Migration of Plan

recharge fraud

Not fully Receive full 3G data

Balance deduction without any information

I am not getting 3g data!!

Hello, I recharged my prepaid reliance [protected] with 123 rs pack on 14 October but I only got 500mb of data! Later I again recharged it with the same pack and again got 500 mb so I talked to customer care and got the remaining 500 mb. But still there is remaining 500mb of the other day. Fraudulent charges

I am a subscriber of Reliance No. [protected]. On last 3 occasion they had deducted charges for downloading a game which I didn't downloaded & also I am using a basic phone which do not support download. On complaining they reversed the amount after deducting the sms charges, which I did not make. Again on 14.10.2013 they had deducted Rs. 15/- towards the game download along with sms charges of Rs. 3/-. It has become a regular practice...

Always activating some services automatically and charging for it

issue Wrong recharge
