I am using reliance no. [protected]. Sms pack 19rs/month was activated on my no. which was going to renew on 28th september 2013. But it didnt got renewed. So i asked customer care about that and they said to wait till 24 hours. I called many times, almost 10 times but they gave same reply. They told that my no. has been forwaded. I asked where it has been forwaded then they didnt answered. Even one executive got angry on me. And now today they said it cant be renewed as the scheme got closed and it is available only for old customers. He said there must not be enough balance for renewal. But infact my balance was 54rs at that time. Now they are telling that if its not renewed within 10days then i cant get that pack. Means till now they were lieing. One of the execute gave me no of Mr. Sudir, zonal head but got same response from there. They lied. And now they are not even accepting their fault.

    Beware! Reliance NetConnect is overcharging its customers. On 13.2.2013 I bought a Reliance 3G Broadband connection ([protected]) for Rs.750/- p.m for 5B unlimited download. Despite my repeated complaints about inflated bill, from the 2nd month Reliance is now sending me bill of Rs. 842/- p.m and my broadband Internet has been disconnected since 5.5.2013 They did not give me any copy of document I had signed and need now. It only proves that they want to exploit the customers. On 16.5.2013 I their website:http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal made the following offer: Broadband USB Data Cards: Postpaid Plans B) Unlimited Internet PLANS 5 GB Unlimited ...Bill Amount Rs.750/-per month A Bill amount includes everything. Now my question is: Why is Reliance Communications adding taxes to Rs.750/- ? I REQUEST TRAI AND DOT TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS MISSELLING AND IMPOSE PENALTY FOR THIS FRAUD. This unethical practice must be stopped and my connection be restored. As Reliance could not produce monthwise break-up of its inflateded dues, it's employing lawyers to issue threats. TRAI SHOULD IMPOSE PENLTY ON R.COM FOR DUPING ITS CUSTOMERS. DR.SWAPAN KUMAR BANERJEE, KOLKATA

        I held a Reliance 3G dongle 7.2 Mbps with an active plan of Rs 250 p.m.(Connection no.[protected] (RIM).). This year in March I wanted to keep my device in custody due to non-usage for next few months. I was informed that you have to mandatorily pay Rs.100 for each month of non-usage. I found the cost to be unnecessary and made a request for termination of connection. Later In the Week, I received call from their local product team in Mumbai saying that you are a priviliged customer and we are sad to lose you.As result, we will offer you a plan giving certain data usage @ Rs 100. This way I could keep me cost to minimum and have value for the money also. I agreed. Next 15 days, I came to know that my connection is still active as per old plan and the customer service team or retention team is not aware of any offer made by product team.Next I received a bill as per old plan only.I was terribly angry at the service and tried sending mails to nodal team but did not recive any response. I made fresh request for termination of connection to avoid further bills. Needless to say, I refused to pay the previous month bill which was apprporaite under the circumstance. Fast forward to 6 months, I received a legal notice threatning punitve action against me. This is BAD Company which uses all its might to HARASSS and BULLY customer.After causing so much loss (device cost of Rs 2000, also had to buy a new device of TATA PHOTON) and pain to me, they slapped a legal notice. GUYS IT IS MY EARNEST REQUEST TO YOU NOT TO BUY RELIANCE DEVICES OR ANY RELIANCE PRODUCT IN FUTURE. After paying so heavily you certainly dont deserve to be harrassed mentally. I have now wisely chosen TATA PHOTON and would recommend you the same. The cost may be liitle high but certainly saves you from MISERY.plz dont ignore it.I have solely written this long piece so as to prevent ignorant/busy people in falling into traps o[censored]nethical companies like RELIANCE. TO RELIANCE, Dont expect me to provide you my new to hound me for payment. IF any body at reliance is seriously is concerned abt customer griveance, SEND AN APOLOGY LETTER TO ME AND WITHDRAWA THE LEGAL NOTICE SEND TO ME. Reach me on my registered email ID.

          Hi, I got a call from Phone number - [protected] saying complained failed against me in Delhi high court. he asked me to contact the advocate ([protected]) named Gautam. I have been asked to pay an amount of 1410, otherwise i need to appear in court. reliance modem no:[protected] I paid all the dues and convert my postpaid mobile to prepaid mobile. My caseid is[protected]. But from reliance they filed case against me not paying bill. After converting to prepaid they generated bill. please do need ful and I also send email to reliance customer care the reference Id is reliance=[protected]. please close my connection.               This is the second time, the Reliance Broadband is not working because they are having issues with their DLC box. I assume they don't pay their rents.

              Chronological events:
              21-12/2014 -> I filed a complained at around 9 Am that the broadband was not working. I was told it would be fixed within 24 hours. No reason given for problem except being told everything is fine on their end.

              22/12/2014 -> Not resolved as of 9AM. Called the helpline again, and I was told it would be resolved within few hours. I called the guy who installed the connection at my premises, Mr.B*****, and he toldm e that there is a probem with DLC Box. Says request has been expedited.
              At 3PM -> The problem was still not resolved. I called the helpline, and I was told by Mr.K***** that the connection will be restored by 7PM. There is a problem with DLC box. Says request has been expedited again!
              At 7PM -> The problem was still no resolved. I was told that the connection would be restored by 10AM tomorrow morning. The CS rep did not know what was wrong including any information about the DLC box. Says request has been expedited yet again, and marked urgent!

              23/12/2014
              10:15AM - > Problem not resolved. Called the helpline again. Mr. N*****, says I have expedited your complaint and technical department is looking into it. I am told the problem will be resolved by noon. As of 2.10PM, the problem still exists. He further tried giving me an email address to contact the regional officer. How am I supposed to send an email without internet access? If they can't solve it via phone complaints, I have no hope of them doing anything from request sent to a generic [protected]@ email address.

              This is the second time this is happening. A couple of months back, similar thing happened whereby Reliance failed to pay the rent to their landlord for DLC box. Guess, what the customer doesn't get any adjustment for the bill unless the disruption has been for 72 hours. Even if they restore it for 1 minute, you are no longer eligible for refund.

              From this experience, all I can say is that their customer service is pathetic, and that, would be an understatement.

              I am having trouble in my connection since 13.4.2015 and even after numerous followup on phone with customer care my problem is not solved, i have received repeated calls for reminder for payment of my broadband bill which actually i am not being able to use for over a month and half now and on informing the telecaller they always assure me that it will take a note of complain and service will be activated in 2 days however post 2 days again i get a call to pay the bill without starting the service.

              I request you to pls let me use the services for which i have to pay the bills and only charge me for those period where you had provided me the services.

              You can understand how it feels like to pay for the services which you actually have not received.

              My name is Roxy from Baroda, Gujarat. My Reliance Broadband User ID is[protected].
              Had many problems with Reliance Broadband since long and many times I found the solution for the same but lately, as Reliance always do.
              Now having some problems again from last 2 months. In the month of May, 2015 my internet stopped working on 14th, I launched the complain for same with ID[protected]. Again on 28th with ID[protected] and on 29th with ID[protected]. Got solution in all complaints. Now here is second problem, again my internet is not working from 8th June, 2015 and again I launched my complaint with ID[protected]. They always use to give 24 hours to all customers but I don’t know how they define this time in their language? I use to call them each and every day but always they asked me to wait for 24 hours but not even single engineer visit done to my place or not a single follow up call came to me from any of Reliance staff. I asked them to give local office address for broadband problems. They sent me address too and I visited the place then I came to know that company is not here from many months on this address (even Reliance Broadband team doesn’t know where their office is located). I asked them to terminate my internet with ID[protected] on 10th June on which they did not take any action. Now again after many call on daily basis on 15th June, 2015 at night time around 9 PM my internet got started. On 16th June they called me and asked that we have just received your termination request (which I have launched on 10th June). It means they have not taken any steps to my termination also. I came to know that why I had frequent disconnections from Reliance and the answer will shock you too, Reliance use third party’s premises to install DP from which they give connection to particular area and for the same Reliance has to pay some amount as a rent to that party, whose premises they use. In my case Reliance did not paid rent to the party for long 6 months. Because of that the party was not allowing to use their premises. Where I think the party is right. Now I’m asking for waiver (ID[protected] as my net was not working for many days, Reliance has rejected my waiver request.
              Now somehow my internet got started on 15th June, 2015 again I had a bad day on 18th June, 2015 and my internet got stopped. Again I launched complaint with my ID[protected], they again told me to wait 24 hours. For another 2-3 days no engineer visit has been done. Again I started to call them on daily basis. After 5-6 days they told me that some ‘wire cut’ and ‘cascate’ issue is happened in my area. They asked me to wait for 48 hours this time. On 30th of June, I called them then they told me that you have to wait as we are running out of material and not sure how many days it will take. I’m already waiting for 12-13 days still no solution is given on my side. In between I asked to terminate my account so I can go to another internet service provider. But they are not taking my termination request. One side I’m not using my internet means my net is totally dead and another side they reject to give any kind of waiver.
              I hope I get either my internet started with waiver for all not working days or I get termination from Reliance so I can switch to another company.

                My bill generation date is 22nd of every month. I call them on 21st and request that please change my plan to a new one. I am ready to pay for the existing billing cycle and want a new plan from the new cycle. They say that you will need to wait for entire next cycle and then only it can be done. It seems I should inform them 2-3 days before bill generation date. They- Reliance customer care ( Yuvrani - supervisor) Nothing in their legal terms of service mentions that. Also it seems they can't terminate my connection before the next entire cycle- which mind you hasn't even begun. This is fleecing the customers. Please have a look at this.

                  Reliance pormote that they will give 1 gb internet data in Rs123 how ever i have done that couple of times and they only have given 500 mb every time .i have called their customer services couple of time but instead of helping they only ignore me me and every tell me that their systems are not working ..please help

                  My mobile number -+91-[protected].I have recharged Rs 296, 2g data plan(6GB, 90 days) on 17th April 2015 and used that plan up to 12th may and that day also my account balance was showing that 4GB data balance up to 16th July 2015 and on 13th may I recharged a 3g data plan of Rs75(1GB 10days).On 15th may my 3g pack get finished and now my remaining 4GB 2G balance they have deducted. I called customer care they are saying we don't have information regarding that recharge.After two time called to customer care they blocked my mobile number and I called from another number they are saying regarding this issue we are forwarding your call to our senior, but after waiting a long time senior cutting the call.My transaction details given below.

                      I am a reliance gsm user and my reliance gsm mobile no is [protected]. I had recharged Rs.123 3G Net pack for 1GB data on 14 oct'13. But I had received only 477MB data. I had to called customer care. Customer care said that you will be receive data automatically after 48 hours. But I have not received any data. My Complain no is[protected]. I think that reliance communication is only involved in doing fraud. they are not interested to give good services but only want money from its customer without proper service.

                        I have taken a reliance netconnect plus connection from bangalore with details as below: MDN- [protected] RSN- AZTCDC[protected]. I requested for the closure of this connection on July 2013, as i got transferred to Hyderabad. My closure reference and all details as below: Case id[protected] Closer reference id as communicated to me by online customer care representative(Divya)--- [protected]. She asked me to make all due payments by august and clear my pending amount. But later i still get bills and calls from different reliance outlet numbers saying i have some pending amount. So i decide to clear all dues and i went to reliance outlet near my place in Hyderabad, near laalbungalow. and i was confirmed that if i make a payment of Rs 304.00 on 12th Oct 2013, which is pending, i wont get any further bills from reliance, assuring me a complete closure. but still today i got bill stating a pending amount balance Rs 163.00 even today. kindly look into this, as its getting very serious and really causing me to escalate to higher authorities to have complete and final solution.

                          I bought a new connection of Reliance from the authorised outlet of noida sector 12, its been more than 10 days.As per the process i have submitted my documents with the form.The head of that outlet told me that till 8 my number will be activated but nothing happened.I waited till 2 days for some response from their side.Then when i went there i got totally shocked, my form got rejected because there was some issue in the documents according to them.Now the thing which was really bad on their part was without intimating me one of the person of that store filled up my form, and he filled it up with so many mistakes and he forwarded to the company and again my form got rejected.After that i filled up my form again and affixed a new photograph on it and submitted it again.Now on that very day only after the tele verification was sucessfully completed my number got activated.Till 5 to 6 days my number was working perfectly fine.Suddenly on thursday night they deactivated my number and stopped all the services on my number.When i went to the outlet they said that company have changed their process everything was fine but at the final stage of the activation process company rejected my form again and there was no reason as such.The seniors of the company are so casual about this.They are not at all taking it seriously.The people of that outlet are very bad.They dont even know how to handle customers.And Reliance services are very disappointing and dissatisfying.Because of the people who are sitting in the backend, dont even realise the problem of their customers.I have really got agitated with this process

And the way they treated me was absolutely disappointing.One of the employee started fighting with my friend and instead of giving an apology, they started blaming us. I am totally disappointed with services which you guys are offering. Contact me as soon as possible.

                            Rs. 3 deducted from my main balance 3-4 days back. I asked to Reliance customer care executive, he replied that I will get this amount back within 24 hours. After 24 hours again I asked to your customer care executive about this amount (which I did not get back in my main balance), Reliance spoke person replied that he has information of only three days and if I want any prior information, I need to call upon 155223. I telephoned to that number but nobody replied. Then again I called to reliance and their spoke person suggested me to message “START 0” and send it to 1909, and then no amount will going to deduct from my account without informing me. I did the same. Still Rs.15 deducted from my main balance last mid-night (between 18.10.2013 and 19.10.2013) without any message or call. Today morning I asked to your spoke person ANUJ (as per Relaince feedback message, I received) and he said that he gets information after 24 hours only and then I have to call and ask him about the same. I have mailed earlier also but no reply from Reliance customer care department. This is not the first time when my balance amount deducted. Many times I have registered my complaint but result is nil.

                            Again Reliance communication deducted amount from my main balance.

                            I recharged my number with special recharge voucher of Rs.599 on December 10, 2013. As per this recharge I got R to R Local free and STD 4000 mins, Validity - 28 days. From morning of December 13, 2013 My balance had been cut and when balance reached at Rs.0, I could not make any call to Reliance STD number.

                            I dropped a mail to Reliance customer care but nobody replied. I contacted to customer care number where spoke person "MEHBOOB" told me that within 4 hours I can make calls again and those charges were deducted by company's mistake. After 14 hours I dropped a mail again. Now it is more than 20 hours and still I can not make any call. My service request number is[protected].

                            Every month I recharge my number with the same recharge voucher and it works accordingly but this time it doesn't. I want to know, why should I pay again?

                              Dear Sir/Madam My Reliance GSM Mobile No. is[protected] I am using this no. for the past 10 months. But i am facing problem regarding activation o[censored]nwanted services by you. I have faced this problem several times in past on your network. Every time i used to call to customer care to deactivate these services & refund the balance deducted & Customer Care do the same they used to deactivate service & refund the balance every time. Till then i was quite satisfied that at least the company refund my balance. But this time Rs. 14 deducted by you on activation of SMS Pack & the same was not activated by me. This time When i made call to customer care to deactivate the service & refund the money they put me on hold for long time & after that have disconnected my call. This seems to be highly irresponsible behaviour from your side. So please refund my money at the earliest & in future if you continue this practice of activation o[censored]nwanted service i am sorry to say but i have to discontinue/port Mobile number. I would like to mention here that last time i talk to customer care was Ms. Jyoti after disconnection of call but she could not make sure that the money will be refunded.                                 Hello, I recharged my prepaid reliance [protected] with 123 rs pack on 14 October but I only got 500mb of data! Later I again recharged it with the same pack and again got 500 mb so I talked to customer care and got the remaining 500 mb. But still there is remaining 500mb of the other day. I again talked to them about this but they cut off my call! !!! Plz refund my remaining data!

                                  I hold a 7.2 Mbps white colored Reliance 3g dongle.I wanted to keep it in custody due to non-usage for next 3 months.But customer care team informed abt the charges which wer very high. I cancelled the request for custody and made fresh request for deactivation of account. Then after 2-3 days, I recieved a call from product team giving me a special offer, where I just had to pay a small amount for custody and I will be given equivalent data usage also.I agreed and Cancelled the request for deactivation. Then after few days I came to know that the customer/retenetion team is not aware of the offer given by product team.As result they did not process it.In the meanwhile, my bill came with full month charges. I refused to pay it but they wer insistent, Finally I made request again for closure of account. I did not pay the bill obviously. After six months they sent a legal notice. I regret the decision of buying a reliance product even after being told about terribly practices by the company. I had wasted my 2000 Rs on dongle. But Lessons learned, will never again buy RELIANCE product and wud never recommend it. It is a terribly greedy company with no ethics. PLEASE DONT BUY 3G dongles from RELIANCE. and dont pay incorrect bill. A copy of legal notice is attahced. Sir/Madam, On behalf of and under instructions of my client, Reliance Communications Limited, having their address at Dhirubhi Ambani Knowledge City, BHQ 9th Floor Thane Belapur-Road Kopar Khairane-400709. I have to address you as under : 1. That my client is a telecom operator incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, providing various telecom services. That you approached and requested my clients to allow them the use of telecom services and accordingly the said facilities were made available to you as per your request under Account No.[protected], MDN No. [protected] (RIM). 2. That towards the discharge of your liabilities, whole or in part, incurred by you/attributable to you, for telecom services availed from my client, a sum of Rs. 2123/- is due from you on account o[censored]npaid bills.                                         I am a subscriber of Reliance No. [protected]. On last 3 occasion they had deducted charges for downloading a game which I didn't downloaded & also I am using a basic phone which do not support download. On complaining they reversed the amount after deducting the sms charges, which I did not make. Again on 14.10.2013 they had deducted Rs. 15/- towards the game download along with sms charges of Rs. 3/-. It has become a regular practice of reliance to deduct charges for the services not demanded. Earlier on several occasion they had deducted charges towards many services which were not asked for. On complaining they reverse the charges but again in subsequent bills or recharge they charge the same charges. It is not possible for a consumer to regularly check balance & bill, of which reliance take advantage & charge exorbitantly on consumers for the services they haven't subscribed. Hence I request you to take appropriate action to curb the menace & credit of the charges deducted along-with necessary compensation towards mental harassment.
