[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrongly charged every month for unused Rworld usage. | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I am using the reliance postpaid service from May 2012. Right from my very first bill I am being wrongly charged for unused RWorld usage for which I complain to the customer care every month. Every month after my complaint they provide me with an adjustment ID deducting the amount from the bill. This has really been irritating me a lot as I have to call the customer care each time I get the bill. Now, 5 months have passed with the problem being persistent and becoming more brazen. Untill last month the amount charged would be around Rs 30-50 every month. This time, on my Sep 2012 bill, however the amount charged was Rs 210. When I called the customer care, the person initially argued that I had in fact used the Rworld service and the amount charged was not fallible. I had to explain him my history of Adjustment IDs to make him understand the problem. When I asked him to deduct the amount and provide me with an adjustment ID, he told he can only waive a maximum of Rs 100 from my bill. I insisted on getting the full amount waived immediately for which he hung up the call. After half n hour o[censored]nresponsive wait I had to cut the call. The next day I again called the customer care for registering a complaint. The person told me that he had registered the complaint and the problem will be resolved in the next two days. After 2 days I got a message from rcom saying that my problem has been resolved. When I called the customer care again, I was told that the amount will be deducted from the next months bill. However, when I called the customer care again after a few days seeking the status of my complaint, the person told me that I was not wrongly charged and I have to pay the full amount. I need a permanent solution for the problem. I am considering changing the service provider as the last resort. I have again complained to the customer care and my complaint ID is[protected]. Reliance Communication — unused charges
sir,My mobile no. is [protected], from last october 2007 my phone has very much negative balance,upto now i have used top-up of more than 500,which i have't use.
Till now when i speak to customer care they told me to recharge with Rs.50(every time when i call).I am help less now, i am student, i can't bear this.
Please tell me what should i do.

RELIANCE IS THE MOST IDIOTIC COMP[ANY I HAVE EVER SEEN, ITS NOT THT SOME1 FROM RELIANCE WHO COULD BE UR ENEMY IS WORKING THERE.IT SEEMS THAT RELIANCE IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN CONTINUING ITS COMPANY IRRITATING ITS EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER OVER THESE STUPID SERVICES.I HAVE DISCONTINUED IT AFTER LEARNING THAT THEY HAD DEDUCTED MY MONEY WITHOUT NE LOGICAL REOSON.N THE BEST PART IS WHEN CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE, I GET TO KNOW THAT THEY DONT HAVE INFORMATION BUT THEY ONLY KNOW THT ITS ALWAYS CUSTOMERS WHO ARE AT FAULT.THEY CANT CONTINUE LIKE THIS HARASSING THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS FOR HARASSING EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER AND WILL LOSE THEM AS WELL.
i have been charged 800 rs for my first month mobile bill for service which i have never used. Reliance has charged me 500 rs for internet usage which service i never availed from them and never used from them
Becuase i dint pay the amount they discontinued my service and kept sending me monthly rental bills.
Now after 5 months of rentals accumulated and along with 1st month bill due they call me and say they
are ready to withdraw the internet usage charges for the first month provided i pay the rentals for the balance months
again for services never used by me.
This is an easy of cheating customers by sending them bills and later calling them to settle the amount which still
remains very high.

reliance massage come to me at 4.29.56 am (date[protected] that " your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 9.30 please recahrge your accout" &
after this in morning arond 9.00 when i try on *225 to confirm that than they show my balance 55 paisa while i not use my mobile in this morning.
I call to c/c than they told that i used some "data uses" and they give complain no. but i know very well that i was not using any service and not touch mobile at 17.02.08 early morning.
after two day massage come from 51232 that we have check & found that there is no wrong deduction but actuly it was wrong deduction.

In same way message come from 51234400 at early morning 03.29.30 am
(date[protected] that "your subsription for My music station has been renewed for 20 days only due to low bal. Rs. 20/- has been deducted"
but i was not use my mobile for this service, so i again launch my
comp. but i think they could't found what is basic problem.
Sir I think that any one work against me and he is related to Reliance Web-world.
Plese note that from reliance web world any one disconnect my mobile in sept. 07 for 5 days and they completely destroy my no. and life time validity. after launching complain they give me my old no. but my life time validity finished.
kindly solve my problem , due to this problem i m unable to
recharge my mobile and unable to call anyone.
