[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unnecessarily demanding for submitting identity proof for sim card verification | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, i am a reliance customer since 4 months, and i got a message two weeks before that i have to submit my proofs for simcard verification , i submitted my proofs for two times and i even got a confirmation message that my documents are processed but suddenly today on 1st of february they have restricted my outgoing calls and incoming calls facility and also have blocked my internet as well. when i called up in customer care, they said me to resubmit my identity proofs again.. i am very disappointed by this behaviour of the company, which is asking for documents submission again and again,, please help me out, thank you, my name is Urvesh .P my contact number is [protected] EXPECTING A QUICK RESPONSE!
