I am tired of making complains now and have decided to move on from Reliance.

RELIANCE mobile seems to be working on LOOTING policy or 'FORCEFULLY thieve money from customers account' POLICY.

I am using reliance GSM subscriber no: [protected]

Till now almost around 100-150 rs has been deducted in chunks of Rs 5 - Rs 30 depending up on various USELESS UNWANTED VAS activation.

The customer care guys are telling that these are getting activated through their R-world for premium customers.

WTS is this?

They say they will unsubscribe and waive of the amount. Only 10% of times they waive off.

What about all my other money which they STEAL?

This is intolerable...

RIM- Reliance mobile connection — Delay in reactivation

I lost my cell on 20/02/09 evening ([protected]) and requested for blocking the connection on 21/02 morning.I opted for a new cell on 21/02/09 evening 7pm and was informed that it will get activated in one hour. But that did not happened today being sunday can I be infomed what to do next?

Reliance India Mobile — Activation of unwanted Packs in My No.

I have never subscribed Myself about any value added Packs..Such as Cricket, Mitti ke rang.., or any other but from customer care I come to know that these kinds of Packs are activated..automatically. I Request you to take some actions so that many customers like me don't face problem of balance deduction from A/C any more...

Reliance GSM — Balance Deducting By Activating Non-sense Services

i want to bring to your notice that reliance company has started to deduct the amount from a innocent customer and i think they are giving salary to his employee by this amount only . i am very unhappy that from my mob no [protected] they have deducted more than Rs 200/- in part by part is has now trend to activate lot o[censored]nwanted service by server and amount is being deducted automatically . kindly do needful and refund my all amount deducted to keep the dignity of ambani group.i will be very thakful for your kind help with thanks Zafar Ali

This I am writing in serious regards,
I am using reliance GSM pre-paid on number[protected]

From last few times, unwanted services and VAS are being activated automatically by reliance.
And my balance is getting deducted like hell.

From so many days I am complaining R-care and they will be de-activating it momentarily.

What about all the balance deductions happened for all such non-sense, useless VAS?
I never get my balance refunded. Nor they give me any appliacation/reference number that I can address later with.

I want good settlement in this regards and guarantee for not happening this again.

From my reliance no [protected], 30 rs has been deducted on 07/02/2016 for some fraud service like one 97 plan.I called the customer care service but they are refusing to refund my money
Don't know why Reliance started with petty cheap ways of earning money ???

    Dear Reliance Communications

    Receiving GPRS/2G data on 3G Recharge


    I am Sangram from Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh and I am having Reliance GSM sim. My mobile number is [protected].I have complained many times (nearly 20 times) in Customer care but no body is providing the solution.

    I recharged my cell phone on 07th October,2012 by Rs.597 that is supposed to provide 3G internet data for 3 months. After recharging i received the messgae from 52811
    1.) "Dear Customer, .your account has been recharged with .01, Amount payable is 597 Thank you, Reliance."

    After recharging, I am getting a download speed of 5kbps and upload speed of 14-15 kbps, which is not acceptable for 3G connections.
    I was using Reliance 3G before and was getting download speed of around 300 KBPS and upload speed of 200 KBPS at the same location.

    Is this MBBP597_3G recharge is not a 3G recharge?? If its a 3G recharge, then why reliance is cheating with the customers.
    Please look into the matter and get it resolved as early as possible.

    fter giving a regular call to reliance smart gsm customer care they are not providing me with gprs settin for the same purpose i hav visited to reliance web world from ther also i didn't got the satisfactory reply,my no.is [protected].

    I recharged my cell phone on 11th September by Rs.597 that is supposed to provide 3G internet data for 3 months. After recharging i received the messgae from 52811
    1.) "Dear Customer, .your account has been recharged with .01, Amount payable is 597 Thank you, Reliance.".
    2.) "Dear Customer, your recharge for MBBP597_3G is successful, you will be charged 597 for this service, the plan will be renewed on 11/12/2012 or 90 days from today. Thanks you, Reliance.".

    After recharging, I am getting a download speed of 5kbps and upload speed of 14-15 kbps, which is not acceptable for 3G connections.

    Reliance communications has raised a complaint regarding this issue. The complaint number is [protected]. They have raised a complaint after I have answered the same questions to many customer representative. I wasted almost 1.5 hrs on this and after that they accepted my complaint. Thanks to them, but it was harassing.
    Is it worth wasting our time for them...why we are not getting hassle free service...why it is reliance always...the share price will be 0zeo if company will cheat customers like this...
    I am waiting for their response on this...2 days have passed and no enquiry has been done from their side...

    The Same problem is facing by me.
    i want to know that how to i refund my amount...
    An amount of Rs. 38 is deducted from my account on 12/10/2012. I do not know what the Reliance is doing to me. I have several times complained about the issue of Rs. 597/- recharge.

    If an appropriate action in this matter is not resolved than i will be bound to move to consumer forum for the complaint as already i am mentally harassed by this people.

    i am from orissa i have also recharged for rs 597 but the internet downloading speed is very worste than 2g? why its so? pls look into it and provide us a solution soon
    hi my name ganesh my mobile no [protected] this no gprs speed very slow so please solw this problems.
    I am facing the problem of 3g services of Reliance since last two weeks. I called customer care several times but did not get satisfactory response from them. I have sufficient 3g balance + main balance also
    Also i want to include that due to non availability of the inter net I missed an interview schedule. Who will be responsible for that.

      Dear Sir,
      I had got Sim card from Reliance with number [protected]. This number showed failed registration suddenly even though it has balance of more than Rs. 50 on 7th or 8th Sept. To be mentioned here that I had charged this number with Rs 100 on 1st sept and then 200 on 5th Sept successfully.
      When I contacted locall reliance office at racecource circle in Vadodara, they said that the Sim got failed bcz it was not used for long time then why not they refund my money which is still left in Sim? Do Reliance earn the public money this way by cheating people?
      I dont know whether any action will be taken on such frauds? The Reliance office in not ready to give me any thing in writing. Please help me.

        I m a reliance GSM coustmer from 2 year and my cell no is [protected]. But from last three month I m facing so much problem in reliance. I dont knw what u ppl are doing. Now a days u r deducting balnce without any reason. Voice sms is activated automatic on my moblie. Yesterday on 08november2010 my balance was 73 Rupess somthing but on 2day morning on 09nov.2010 when i checked my balance it was 0.07Rs. So when i called to coustmer care at 198 the are telling there is system updation so we cant tell u where your balance is deducted. Again at evening I recharged wid 50 rs nd my balance was 43 rs somthing paise at evening on 09nov2010. But after somtimewhen i checked my balance it was 0.01Rs.
        again i called to coustmre care and i got same response that there is system updation so we cant tell u where your balance is deducted.
        So tell me what I hav to do.
        If now reliance is doing like that only then tell me directly I can change my connection.
        I am waiting for reply and action.
        I want My balance back.

          My Reliance prepaid number is [protected].....
          My reliance number activated 3 months ago on 12th june 2012..My plan is 10 p/min R to R, 25 p/min others, 50 p/min STD and 6 GB internet data ( 1 GB/month * 6 months )..This plan is for 6 months...But today i got message from you that my mobile internet /combo pack will expire in 3 days ( on 10th oct.2012 )...According to Reliance plan it should be after 6 months ( on 10th january 2013 ) from activated this plan to my number....
          To complaint about this problem,i called to Reliance customer care but they blocked my number again so i didn't connected to customer care....I have a big doubt that How the Reliance got 'Best quality of service award' for the 2nd consecutive year...
          I think these problems are happens with others Reliance customers also...
          Now, frankly i must say that i don't believe on Reliance customer care( 198 ) but i believe on you because you solved my previous problems...So Please ,again you solve my this problem...

          This is POORNIMA from TAMILNADU. I bought a Reliance GSM sim before 15 days. I used that for 10 days. But from 9th Jan Saturday onwards its not working. I can receive calls and messages, but i am not able to send message or make a call. While making a call its telling that no service available.

          When i call to customer care they told that some error in ID proof. But for 10 days it works properly. Suddenly its not working. If there is any problem in ID proof i should not get connection from beginnig itself. After 10 days only they are telling that some error.

          I have submitted the proof correctly. Its my brothers college ID proof. While i getting sim they verified that all the proofs are correct.

                I am facing problem with reliance data card. I have sent number of mails to the customer service but they did't disconnect my data card connection but every month sending bill amount. Even they stopped net connection but bill is coming regularly. Recently one of executive called and told reliance people are registered case in Delhi high court.. what I want to do. With out using how can I pay 1500??

                  Good day,
                  it just to inform you that my wife is a victim of mobile cyber crime and been victimized by Reliance Telecommunication.
                  My story is as follows;
                  On 1st October 2012 at around 19:55 hours, my wife called one of my relative in Orissa by dialing this # [protected] and spoke for 29 minutes and 8 seconds, however she is been charged for Rs. 250/= for this call where as she suppose to be charged Rs.10/=Only; as his plan is 3 minutes for Rs.1/=. Then my wife called up customer care and one of the rude representative replied back that you have made international call on your phone so you have been charged that much of amount and upon asking he told the last four digit of the telephone # 0356, although my wife try to convince him that she didn’t make any international call and the number which was told by the representative is one of the relative staying in Orissa and that couldn’t be an international call, but he didn’t agree with her and finally put the phone down. There after my wife again called up the reliance customer care and another representative replied that you have called Hong-Kong that’s why you have been charged Rs.250/= for this call although my wife try her best to convince him but of no vain and she became very disappointed and cried from her heart, as no one there to help her from this kind of criminals. Those are cheating a lot of innocent people like this.

                  Finally she tried to call the customer care once again may be someone could understood her, this time the customer care representative replied her phone is (Mr. Rahul), who told her that you have used your phone for 629 minutes and 8 seconds on 01/10/2012 from 19:55 hours to 02/10/2012 06:25 hours, however it is absolutely wrong and she has all the record to proof that they are cheating her.
                  Kindly investigate the matter and try to catch the culprits who are cheating lot of people in a regular basis.
                  I would appreciate if you could do something about this.
                  For your information the complaint docket no for the above complaint which was made by my wife to Reliance Communication is[protected], however they didn’t show little interest to listen to her simply hang up the phone, we have been wrongly charge for that call that’s why she was seeking help to resolve the issue, instead of listen to her they simply hang up the phone is not showing their professionalism.

                  The duration of call and the call timing is saved in the phone for future reference.

                    Hi,

                    I was using BRDBND8GDY15GNGT500 plan ( daytime usage - 8Gb and Night time Usage - 15 GB) in reliance broadband plus. My billing cycle ends on 24th of every month. On 24th of September, i got a message from reliance that i have high data usage and hence i have been to pay Rs.1614 extra. But i was sure that i didn't cross the limit of 8GB/15GB day/night usage respectively. So i immediately took the screenshots of my usage shown in the Myservices website(http://myservices.relianceada.com) and also the usage shown in the reliance home page which opens as soon as we connect to the Internet.

                    Both in the myservices website and in the reliance home page the usage was displayed as 7743 MB & 14174 Mb for day and night usage respectively. But in the bill which i got on 27th September, the usage was shown as 9347 MB & 17436 MB for day and night usage respectively. Meanwhile they disconnected my Internet connection on 26th September saying that i have to pay the amount to continue the services. On contacting customer care and after sending many mails, they said that there was some problem in the myservices website as it was going through some maintenance work for the past week.

                    Even after sending them the screenshots of the usage which was shown to me through the reliance and myservices website, they are not agreeing that the mistake is from their side. They are just giving the reply as that i have been charged correctly and they cant do anything to waiver the overcharges. Even-though technically i have used beyond the limit, it was solely because of the misleading usage shown to me by Reliance. But they haven't considered my predicament and they answer irresponsibly that they cant do anything about it.

                    So without any other choice(as i have been barred from the Internet service for 10 days) , i paid the extra amount 1817 + my regular bill 560 = Rs. 2377 in total today. Once i paid the amount, i got the service back. But i'm highly disappointed with the approach of the reliance netconnect team in responding to the issue raised by me. With a heavy heart I had to pay approx Rs. 1800 extra for the mistake committed my Reliance people :(

                    Now i'm posting my experience here in this forum with a slight hope that the extra amount i paid will be refunded to me by Reliance. Also this could be throwing some light on other reliance netconnect + users. Users, please be careful with your data usage as you may get into trouble like me.

                      The Value added service 'Love Tips' are subscribed into my reliance cdma number unnecessarily . my money got deducted and not get credited back to my number. i even e-mailed their customer care email id, as the customer care number deliberately do not have any option to talk to representative or register a complaint. I will drag them to consumer court if they do not refund my money and stop adding these useless services without my consent.

                        Reliance GSM service provider activate service of voice chat without any request and charge its cost every month, after asking customer care, the service was close after a long duration (approximately two month).

                                  2. So I closed my post paid connection ([protected]) on 18th april'12 and cleared my bill of Rs. 1400(which was my biggest mistake as I should have adjusted the same against the deposit).

[protected], I have been charged for reliance astro pack on 22-10-10 at 6:20:08,which i have never activated or requested when i complained about the balance deduction, the senior customer care executive blamed me for the activation of the service and refused to refund the balance, i have faced this type of harassment several times and have brought to the notice of the competent authorities but nothing have been done so far. In the end i have been forced to activate do not call service. Can i get my balance?

                                        On 3rd February 2011, i received a message from reliance that a service called CRBT has been activated which is a caller tune service and Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my account, i havent applied for this service and on calling customer care i received no responce , all the time network was busy.At the end on one call i got connected but the executive was not able to help me due to server problem at there end.My goal of this complaint is to refund my Rs.10/- in my balance account.

                                        This is a complaint against Reliance Communications prepaid service on the number [protected], for unfair balance deduction, which had started since September 23, 2012. First balance deducted on the said date was Rs.822, reducing it to zero balance. On the same day, i recharged the said number with Rs.500, after two days, again balance was deducted, reducing the balance amount to Rs.225, the next day it was Rs.195. When i enquired about the same with Reliance customer care the executive told me that they can't see the details of my account. I have placed several complaints regarding the same, and so far the balance deducted is Rs.1090. A week ago i had received a call from their Head Office saying our problem is in solving stage. Today, i received a message saying my complaint has been processed, and that the balance deducted was call charges. My brother asked them to send him the details of the same, but they were reluctant. I haven't received any explanation nor clarification about my complaint -- with not a single penny given to me, instead everyday there is some deduction.

                                        I am totally frustrated with the services of reliance. Every month they deduct more that Rs. 100 for some unwanted and useless "VAS" like Mi Feeling, SMS Pack, Hair Care, etc...

                                        Moreover these services are auto-activated on my number. I dont know how these services are activated if I have not done. The worse part is I will get renewal message for these services in which I find "to unsubscribe sms Unsub ****", but when I try to unsubscribe, it will throw a message which says "Invalid Keyword".

                                        The worst part is I tried calling so called "Customer Care"(who doesn't care about customers) and I found some options like "to know your balance press 1" and "to talk to our representative press 4". Surprisingly after pressing 4, I hear "Sorry 4 is not a valid choice". No way I can talk to them to sort out these things.

                                        This is going on for last one year. I lost almost Rs. 1500 in last one year.

                                        I areally customer of Reliance Assam and currently I'm in Kolusing and using Roaming Pack. I had recharged with Reliance 123 3G pack on Sunday 8 Sep, 2013 and till Tuesday 10 Sep I had a 3G balance of 900+MBs and main balance of 90+Rs. But on Wednesday morning all my 3G balance was gone for no apparent reason and so was gone my main balance, as I tried to use net without checking the net balance as I had checked in the evening day before. I tried to get help from Reliance Customer Support but they said they were having a server update and asked me to call later. So I tried to call later but no luck, everytime I call I get a busy tone. Please help me, I want my 3G bbalance and Main balance back. Reliance deducts money for no reason very frequently, it's really frustrating and pathetic service from a reputed company. Hope to get help soon. Thank you.
