[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance cut my balance and are now willing to repay it!! my college plan is a fraud

I SUBSCRIBED TO = MY COLLEGE PLAN on 20 may,2013
I GOT A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE in a few minutes and rs 16 was deducted from my account
AND THEN on the same day rs. 72.80 was DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE ON USAGE OF WHATS APP

WHEREAS ON ONE HAND THE PLAN SAYS FREE WHATSAPP AND FACEBOOK USAGE ON OTHER HAND BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED FORM MY ACCOUNT
it took more then 20 attempts to reach customer care
and when i complained to customer care
that person said in next 48 hours it will be refunded
i waited and waited in vain
now when i called consumer care again
that person tells me that no complain has ever been registered from my number [protected]
and that he cant repay my balance!!!
and also that the plan was never activated
because of Reliance's fault i lost my balance
and they are now unwilling to pay it back
because they don't know how my balance was deducted
is your system disorganized or you people simply like fooling your customers.
I WANT MY BALANCE TO BE RESTORED

Reliance — Deduction in Balance by Auto renewal of two plan at a time..

Hello sir,
i am using GPRS in my mobile of Rs 99 plan gives 300 MB usage, Its a auto renewel plan every month automatically it'll be renewed and balance will be deducted, but in this month the Rs 55 plan has Reneweld which i have not activated.. and also, again after 2 hr 99 plan also activated, ita all happening by network only. i lost Rs.99, I complaned 2 times to cust.care but thr is no result...

Reliance — lost of my balance

I complained to the customer care so many time but they always saying to call after every 2 hours later but I ranged up in same way.but no result
I complained about Phone Balance. Phone No.[protected]
reason:- I payed in the month of August 200 balance after completed of month balance is only Rs 4 so I need full details, how it is lost of whole balance?.

Reliance — cut of balance

i am using reliance sim from at approx 1 year n from so many time from my account the balance was detected so many time the balance was cut n after that when i call to customer care they pick up the call after 10 to 15 min n when i say that the balance is cut they simply say that we have activated the love guru msg or health tips or one or the other things n at last they say sorry we cant help n cut 30 to 40 rupees of balance

yes i my balance was restored
but
It is a matter o[censored]tter disgrace, that reliance has caused me trouble second time in past a month.
This time
On 11th June, 2013 Rs-26 were deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack and then refunded on the same date.
On 12th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack but unfortunately it was never refunded!
On 13th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack, which was successfully renewed.
Despite of logging a complain on 13th June itself my balance wasn't restored!
Calling your customer services has caused me nothing but disgrace as your customer service executive was being impolite and improper and kept asking for my personal details on denying to which he said due to some technical mistake he can’t help me and asked me to call after some time.
I want my balance (Rs 26) to be restored immediately.
