I am Mandeep from Hisar(Haryana ) and my Reliance Customer ID is[protected].On the above cited subject, it is to inform you that my Reliance Broadband connection has not been working from last one week. I have complaint several times to its service center i.e.[protected]. But no response from their side. Moreover, I regularly inform them. But there is no effect of such complaints. Why the hell the services given to them, when they cannot solve them. Their behavior is also very rude. They have made company's reputation zero in my eye. Reliance has good name and fame but services are very-2222 poor. My Landline telephone is also provided by reliance and the number is[protected]. You will surprise it has been out of order for last about 7-8 months. It is my business number and it is published or mentioned on my visiting card, out side flex or board, in the advertisement and in the tv advertisement. Whenever, i ask them they proudly said, there is no more point/space to start your phone. You tell me, a company who has provided me such facility or charging each n every day for that, can do so.but i am away from these services. In fact, they have no fear of complaint to any person(i.e. Company head) because i have already made several complaints to their senior's email id, which are mentioned or searched by me on the net but i think whole company members are defaulter. I just fed up with all. I have prepaid connection and i am paying the charges on daily basis. but they don't care of it. This is my last step other wise i will suit a case against them. Whenever my broad net connection is out of order, they take 3-4 days to rectify it. Tell me, the person who is paying this connection on daily basis, how he can wait for it. But this time,it is enough.
Please resolve my problem at earliest.
