i requested DOCOMO to give me services as i wanted to shift from RELIANCE GSM , and when DOCOMO dealers sent request to RIM GSM , they replied that they have called me and settled my dispute and i dont want to switch to DOCOMO,
but this was the fake answer given by them as i didn't received any such call ..
and they have failed 2 times the request from DOCOMO...
Kindly take action....

I have received the bill against non payment case.but i inform you i have submitted the all the due brfore since last 2 Year, Mobile no :- [protected] - POOJA SRIVASTAVA.It's your internal fault...why not updated in system at the time of final amount receive.I have submitted all the payment at RAEBARELI-(U.P) & letter received from Gomtai Nagar Office- Lucknow

Reliance Mobile — Reliance mobile no portability

Hello customers,
please don't change the your mobile no with reliance network , i had bitter experiance while entering from Airtel to Reliance mobile network. I have submitted the request for mobile no([protected]) portablity to Reliance web world so far no clue and my number was temp out of service because Airtel have processed the request in four days and disconnected my number from their network -one part of the process was completed but the reliance network people are saying that some technical issue and it takes 48hrs so on almost 4days was over but no service to my mobile no and they asked to walk to webworld and went and called so many times still no clue whether i can get my same in reliance network? My no is almost four days out service and improvement in resolving the issue. they were technically unfit for resolving the issue.

i'm waiting long way to go...........................
HI,

I had submitted a port in request to airtel from my reliance GSM. After 6 days my airtel sim was active. However its been almost two weeks and my reliance sim is also active. When i recharge my account from my icici bank account the amount got added to my reliance account and not to my new airtel account.

Can you please look into this issue and resolve this as early as possible.

Idea Cellular — No Porting from Reliance gsm to Idea

My name is Ankit Arora. I applied for porting from Reliance GSM to IDEA prepaid for my number ([protected]) on 21st january 2011 and till date (3rd feb) no porting has been done. whenever i call Idea customer care they say it will be done in few days bt no luck.
The Idea care personel has no idea why this is happening. Plz help and let me know wht to do now..

Reliance GSM — Mobile. No. Portability

I had given the request for Mob. NO. portability to my existing service provider reliance GSM for Plrtability out & get in to Vodafone , I had submitted all required documents also to vodafone , they had forwarded to reliance , but it doesnt work , as reliance People saying that they had not recd. any informations for the same . voda is saying ur request is rejected as of reliance .
Please do the need ful my mob. no. [protected] , I had given the request on 24/01/11 ....

Reliance Communication — Mobile number porting

sir,
Last 7 years i am using Reliance mobile(CDMA) no:[protected],postpaid.I have applied for number porting on 23th-Jan,2011. i got porting request code number and i have applied for bsnl 3G connection to which i would like to change.

I got BSNL 3G sim,but till my sim not activated as reliance not disconnected my service.

Till date i have paid all my dues. My monthly usage is around Rs.200 -250 for last one year, but to my surpraise this month my unbilled usage is around Rs.1800( i have found in rcom website).On contacting custumer care they are telling billing details can be disclosed after bill genaration only.


It seems to be they intentionally charging more to my bill, as i am leaving their networking.

Till date they did't accepted my number porting request.

Please do justice regarding my mobile number porting and unfair billing

I had applied for recently launched mobile service i.e. Mobile Number Portability to Reliance Communication. According to rules or conditions provided by Government, this service should be activated in 7 days from the day of application of this service.But still my MNP is not done.Whenever I go in the Reliance center to know my status, I always get only one reply the process is still on still it will take 2 to 3 days.Now I am pissed off with this, I don't know what should I do.Please help me with this.

my name is aman singhania n i had applied for mnp from airtel to reliance cdma on 22nd jan, 2011 n submitted all the required paper n procedure.
my airtel sim got blocked on 5th feb n i even got a confirmation sms from reliance for the process.
but till today my new sim has not activated.
i even visited the reliance web world twice but the ppl over their have no answer for my problem. m very much disappointed by their behaviour n procedure.
let me know how can i get my new sim activated.

As I was using RELIANCE cdma, I gave the request For MNP on 20th January,2011 for the same provider i.e. from CDMA to GSM. But I am very disappointed that they still could not do so. Even RELIANCE has stopped my Incoming by the grace of PROCESS is being resolved. Every time I make the complaint they take it as request and say to me that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. Where are that 24 hrs. is going to end is out of my understanding.

Reliance Communication — potability code not provide.

Reliance Mobile Service — against mobile no. portability

i have mobile network of MTNL. My no. is [protected].
As mobile no. portability has come, i have applied with all necessary documents at reliance office on dated 30th January 2011, whichis located at kandivli west, near jain temple, S.V. road, Parag nagar.
They have charged me Rs.59/- for sim card and service charge and suggest for make nil balance in your previous network.But till date they have not done any process and telecoms request they are not gave perfect reason. Further telecoms with them on 25th fabruary they ask me for further submission of documents.

Reliance Mobile — Mobile No Portability

Its been more than 25 days now when I had applied for the MNP and its been the worst experience so far.

I had placed a request to convert my Airtel No [protected] (Porting ID AD211263) into reliance on 6th of Feb at the Reliance Outlet at Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The SIM No issued to me is[protected]-8608.

Customer care at *333 has no information at all so I had sent an email to both Nodal Office and Relianceada on 17th but to no avail as the problem is not resolved so far. The worst part being no one has any update regarding the problem. On all the occasions I was only told to wait for 2-3 days and was also told that the customer care will contact me but so far I have not heard back from them on the issue.

I dont know why Reliance people are offering the MNP feature when they cant even handle the applications.

I am currently using reliance CDMA connection from last 4 months (approx.) and i had given request for MNP on 15 feb.,2011 as i want to transfer my no. to Airtel. As per TRAI guidelines it is 7 days(max.) process for MNP, but after so many days my request is in process(as told by reliance customer care executive). When i contacted to Airtel then i came to know that my request has been rejected by Reliance Communications due to wrong DNO(Donor Number Operator). Then again i gave request for MNP and again Reliance Communications rejected it due to wrong DNO. Actually, Reliance Communications is finding excuses to reject MNP requests, because they does not want to loose customers. So i want you to take appropriate action against them to solve my problem.

Reliance Communications — MNP Porting - Pending since 2 months

I had applied for the Mobile Number Portability from CDMA Postpaid to GSM Prepaid on January 22nd, 2011.
The Reliance guys(concerned persons) had intimated that it will be done in 7 days. After 7 days I received messages that I can start using my GSM sim and the same is activated now.

But unfortunately, nothing was working on the sim. But, the sim did display the Network. Both my CDMA and GSM sims are display the reliance network.
I can make outgoing through my CDMA sim but receive no incoming

Now after innumerable complaints and calls to the Reliance Customer Care guys my incoming was activated on 17th Feb, 2011.

After this I visited a Reliance Webworld to get my phone recharged. But there the Customer Care guys told me that my number is still in CDMA network and they cannot recharge it until the same
is converted to a GSM network. Same thing was conveyed to me when I called the Customer Care guys.

I make outgoing calls using my CDMA sim while incoming is received through my GSM sim. Mind you both are the same numbers.

I had placed a complaint regarding this issue on the 20th Feb,2011. I was intimated that my issue will be resolved in 4 days but after 4 days I do not see any change. My complaint was even closed in the System.

All this while I have faced a lot of issues.

It is completely an unprofessional attitude from the Reliance guys. Even after around 2 months since I had applied for MNP, I have not been able to use my phone services properly.

Can anyone please act on it. Please simply let me know if you guys are unable to fix this issue, so that I can take up another service.
Kudos to me that I have ample amount of patience to stay with RCOM even then.

Could you please act on this asap. Innumerable warnings have done no good till now. But it is high time that you stop playing with someone's patience.
It seems that NO ONE CARES the inconvenience caused to your Customer. And it seems RCOM people just do not like to work.

After lodging a complaint in Indian Consumer Complaints Forum on 08th march, 2011 regadring MNP and i got a call from Reliance Communications on the next day assuring that my problem will be solved within 72 hours (request no.[protected], but after 3 days i came to know that my request has been closed stating that i have to submit my documents to Reliance Web World. Then i called Nodal Officer of Reliance[protected] and spoke to Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Gulshan and they both said that i dont need to submit any documents to Reliance Web World and there is no problem from Reliance's end and my request is inprocess and the pendency is from MCH's end. Then i spoke to Airtel's senior authorities and they reverted me that my request is rejected by Reliance Communications due to wrong DNO. They also told me that if the pendency would have been from MCH's end then they would have got an intimation from MCH's end. Acc. to Airtel the problem is with Reliance's end because they have rejected my request for MNP. Nobody knows the right procedure for MNP in Reliance Communications. Each customer care executive of Reliance Communications speaks different ways for MNP( i have got voice recording of my each call with customer care executive of Reliance Communications to prove) and the customer is being misguided by them. Kindly help me in resolving my problem.
