My Reliance Broadband+ data card number is [protected].

While buying the datacard, Reliance claimed to provide service with Maximum speed upto 3.1 Mbps, whereas the Maximum speed varies from 50 Kbps to 120 Kbps in reality.

I complained about this to reliance call center twice and the complaint numbers are

1. Complaint number:[protected]
2. Complaint number:[protected]

Whenever a complaint is lodged, a person will call from Mumbai technical team and will close the complaint ticket without fixing it.

Monthly i am paying[protected] rupees for this poor service.

I fail to understand how Reliance claim to provide service with speed upto 3.1 Mbps!! Is this the way Reliance is making money by cheating consumers?

Mr. Anil Ambani listening?

I lost all the hopes and disappointed with Reliance.

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I have been requesting since November for a physical copy of Bills of my reliance broadnet connection (user ID[protected] since Nov when I moved abroad, this request has ceaselessly fallen on deaf ears, please refer all my previous requests to customer care.

    I am now not REPEAT NOT going to make the payments for the last bill generated and all hence forth.

    I now ask you to physically remove the connection devices and cables by SATURDAY 24th July 2010 5:00 PM.
    This is the SLA that I give you.
    I do not have any alternate contact number other than the one registered with you. (if it is not reachable or busy you can try again till answered as this is what we consumers do when registering our complaints)

    The above mentioned requests have been lodged in complaint #[protected] on 21st July 2010 at 1349 hrs.

    We have sold our flat where the broadnet account in concern is established and would be moving out on Sunday (25th Jult 2010) and nothing can be done after that.

    Reliance Broadband has the worst service in Hyderabad, India. After calling them 14 times in a span of 8 days still the my phones are dead.
    Helow this is regarding the poor service by the people of reliance Broad Band people i hv sumitted an net connection on[protected] and paid the amount on that dauy the executive told vl get connection in 4 days, but after that i started calling him every day but i dint get any respond every day they say tomorrow but that tommorrow never came after 1 month they it's not possible to give connection in my Area so they tld they will refund my money back in 10 days but till date i dint get money nor the connection its been almost 2 months finished i thnk this people are running for intrest with our money with our money they r running their business thats wat reliance is no 1 burt with public money this is the way they r running their business our money their name is fame.
    I myself Reena patel had taken a internet connection from Reliance on 30.12.2007 by paying Rs3330/-. till date the internet is not working at all .

    I have called up their helpline numbers constantly and everytime they are giving excuse of congestion in network.

    The services are pathetic and not upto customer expectations. I want my money to be refunded to me on account of cheating done by reliance to me.
    I have never ever witnessed such horrible and worthless service in my life. It was my worst decision to get a reliance broadband connection. It seems as if you are paying them to torture you.
    The connection is down every now and than. Even if the link is there the connection speed is very slow. Its no where even near to what you had subscribed for.
    After getting fed up I applied for the termination of my service. Its been 1 month but my services are not yet terminated. I get phone calls to pay the bill. This kind of service should be stopped and the company banned and thrown into the trash can. The customer care people are all dumb asses. The most horrible service providers.
    Guys i[censored] r reading this than please please dont ever subscribe for a new reliance broadband or phone service.

    I got a reliance broadnet from 16th december 2008, in a quarterly plan 400 kbps, Rs.3367 for 3mon.
    Initially i had to adjust because i was a dial up user before, so i managed, slowly i had problems creeping in as i foolishly continued a second quarterly subscription. Actually nobody told me that its a recurring subscription upon installation.. So it was partly a forced one.. Initially i had poor download speeds, it never crossed 50kbps, be it any time. I was fed up and thought since it was a wireless connection, i had to be content, because i dint have airtel, serving at my address, i had only BSNL broadband which i dint want to give.
    I had plenty of problems, early mornings i was not able to connect and when i enquired i was told that dense dew was the reason, which i could nt digest. Slowly in the 4th n 5th mon, i got error msgs, that limited or no connectivity, when i called them up, they asked to disable LAN connection and again enable which sorted out the problem and i started using the same, then it also dint work, they asked me to restart my system and switch off my modem and again switch it on, next time they asked me to interchange the ends of the wire that connected modem to my laptop, then they asked me to do certain changes in my network connections, and rememeber i was doing whatever they said hoping that it ll solve my problem. Then i realised that i was totally cheated by reliance and wanted to surrender the connection, then they started to show why they are the best cheaters in the market, the typical reliance attitude.
    When i wanted to surrender and made the request they said they can sort out the problem and wanted me to continue, they had a wing that monitored surrender requests and wanted them to be cheated time and again, because its easy to cheat existing customers than to draw in new innocent customers.
    Somebody called me and promised me that they ll sort out the problem and wanted me to inform to the officer(one hell of an ) who ll call up from newdelhi and enquire me about my decision the same evening. He called me and asked if i would want me to continue or surrender and i replied him that if my problem is sorted out i ll continue and if not i ll surrender my connection. he wanted me to give only two answers either im continuing or surrendering the connection, he bothered me repeatedly with the same question for which i maintained the same answer, and he finally concluded himself that im continuing.
    And without intimating me when i was not at home somebody came to my home and my dad called me that they were at home, i was busy with my work and i shouted at them to get lost from my place, get an appointment and come.
    Next day some was continuosly giving me 4-5 missed calls, when i called him up he said he s from reliance and that he had no balance???!!!(Reliance is giving network to the whole nation and it s not able to recharge its own employee s mobile numbers, strange is nt it?), he said he ll come and sort out the problem, he came one fine day and did some gimmicks and went off telling me as usual that the job is done and wanted me to inform his officer that the job is done just to protect his face, the time he left my gate, again it was nt working, when i called him he said thats all he could do, and asked me to surrender.
    I gave them a request to convert my quarterly connection to monthly, which they have nt done.
    I was given so many request numbers more than 15-20 of them (i ve lost count)
    And when shouted at the customer care number, they wanted me to give all their reference nos, which when i gave, i found that all were closed as been done, when actually my problems persisted..
    And one fine morning on 5.6.09, promptly a call came from the bill payment side of reliance and reminded me to pay the bill of 3367 for the quarter from 18.6.09 onwards, this is where i got bugged up very badly and realiseed that its time to come out of the tangle of the bloody company and give a damn **it to them, I ve finally called up the customer care and wanted them to come and take away the connection and believe me or not they gave one more reference number, My god please somebody save me from RELIANCE..

    Reliance Broadnet — Worst connection speed and Servicing

    Im Sivaraj Balajee, I got a reliance broadnet from 18th december 2008, in a quarterly plan 400 kbps, Rs.3367 for 3mon.

    Vijayakumar-[protected] sold me the connection.(BEWARE)

    I was told by the service persons that my home is not at good height to receive signal, why dint they know this on installation and why the hell they find these difficulties only on servicing..

    And when shouted at the customer care number, they wanted me to give all their reference nos, which when i gave, i found that all were closed as been done, when actually my problems persisted..

    And one fine morning on 5.6.09, promptly a call came from the bill payment side of reliance and reminded me to pay the bill of 3367 for the quarter from 18.6.09 onwards, this is where i got bugged up very badly and realised that its time to come out of the tangle of the bloody company and give a damn **it to them, then one person by name GANESH([protected]) finally came up today 7.6.09 (as usual without intimating) and worked on my connection and after 2hrs he was not able to sort out the problem and gave me the reason that trees were blocking my signal, i don know whether reliance are giving special training to these idiotic people to give such reasons or do they recruit such people only.

    I ve finally called up the customer care and wanted them to come and take away the connection and believe me or not they gave one more reference number, My god please somebody save me from RELIANCE..

    Reliance Broadband Plus — Asked to pay for SYSTEM ERROR @ reliance broadband plus service

    I use broadband service HSD on reliance via a USB device

    Worst customer service I have ever seen though I am from the service industry myself - Look at this and I tried your land line 3297 8900 No use always busy 24x7

    Problem - MOVED FROM ONE PLAN TO ANOTHER IN BETWEEN THE BILLING CYCLE (CONFIRMED BY YOUR CALL CENTRE - SERVICE ERROR)

    - On 15th July I put up a request to be moved from 499 Night plan (10 GB free) to 1GB plan - SYSTEM SAYS CANNOT MOVE TILL BILLLING DATE IS DUE ( for me its 7th of every month) this also what call centre guys told me.

    - But on 30th July I get a call have exceeded credit limit - paid 1700/- now the best part here we go…. on 5th Aug get a call again - again exceed the limit I get my status checked and I HAVE BEEN MOVED TO 1 GB PLAN RIGHT FROM 15TH JULY ONWARDS!

    7th Aug:

    I spoke with DARSHAN SINGH - Call centre agent - for 2 hrs on phone - assures me that this is a SYSTEM ERROR - RARE ONE never seen before - will rectify - I in good faith go ahead and make another Payment of 2000/- (7th August) Give me a BOGUS REf ID: [protected] ( Now on 10th your staff tells me only 9 digit numbers are given ????????????????????) So this guy just tried to placate the situation when he accepted that it is a SYSTEM ERROR.

    I have to repeat all over again - CAUSE Reliance SYSTEM DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO RECORD PROBLEM - ONLY SHOWS PAYMENTS DUE - what kind of show are u running ??? Is payments are all what you interested in about ?? Where do you record customer grievance ?????

    Total bill paid till date in less than a month - 3700 (from 15th till 7th aug)

    10 aug - another call and service is disconnected - 4000 IS DUE ???

    I speak to DEEPAK at call centre - gives me another ref id :[protected] again I STRONGLY believe this is for payment issue not for solving problem faced on plan change) - He ASSURES me that OFF the record he has forwarded the complaint - I see very low chance of anything happening here…

    Reliance Broadband Plus — Not Restarting the services.

    I have paid the bill on 22.12.2009, but the bill has not been updated till today & my services has been debarred from 27.12.2009. All the complaints to the customer care are of no use. I complained to the customer care for about 50 times but never got a solution. The customer care executives are also with no solutions for helping the customer. Where can I get a solution & which agency can help me to solve this problem.

    this e-mail is to kindly inform you about the kind of service you provide. you people are a genius in this work i dont believe you people can do such an awesome job when it comes to provision of service and handling of customers.
    i would like to know about the actual intentions of the RELIANCE BROADBAND services...if you have any. from my experience untill now i have no clue about it.
    i have this connection from 20th of november 2010 and untill now i there has been not a single week when i didnt have to talk to your customer representatives.

    Q2:- how many people have you employed to send these bill?
    Q3:- do you really take that much effort in providing the internet service at all?
    Q5:- THE LEAST IMPORTANT !!!........when will i get a a proper internet connection from you???
    Q6:- answer me honestly would you yourself (whoever is reading ) will pay a bill for, if you are not satisfied with the kind of service being provided?? what actions should be taken?

      My mobile number is [protected]. I am highly dissatisfied with Reliance customer care. Firstly I am not receiving any bill from them. I have requested several times that i need a paper bill but it has been told to me that they cannot provide paper statement. I am neither recieving online bill. Now when I am in roaming I recieve a message that I have exceeded my credit limit and if i do not make payment the outgoing will be barred.
      I just called on number 30333333 and on stating the same i am being told that their system is down and cannot help for now. I have just made an online payment for 1000Rs. and they are unable to make a note of the same.
      This is the most pathetic customer service and I would soon discontinue my relationship with reliance mobile if I do not receive assistance on the same.

          without my request/knowledge, some junk subscriptions are done in my mobile and some amount is deducted. These customer care peoples are not accsible by any customer care numbers... dial 369, it says click 4 to talk to customer case representative... but if you click on 4 then it says that its a invalid entry...


          Relaince does not know the meaning of customer care service!

            I'm a user of Reliance GSM number [protected] & [protected] in Punjab ( jalandhar city ) My 1st number is used at Rama Mandi and 2nd one at Vill. Alipur, P.O. Mithapur, Jalandhar.
            Since from last few weeks i'm facing a lot of problem in signal. when i use my phone inside my home i got no signal from your network. every time i've to go at roof of my house to make a call..at roof i got just 1 or 2 signal bar. May be your nearest tower is not working. but i'm really surprised even i've make so many calls to customer care regarding this. they are continuously replying me the same wording from last 2 weeks, that there is technical up gradation is happening. in your area. I want to know that how long it will take to work in order.I'm really fed up by your BAD services.
            In fact there was a network issue in your service since from i got your SIM that it takes long time to make my call connected bcoz everytime i got this message from your network whenever i tried to make any STD call. the message is " All routes are busy, Please try after some time"
            i Never experienced this kind of problem in anyother network like VODAFONE, AIRTEL, DOCOMO Etc.
            I request you last time to make your network in order and rectify my issue at Vill. Alipur regarding signal bar.

            One thing more i wanna suggest you, I'm using Rs. 77 pack on my delhi number [protected]. previously it was totally free to call 20 paisa to any reliance network after recharging Rs. 77. now i got charged 50 paisa call rate for 1st reliance call.. but is hard to remember that i had made any 1st call yet or not..i mostly daily my home numbers of punjab and it take long time conversation. i request you to change this plan according to previous one.

            even in urban estate phase 1 i m facing the same problem...surely a company of this calibre should have solved the matter but it seems our complaints are falling on deaf ears...reliance people are sleeping...they promise so much...but all promises are fake...we will change the network provider but surely reliance is losing its credibility...reliance go to HELL

              Dear Sir,

              Please tell me the reasons of the following:

              1) What is the reason for charging a postpaid CDMA user Rs 770 for unlimited Reliance to Reliance STD calls, whereas prepaid users pay only Rs550?

              2) Why postpaid users can not get bills after 3 months of actual usage even from Webworld?

              3) Why do we get unlimited SMSs from Reliance during roaming? Are they free of cost?

              4) Why Unlimited STD 770 plan for Postpaid CDMA users gets cut after 1.5 hrs each time?

              5) Why there is no link or space for complaints on RCOM website? Do you want us to use public forums to share our complaints like this?

                I got a call form a no [protected], saying that he is a advocate and his name is Mr. Agarwal, saying to pay the bill of amount 750/- rs, or else he want me to go and meet him in Rajasthan form Vadodara(Gujarat) within 30 minutes. Threatening me to pay the amount using many abusing words, he told me that my case will go to The Supreme Court within half an hour.
                This is the outstanding amount from a connection which i have discontinued before one year after clearing all their previous bills and i have also submitting their instruments.

                The abusing words and these phone call have increased since last 2 months and many times i have told them the above story but even with my repeated request they don't understand and call me at late hours also which seams very ridicules.

                This is mental harassment. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
                Yes i also got a call from [protected] saying that a case is being registered against you, please speak to the advocate Mr Rajeev mittal @ [protected].

                I strongly appeal a strict action against these people.

                I also got a call from [protected] & [protected] saying that i am advocate Mittal calling from Rajasthan & case being registered against you.

                I strongly appeal strict legal action against these guys for mental harrassment.
                I have also been in the similar situation with this advocate fellow called Rajeev Mittal from Rajesthan. His number is [protected]. He has been threatening me for some payment related issue which from reliance which I have no clue about. This connection which was is disconnected in 2009 due to some technical problem by Reliance communication.

                I am sure this is fake because I have no document from reliance claiming there is a case fined against me.

                I am amazed with such ridiculous approach reliance is taking. In this case I have the right to take the company to the consumer court for metal harassment and threating calls with helping the customer solving their problems.

                I agree with the comments posted here and I plan to fight against this Man. My case is same like all of you, the connection I got it disconnected due to poor services and therewas no due pending against me.

                So we all have to make our case and even we can give it news media

He has been threatening me for some payment related issue which from reliance which I have no clue about. This connection which was is disconnected due to some technical problem by Reliance communication.

                I am sure this is fake because I have no document from reliance claiming there is a case fined against me.

                I am amazed with such ridiculous approach reliance is taking. In this case I have the right to take the company to the consumer court for metal harassment and threating calls with helping the customer solving their problems.
                I got a similar call today (25/01/2011) from mobile no. [protected] stating he was calling from Rajasthan. He said that a case had been submitted against me in Rajasthan High Court and its hearing was at 2 PM. As a humanitarian gesture he would be paying some amount on my behalf.

                I am shocked by the harrasment. I searched the net and came accross many such similar complaints as the above thread.

                In most of the complaints I reviewed, I found the user "RCOMCare" which does not give proper reply to any complaint. It just says sorry we are trying to resolve your problem and asks the person to send mail on rcom.care.

                I could not find a single complaint that was resolved.

                Even I got the same message from Rajiv Mittal advocate @[protected] saying theat the case is filed in Delhi court and your FIR submitted in nearest police station.Beware of these knd of fraud messages and give a complant on these chated persons.
                today, i also got a call from [protected] asking me for payment of some reliance landline+broadband connection that I was using when i was in bangalore in 2009. the person claimed that his name was rajeev mittal (advocate) and there were some outstanding dues against me. the connection was disconnected in june 2009 and all remaining balance was cleared after which i had shifted back to noida in august 2009. he said he was calling from mumbai but after the call when i traced his number on the internet, it was from rajasthan. he said that within one hour, a case would be filed against me unless i had some "out of court" settlement with him. friends, beware of such cheats/scamsters and don't pay them any money.
                Even I have received a call from the number [protected] saying I have due of Rs.3500/- regarding my broadband connection which I was using about 4 years ago. Their service was very very pathetic. Though there was no connectivity / service for more than 20 days bill was raised for complete one month. I asked them to raise the bill on pro rata basis but they never listened to me and even the response from their costumer care was very bad. They are demanding Rs.3500/- and why should I pay just because they raised the bill without any justice.

                This Rajiv Mittal advocate called from # [protected] and he is a big liar, he says within 1 hour if settlement is not done case will be filled in Delhi court and your FIR submitted in nearest police station.

                The big thing is I am surprised knowing that an advocate cannot speak English ! ! !

                    1.whenever I go for a recharge or top-up for my life-time validity internet data-card no. [protected], the Reliance communications company siphons of my credit amount to nil, within a few days of the top-up under one pretext or the other.
                    2.even after paying to convert to lifetime validity,whilst re-charging card,the recharge coupon expired after 30 days,vague and fraud explanations given by their customer care executives= because my core validity amount changed, “core value” “main account Value” “top- up value” etc…such confusing headings created & entire credit amount is siphoned-off.

                    Reliance Communication Data card — Mis representation cheating

                    My father is working in a limited compamny in udaipur. as he is a corporate employee he is approached by a sales executive of reliance communication for selling data card in his office. my father accepeted the proposal and told him to collect landline telephone bill from home.
                    He met me at home and asked for bill copy. I asked him what are his rental plans he told me you have to pay Rs. 1500 for unlimited browsing. I asked him what is the benefit I am getting the same plan from Idea Cellular for Rs. 395 only, Why I should spend 2800 Rs. for purchasing card and then 1500/month for aproduct which is available at 395/-

                    This fellow tells me that since your father is corporate employee we are nor charging the buying cost of Rs. 2800. And for next 2 months it is free of charge.

                    I saw profit in it. and handed the bill copy. Later I learned that he took 2800 Rs. for purchase fo data card from my father.

                    Isn't this cheating or misrepresentation.
                    I feel reliance is a cheat and fraud organisation. Beware of this company

                    Reliance Communication Data card — rectifying the plan

                    I had taken data card of reliance communicationin the month of march 2010.When i got my first bill I was shocked to see tgat it was not the same plan 200 which i had asked for but plan 799.I immediately contacted the sale executive Mr.Rajeev Chandela to rectify it but he paid to attention to my complaint.Ihad put one mail in thr same connection to [protected]@relianceservices.co.in but again no response.My connection number is [protected].

                      I have Reliance GSM prepaid and my phone number is [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs.81 for internet services on 16/07/2010 12:55:32 PM from www.rechargeitnow.com through internet banking and my transaction id is 2657368. My account got deducted with Rs. 81 and i got a message on my mobile that the recharge has been done. From that day onwards I am not able to surf the internet. Every time i called their customer care i get different answers regarding my problem and one of the representative told me there was a problem in their GPRS services. They gave me a complaint number[protected] and told me that my problem will be solved within 3 days, but my internet pack will be deactivated till then. So, I am asking that will I get a refund or an extension for this as I paid the money and Reliance did not provide the service ? Please look into these matter as it is not happening only to me there a lots of people who are facing this problems from service providers and they don't what to do or where to complain and hence the Mobile service providers are gaining profit without providing any kind of service.

I have complaint several times to its service center i.e.[protected]. But no response from their side. Moreover, I regularly inform them. But there is no effect of such complaints. Why the hell the services given to them, when they cannot solve them. Their behavior is also very rude. They have made company's reputation zero in my eye. Reliance has good name and fame but services are very-2222 poor. My Landline telephone is also provided by reliance and the number is[protected]. You will surprise it has been out of order for last about 7-8 months. It is my business number and it is published or mentioned on my visiting card, out side flex or board, in the advertisement and in the tv advertisement. Whenever, i ask them they proudly said, there is no more point/space to start your phone. You tell me, a company who has provided me such facility or charging each n every day for that, can do so.but i am away from these services. In fact, they have no fear of complaint to any person(i.e. Company head) because i have already made several complaints to their senior's email id, which are mentioned or searched by me on the net but i think whole company members are defaulter. I just fed up with all. I have prepaid connection and i am paying the charges on daily basis. but they don't care of it. This is my last step other wise i will suit a case against them. Whenever my broad net connection is out of order, they take 3-4 days to rectify it. Tell me, the person who is paying this connection on daily basis, how he can wait for it. But this time,it is enough.
                        Please resolve my problem at earliest.

                          I had surrendered my wireless land line connection bearing number 3253070 on 29 th May 2007 at Bhubaneswar and i was promised by the center head that the refund will be sent by cheque. However inspite of year long communication and number of calls , Reliance Communication is yet to refund me Rs 2800 towards security deposit and excess billed amount paid by me. I am surprised by the apathy of a company of such repute towards its customer. Every time I write a mail to the customer care center , a standard reply that we are looking about the issue comes without any result . Hope they will notice now

                            I had Reliance GSM connection having no [protected]. The company bussiness promotion unit is calling me at very often for subscribing to this or that facility very often.                               Dear Sir. I would request to consumer forum about my invest in Reliance mutual fund. I invest in jan-2008 in Reliance Mutual fund though Axis bank (Area Code : 503) Rs. : 25000/-.

I was again rejected redeemption 4 days later. The reason stated was signature mismatch on both occassion. This guy Mr Reddy in Karvy copmutershare seems to be a crook to me. He deliberetly rejects redemptions on one ground or the other with the intention of pocketing the gains from the fund when its value rises and will accept its redemption only if the value falls. The difference between the high and low goes into his pocket. Otherwise why would he reject redemptions 2 times in a matter of 5 days on flimsy grounds and from a genuine investor.                                   I had a Reliance Broadband Connection. I got it Disconnected After paying all the dues and Surrendering the MODEM of the company some one year back. Now after so much time some Lawyer is calling me on belhalf of the company from jaipur and harrasing me. he calls me and tells me that I am registering an FIR against you or else pay the money.                                   The Same is with me intrestingly. He calls from Jaipur. In my case reliance did not provide me hte service and hence did not pay the bill. Intrestingly I cannot get it disconnected unless I pay and I cannot pay because they did not provide me the service. This is mean and harrasment. There is no window of reliance to hear this case of mine.
                                  I am experiencing the same problem. I guess, this is another slimy trick being played by Reliance group who probably have engaged recovery agents, posing as advocates and calling up innocent customers like us.
                                  If we can together work on this collectively, we can file a PIL against such persons for fake representation and against RCIL (Reliance Commununications India Limited) and can get rid of this unnecessary mentally harrassment.                                       I have deactivated my sms pack 28 hours earlier before the expiration,also it has been deactivated successfully,but after the expiration date my sms pack was renewed automatically and they deducted Rs-19 from my balance.when i complained about it to the customer care they are not responding to my problem.since last8 days i am regularly trying to get back my money but they are not listening my problem and giving some rubbish explanations.i have the proof of their talking with me.....therefore i like to take action against them,and help me out to get back my money.

                                        I have raised n number of request to change my postpaid to prepaid connection, but so far I havent got any response from RelainceNet Connect.

                                        So I am forced to pay my monthly rental charges. I am lodging this complaint against RELIANCE. Please help m to get positive feedback from them.

                                        Do not go for the plan. reliance is a fraud service provider. I was using a reliance net connect prepaid for many months. as per the request of the sales officer at reliance showroom palarivattom cohin i changed the connection into postpaid. the offer he gave me was unlimited usage for 449 per month. after the activation, on the 5th day I got a bill of 869. when called the customer care they told me that they do not have a 449 plan and my current plan is 50 paise per minute plan. and they disconnected the service after few days. anyways I am happy that i could use the net freely for few days as I am not gonna pay the bill, whatever happens. The Bangalore style Gundaism of collection executives is not possible in Kerala.Thanks ambani, for your service

                                        Reliance netconnect does not have the facility to convert post paid to pre-paid service. When I brought my Reliance netconnect dongle from a sales person he told me that after 3 months usage post paid can be converted to pre paid. Now after 12 months usage when I mailed to Reliance netconnect to change from post paid to prepaid connection they replied me that there is no such facility. By the way having such a bitter experience with such service provider I decided to suspend my connection permanently. They replied me the service will be suspended within 7 days. And I am unable to connect the service by the next day of my service suspension request. Therefore to get rid of it the only way is to suspend the post paid connection and take a new prepaid connection.
                                        I experience fraud from reliance web store in Dreams Mall, Bhandup. I tried to convert my post paid to pre paid
                                        and they accepted request accepted money but did not give me receipt mentioning that there is no receipt book available that day and next few days it will come and then they can provide. In two days my connection was converted to pre paid and I thought since job is done no need to collect receipt. But after one month I received a bill from Reliance. Since I am able to use my prepaid connection I did not bother. But now when I wanted to change to other service provider . Some Swift Enterprises comapny in Andheri on behalf of Reliance sent me some kind of legal notice via email... I totally shocked... I believe there is fraud from reliance or their appointed web store cotractor guys...
