Reliance Communications — no action against complaint lodged on no 3G connection | |||
I had bought a reliance 3G sim on 4th september. The number is [protected] for Rs.400. The offer was 3G net data of 2GB for 3 successive months. But for past 1 week I could not connect to internet for even a single instance. The H+ sign is flickering. For most of the time there is even no sign only. I had complaint to the customer care on 27th September. They had given me SR no.[protected]. But after that whenever I m calling they are unable to tell when my problem will be solved nor the progress of repair. Was this information helpful? | |||
