disconnect the call.( I HAD MAKE A CALL ON 8 OCT, 2010 Around 10:30 pm)

                Please kindly take this problem and do needfull action asap and PLease refund the money asap.

                I am also facing the same above mentioned problem. I have Reliance GSM no. [protected]. Three months ago I suddenly started recieving Love Guru messages from 56694 though I have not applied for any such pack.

                Could you please look into it so that I do not recieve such foolsh messages again ?

                  Hi,

                  i would like to complain about the services of RELIANCE Netconnect Broadband +. i received an in correct bill mentioning the incoorect monthly rental, i asked the reliance team and customer care (ila) to send me the correct bill but they didn't listen and continiously send me the incorrect bills for 2 months, when i complained again in the month of june to correct the bill, they asked me to first pay the bill for 2 months and de activated the card from 17th june onwards. they (customer care-Ila) asked me to pay the bill (inccorect amount) first then only they'll correct the bill and only after that they'll activate my card.

                  i purchased a relieance netconnect broadband + data card (number - [protected] and RSN - RZTCDC[protected] in the month of Feb'10 through "vriti infotech".

                  sales representative "Shikha Tyagi or vriti infotech" helped me to select monthly rental plan of rs. 1050 per month which includes a discount of rs. 200/- in monthly rental on per month for 12 months, so the net monthly rental proposed was rs.850.00 per month for next 12 months.

                  But i received a bill of rs. 1050.00 per month for 2-3 months, which i asked (twice) to correct the bills to the various team of Reliance, who contacted me for the payment. i informed them to correct the bills and they gave me false commitments to correct the bill and activate my card.

                  my data card in not working since 17th of june, i complained to customer care too but they also deceived me and not helped me at all, they also mis-behaved and were very arrogant (name-ILA).

                  i have already invested rs. 3500.00 for purchasing the card. I am facing a lot of problem as it is not working and the whole purpose of purchasing is defeated.

                  Reliance people are very reluctant in this matter.

                  Reliance Netconnect broadband — Data card purchased, Does not work

                  I have purchased a Reliance Data card on the 16th of June. I was informed it would take 48 hours to activate. The card has been activated but when I plug it into my computer, there is no signal available and I cannot use it. I have raised this issue with Reliance and have yet to get a response from them. It is now over 2 weeks since I purchased my card.

                  I have written to Reliance Comm / spoken to them on the phone requesting cancellation of my data card with a full refund. Every time I call, I am told that they can cancel the card but not give me a full refund. The supervisor is not available and when I request for a call back from the supervisor, I do not get a response. Since nobody in Reliance is willing to address my concern, should I write to Mr. Anil Ambani directly?

                  My concern is that if it has taken over 2 weeks and my problem is not yet resolved. Even if Reliance gets this resolved, in case there is a problem in the future, it may take many days to resolve. I am not interested in a service provider which such low levels of customer service and hence have requested for a full refund, an question which Reliance Comm does not respond to

                  Well bought this so called Reliance netconnect broadband+ which promises 3.1Mbps out of which the actual speed is 30-50kbps. And now you don't even get service coz they said your service is disconnected due to some verification issues and that you need to submit the docs again to the vendor to get the service re-activated. I doubt if it'll work because I have submitted the docs twice. What would that do? Are they trying to trash me by giving me a run around? Well I've had it... Make sure they provide what they promise in the future so they don't get their customers aggravated.

                  PS: Atleast give me a refund for the data card as the service don't help me.

                  I purchased reliance broadband data card bearing MDN No.[protected] around two weeks back.For first two days the device worked properly and thereafter same had been disconnected.On inquiring i was informed that address verification was pending.Address verification is not customers problem.The plan for my connection is postpaid one and the bill will be charged to me irrespective of the continuity of the services.Is there anybody who can stop my billing like they stopped my broadband services.The only option left with me is to go to Consumer Court and get the issue sorted out.Is there any Customer Care at Reliance which can do anything to improve their services.This attitude is repelling away the customers and leaving a real bad taste in our dealings.

                  Looking forward to some response from someone in Reliance .....and let the Reliance continue in Reliance.

                    I am Nizar Charania using Reliance broadband+ (Netconncet) from May'10. First complaint is that wrong plan was activated. Secondly my services was barred in 12 days. they dont even care to call us for what reason our services have been barred. I called up customer care to ask for the same and the reply i got was to go to any reliance centre and solve the issue. So i went to Reliance store (in Viman nagar) to ask for the issue. so from there i came to know that one of my cousin's bill was pending and since the address proof were same, my services was barred. i paid the bill so that i can use broadband.. but even after paying the bill my services has not yet started. its been 20 days my services have been barred. Reliance in Viman nagar do not even care to answer our question properly. Thinking that i should post this same in TOI and blame reliance for the services they provide. they just know how to sell their products and does not have any knowledge of providing customer service.

                    Please think twice before buying any product of reliance.

                        I have been harrased by these people for the last 5 months.
                        In march I had sent the below mail to CC but to no avail and even after repeated reminders noone cared to call to address my complaint.Whenever they called I informed them of my grevience but noone cared to help and now I get a call that Im an advocate on behalf of Rel and have a case against u for nonpayment .This is ridiculous and I bel I should be the one to file a a consumer complaint.

                        Would like to bring to your notice my grevience which has repeatedly been coming up now for the last many times.

                        I had this no issued from your Rel Outlet in Sec 60, Shprix Mall, Noida .In December last year I had opted for safe custody of this no and was ensured by your representatives that your pending dues have been cleared and this no is in safe custody for the next three months .I ensured that the same was written in the bill they handed over to me because I made 2 payments that day and on 1 bill of Rs 300 I made sure that safew custody is written.I can provide the scan copy of the same.I was to be married hence had opted for 3 months safe custody but now the CCE have come up with an explanation that you have not opted for safe custody and are showing me balance amount which has to be paid..I have moved out of town after marraige and am not able to go the the outlet personally but have spoken to your rep today also but they have blanky refused.I beleive and hope u understand that this is harrasment of customers , whether this misleading transaction has been done at your outlet level or personal CCE level I dont know but u are unnecessarily harrasing a female customer for no fault of hers.

                        Would want stern and immediate action at your end.Otherwise would be constrained to approach higher levels.This is no way to ensure retention of customers!!

                          I have not subscribe for any such job and I unsubscribe it immediately. But my prepaid account has deducted.
                          I have called to your customer care, but they said it is deducted for renewal and it wont be come back, I haven’t receive any love shayri till now and never subscribed for any such job.
                          When I had asked to your customer representative “ Give me my subscription date , Give me details, how did I subscribe it? “, They have no answer.
                          when did I subscribed for any Job, If I did not subscribe then How come it is activated on my Phone?

                          It is completely a fraud by reliance. They are activating services unnecessary , and deducting money from the user's prepaid account. and although you unsubscribed the Job That money wont come back to your prepaid card.

                          Kindly help me and other innocent people out who are facing problems o[censored]nnecessary deduction from prepaid card.

                              Hi, I bought a Reliance Netconnect modem and a plan for Rs. 550/- for 3GB, valid for 1 month on 30th June. They offer no receipt for this at the Reliance Mobile store in Whitefield, Bangalore (listed on reliance website), and was told the re-charge was done. On checking online, I see that the re-charge was done for only Rs. 330/- for 2GB, valid for 15 days.Customer care says to go to the reliance store. When I go to the store, they say that the case is with customer care to make the changes, and will be done in 24 hours. For the past 4-5 days I have been going back and forth between the Customer care and Reliance retail store. This should be taken up as a case of cheating the customers, and no action taken by the corporate to prevent such frauds. At the end, the customer is the loser, wasting all his time in running between these fraudulent people. This reflects on the integrity values of such a large corporate.

Since last 2 months, I am totally frustrated with your pathetic network in College street are, Kolkata, West Bengal. During last 2 months, I have informed the network related problem to the data card service center several times, but I have not got any fruitful result from the customer support officers. I think, the customer care Dept of Reliance has no suffiient time to listen to the problems of their valuable existing customers. But one thing I would like to tell that no multi national company can exist in India without providing good and worthy service to its customers, because currently several mobile service providers are there like- MTS, Airtel, Vodafone, Uninor, Aircel, Idea, Tata Dokomo etc. The other companies are providing excellent network coverage to our are. Apart from Reliance, I am a customer of Airtel, Aircel & Vodafone and their network is excellent, that's why I am really satisfied with those service providers.

                                I am sending you the details of my previously lodged complains to the datacard service center of Reliance(THE SO CALLED NO.1 COMPANY).                                 Problem Details:
                                Network bar gets dropped totally after 1 or 2 seconds of connecting the modem with my computer. Previously, the network was absolutely fine.
                                Area: COLLEGE STREET, KOLKATA- 700009, WEST BENGAL (NEAR SANTOSH SWEET SHOP) - It is a very popular area of Kolkata.
                                Type of problem: Indoor coverage problem (My room is just beside the road, not in interior part )
                                Error message showing: Network disconnected/ Remote computer did not respond...

                                I have already visited your data card servicing center at 70 BECK BAGAN, KOLKATA. They have checked my Data card properly and showed me that no network problem is there and full network bar was showing in that area. The customer service officer told that "the data card is perfectly okay, no problem is there in the data card." My friend who is having another 1X High Speed data card Modem is also facing the same network problem in the area.

                                So I am seeking the help of your engineers to fix the INDOOR NETWORK PROBLEM immediately. Otherwise I will not be able to use the 1X High Speed data card Modem in future.

                                I hope, Reliance can understand my problem and they will solve the issue so that customers like me who are from the area- COLLEGE STREET, KOLKATA-700009 can be happy with your network coverage.

                                Ultimately still now I am facing the sma problem as my problem is not entertained by Reliance at all.

                                Then again I visited the Data card service center at 70 BECK BAGAN, KOLKATA on 1st June, 2010 and they replaced my ZTE Data card and give a new data card to me on 3rd June, 2010 by confirming the network coverage infront of mine. But as soon as I reached my home, I started facing the same network problem. I am not getting even 1 netowrk bar also. After every 2 seconds my network bars are getting dropped.

                                As a result, I am not able to use my modem since last 2 months. Now I think, I should throw the data card away as it is useless for me.

                                My total experience about Reliance is "RELIANCE CHEATS IT'S CONSUMERS AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO ENTERTAIN THE REQUEST OF IT'S CUSTOMERS."

                                I have started suggesting all my friend and relatives not to take any new connection of Reliance.

                                  I have Reliance Smart sim with number [protected]...

                                  I have a tariff of 1Rs/3min... at 12-April-2010...for an Year...

                                  and I used to this tariff for making STD calls...

                                  at 03-July-2010 I have recharged my account with 75 rs.

                                  but what did I saw.....that company charged me rs. 1/min without any notification....

                                  and I lost my 50 rs. balance.....

                                  Really Its disgusting.....and I will go to Consumer Forum.....

                                  if I dont get my balance back...

                                  Reliance GSM Services — Change of tariff

                                  Sir,

                                  I am recharge my mobile No. 0755- [protected] on 01/11/2007 for a value vourcher of Rs.301/- in the following term & conditions:

                                  Tarriff valid for 180 days
                                  Smart to smart 0.19 ps. per min
                                  smart to other mobile 0.60 ps per min
                                  smart to land line 1.00 rs. per min

                                  but above company changed my tarrif only in 54 days on 24/12/2007

                                  Kindly take necessary action against the Reliance GSM (Smart) Services Madhya Pradesh India

                                  Sir i gor my reliance GSM card RS 50 and afteractivation i got 20 RS talk time and according to this card i shoul get 10 rs per day but i did not get any money should i recharge with 24 RS or it is included.

                                    I have Reliance big TV for last 1 year. Today suddenly signal went off. Now its says Poor/intermediate signal. When I called customer care (took 1 hr as it was always busy) they are asking for rs 170 to see if there is any problem. Earlier advance options use to come, whenever such things were happening, I was able to resolve from reomote. But nothing is there accept than change language option.

                                    These guys are switching off connections randomly and than demanding Rs 170 on the name of service charge. Everyday making thousands of rupees.

                                    I hope Anil Ambani have got only this way to fight Mukesh and become richer.

                                    Same dish, same wires, same set top box suddenly stops and now you Rs 170 if you want to view yr same TV. Bull !!!

                                    Recently i have paid 350 to set my BIG TV in new location in Dwarka it is fixed now it is over 15 days again signal lost and poor signal quality when i contacted to Stupid Customer care they are demanding 175 to visit this is much for Stupidity to Anil Ambani .

                                      i am ex serviceman from airforce.i joined reliance in november 2007.i had been working at lawrence road delhi but suddenly i was told to resign without any notice.i refused to resign so now my salary for the month of june has been stopped without any prior notice.

                                        I am using reliance CDMA mobile services since 2 years. Yet, I faced so many problems with this. Yesterday I recharged for Rs:21/-. But,I don't get any balance in that except 1 paisa.Then, I contacted customer care,I don't get sufficient reason. Actually they are announcing in news papers etc that,if you recharge for Rs:21,51 will get full talk time.The retailor of the product also dont't know the details. After the detailed confirmation with customer care executive I knew that we don't get any balance for that. Sir, they are annoncing new offers but they are not mentionning full details in that.Incase if they mentioned will printing with smallest letter and putting a *(terms & conditions apply).Is it reasonable? how an un educated person will know that.Actually I am an un educated and not able to recharge with huge amount.If You want any details regarding this contact me [protected]@gmail.com
