[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — simple Mobile plan recharged but not credited in my mobile SIM account

Dear Consumer care,
Good evening!

To be short I have recharged my mobile sim [protected] on 15-May-2013 12:57 AM for Internet data plan pack of Rs. 178 to get the offered plan MBB178_2G benefit o[censored]nlimited 2G internet service for a month through online recharge system and the recharge was shown successful and the transaction id obtained by recharge portal was [protected]. The reliance customer care representative are not paying attention for my two online recharges for the same mobile sim number [protected] and the recharged amount still not credited are Rs. 101 and Rs. 178.

Please help for the same.

Reliance / Mobile — Could not get my account details

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Reliance since last three years and
my cell no. is [protected]. Since twenty days
I don't get my account details from your service number 53670.in hence I had already talked twice
with their customer care executives & also write down a E-mail.

but still toady I have face the same problem.

so I contact the customer care executives from my card, but their reply is not satisfactory as
they tell that we write down your feedback but don't write my complain about this problem.


I request you to sort out this problem at an early
date so that your customer will not have problem in
using the facilities provided by Reliance.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Sir I already send this mail to their regional nodal officer before two days but yet I could not get any favorable answer from their side.

Reliance Communication — Mobile not Recharged

Hi,

I have recharged my Rel No ([protected]) with an amount of Rs.799/- .However I did'nt get any benefit of this recharge. When I contacted Customer care I was informed that I can get the benefit of this recharge only during the validity of previous 799 recharge voucher.

In this case since the recharge was not successful the amount of Rs. 799 should be refunded to my account, as I have not availed any of your services for this recharge.

Reliance — remove of balance

from 15 sept. in morning , i face a problem that in my cell there is no balance .by the removal of 10 rupees & i am face this problem many times before this ihave lost 50 rupees .,so kindly request you to that plzzzzz donot disturb by this problem .and send my balance

I had purchased a Reliance pre-paid life time connection in 2008. Unfortunately I could not use the number for some time due to my several official travelling. I recharged this number at the Reliance Web World in Sector-VIII, R.K. Puram, New Delhi with easy recharge of Rs.48+ Rs.100 on 13.10.09.

When I failed to activate my phone, I contacted the Reliance customer care agent. I was informed that my reliance connection has been terminated and it has been allotted to somebody else.

I shall be grateful if you could give your urgent attention to my following requests:

1. If my number is terminated and allotted to another subscriber, a termination certificate may be issued to me urgently

2. If my number is only terminated, kindly refund my recharged money

I expect a reply from India's largest mobile company.

Reliance Mobile — simply reliance plan

Hi

By mistaken I have recharged my mobile for simply reliance plan twice so money credited from my balance for twice (48+48) . I called customer care explained my problem but they told there wont be any refund. Can any one help me on this issue

Reliance Mobile — related to packs not working

i hve recharged my reliance phone [protected] by 29th of oct, of rs 999 pack,i used till 17th,ffrom 18th it not working.i hve gone 2 webworld..but no solution,i hve called to nodal oficer zone...even they r not doin any thing.it is showing dat my tariff is loaded on 29th of oct and expires on 29th nov,but still they r not doin any thing.

Internet Mobile Recharge — Mobile not recharged

I recharged my mobile for Rs 300 from my ICICI bank net banking. The amont was deducted from my account but my mobile has not been recharged yet. Can I get my money back?

Reliance Mobile — not recharge

I have requested to recharge for mobile no.[protected] for rs 100 throughnet banking .Money from my account has been deducted but I don,t got recharge.

Reliance — Amount not credited to my mob

Sir i was trying to recharge my mob No [protected] (Shillong, Meghalaya) on 21 Sep 10 through debit card. My money from my Debit card has been deducted (125/-) but the amount has not been credited to my mobile . So pl deal the matter seriously.

An early action is kindly requested. bye sir-----

reliance mobile recharge account — Amount paid but not brought on prepaid account

I have paid Rs.125/- towards an offer of 325 local calls against the SMS from RM reliance at a Pawn Broker Shop at Mogappair on[protected]. By the time, my balance was -76 paise. The shop/agent told me to bring my prepaid account I had to pay another Rs.20/- so that the minus balance would be removed and I can avail the offer o[censored]sage of 325 calls at Rs.125/-. Totally I have paid Rs.145/-. But now I get recorded voice that I have no sufficient balance and recharge your account". when I had a message at my mobile for payment of this money to the agent. What happened to my remittance of Rs.145/. Now out going calls are not going. Who is cheating me either the agent or M/s. Reliance? Please re-charge my account with Rs.145/-.

This is happening second time. Previously I had paid Rs.40 only for recharging the account. I got the message "Pay Rs. 40/-". I have paid but account was not credited. There was no minus balance while I was paying Rs. 40/- a month past.

My mobile No.is [protected]. Kindly send the message immediately and make me to have 325 local calls for the money paid to Reliance through agent and confirmed through SMS.

but I could not receive recharge amount. i have complaint on gsm costumer care but they could not take any action yet.

Reliance — recharge Successful then Balance Remove my mobile

I Recharge my reliance Gsm number , Which number is - [protected] . Balance in out of my mobile(means Reliance Num.). what;s the problem, please check the number and reply.

Reliance Communications — Recharge not received

I had recharged my reliance gsm number with value of rs. 130 five days back from an online recharge service. In few moments I got a message telling me that I have received recharge of Rs. 130 with talkvalue of Rs. 0.01. The transaction ID is - [protected].

Please look into the matter.
