    I applied for Reliance broadband connection on 23rd Dec, 2011 and paid Rs. 599 as advance for the same and was promised a connection within 2-5 working days. After crossing the timeline and making a lot of calls to the Reliance customer care and the salesman I came to know that there is no feasibility for the connection in my area.

    I was expecting a refund of the advance in a few days, but instead of refund I started getting bills. I called customer and even registered complaints with the nodal office. The bills kept coming.

    Now the company has sent me a notice (Ref No: UM/OSC/1475, dated 16th October, 2012) from an advocate to pay Rs. 4336 + notice fees (Rs. 500), threatening to take civil and criminal proceedings against me for the service that I never used.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    This is Tojo Thomas from Bangalore. I have requested for Internet Broadband connection on July 2012 from Reliance Communication. The representative collected Cheque and Other verification documents from me. Next day, the technical person (Mr. Amit, I believe that his name, not sure.) after testing, he confirmed that; they can't provide connection due to non-feasibility. I have contacted the representative and ask for return the cheque and other documents. He said it will take few days for that and they won't put the cheque for collection. Again after few days, I have contacted the reliance office for the cheque, They confirm me that I can withdraw the amount from the account as they can't provide the connection. Then only I have withdrawn the amount. The second day, after withdrawing the amount, they have put the cheque for collection. It cause a insufficient pay and a penalty of 300 RS/- to me. Later on I have instruct the bank to cancel the issued cheque with this reason.

    I haven't received any broadband connection from Reliance due to non-feasibility (lack of net work coverage). Technical people (person who did feasibility test) as well as reliance people confirm that they can't provide service. Why should I pay a consideration for something, which I haven't benefits or received?

    From that day, I'm frequently contacting reliance office and customer care to solve this issue. Every time they say will send the details to clear this issue and never get back to me. Now the company has sent me a notice (Ref No: UM/DEC/OSC/2821, Date 11.12.2012 from an advocate to pay Rs.2247 + notice fees (Rs. 500), threatening to take civil and criminal proceedings against me for the service that I never get and used.

    I have received the legal notice on 26th December and tried to contact the advocate and reliance office. On 2nd January 2013, I have visited the reliance office personally and met Mr. Uday Yadav, Account Manager, Enterprise Business, Reliance Communications. He said will be sending the confirmation mail to solve this issue. But only response that I received is some procedure chat between the employees. I also send mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" which is provided by customer care people. On 29th December 2012, one Mr. Amol Gonbare, Officer - Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited, replied; asking Scanned copy of Legal notice in PDF format and I send it on the same day itself. After that, I haven't received any response from them till today. I also tried to follow up on the same mail.

    Legal Notice says these;-

    "You have availed the said services from our client" and "The Said services were provided by our client"- I haven't receive any connection or service of Reliance Broadband. Why should I pay a consideration for something, which I haven't benefits or received?

    "You have failed to pay the said dues in spite of repeated requests and reminders from our client" - From July 2012, I'm receiving calls to pay the bill and I'm contacting frequently reliance office and customer care to solve this issue (unprovided service). Here who is acting irresponsible?

    I also tried to reach the Advocate (who sent notice): R S Umesh[protected] /[protected][protected]@gmail.com). But haven't receiving any response.

      Dear sir,

      my number is [protected]
      this is very unethical method adopted by reliance company for gsm service.
      My account balance has been deducted repetedly automatically by activating vas service on my mobile, while I have not activated any of those service ever.

      I also have complained against this to their customer care. Ref ID is[protected], I have been told that this problem will be resolved with in 48hours. But its been aproox.20 days. Nothing happened on that mater.

      I think this is some kind of scam done by reliance people. Just think if 30rs deducted from each customer of reliance then, how much they are frodging to customer.

      This is not done. Very very worst service I have ever seen.
      Shame on this company.

        Regarding Reliance Netconnect+ USB dongle No: [protected]. I've bought this on 5-Nov-2012. Before buying this, I asked for Demo dongle to test the network signal. Reliance assured me there is good network in my residential area and refused to give demo. I trusted reliance and bought the dongle. But from the first day, there is poor network and signal is not proper. My complaint[protected] with Reliance was closed in 2 days mentioning in the complaint that their network is at optimum level and it can't be enhanced further. I was not informed about this. Then again I raised a complaint[protected] on 14-Nov-12 and it is closed by Reliance as duplicate without informing me. On 15-Nov-12, they raised a complaint[protected] and it will take 5 days to close. I never got proper responser from Reliance about the issue and the resolution date. They just told it will be resolved soon and asap. I sent many mails to Nodal officer. But I never got any response from him. I called him @[protected] three times, but the automated system answered my call and what I heard is some irritating noise. On 15-nov-12, I talked to Santosh Bhalerao from Reliance and he told me the network issue can not be resolved and he told me to terminate my postpaid connection rudely. I've paid money Rs.2350. But I didnt get the service. I didnt get proper response and support from Reliance.

        Reliance Broadband — Poor Response from Reliance customer care

        From morning 11.30 we did not have Internet connection in the Reliance Broadband connection for my PC, i complained in the morning to the customer care executive and its reference number is [protected],
        Till 1 pm this issue was not resolved and i again contacted the Customer care ans i was informed the complaint is being processed, but till 3.30 the issue was not resolved and i contacted Customer care,now an executive informed me that we have to lodge a new complaint and did not speak about the earlier complaint. Being harsh in his speech when i inquired about the earlier complaint and my new complaint number is[protected], but the main issue no internet connectivity from the morning.

        Poor response from the customer care , still no internet connection and still there is no response from the technical team, this is not the first instance of this kind of issue.

        so we need quick response with solution
        had recharged Rs 770 Reliance Broadband connection on sunday 20/6/2010 time around 4 to 5 pm.
        but sofar i didn't get service form reliance broadband connection, last two days i have called lots of time to customer care but they are not reply me possitivly me. so i request u pls provide me service or otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.i hope u will take suitable action for this

          I have braught Reliance 3G Netconnect Dongle, i was told there is good network in our area.
          But there is no network in my area of Reliance, when i call reliance customer care the people there behave rude and never give to the point answer
          Nearly every day im calling them i get the same reply "Network will soon be available in my area"
          I have post paid service which is also not being converted in prepaid
          Please help me

            i have recharged sms pack of 19 rs online frm my account frm paytm site and my order no is 56239898.deduction of 19 rs was done but it was not activate on my mobile.when i called to customer care executive named nilesh dwivedi ,said due to congestion problem it happened but u wait for 4 hrs it would get activated.after 4 hrs i again talked to customer care executive for not activation .a another CCE said this sms pack was only for selected candidate ,i told it was not written on your site plz refund my money or activate other plan on my mobile but he denied and said it is not refundable. plz sir refund my money or activate another plan on my mob.thank you

            I have not subscribed for any of the offers or packages, but then also, Reliance subscribed me for soccer package and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and I got to get continuous messages for the same from 51234. For which, I lodged a complaint on 25-08-08 and got complaint no. 74589988 and they assured to stop this subscription. Inspite of their assurance, I continued getting those soccer messages. So, I complained again on 17-Sep-08 at 2210 hrs. They again assured that it will stop and no further money would be deducted, and if deducted, then will refund that. But those messages continued to come. And again money got deducted from my account. So, we called up Reliance customer care for refund of money. During the call, I talked to Anita Khanna, Senior Supervisor, who informed me that due to company's fault, this money got deducted. So I told her that as this is company's fault, I should get my money back. To which, she replied that it is not possible to refund money. Now, suggest me what should I do to get my money back, which has been deducted due to company's fault.

            Yesterday I called them and told that my balance is in minus.
            How it has gone in minus.
            They told me that two services are activated on your phone.
            But i told them that i was not using that sim from last 2 to 3 days.
            I told her(a lady was speaking to me)I want balance to be refund.
            It is not the first time it has happened earlier also.
            At that time they told me that these services are default services.
            Today i talked to them they told me that your balance is not going to be refunded.
            Because there is no request.
            And the lady whom i was talking to was saying that do whatever you want.
            Please help me out.

In next few days they said that they cant place connection and the money will be refunded in fortnight. since then most of the time they dont pick calls. it seems big companies like reliance is also a cheap thug who can get this low for just 500 rupees.

              Sir,
              My name is Usha Yadav and by profession I am a chartered Accountant.
              I am using relaince mobile ([protected]) and without any subscription relaince is deducting amount.
              They download tunes etc. and deduct amount.
              when I dial for customer care immediate after deduction they even dont pick the phone and all lines are shown busy.
              And anytime if they pick it up they say that I have subscribed for the same even I dont subscribe.
              It happened many a times I recharge my cell and they deduct the whole amount without any usage by downloading the tunes etc.
              Now its too much I cannot recharge this much of amount.
              The relaince is really cheating people.
              My lots of friends have the same complaint.
              Sir, I have option to switch off from reliance to any other company providing the same services.
              but matter is that the cheaters should be punished that they don't dare again to do so.
              Reliance is such a big and reputed company but I dont know why they are doing such a bad business of cheating people.
              I am very busy otherwise I would have visited the court my self.
              Now it is my request that they should get punishment for the same.

              I am using reliance mobile ([protected]) and without any subscription for cricket pack relaince are deducting amount.
              They automatically subscribe for cricket match pack and deducts amount.
              I called customer care many times for unsubscription for the same.
              they do unsuscribe for that period only and again when another series comes they starts it automatically
              and moreover they dont keep the records of complaints which i had lodged.
              Next time when you call them they will say we havent have a records of your compaints
              and obviously for any complaints they are not giving any compaint number for the record of customer

              They activate Value Added Service like Caller Tune itself and deduct Rs.30 every month from balance. After request they stop subscription but never refund amount.               I got refund Rs.30 today on 22Dec2009.
              Reliance web-world outlets in Pune (Pimpri, Nigidi, Aundh) are not to redeming the redemption coupns given out along with Acer laptops. According to the offer in the redemption coupon given out by Acer on purchase of eMachine laptops, Relience web-world outlets are to give free Reliance Netconnect Broadband + USB modem. The offer is valid till 18th JAnuary 2010 . They are giving various excuses, like
              1. We do not have stock o[censored]SB modem of this offer. (which is false as the USB modem is no different than any other relience USB Modem)
              2. This plan does not exist / We are not aware of this offer
              3. You have to pay a minimum of Rs 827/- for the modem + first month rental.

              In refrence to above number comapny every 2-3 days bygone deduct Rs.3 as VAS infact there is no such VAS on my number. Every time i make a call they they refund the amount if i forget to make call they treat is as they have got the lottery. This standard of service is not accepted when i am being charged for the service. This is simply there trick to earn in illmannered way. I tried to get rid of such service but even though trying for several time i am not getting my Porting ID.

                I have applied from a postpaid to prepaid conversion and we got a message on 3rd nov,2012 that the number has been migrated to prepaid. After that, we tried to recharge the number but it didn't happen and we got a message that the request cannot be processed. Also, we are unable to make any outgoing calls since then though incoming calls are coming fine. On 14th Nov, we tried calling customer care and some Mr Atul picked the call and told us the system is down and cant help us further. We asked him to transfer the call to floor supervisor but he put us on hold and then the call was transferred to GPRS department. We again called to the customer care and Ms kaanchal More picked the call and gave us the same reply that system is down. Please help us in this regard to activate our number.

                      Sir, Reliance stole my main balance by a wrong way. I have internet balance 655.300 mb but when I use internet my main balance is stole. I complain for this 7- 10 times to reliance customer care & they store my complain & give me some complain numbers[protected],[protected] & they promised me to get back my balance in 48 hours & then take 48 hours but all time level is expire but I don't re- back my balance & this internet problem (Mb not used but main balance is stole) is not resolved. For this problem I can't used Internet for a long days. I have lose my job. Even my customer care option is closed by Reliance, So Sir Please tell me what can I do ??? Although I submit relevant documents just before one week but they stopped all services. please start again my mobile services as soon as possible.

                                  I have been a loyal broadband customer using Reliance for more than 3 years now.

                                  My internet connection and land-line stopped working two weeks back and i have been calling their customer support for numerous times. The only answer i got from them was that it will be fixed in 24 hrs. But i dont how many 24 hrs make them a 24 hr.

                                  The worst part is that my complaint status has been marked as solved even before the complaint is being attended. I have given my 4th complaint for the same problem and there seems to be no urge from their support team to solve my issue.

                                  I have to call the head office of Reliance, which is almost like the customer care service center comes up with the quote that your problem will be rectified by EOD (End Of Day) and asks me what other problems you have. They really have no idea how a customer is suffering and two weeks is not at all a big time for them.

                                  Just a pathetic Service/Customer Support.

                                  I got a call from Reliance Social Media through a person named Hasan on 12 Nov 2012, and he assured that my complaint will be fixed on or before 16 Nov 2012.

                                  I was waiting and when want to know the status I called the Reliance Head Office and I have been told there that the servers in my area has been took back by reliance and all my area would no more have Reliance Broadband Service and it may take a month for them to resume the service.

                                  I was literally asked to move from Reliance to some other broadband service. Is this you call concern has been addressed????

                                  Thanks atleast now for letting me know that u took the servers back in my area and leave me with no option but to change the service provider.

                                  Just a irresponsible service for the name sake.

                                  People just forget this reliance broadband service, especially in Chennai.

                                    I purchased a prepaid Reliance GSM SIM card on 15th November 2009 in Bangalore.
                                    My name is Abani Kumar Padhy. My number is [protected]. On last Thursday 1st Nov 2012 my sim is showing an error “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAIL” when I call to reliance customer care, I got the answer that need to submit my document. But I didn’t get any message or call from reliance to submit the document. I ask customer care with out any information how they disconnect but they don’t have answer and advice me to submit document.
                                    I finally submit the document in GR communication (Reliance communication) Marathali, Bangolore. Karnataka on 5th Nov 2012. but still my number is not activate.
                                    When I raise a complain again they advice me to fill the form and to attaché all the document copy with a photo. So I fill the form and attached all the copy and photo on 5th Nov 2012.

                                    Below list of submitted document in GR communication Bangalore, Karnataka.
                                    1. Passport Xerox copy.
                                    2. PAN card Xerox copy.
                                    3. Voter ID Xerox copy.
                                    4. Filled reliance form
                                    5. One pass photo.

                                    But still my number is not activated.

                                    How and why my number get disconnect with out informing me?
                                    Whenever I call to customer care I didn’t get the correct information?
                                    When my number will be connect?

                                    Could you please tell me why my number is terminated, where as I am using the number continuously.
                                    Before termination you should check my number incoming and out going voice call list.
                                    Per day I am calling more then 4 times and I am receiving more then 9 calls and also I am receiving more then 7 SMS per day.
                                    For your information could you please check the call details on 27th oct 2012 and 28th oct 2012. You will come to know how many calls I did on those 2 days. These two dates are not more then 90 days.


                                    1. On what basis my continues use number was terminated?
                                    2. How you can terminate a continues use number with out any information giving to me?
                                    3. Why reliance customer support advice me to submit document?

                                    My number was disconnected on 1st Nov 2012. Please check my call details before disconnection.



                                    This is reliance fault not mine.
                                    Due to this disconnection I am facing lot of problem on daily basis and also I loosed more money.
                                    So kindly activate the same number as soon as possible.

                                    Reliance — my 5th urgent and LAST complaint to reliance

                                    Respected sir,

                                    I manish likhar using reliance mobile from last 5yrs but now i am facing some sensless problems and which is as mention below:-

                                    1] i have submited my CAF FOUR times to reliance web world still i am continuously getting messages from reliance to submit my CAF. I don't no when this problem is going to STOP or NOT?

                                    2] again my phon has been disconnect on 13th feb 2011 at 7:15PM

                                    3] and also call center people telling me to contact web world and web world people telling to contact nodal officer and no one is taking this seriously.

                                    4] So i have attached all documents with this mail look at it which which indicates that there no not a single problem from my side.

                                    If i wont get permanent solution for this problem then i am going to take strict action against reliance people those are behind this and also this problem will be forwarded to higher authority

                                    so i hope you will take this seriously and this problem will be solved within a few days..

                                      Sir, my reliance postpaid mobile number is [protected] i have used reliance post paid sim for one month in june 2012.
                                      They have told me at the time of taking post paid plan that they will give 150 minutes free talk time for every month by taking 199 plan. But they have offered only 83 minutes for the girst time, when i went to reliance communication at arundelpet branch in guntur but response from the exucutive at that branch is very irresponsible so i decided to cancel my sim.i have went to the same branch after that day and asked them to cancel my sim.But they told me that they dont have the right to cancel the sim, they suggested me to call 198 and request them to cancel the sim. So i have called 198 and ask them to cancel my sim, the executive told me that the process will take 1 week to cancel.I said ok. After few days i got a call from reliance executive to my another mobile number and they offered me some rate cutter offers but i said them to cancel my sim then they said ok we will cancel your sim.

                                      After a month i got bill for the second month, then i goto reliance communications branch at arundelpet branch, guntur. They have taken my number and they told me that they will solve my problem. But i have received the next month bill also, some executives called me from vijayawada twice about the payment then i told everything about the sim cancellation then they said they will look after it, but the story repeats again i get the bill for september also.
                                      Today(08/11/2012) reliance executive called me and asked for the due amount, i told him the whole story but he told me that i have to pay the money otherwise they will take legal action against me. Then i called the reliance customer care to solve my problem, he says there is no cancellation request from my side and i have to the bill.The response and attitude of reliance executives towards the customers is very disappointing and awful.
                                      How can i pay the bill without using the sim. Please take proper action on this issue and resolve my problem as early as possible.

                                      connectindia digital pvt ltd has some association with reliance telecommunication. I bought new connection of reliance postpaid of rs 250 on 30/08/12. But i no haven't activated & they people not refunding my amount. Please help me out.

Last recharge of my number is 40 rupees & last call time 10.18 pm 12/10/2012. After this date my number automatically register fail without any notice. Pls Help
