Subject: Request for activation the connection “Reliance No:[protected]”

Dear Sir / Madam,

This letter is to bring to your kind attention that I was using your Reliance Mobile connection No.[protected] in the name of Yogesh Singh, earlier this connection was in name of Company (XXXXXX). I am using the same reliance no:[protected] since February 22, 2006.

But now the same connection has been terminated without my information / consent. I am good pay master and I always pay on time; you can check my previous record. Now I would like to point out here that I have not received the pending bills from reliance communication from January 2010. But still I have sent Mr. Devendra on my behalf to Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301 just to inquire why they are not sending the pending bills to me since January 2010. Customer care executive Ms.Akshika over there told me that your connection has been terminated due to non payment. She did not give the reason of not sending the pending bills, instead she told Mr.Devendra to pay the outstanding of Rs.750/- after that your connection will be activated within 24 hours. He immediately pay the outstanding amount in cash of Rs.750/- as per the receipt no. S[protected] dated: 30 April 2010.

As informed, the connection is still inactive, and 24 hour had gone. Then on 1 May 2010 Mr. Devendra again visited Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301, just to know the reason why the connection is still inactive. Customer care executive Ms.Akshika told him that the said connection can not be activated and she did not give any proper reply to him. Then the next day as on 03 May 2010 I myself visited Reliance Communication, Sector – 18, Noida UP 201301 and requested Ms.Akshika to activate the connection. She again told me that your connection has been terminated due to non payment. I told her that I did not receive any bills since January 2010. I also told her that I made on account payment of Rs.500/- via cheque
248068, Dated: 28.02.10 for Rs.500/- Corporation Bank, Sartia Vihar, New Delhi – 110092 and dropped the same cheque in drop box of reliance sector 18, Noida.I requested her to check the same. But she did not want to check the same and she reluctantly told me to leave the issue here and buy a new connection. I also told her that no notification, no phone call, no letter to sent to me for the termination. Then how can you disconnect the same without customer consent. I have tried my level best to let her know the scenario but no avail.

I have also complained with nodal officer but no positive response from them.

As earlier informed to you that I am using the same no since February 22, 2006 and this no is damn important to me, so I request you to please solve the issues as soon as possible and activate my connection with immediate effect, otherwise I will have to take legal action for the same.

An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

    *Request to terminate the services against above referred A/c.No. given on 05.04.2010.

    * Received the acknowledgement for the same vide RE: ADAG=[protected] at 19.49 PM on 05.04.2010 -the service request ID No.[protected] was provided & we were asked to return the instrument from Broadband Customer Care(Mr.Vishal Kamble).

    * Received the SMS on mobile No.[protected] 0n 06.04.2010 at 09.12:51 confirming that the service Request No.12371506 has been processed.

    * Received the bill No.[protected] dtd.19.04.2010 for Rs.257.42 with due date 10.05.2010 for period from 19.03.2010 to 05.04.2010 against our above request.
    * The payment for the same was made on 03.05.2010 vide chq.No.396650 for Rs.257.42 of Syndicate bank,Navrangpura Brach,Ahmedabad.
    Ne bill was raised dated 23.05.2010 for Rs.129.09.
    * On approaching , verbal instructions were received that we should ignore this since there was some communication problem in their office. However, they refused to acknowledge our written complain with an excuse that their system do not permit to give acknowledgment.
    * Received another bill dated 23.06.2010 Rs. 25/= with a demand for Total Rs.153.09.
    When Complained to their nodal office, the stock reply was received that billing made is correct & we should pay.

    Is not this a case of cheating the customers for demanding the charges to the servicies not provided at all ?
    Is customer not deprived of their rights ?
    Should this complain to be taken to the Consumer Forum for betterment of Consumers ?

      For the last 3 weeks I have been trying for Circle transfer of my phone ,which I am unable to do because o[censored]nnecessary cumbersome process. As directed from your customer service section I have visited one customer service centre at Poonam Nagar, Andheri (E). But they informed that the same cannot be processed at their end. Through a nearby reliance shop I have tried for the same and submitted my changed address proof , Copy of Pan Card and Photo. Now one week over after submitting these documents but I am yet to receive any information in this matter.
      I have been a subscriber of reliance for the last 8 years and for the last 3 weeks I am paying roaming charges, which have become a burden for me.
      Please do the needful .My phone numbers are [protected] &[protected].

        Below Trailing is my Complaint Details in which there is no any Healthy revert received from any one till time.

        Dear Mr.Jaiprakash Pandey,

        Now how much time would you people require to resolve my Long Pending issue.,is there any time frame or i have to Claim all the Amount paid against the different Data Card device provided and the plan activated with your own.
        What is goin on in Reliance i'm totally surprised to see such type o[censored]nprofessional customer responsiveness from your end and decided to put my Complaint with Consumer Court for returning my paid amount against this device and high compensation due to some unhealthy professionals working in RIL as reliance Representatives with unorganized working i have faced a huge loss during your improper services & i'm definetly going to take immediate action if things are not settled down with immediate effect.

        HOPE U People DO Take CARE.

          Customer care / reliance backend team closes complaints without actually solving the problem. Therefore the customer keeps waiting for solution.

          When you complain again, they dont re-open the old complain but register new complain and start their complain counter time from there.

          Same complain dated 22nd june 2010 - no action (since today is 23rd june). and i'm sure it is going to be the same! - They will close by their backend without confirming from the customer if the problem is acutally solved.

          I have broadband internet connection in my home with landline phone (Rs 499 per month plan). My consumer no is[protected]. I have got installtion in month of March-2011.

          From May1st, I am not able to connect the internet at all so seems there is some network issue. For the same I registered complaint of which service no is CNM[protected].

          I have already written below mail to following email IDs:
          [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com

          After that despite several calls on call center 30333333 or toll free no. nobody picking the calls to resolve the problem. In previous call, somebody from call cneter told me your problem will be solved within next 24 hours. But now 18 days spent nobody taking care the problem nor answering anything.

          Remember if this continues I will disconnect the reliance broadband. I have not seen so lazy and careless call center like reliance. They only think of new connections not worries about customer service.

          Can you please look into the matter urgently within next 10 hours

          If I will not able to use internet, I can't pay the bill for current month. please reply to same email ID or at [protected]@hsbc.co.in or call me on below cell.

            SERVICE by RELIANCE BROADBAND - NEVER TAKE ANY RELIANCE SERVICES ESPECIALLY BROADBAND.

            Connection wiring done on 16th June – However this is not working – Installation INCOMPLETE!
            3 complaints in one week of installation!!!

            Complains dated, 16th June was closed by backend without solving the problem – therefore I reopened on 19th calling customer care.

            Complain dated 19th June was closed by backend without solving the same problem – therefore I reopened on 22nd calling customer care.

            Complain dated 22nd June has no follow-ups till now.

            WORST SERVICE EVER! - SINCERE ADVICE, PLS DO NOT TAKE RELIANCE BROADBAND.

            I had applied for Reliance wireline broadband connection:

            Cheque no: 690392, dated 25 May for Rs. 500 towards installation!

            Your sales representative bugged me for 3 days continuously to get the documents & cheque Rs. 500 towards installation.
            Once I have provided the documents and cheque there has been no response/no calls/no intimations – 8 days now!
            I have not even been provided with a contact number from your representative or from your call centre.

            I have called call center and registered complaint several times.
            The response is: We will forward the request to sales and they will get back to you in 24 hours – which has never happened so far!!!


            Is your team full of incapable people / full of cheaters? Either of it is definitely true – pls confirm which one is true!
            Pls also confirm if there will be any action from your side on installation / atleast response ?? Else I will have to visit the consumer court & media to resolve this matter!

            worst service ! worst and corrupted call center ! even on toll free no they are not picking the customer calls

            i am using the products from various companies having call centers but I have not seen such a lazy and foolish call centers, they are not picking the calls indicates that how they can solve our problems

            we need to come all together and bring up this issue with reliance head office or cosumer forum or even through media

              Firstly I am receiving just too many call and sms everyday. Not only that I lately realize that reliance network unnecessarily cuts off my prepaid balance for caller tunes and some other value added services for which I never gave my consent to them, infact some of the services I did not even heard of. I think this is ethically a very bad corporate practice and I will urge the concern people to sue the Reliance Telecom over this issues.

                Hi my name is Pankaj Chadha and I purchased a reliance net connect in march 2010, post which my life has been made hell with regular harassment from Reliance group. Within 20 days of getting it activated after submitting valid proof and validation done the connection was terminated stating the verification report was not submitted. I called customer care number and no body was ready to help they just directed me to different center saying they cannot do anything. Somehow after chasing them for 2 weeks or so it was activated. And I was paying my bills regularly via my credit card bill pay system when suddenly on 1 june 2020 i come to know that the connection has been terminated again and this time its not because of verification or billing issues but it has not been used at all, whereas i have been using it regularly as i am a frequent traveller.

                I have been chasing them from last 2 weeks no body is giving me an answer and even there nodal officer is not responding to the query. I would like to take this matter to the consumer court as being a customer i have rights to know whats going on I have paid my bills and a a proof have forwarded all my documents to them and they are just making me go under mental harassment.

                  My name is Nisthar and Iam using Relaince CDMA for the past 7 months.I am really frustrated about my loss of money from prepaid account.Simply they are deducting amount frequently from my account and if I complaint to customer care ,they would say that was a system error.Last week I lost Rs.30 from my account, and I got a message that you have activated FM Package.Actually I did not activate.Then I contacted customer care and they agreed that was activated automatically and I would get my money back within two days.I waited for 5 days and I called again,this time they told the activation was from my side.This is really a cheating going on here transperently.This type of deduction happened many times in my experience.I hope this will consider in serious.

                  I'm just frustated of making complaints again and again and again.

Before application he came my home many times without any intimation and forced me to take landline and broadband connection just to reaches his own monthly target. He take Rs.500/- cheque of cheque no-446616 of Citi Bank dated 04/06/10 in favour of RCIL A/C RIS. He commit me that I will get landline and broadband connection within 7 days. My money is deducted from my account. I also logged complaint to reliance customer care at [protected]@relianceada.com from [protected]@gmail.com as well on[protected] from my mb no [protected] but still i did not get satisfactory answer from their end. As my Rs.500/- stuck my accound I could not afford for take a new connection of other operator. As well my office and personal work is affected due to this delay.
                    When I call to Mr. Shoaib, he did not respond properly, and now he is saying that my area is not feasible for connection, He should have to say this before collecting the cheque. He cheat with me.

                    Reliance Communication — misguided by the company and mental harashment

                    I am a postpaid user of Relience mobile. i have a postpaid mobile connection [protected] with the name of sandeep kumar trivedi.I submitted all of my previous bills on time, submitted all the documents to the relience infocom office. But without any prior intemation relience barred incoming and out going call facility of my connection on 14 Jan 2010 midnight. I tried to take information from relience customer care on 15 jan 2010 but they simply said this is fault of relience infocom otherwise your all details are 'okay'. I visited to Relience Infocom office in Noida(U.P.) , sector-18 on 15th . They check my status and told me that your all documents are dispatched on 29th december 2009 and from their side every thing is okay. They send some mail to some authority and give me the assurance that my phone will starts working within 1 hours. But its not done. I visited to relience infocom office again on 16th january on afternoon and they assured me that my phone will starts working on evening. BUt still my phone didnt activated. So i move to Relience infocome again and this time they told me that their backend process is not working on Saturday and sunday. But they told me that they will try on sunday to reactivate my connection.
                    On sunday they(Relience infocom) people told me that my phone will be activated on Monday means 18 Jan 2010 but they didnt start my phone on monday I visited to their office on Monday evening and they told me that due to some technical reason its not done yet and phone will surly activated on tuesday(19 jan 2010) afternoon. But its 5.30 evening on 19 jan 2010 but my phone is still deactivated.
                    i am facing a lot of mental tension since last 5 days visited to thier office several times. I am not able to be in touch with any of my professional or personal contacts. I lost 2 interview calls.

                      I raised a request to migrate my postpaid number to pre paid. I raised this request with "Reliance Communication Centre, Lingampally".
                      The lady there initially suggested a reduced rental plan. Which I accepted. However, the rental was not reduced and i was charged according to the older rental.
                      I went again and mentioned my intention to migrate to prepaid. They took the request and I got a call form a guy requesting the reason for migration.

                      In the discussion, he offered me to increase the number of free minutes by another 100/-. I rejected that offer and requested if that can be done for my other postpaid number. He accepted the request and the call ended.
                      But to my surprise, they migrated my other number to prepaid. I immediately called back, at first he did not accept the mistake but after some reprimanding, he accepted the mistake, apologized and said it will be done in 2 days.
                      I gave him 4 days. When I called up the number it is switched off. I called the customer care, they don't have a case history and took a fresh complaint.
                      I went personally to the reliance communications center and submitted the pre-to-post migration request even though it was not my mistake and though I was not willing to do so initially. The folks had promised to collect the documents next morning and even now the status is as is. they mentioned they want an id proof. when I took the pain to take the ID proof their office, they wanted an address proof.
                      It has been 15 days to this day and the connection is still not active.

                      It is like saying... as long as the phone is working, don't touch it. if you do try to change it, damned.
                      I have escalated the issue to the following mail ids but no use.

                      I would suggest everyone not to go for reliance getting tempted by their offers. Atleast not postpaid.

                      I have had similar experience with their Reliance Broadband+ post paid connection. They had sent me a 13000/- bill which they finally agreed to waive off after 3 months of struggle. I immediately terminated the connection.

                      Right now I am planned to move all my reliance services to prepaid.

                          Sir,
                          I have received approx 20 SMS per day at 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
                          I don't know why you have send such type of sms.I have registered my mobile no ([protected]) on DND.
                          But its take 45 days to activating.Why you have not any process to stop sending these type of sms immediately.I have really irritating and want to complaints against Reliance in consumer court. I have searching such any process for complaint.

                                SUBJECT :- NON ACCEPTANCE OF AMOUNT OF REFUND CHEQUE.

                                Sir,
                                I Hiraben P. Makwana had subscribed for your Reliance India Phone service Dated:-20/10/2003 having Account no. [protected] and Tel. phone no. [protected] for which I had paid a deposit amount of Rs.1800/-(receipt no.[protected]. My service started on 01/11/2003 in the scheme of Rs.590/- per month which was converted to Rs.290/- per month after 4 years i.e. on 14/01/2007.

                                However I wanted to discontinue the service for which I wrote an application of discontinuation dated 29/08/2009 having returned the TERMINAL and AERIAL to the above Customer Care Centre. My service was discontinued for which I received a SERVICE TERMINATION LETTER dated 02/03/2010(REQUEST ID:[protected]. I was told by the Customer Care Centre that my DEPOSIT REFUND would be handed over after 3 months. Thereafter I got a refund of Rs.41/- only which is not the refund I am eligible to receive that I paid at the time of subscription, that is Rs.1800/-. I would further like to inform you that I have been told by the Customer Care that the amount of Rs.41/- is the only balance in my credit of deposit amount, the reason being my first bill cycle was of Rs.2055/- which is NOT TRUE as per my scheme of Rs.590/-.

                                My bill payments have been regular and updated from the very first bill to the time of cancellation. I was also disappointed by the response I got from the Customer Care Centre and feel like cheated by the company in this matter. I would like you to look into the matter and refund my deposit amount of Rs.1800/- immediately.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have purchased abroadband connection number [protected] by paying full one year advance payment(Rs 9750 appr) for the plan of 750.

                                  However i have not yet started using this connection as i have purchased this for my trips outside mumbai.

                                  However after initial two months period in ,third month i was sent the bill for RS 457 for the use over and above the 2 Gb free use.(please note that even during first two months i have not used any bytes.)

                                  I did approached the reliance web at shivaji park dadr and brought this to the notice and lodged the complain.Without any result and my connection was disconnected but the monthly rental is being charged for next two month all this is because i have paid the amount in advance.

                                  In order to prevent wastage of money i have requested for the disconnection of the line but instead of that i am still being harrashed by charging the rent insoite of the line being disconnected and calls are made by unscupolus agents.

                                  Please do the needful by refunding the amount after decducting the monthly rentals for initial two months.

                                  I am a customer of reliance GSM service.It is a wastage of money as they providing crape network. No signals or network money times specially evening to next morning.They says that in 79 they gives Night calling free 11pm to 6 am and many time cuts balance.without clicking any button or without request they starts many services and cuts balance I paid 200 rs manytimes in a month.They are providing customer care services on 50 paisa but their representatives speak what they want they will not listen your problem.If you request one problem again to make them understable they will disconnect the call.

                                    In my previous entry, I had mentioned the kind of cheating that was done to me by relaince. Also i mentioned the reasons of disconnecting my account. I had asked for a waiver as I was charged for so many days that I didn't even use the connection.I repeatedly had email conversation & Mr Sanjay & also his senior had called at different times wherein they agreed for the waiver. They also told me that they are giving me waiver & i dont need to pay the bill. I told them that I want to terminate the account as am fed up of the service. They agreed. When the billing section called, I mentioned this to them & asked them, to contact Mr Sanjay & his senior who had called. Thereafter I didn't receive any call from the billing department. They terminated my account & also I submitted the modem given by them. The guy who took the modem told me that you would get your modem deposited amount within few days of when he submits the modem to the company.
                                    As I didn't get any further call regarding the refund, I called the customer care today at around 9:30am. He started arguing. When I asked him to check the details of my account & the installation amount, etc, this person had no details. He was just speaking in the air. And to top it, he started telling me that your amount approx Rs 1400 is showing due. I explained him about the waiver, Mr Sanjay etc. He started further arguing. He was extremely rude, impolite and indecent. In the end I had to disconnect my call.

                                    My due amount is yet showed in their system wherein their committments & what they spoke with me was entirely different.

                                    I have heard from few people that Reliance is a Gunda company & that they have a different "Vasooli people" who they hire to take money from the people. They say something else & do something else. Am really fed up & don't know who to trust!!!!

                                      I recieved a message saying "Your subscription to Music Station has been renewed at Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe send Unsub 1945 to 155223"

                                      On sending Unsub 1945 to 155223 it says
                                      "Dear Customer, this pack does not exist. Please send request again with correct keyword"

                                      I have never subscribed to this service in the first place, let alone renew it.
                                      On calling customer care today I have been told that "Our systems are slow today".
                                      This is complete fraud on part of Reliance and is resulting in major waste of time for me.

                                      I hadn't subscribe for 51234 service, i never use it. but from the last one month they always cut Rs.10.00 from my balane for the sake of this service. i talked to their customer care many time but i never got any satisfactory response from them.
