I raised a request to migrate my postpaid number to pre paid. I raised this request with "Reliance Communication Centre, Lingampally".
The lady there initially suggested a reduced rental plan. Which I accepted. However, the rental was not reduced and i was charged according to the older rental.

I have registerred a Complaint regarding Do not call facility bearing request No. 2570637 (Mobile No- [protected]) to Reliance Gsm Customer care, after my msg i have received a call from Mumbai for their confirmation but still the disturbance remains same daily three- four calls and two-three Sms is being sent By the company. I have received approx 20 SMS per day at 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
I don't know why you have send such type of sms.I have registered my mobile no ([protected]) on DND.
But its take 45 days to activating.Why you have not any process to stop sending these type of sms immediately.I have really irritating and want to complaints against Reliance in consumer court. I have searching such any process for complaint....

I have never subscribed to this service in the first place, let alone renew it.
