[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Worst service and cheating people

I have ever seen such worst service than Reliance. Simply cheating customers. On 20th May i had recharged an amt 53/- which benefits 150 mins for 10 days. Due to some problem told by their customer care representative I got only 110mins instead of 150mins, even i got an sms. The Complaint number is[protected]. Mob number is [protected]. when i called to customer care they informed that i was already got the benefit which i never got. Later when tried to call them they never picked up my call:( They are simple cheating and making money, there was nothing to do.


This is not just about 40 mins i loose, but i am worried that Reliance cheats for every transactions you make. Those who never check their balance and those who not worried about such things. Previously i noticed such problems like activating many unnecessary services without my knowledge which eats my account balance. This happened not only to me but my other friends/colleagues who quit using Reliance services. Later i thought to use this number simple to receive calls. I was desperate about their services.

RelianceMoney — worst customer service

One of the worst customer service i come across. Called 3 times to customer care center for opening a demat account. only 1 time got a call from Mumbai number, but never turned back. I don't know why the company is paying/executing the customer-care sorry customer-don't-care services. For opening a account itself the response like this, we can imagine the service for the customers!!
Anyway thanks a lot of showing the real picuture of Reliance money before burning the hand

I want to reset my Password for Online trading as its displaying me an error Password Block Contact Customer Care.
But all my attempt to contact customer care failed (I doubt if they have any).

I had recharged 81 rupees ON 16 MAY 2009 GPRS pack which is validity for 7 says.But the reliance centee didn't gave any facility of this pack.when i complain to the custumercare they coporate me.but for this ther activatr cricket pack automastically on my no and deducted 5 rupees on daly basis.for thls i also complained.

MY DATA CARD NUMBER IS [protected] AND ALTERNATE NUMBER IS [protected], [protected]. AND [protected] ALMOST I USE THE SERVICES OF ALL THE COMPANIES AND HAVE MUCH MORE EXPERIENCE BUT IN SO MANY DAYS I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR OBSERVED ANY SERVICE PROVIDER WORST THEN RELIANCE THERE CUSTOMER CARE IS SO MEANINGLESS U CANT FEEL ALSO THEY ONLY KNOWS HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMER THEY THOUGHT THAT AS WE ARE USING THERE SERVICES SO WE ARE THERE SLAVES.

. I AM CALLING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FROM 27 MARCH BUT TILL KNOW I HAVE NEVER GOT A POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. EVEN TWO DAYS AT NIGHT THEY HAVE ABUSED ME AND WHEN I ASKED THERE NAME THEY TOLD ME THERE WRONG NAME AND I HAVE GOT PROOF OF THAT. WHICH I WILL POST TOMORROW AT THE SAME PLACE AND ALSO PUBLISH IT IN MOST WEBSITES.
hello mam i am again back with my problem my number is [protected] when i called customer care in the morning a staff named rupa received the call i told him i am getting speed problem she said you have also called earlier regarding this i old yes she transferred my call without saying anything to me a person received the call i asked his name he told me whats in name tell me the work i asked his name more then 10 times but he told me i cant say u my name and abused me so many times. he was abusing very badly to me. i disconnected the call and called again but now i was talking to a supervisor named ankit i asked him to transfer my call to the manager i want to launch complain against that staff Mr ankit also transferred the call to the same person and he was again abusing me. when i asked his name he told his name is kanahiya but i am sure is name is not kanhaiya.

same thing has happened thrice before the person abusing is also the same who abused month ago i also complained earlier here also but no action was taken i have also given recording to the company the also no action was been taken

is this the service by reliance

Dear Money minded Reliance Executives,
Please look forward for providing a better service to the customer, rather than collecting money only.
I have purchased a Reliance 3G tab from authorized Reliance Store on 01 Sep 2011 from Nehru Palace. They have charged me for 3 G plans as well but till 10th Sep 2011 I was not able to avail the facility of 3G even got my 200 rs balance deducted. I lodged a complaint (no[protected], and inresponse the executive said that this will be resolved in 4 days but till 15th Sep 2011 it was not been resolved meanwhile I was traking followup from the customer care for the same and they were telling that on 14th Sep 2011 it will be rectified but so I again called up on 15th Sep 2011 and asked the fellow for the status then he said that there was a wrong complaint registered on 10th Sep and he himself lodged a complaint and a new complaint no[protected].
But till date i.e 17th Sep 2011 I am not able to see the services of Reliance and even not able to get a good communication from the team.

Is this a message template you provide to each person while intentionally not willing to solve customer's issue?

Again the same exception happened. According to the plan today I recharged 53/- which should benefit 150 mins where as it again gave 110 mins.

I called to customer-representive and told about this. They told again that this was some technical problem and it will be resolved in next 3 days.

Based on my last complaint experience, i am pretty much sure about what resolution they are going to apply. The same thing will be told that i have already got the benefit which i would never got. Simply habituated in lying without looking into the issue seriously.

I must keep this on track and wait for 3 days(72 hrs). If no resolution is made i will quit Reliance and log new complaints in all Indian consumer and in corporate sites.
