I have reliance no.[protected], on 23rd July Reliance without my notice activated callertune service and deducted rs.10 and when i informed them that i have not activated they say that i have done this.
and again on 7th aug 2010 they activated voice chat on my number and deducted rs.30 from my account.
is this how reliance cheat the customer?
becasuse of there fault why should customer face problems?
every time they activate some or the service and tell that we have activated and amount is deducted.why should we suffer because of your problems?
i have do not disturb service activated but then also i keep getting calls and unnecessary msg from reliance.does they know the meaning of this service?
i want reliance to refund my amount and stop all these non sense methods of cheating customers.
i request consumer cort to look into this matter and solve my problem.

    Subject :- Complaint for having “ Caller Tune “ when I have not activate and deduction of Rs.30/- from cell no. [protected].

    I am Tuhin Mondal, a prepaid customer of Reliance Smart GSM Kolkata Circle’s connection with my number being [protected]. I have been facing problems with the Caller Tune Service, which I did not require but is automatically activate by system. Even if I deactivate it, within a few days it is automatically activate by the system. So I have been charge many a times like this.

    I was surprised to receive a message at 12.30 P.M. on 25.07.10 from “ 51234” that “ YOUR SUBCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICES HAS BEEN RENEWED AT Rs.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS” , and while checking my balance it is Rs.30 short of my last seen balance. While having no information of having “Caller Tune “ at my phone and while I have not activate the services, they are deducting Rs.30 from my balance.

    I immediately called customer care for de-activating the same and refund the amount debited. It is very funny that senior customer executive told me that ,” No collar Tune activate at [protected] number, this is our server fault. We refund the money with in 48 hrs. After 2 Days I called customer care, they told me to wait some more times, but they did not get any feedback on that complain. So I call regularly but anyone cannot give me right answer on this matter only they said its true that your balance is gone and you’ll get your balance with in 24-48 hrs. and our server problem continue. On 05/08/10 at 10.30 P.M. customer executive told me that “ There are no complain lodge for Collar Tune at this number & our date base record only before 4 days & I transferred the line to senior customer executive / Our senior customer executive is busy / I send your mobile number to senior customer executive & he call back after few minute “ then they cut the line, so I hopeless.

    I want to know that who gave you people this right to subscribe any ridiculous caller tune to your customer mobile phone and deducting any amount by your own. This is very unfortunate that the leading business origination of India is proving itself a leader in not satisfying its customer rather makes people annoyed. I would like to stop this collar tune from my mobile phone now and refund the money in my prepaid at the earliest. Other wise the matter will be taken up with concerned ministry, TRAI and published in the web to herm your credentials.

    Reliance Prepaid — Unwanted Caller Tunes

    Now a days these people have started putting unwanted caller tune without informing us. And if we call the Customer Care Dept. the agents inform that it is done from the customers end but it is not true. They all are just fooling us around. they just want to earn money some or the other way...

    Reliance — unwanted subscription of caller tunes

    i have a reliance mobile, without any request company subscribe my caller tunes & they are charging for subscription .im not satisfied by the service.
    I m surprised when some of my relative told me abount the called tune .Now more surprised to know that it has been changed with any communicatiuon from me and to me, .Also every now and then they are charging me for needlesss services which i have never ever requested .I juust receive a message that my account balance has been debited for some service.
    also there seems to be no end to the messages and calls i receive from customer care .they disturb me every now and then. It seems we have kept these moblie for reliance and not for our convience .
    Is some body listening.

    Reliance Mobile — debiting for unwanted subscriptions from my prepaid amount

    I took reliance connection hoping for a better service. We made calls from this phone only for test purpose on the day of connection. Otherwise it is used mainly for some text messaging only. Still about Rs 30/- vanished in to thin air within a week. Again I have charged it For Rs 50/- on 9/11/2010 and the phone was not used for any purpose for next 2 days. Again it is found that an amount of Rs 30 was charged for some service which I have not requested for. Immediately I tried to unsubscribe it but received some error message "Default not configured". I want my money back which is charged for some services I never asked or never used.

    Reliance GSM Service — Debit amount automatically

    Dear Sir,

    Today 50/- deducted in my Reliance GSM account without my knowledge.When i talked with the customer care they said some cricket related service is activated with my number.

    As per my knowledge i am not activated such type of service, and also i was trying to activate the DND service but it was not activated till now.

    This is fourth time they deduct amount from my number.

    I am fed up from the service and i want to change into IDEA, please suggest me.

    Reliance Smart GSM Company is a thief as well as a dacoit.They are deducting money from my main balance frequently without my concent.My mobile no is [protected].Peoples at Reliance Web World of Burdwan, West Bengal are very wicked person.They don't hear anything.Even they are preventing MMP.

      I hold a reliance cdma number-[protected], it was 24th and 25th when i was roaming to rajasthan i saw my balance lumpsum Rs.200 on both days have cutted down. i complaint to the customer care no.*333, they told me that u're talking to no. [protected] for five long hrs. which is not true. when i got debate on it he told u're not talking the call was diverted to the no., which is also not true. so i asked for my account statement on 26/07/2010 but i couldn't recieve the statement till date. complaint no. regarding that is[protected]

      Reliance Communication Mobile — Cheated for Rs. 200/-

      I normally go to your retail outlet and recharge my prepaid account. Today I was in office and wanted to recharge urgently, so I visited your website and using HDFC netbanking
      recharged my account for Rs. 200. I normally do this recharge for Rs. 200 from your vendor. I got a SMS saying that my a/c has
      been recharged with .02. I contacted customer care and they told me that there is recharge for talktake is Rs. 201/- and my recharge
      of Rs. 200 has gone towards my validity. When I informed him that I have life time validity, then he informed me that
      my Rs. 200 has gone waste.

      If there is no recharge for Rs. 200/- then why did your website accept my money. Your website is not displaying
      the recharge values, then how does a customer like me come to know what are the recharge values.

      Now Reliance has taken my money (Rs. 200/-) and
      given me back nothing. Your customer care executive says that my Rs. 200/- has gone waste. Please note that this
      is my hard earned money and I certainly would not like it to go waste.

      This leads me to believe that I have been cheated by Reliance Communication.

        Voice-chat subscription has been renewed on my mobile no [protected] (Service Provider :Reliance Smart GSM service, India) at the cost of Rs 30/- without my permission on 3rd August 2010. I have never subscribed to any such service. This not the first time. It had happened in july 2010 too when Rs 30/- was deducted in same way without me subscribing to any such facility.I hereby, request the company to refund my money and unsubscribe me from any such service and the same should be informed me. In future also such act should not repeated.

        I Gautam Goyal from Rourkela (Orissa) is using Reliance GSM service since last 7 years vide Mob. No. [protected]. This is to inform you that some discrepancy occured in this month which is very ridiculous and dissapointing.

        I dont have any SMS pack of Rs. 39/- but on 9th August 2010 my account is being debited with Rs. 39/- for renewing my SMS pack. However I lodged complaint against the same (No.[protected] on 09.08.10 and I was being texted from Customer Care that after 48 hours the service will be withdrawn. The deductions made from my A/c has yet not credited and to the call made by me to Customer Care is not been responded and clarified.

        Its better to switch on to other GSM service than to be a user of Reliance if the above is not refunded and informed to me.

          Reliance CDMA — loss of money

          since iam using reliance preaod service last 6 years .From last 6 month they are charging money by them .without activated by meif i complian . there is no responce.there is that its been actived by me and no refundfor that.

After 2 weeks this number got disconnected without any prior information. I have submitted the fresh document twice at below reliance mobile store and requsted to activate my number, but it is not yet done. Here I have detailed few inputs which could serve the purpose,

            I purchased other sim and broke the old one. So this is how I managed this issue. Its very difficult to follow up with reliance customer care. Purchasing new sim is always better than suffering for old one.

            Reliance — mobile connection disconnected without any prior information

            dear sir,
            i ported my mobile no. [protected] from Aircel to Reliance GSM network in the first week of Apr 2011.Till 04 Aug 2011 my no. was working properly. On 05 Aug 2011 it was disconnected without any information.On calling customer care it was known that my ID was not available with them. On asking them how they have kept my no activated without my ID for 4 months, no satisfactory reply was given. On inquiring deeply many of the Cc E's have disconnected the call.However i deposited my ID on 10 of Aug 2011 through the dealer from where i got no. ported,but my no. was not activated . Then i again deposited my ID at Ghaziabad Web World personally on 17 Aug 2011 and was assured they no. will be activated within 07 days, still as on today my no. is not activated. Can any of the Reliance company personal tell how many times do they need the customers ID and is it not their responsibility to inform their customer in advance for such things. Again i contacted Cc on 05 Sept 2011 and talked to Mr Daljeet and still i was told deposit my ID. This is horrible experience with Reliance.

              I have taken RCOM postpaid connection one month back. I have subscribed for Rs.99 pm Internet plan on my mobile on which 2.5 GB downloading was free. When I downloaded wallpaper from R-World, they billed me Rs.400 for that. Now when I spoke to Customer Care, they say downloading from RCOM is excluded from the plan.

              Reliance Communication is cheating to its customer by misleading them. Someone should teach them meaning of "Reliance" or they should change their name.

                Dear All,

                I'm Arpit and my reliance mobile number is [protected]. One month back I've purchased a CDMA connection of Reliance mobile. On 25th July one guy from reliance called me and talked a lot of things regarding a lot o[censored]nwanted services and I was busy on that time and I told him that I don't want to subscribe any of the services. But on 26th July evening when I checked my mobile account balance, I was shocked.. There was a deduction of Rs.138 from my account. So I called customer care and registered a complaint. The complaint number is[protected]. And the customer service executive told me that the money will be refunded with in 2 days to my account. But even after 4 days nothing happened. So again I called the customer service and then one executive told me that they will not refund the money,as I renewed the Super Saver pack.And he disconnected the call. Then again I called customer care and talked with another executive, and he told me that he will check this issue and he will call me back after some time. But he didn't. Actually they never inform me before the subscription of the service and I came to know that this service is activated twice on my number. ie, they deducted Rs.69+69 for two time activation for one service. This is also done by without my knowledge. Again I contacted customer care on 2nd Aug. and then the executive told me that the server was down and couldn't check this issue. Also the same day I got one sms from reliance regarding the renewal of the subscription of FMIndia service on my mobile will be done by within 2 days and will be charged 30 Rs/month. I asked this executive to stop any activation or subscription of any of the services on my number. He said that he will stop this renewal and do the needful action. but on today i again received the same sms for the renewal of FMIndia service saying that it will be renewed on tomorrow. What is this??? I don't understand what service is RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE provides their customers. What they are thinking that all the customers are FOOLS???? Is this a manner to treat customers??? I think this is the time to change the name of RELIANCE as they are not at all RELIABLE anymore. They are simply looting the money from their valuable customers and keep on making fool and INSULTING the customers..So I request to all of you that next time don't go for RELIANCE, as it's name not Trustworthy, as the name indicates...

                Reliance India Mobile — Collection of unwanted money

                K / A - Manager Customer care,

                Would like to inform you that I have been using service of Reliance India mobile from past couple of years with a respected volume of billing amount.

                Dated 28 August i came to know from the SMS of your server that i have subscribed a ringtone which i have never requested & INR 30 - 40 approximate have been deducted from my account.

                Same day (28 August) have called up the call center of Reliance mobile & requested to unsubscribed same because i can NOT keep such tones for my callers due to nature of business.

                Till dates no one has taken it seriously & again on 25 September i have been charged INR 30 for this which i am NOT ready to pay henceforth you are requested to look into the matter to unsubscribe this service with immediate effect & restore the deducted amount.

                Since i am using this service from past couple of years i request you to take this Metter seriously & do the needful, so that we have good relationship in future & to avoid any legal action.

                Reliance India Mobile — unwanted package renewing

                Unwanted package renewing without consent. Even after repeated requested in person the same thing continued. It leads to monitory loss. Fill up Rs 200/- within a week or so it exhausted without talking to any body. weekly they deduct Rs 20 minimum and goes upto Rs 50/-per week sopme times in total.                   My name is ashwani chauhan, i bought the relience broadband connection, near about 1 and half months ago.I have registered complaints with them 20 times about the broadband intermittent disconnection and land line not working, from past 7 days, no landline , no broadband., i have requested for disconnection. its been more tahn 4 days, they are not disconnecting my connection.i mailed them 20 times, calle dthere customer services, still no go. they are replying to mail as landline was under combo offer , they cannot give me wave off.
                  i informed them, about broadband intermittent disconnection, still they are not listening, infomred about broadband not working from past 7 days, as phone line is dead , still no go.they are not responding for disconnection request as well.. so they ant me to pay for distruptive services and even no services as well.please let me know i want to proceed and register a consumer complaints against them

                    I had bought a reliance netconnect broadband + USB data card in Aug 2009. When i purchased the broadband plus card I was assured of best in class industry service and performance.

                    On 10th Jul 2010, i started facing a problem of the broadband card "not being detected" on my laptop. I checked with the Reliance customer care centre in Thane (near Ice Factory junction) and they directed me to CCOM service provider (in Panchpakhadi, Thane). After testing the card at the company's centre they confirmed a warranty replacement which was handed over to me on 17th Jul 2010.

                    Upon testing the card, i observed that it was not working and brought it back to the service center on 19th Jul. They checked at their end and confrmed the problem (complaint no: [protected]) Since then it is now close to 3 weeks and i am running pillar to post for a action. They keep on informing that they are not receiving any material from the source provider which is Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, Thane.

                    I was also provided the contact number of Mr Arvind (Mbl: [protected]) who manages that territory, however the attitude and lack of responsiveness was worst you could ever imagine. Evertime you speak to him, he promised a date for action and then never picked up the phone while i was trying to follow up as no action was taken.

                    I am totally fedup with way Reliance is running this business as they only know how to fool customers. With this state of affairs of this company alongwith it's service providers and the non responsive attitude of the staff, the company is taking it's customers for ride.

                      2nd thing is that my problem is that only in the month of jun 2010 i was recharge for your SMS pack worth rs.39 for 500 msg par day and it's renewal date is maybe 12thJuly 2010 and i get msg from your side on 16th july 2010 for renewal for the same and same time i was recharged for your 19rs/1paisa par sms pack ,when i got msg for unsubscribe for 39rs pack your system already dedicate my6.50rs for renewal then i send a msg for unsubscribe your system get back me that dear business partner your request is not able to proses so tray after some time them i talk with your c.c representative hi guide me for the same then i go but still that problem reaming then i talk with Mr.Chand who is a Sr.C.C executive,hi note my completion but 2nd day i got msg from your side your 19rs pack renewal date is 21st July , that way i call C.C.center the person who is seated there told me your 19rs pack is not show here , i again note for the same ,then for unsubscribe your system charge me three time ,then finally i got msg form your side on may mobile that is with ref to SR[protected].                         For the last 15 days i have problem in connecting the netconnect in broadband plus mode.
                        Till today i have called customer service more than 10 time and the problem could not be resolved.
                        till date 3 requests has been raised and all are in progress for the same issuse.
                        i dont how long will it take to resolve this issue.
                        Every time wen i call to customer call now they will tell the pre defined ans Sir we are esculating it to other dept with high priority and will be solved within few days kindly wait.

                        for using 1X speed of 230kps for last 16 days should i pay 1200 bugs every month???

                        If they cant solve the issue y they r increasing the customer count instead of looking the present customer??

                        Please find my complaint on consumer forum and till now there is response from your side. Added to the fuel, you have also barred out-going of my wife’s number and when I contacted the customer care they said we need to submit the id proof.

                        Only after walking to your stores, I was told that, due to bill pending on data card, they have de-activated the outgoing services of my wife’s number.
                        The real problem is your poor customer service department @ Hyderabad and why don’t you sack all these lousy staff and recruit dynamic marketing guys (like me). Seriously, make me an offer and see how these kinds of petty issues can be solved with in no time !!

                          Not settleing my Account

                          Dear Sir,

                          I took internet broadband connection from reliance. From day one, I am getting problems on connecting internet. I complained many times. Response was not good. Once I was unable to connect internet and complained around 15-20 times. after 4 days they rectified. I spoke with the executive and he promised me to waive off the charges for four days. In the same month they billed 283 for a toll free number which I called from my phone. Customer care people informed me that number is not a toll free. Regularly we are calling the same number ([protected]) from my prepaid mobiles without making any charges, we are participating my office conferences. you can find the same in Google search.

                          They did not rectified these problems and again their executive promise me to rectify entire problems in the next bill.

                          On this continuous problems, I informed them to terminate my connection. Even I terminated my connection in the middle of the month, they charged me Rs. 654/- for whole month without rectifying old corrections in bill (I informed to terminated by phone on May 3rd and by mail on May 7th).

                          Reliance executive informed me that the instruments were free and no need to return on closure of connection. Its a diwali offer. Now they are calling us for instruments. I inform them - "If you settle my bill, then only I will return instruments". But they are not settling my bill and calling regularly and disturbing in my office time to pay total amount and return instruments with out settling issues.

                          I got an sms saying your account balance is 'Rs. 0/-' in last month. I got another bill on 28 July 2010, saying 'Early Termination Foreclosure Charges' as Rs. 1250/-. Even they not solved my problem, I loss a lot from their connection, may I need to pay this?

                          Please solve my problems as soon as possible and relieve me from the disturbance I am getting from Reliance People.

                            I am a user of Reliance prepaid services and opted for 0.50 paise scheme for local call / calling anywhere in India.

                            Of late my incoming calls are displayed & preceded with our country code 0091 ( followed by the respective cell no) . A call is also automatically generated from my cell to the caller immediately after he completes the conversation and disconnects the call. I verified from my dialed call list in my mobile but could not find that number which is stated to have been dialed from my mobile. I could also find my balance reduced as applicable to international calling.
                            Dear Sir,

                            My Relaince prepaid Mobile Phone No.[protected]. From last few maonths it is being observed that,
                            at the end of every month suddnely 36 to 55 is deducted from the balance. I wonder can't even trace who, how and why the sum is dudcted. It is as if some pilferager are doing all these things. So yourare hereby requested to deactivate the all Business Promotional Numbers i.e.business trasspassers' Numbers.
                            You are once again reminded to stop immediately the unwanted business ring call, which is very much
                            disturbing.Tell your service provider not to do these kind of offensives in future.

                                My Broadband netconnect No. [protected]. I have been complaining since April that I am not getting connectivity in my home. I am very much in a city and here I am not getting proper connectivity. To use internet, first of all I have to open the door of my house, seat near door, then to add connecting cord and then I have to hold device in my hand like a flag and with other hand I have to work. I can not use this device in any other rooms. This time, after 4 months I have received email reply from Reliance, that ticket is closed, over phone (not in writing) they say, there is a connectivity in your area, we are working on it but can't say how much time will it take. Secondly, they say I should sell this device to somebody (that means, they are not able to give connectivity at all at this place), even they are not ready to give any time frame for this issue to get resolved (not even days, months, years... nothing).

                                Over phone they say I should get speed about 200 to 300 kbps (actual speed - not connecting, connecting speed is 3.1 mbps) - I have never experienced this speed at all. The maximum speed I have seen is 70/75 kbps at my office. I tried this device from various places, but no where it gave me better then 70/75 kbps.

                                I have FWP again with reliance No.[protected] same issue, no connectivity in home. We have to go outside home to speak over phone. Complaint again and again in web world, still no solutions.

                                I don't know what to do...

                                        Myself and the colony members reached the MCH LB Nagar Office and registered a complaint against this issue but the one who is going on with this construction seems to have hired some rowdys and not allowing the MCH workers to enter into the building premises.

                                        I here by request the authorities to take a appropriate action against this CELL TOWER Construction, and even the colony members are against this construction as this will have some serious consequences to the health of colony members we do not want any tower to be built here.

                                        If this is not the correct place to complaint plz let me know where should i complaint i will do that hoping for a quick and swift response from the authority.
