i have received a phone call regarding that my data usage is high and that total unbilled amount is 1800 something.

when i check my data usage online it shows only 100 mb has been consumed for billing period starting from 7 nov 2012 till date...

havent recieved any message from reliance that i have comsumed 100 % of alloted 3g 2 months ago i use to recieve these messages telling me my dATA USAGE BUT NOT NOW...even for last billing period it shows that i have only consumed only 300 mb.....but they have sent me bill for 2.3GB i.e
rs 1300...the customer care of reliance is not registering my complaint they are saying the bill charged is for right amount...and that no correction is required

It is to inform you that during scrutiny of my
telephone bills it is found that Rs.99/= is being charged for “FULL
VP PACK” since September 2007. It is either due to any mistake at
your end or due to some other reason not known to me.
In past neither we have applied for “Full VP Pack” /
neither any other extra facility nor we are using such type of
facility on our telephone No.[protected]. Such type of charges
without my concern is illegal and against your firm’s reputation.
So kindly stop “Full VP Pack” charges with immediate
effect & adjust / return excess payment being collected (since Sept.
2007) by you in this regards.

I am Keya Ashvin Shah from Surat.We had taken Tariff plan WFLC50 for reliance fixedline phone and a broadband internet connection tariff plan WICF 299 on a number[protected]. on 1st january 2008.on the name of my father Mr. Ashvin M. Shah.
Then we had cancelled the tariff plan WFLC50 and had taken tariff plan WFL231GJ .on 3 rd March 2008, on the number[protected]. The person who came for the cancellation of plan had just filled up cacellation form but had not taken the instrument of WFLC50 PLAN.as your staff had changed the instrument for WFL231GJplan.
In the latest bill dated[protected] your company had charged us Rs 56.18 for the plan WFLC50 which we had cancelled already.and Rs 4.80 for our call at Baroda which should be charged zero as per second plan.So in and all we have been charged Rs 60.98 more.
When we talked with your customer care executives Ms Chaitali and Ms Leena, Ms Leena told us that we had not cancelled the plan WFLC50 which shouln't be possible as i my self signed on cancellation form. Moreover THE PERSON who came for cancellation plan had given the report that he had talked to me on my mobile and i told him that we didn't want to cancel the plan . But i hadn't got any call from any reliance member.
Then one of your executive Mr Keyur came on 22 nd april in the morning and he looked into the matter and accepted both the mistakes.He told us to go there and pay less amount but my father told him to write permission note about that which he denied comlpletly.and told us that he would call us in the evening.But we hadn't got any call from him yet and we are trying the number he had given, which is also coming switched off.
we have to pay the bill before 1 st may 2008
so please please please look into the matter .
Do reply us as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — Wrong Plan, Threatening, Poor service

Dear Sir,
I took Reliance Data Card on 6.12.2007 from a Reliance representative named Anurag Sharma (Mob. no. [protected]). Mr. Sharma came to the address i provided to sell this reliance product. On 12th of Dec. Data card got activated. On 14th it got disconnected, after lot of call I got to know that it was deactivated because my address was not right, as told by the reliance person. It was the same address in which one of the reliance representative sold the data card. Even after several calls no one came to verify the address, and it reactivated on 18th Dec. On 19th Dec it again deactivated because of the same reason. After several requests it got activated on 24th Dec. But even then no one came to verify the address.

On 6th Jan 2008, the connection was again deactivated, the reason I was told that I will have to pay the bill as my one month is over. After more than a week I received a bill of different plan (I asked for "Freedom Night" but the plan got was "Swift 40") with much more than expected amount because of different plan. Overall I used the service just for few days and was asked for the payment of full month. Addition to this I was told by the reliance representative that there will be no any charge other than my monthly rental plus the excess use. But my came with many other charges.

Whenever Reliance people called for reminding me the bill payment, I asked them to change my plan and send me a rectified bill. But they never did it. Instead, they sent me another bill with monthly rental for the next month. Then they threatened me for the bill payment and mentally harassed by sending payment reminder followed by legal notice.

I have deposited the money to avoid any actions from them. The final amount that I paid included the monthly rental when the service was blocked. Now the data card (Cost Rs. 2800) is of no use

Dear sir/mam,

I have a Post paid connection with Reliance Communication.I am facing problem regarding the bills that are send to me.When I received a bill for the period 11.04.2008 to 10.05.2008. I found that an additional rental of Rs.175 was charged to me.I called to the Customer Care regarding this problem, firstly they told me that you have send us a request to activate this additional rental through a SMS. But when I denied for sending any SMS and I requested them to lodge a complain regarding this problem, they said that we can not lodge your problem as our system is running slow.

I called them twice again they answered the same that their system is running slow.

(One remarkable thing is that calling to Customer Care is like reaching to God, any time at least a 50 tries makes it to connect to the Customer Care )

Then again I tried some other day and they lodged my complain this time. The complain no. given to me was 69211293.

Two days later I called them then they said that it was our mistake and you will receive awaiver of Rs. 175 in your next bill.The matter ended there.

Now in the next bill for the period 11.05.2008 to 10.06.2008,

Instead of receiving awaiver of Rs.175 I received a waiver of Rs.110 but that is not the problem Rs. 65 does not matter.But again I have been charged arental of Rs.101 for some plan which I don’t know.

Today again I called to the Customer Care, after making again 100 tries, my call gets connected and now the Executive again tried to make me understand that you must have made request to activate the plan, which I didn’t.

I did not made any request to activate any plan.

Dear sir, I do not have much time to make a check to the bills all the time.

It is the companies responsibility to send a correct bill.

In the bill there is a no. of anodal officer, I tried that no. too, but I am not getting any response from him too.

So, please take some action, so that I may not face any problem regarding wrong bills.

We are unable to understand as to how such a big company like Reliance cannot attent to our most legality saving letter awaring you & saving also from very unwanted happenings, because your Bills being regularly recieved do not concern us at all.

These numbers must be of another party, which you have failed to feed in your records. The usage of such numbers can lead to some serious repercussions or legal accident can be committed as well. Therefore the matter be taken up seriously: -

1. Cancellation of our name in your records of Billings.
2. Findout/Locate the real consumer to be yourself safe from all angles.
3. Inform us your high positioned executive to whom this problem can be explained as well.

Dear Sir,

My name is Manpreet Singh Ahluwalia and I also took a reliance data card in June 2007 number: [protected], this card was working fine till 18th Sept 2007 when I left for US. I came back on 18th Dec 2007 and tried to use the card again till that date allmy payments were made on time irrespective of not using the card for these 3 months. When I tried to se the card to connect it was not working again I had to go out of Delhi for 5 days so was not able to go to the service center to get it worked on.

In Jan 2008 I went to reliance web world from where I got this card and they took 8 days to tell me that the card is no more in working condition and I will have to submit the card in the service center.One of the employe of the webworld who had provided me with this card ( Pravin, Cell No: [protected]) Guided me to go to Krishna Park Near Janak puri to your service center. On 12th Jan 2008 I provided this service center with the Data card and they told me to come after 1 week to collect it back.

I kept on visiting them for 5 months and they always use to say that Reliance has stopped making these kind of cards so its taking tie to get replaced in the men time I got numerous calls from your collections department and I always use to tell them about this issue and at the end they use to wave off the old dues plus give me assurance that they will get this issue resolved.

In Sept I got the last call when I had a brief discussion with the representative and told him to terminate the servoces as its of no use that I keep on calling you guys and you guys calling me to try to resolve this issue and asked them to clear all the pending due which were not there since the card was never used after 18th Sep 2007.

Today 8th Dec 2008 I get a call at my home landline where in I am asked to call on [protected] when I call this number they ask me to come to the court due to non payment of my bills when I tried to talk to them regarding the issue they say that the bill is 5-6 months old and that I have to pay the bills.I disagreed with them and have mentioned that I will no come to the court cause first of all they never sent me any Notice and on second hand when I have already asked for the termination of services why they are calling me.More over I have already filed a complaint in Consumer court regarding this issue and as per my statements above I still have the Job card recipt with me which states that the card is with them since 12th Jan 2008 I always ask your agents to provide me with the fax number where in I can fax you guys this recipt as it is very hard to read what all is writen on the job card due to the printing font but never got that.

Today also I called on your customer care number and the person assiting the call clearly mentioned these words" You have submited the card at our service center but since you gave that card to an indivisual who was there so that is your issue as we (Reliance) will not take the responsibilty of that even if that person is using this card the docit number of this conversation is [protected] you guys can very well listen to the recording which is done of each and every cll your agents get on daily basis.

I have also writen a mail to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on 8th Dec 2008 and have asked them to provide me with an NOC and also to ask these people to stop calling my place and Harassing my family I would like to finish this topic here only as I also dont have time to keep on moving from to there just cause of that Rs4000 card which at the end was a complete loss for me and also a pain for me.

I dont want to take this issue further through the help of consumer court and would like to end it here only and would expect the same from your end. More over would like to say that please ask your so called Lawers to be more polite with people as some times the company can also be at fault if you want you can get in touch with me on +91-[protected] to discuss over this issue in more depth.

I have lost my data card since three months and i have requested to switch my monthly billing plan into safe custody long time back. but till date my dta card has not been transferred to the safecustody and te company is continiously sending me bills every month even though i am not using the services.

Dear Sir/Ms.,
I took Reliance Broadband service WICF400 unlimited download scheme from[protected]. Due to very low download speeds (4-9 Kbps instead of 75Kbps) I had to migrate to WICM299 (1gb free download rest paid) scheme w.e.f.[protected]. Even then I got very low speeds (less than 33Kbps. instead of 2000 Kbps). I had
made several complaints (#82587935, 82813828, 83654774, 83872838,[protected] via telephone to customer care, email, reliance web site. Their service personnel has made several calls without any improvement in speed.
Finally I terminated my service w.e.f.[protected]. I had paid Rs. 500/- as one time charge in advance, however they charged Rs 1500/- as one time charge for January 2009, and again raised bill for February 2009. with 1250 as one time charge. total charges according to them is Rs 3, 411.05/- which is gross miscalculation. For this I had emailed them in the last conversation with their representative over the
phone we had agreed to call it quits if I returned Their instruments and they would refund me Rs 500/-.
My broaband charges should be
WICF400 plan[protected] TO[protected] Rs. 90.32 (as per their bill)
WICM299 plan[protected] to[protected] total =939.36 Gb which is < 1gb should be Rs 299.
Land line charges for 2 months Rs 112.36. Therefore total is 501.68.
Today[protected] I got a legal notice form their lawyers threatening legal action in 7 days on non payment.

We have a Reliance Data Card Postpaid connection no [protected]. company well send my last month bill form 27/5/2009 to 26/6/2009 was Rs 975. this bill is wrong . i was already informed and complaint customer care on date 30/6/2009 and complaint no[protected]. but no result. so I well informed you that please help me for take my right bill. thank you.

Reliance Communications — Billing done even after termination

Hi,

I had terminated my connection in March 2009 and I paid the March month's bill in April. I got the confirmation from the customer care rep that the connection has been terminated. In May, I got the bill and I promptly called up customer care and informed them that the connection has been terminated. They acknowledged and apologized and told me that it's a mistake from their side and will be taken care of. This repeated till june and I was really pissed off at them. Then, it stopped. I thought everything has been resolved and was happy about it. But now (in August), they have sent me a notice from their lawyer stating that I have cheated them by not paying the money and they will take legal action against me if I don't pay up. What the hell is this? Extortion? I want to take a strong action against these guys. They have no regard for the customer and they should be made to pay for this.

Please let me know you advice in this matter.

Reliance Communications — Exceeded bill

I am using Reliance postpaid Tarrif 440 plan in which they give facility reliance to reliance local as well as STD free unlimited talk. From last 3 months i was getting bill exceeded bill. They never give call details bill to cunsumer. Anyhow i talked to customer care and he replied you have to pay 25 rs. extra per month if you activate this facility .I lotd them give me last two months call details bill. They sent me last handmade excel copy. I really socked to see my bill details, they added charges even reliance to reliance talk. Then I mailed to customer care about this they never corresponded with me via mail or phone.
One message to all, Those who are planning to switch over from other GSM to Reliance, you will be regretted whole life.

Reliance Communications Ltd./Netconnect Broadband+ — Services disconnected even after payment

The services to the Data card purchased by me were disconnected without any intimation and on checking found that it was an over usage then the Limit (which was never explained to me) I paid the due the services after that were never restored, I tried calling the NODAL officer of Reliance communication but could not reach the number as it was engaged for more that 3 days.

A mail was sent to Nodal officer 2 months back to which till date there is no response to my surprise

Need to find a solution to this. Numerous discussions with the customer care executives bore no fruit, I need to file a case against this in consumer court where I would like to share all the data and recorded discussions with CC executives and there highhandedness in resolving the issue.

Reliance Communications — wrong billing even after closure

my reliance no.[protected] had been closed on 1-9-2009 after paying an amount of Rs.1063.(Recept no.MP/BPL/09-10/10900/A/277182)on dated[protected] as required by their concerned authority at Waidhan(Singrauli)(MP) against bill amount of Rs 913 due on 1-9-2009.

Now after a gap of more than 4 months on 28th January 2010 they have given a bill amounting to
Rs 902 vide bill n o. [protected] dt.[protected].
On making complaint to reliance communication on[protected] they have responded on[protected] that "termination form is to be filled up " for termination which was not told to me earlier on[protected] when the payment of above amount i.e Rs 1063 . was made for closing the connection.
Please look into the matter and advise me how to proceed further.

Sir,
This has reference to my complaint given at your local authorised Reliance sotre situated at Gulshan Plaza, Badnera Road, Amravati (M.S) 444601 where the request refgarding the plan change was made on[protected] from my earlier plan to new plan of Simple PPS 199 and along with this the add-on R-R free plan was also requested. But after going through the recent bills issued from 7-1-2010 to 6-2-10 and
7-2-10 to 6-3-10 it was observed that only the plan was changed and add-on plan of R-R was not activated. I dont understand how this mistake happened at your end.
In the meanwhile I have visited the above mentioned local Reliance store concerning to this issue and having given this letter about my greviance they admitted that mistake has happened at their end and they would forward this to the higher authorities and in fact they have forwarded my compliant to higher authorities and we would be intimated by them or by telephonic call. But still we have not got any response from them.
So you are requested to delete all R-R calls from the above two bills and give credit of the same.
Sir, this mistake has happened at your authorised Reliance store which is situated at above address and due to this mistake I am being penalised.In fact as mentioned earlier they(R store) are accepting the mistake.
Sir,we are having this mobile phone since last more than 7-8 years. In fact since the Reliance launched their service in Amravati.
Being your old and loyal customer you are requested to consider our request sympathetically and give the justice to me. In the meanwhile I am paying the current bill under protest.

I've Shifted from delhi to pune in the month of April and given a request for service termination. However they had disconnected only the Landline service which was free with the Broadband. I was under an impression that both the services had been terminated but bill continued to come to me. I made a payment thinking that it will settle my account and I will not get bills thereafter.

Now I have come to know that they had disconnected only the landline and not the broadband and I'm liable to pay bills till date which is highly unacceptable to me.

Please advice what needs to be done

Reliance Communications / Netconnect Broadband+ — Bill Payment

I had registered my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ # [protected] as stolen on 30th October'2010. As per the plan that I have the bill should not be exceeding Rs.1500. I have been requesting for the latest bill or charging information, but every time I get a e-mail which has the below information "
there is an outstanding is reflecting towards your account of Rs. 3568.50/-. We request you to clear the same to avoid further disputes regarding the same at the nearest Reliance Mobile Store. " This has been really frustrating, I've been getting calls and e-mails to pay this amount but no one is ready to give me a break up of the same. I can share the e-mail conversations that I've had with the Reliance Team for your perusal.
I was using netconnect + . I requested for change of my Tariff plan of my data card [protected] from postpaid to prepaid through request number[protected] dated 22nd Aug and[protected] dated 22nd Sep 2010 . But to my surprise I received call for the payment of dues of the said period and also told that my request has not been processed.This is really surprising when it comes from organisation known for customer service .

Even after numerous followup with the Customer service it has not been resolved.
Thanks finally it has been resolved.

Reliance — Disconnections, Excess Billing, Poor Service

Honourable Gentlemen,

I purchased this device on 7/2/2011 3 G Dongle 71 MBPS, Internet connection paying 2549 cash. from New Friends Colony . The device after usage for 4 days was disconnected citing usage of 2.76 GB ,
Please note 3 GB free usage per month is their plan. No where was any mentioning of such disconnection.

I was asked a payment of Rs.1000 without any bill for reconnection, citing reasons that I have reached 2.76 GB!!! ( I dont know what reason is that ) Any how I made the payment

I got connection after a verbal fight with the Manager of Reliance Web Communications office at New Friends Colony , about which I duly made a Complaint with Reliance Authorities too.

Interestingly after a few days I left Delhi, for Kerala and found that the 3G device cannot be used at even usable speeds !! and hence the device was lying usless till 23.04 .11

Please note the date 23.04.011

From 7/02/2011 to 23.04.011 ( out of which two months at Kerala where the system cannot perform )

Easy to prove . Simple.

I got a Bill of 2700 for this period and that short period o[censored]sage in Delhi covering 2.76 GB !!!

All together I made 1000 + 2500 = 3500 for this period. Usage 2.76 + another .65

I have 3GB + 3 GB + 1.5 GB free !!!!! Where it is?

What sort of Billing and what is happening here in India?

The discount of 200 rupees was verbally given by a staff and I made payment of Rs.2500 to Reliance Bill Collection Agents , Please see proof .

I was given reconnection for one day.

The connection was disconnected after 24 hours without any notice. On checking with them , I was told that I need to pay 200 more to get reconnection. !!

I have all the proof of their people calling me up for payment with discount and then cheating by outrightly stating that I have no discount parameters!!!

My connection was cut from 24 th of March to 3rd of April for reasons not known to me.

I request the honourable members and officials of this high office which stands for the average and poor section of this already suffering Nation , to see the case for yourself and help me from the clutches of money hungry giants like these Companies.

I pray for a fair and unbiased look into this matter, which Iam sure hundreds o[censored]sers may be suffering,

RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Wrong Billing

I got Broadband Connection from Reliance Communication Ltd. at November 2010 but after getting this connection i am not satisfied with the services of Internet and other.
after two days i mailed to Reliance Communication Ltd. for Terminate my broadband services but they replied me by the Message that they are unable to accept the request because of some updation problem.
after few days, On 25 th February 2011, i again do an complaint for terminating the services but they replied at 05 March 2011 for Terminating the connection.
the Costumer care Executive told by the telephonic calling that your request is accepted and no dues are in your account now.
today on 13 th May 2011, I received an phone call from Delhi Police that Reliance Communication is going to file an case against to you for Non Payment of Intern ate Broadband Connection.
I am shocked with this talking and i request them to hold it for some time and I paid the bill for prevention of Police case. I Paid Rs.3200/- of Billing.
Now i want to justice that if I was not used any service of broadband so why the company file an case of non payment against me ? i am very shocked and feel very tension. Please Help Me...........................

Within few days the line has been disconnected and asking for the payment without sending any bill either Hard or Soft copy.

Everytime your company person is asking for thr payment without thinking of reconnection. They are disturbing my privacy and giving me mental pressure.

The employes like the above name mentioned are destroying your reputation.
I was having a good gesture for your company but now it seems that you people used to sabotage the customers in different ways & plans.

Sir , I would request you to reconnect the line and solve the matter at the earliest.

Here i have submitting few evidences to tell that I am no more have any due for reliance communications,
and more over your customer care executive told that she would be escalating the issue and would pay back the amount to me through the check/DD for the service problems the deposit amount.

The below is the complaint number come service termination request for the same,

the reason for the termination and not payment of the due amount is:

1) I have paid a amount of RS 3500 towards deposition is with you as on today and i have a credit limit above RS 2000/- with the account.

2) Even after 48 hours of complaint launched with your customer care, there was no any response and no resolution of the service problem.

3)There was no response for the no service/frequent service cuts from your side.

4) Please check the attached screenshot for the problem I face and as I have taken this connection for a working purpose and where the purpose was not reached, please also estimate the loss for the period because of the service problem( which already given assurance by the reliance that your service is so good)

5) Please check the total usage of the account for the period of the bill you claiming. ( I faced a lot of issues with reliance data card) by this you understand how much trouble you are giving to a customer.

*** if the issue is not solved by now i will escalate to the next level of reliance communications as it is already requested many times to close the issue and give back the money i paid for deposition.( as the problem is with the technical services/customer care people who have not served properly for the customers.)

i have taken a jodi connection of 3g brodband connection,my brodband no is [protected], while taking the connection i was told that 500 MB of datausage is free,but today i got the bill of 1227 rs ,on enquiry it was found that the 3g bill amount is 900, when my data usage is only 444 MB, i feel cheated,my 2g mobile no is [protected]
For the past four months Reliance is charging Rs.150/- as International roaming rental in my CDMA mobile [protected].

I had neither asked for it nor visited abroad.

They had also billed (in two separate bills) for two calls to Korea which I did not make at all.

After talking to their local office in Kharghar, Call centre and Nodal office several times nothing happened.

Then I complained in http://www.complaints-india.com

After this complaint somebody called from their Nodal office and gave discount for Rs.300/- but not for wrong billing of ISD calls. He also assured me that this will not happen again. Due to this I was forced to deactivate my ISD facility.

But the story continues and I was / am charged for International roaming rental again.

I have again complained to Reliance Nodal office today.Complaint no. they have given is[protected]. I don't know whether the problem will be solved at all.

Kindly help for the following issues.

1. To stop wrong billing for International roaming rental and adjust the excess amount.

2. Waiver for wrong ISD calls billed.

3. I bought a new mobile in August 2011 from Reliance, Hiranandini, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I was told that I would be given a discount of Rs.200/- every month for six months. But I am not getting this discount even.

Ultimately I feel cheated.

I had received a call from Reliance communication but I am not satisfied with him. He has to resolve the problem but he is forcing me to pay the amt. 5920 even I don't know how they show me the usage of 9482 MB's. They know that after not getting the payment of even a month they block the net then how they show me the usage of 2months. The worst company I had ever seen is Reliance communication who is never left any chance to annoying their customer.
I was continue mailing for close the matter I mailed above but the company doesn't response me positively
even their executive threatened me in the name to court notice.

Tomorrow I got continues more then 12 calls of Mrs. Simran([protected] )for forcing me to pay the money.

After that they will provide me the NOC forcing me to pay the amount in 1hr after every hour she called me for money and some how I arrange the money and I pay the amt. Rs.2500 but after payment she is refusing to pick my phone.

This is not the first time they continue giving annoying me after 10 or 15 days.

They spoiled my full day for getting some money my mother was hospitalized getting 18 stitches in her hand but they are not listing any thing just want their bloody money.

Now I had paid their money and require NOC else I will see them in court for mentally harassment.

    I am a user of Reliance Broadband internet from past 2-3 years and was satisfied of internet plan of speed 600kbps. On 6 November , I changed my internet plan to "Thunder 699" which promises speeds of 2 mbps(megabits per second), but I am getting internet speed of below than 700 kbps always, which I could get if I subscribed to my previous internet plan of 600kbps. Customer care says that you must be getting 10% of the mentioned speed that is 200kbps, but you're getting 600 kbps, so there's no problem. Is this a joke? They don't know difference between Bit and Bytes .Couldn't I just use the 2 mbps plan? .Please look at attached image of my internet speed.

    Reliance Communications — Broadband Issue

    My Name is Anil Kumar Tatipaka, I would like to register a complaint on Reliance Communications.

    I have took a broad band connection from reliance, my subscriber ID is :[protected], my connection is terminated with out my knowledge on[protected], when i called customer care they say that my connection was already terminated on 4-8-2011 as per my request for cancellation placed on[protected]. However, i have called back on 3-8-2011 to stop my cancellation request after that i have used broadband for more than 1month till 22nd sep'11. I have paid the bill aswell, but reliance says that they have already cancelled services on 4th aug'11 and will not re-activate my services again. They are asking me to take a new connection instead of activating the old one. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me and they are not even giving me proper details to complain.
    I am still waiting for a resolution. 1month after lodging the complain I have got a call from reliance stating that its their mistake and they are sorry for it, but they cannot do anything as my services are disconnected. Now they want me to take a new conn from them and pay for the installation charges. They are not even ready to waive off the installation charges for the mistake they have done.. This is insane, can some one take action against this company...

        Earlier I switched from Tikona to Reliance broadband as they have some very good internet plans with true unlimited usage, but I think that their service is very poor as compare to other providers, and I did a big mistake by switching from Tikona to Reliance..

        Please help me on this issue, I am very fed up with this kind of service.

          I have setup Bill Pay with my bank to automatically pay my Reliance data card bill on presentment. The bill is each month presented to my bank account on the 14th and shows up as payed on the 15th. There is no human intervention on my part. Reliance starts calling me on the 12th of each month to remind me to pay the bill in time, then calls me until the 18th or 19th to say that the bill is still not showing as payed. I got a payment confirmation email "FROM RELIANCE" on the 15th. I have no idea why they harass me like this but its becoming a terrible irritant for a full week each month.They call me 3 times a day, say "Hello Reliance" and then don't say anything. I say bill is paid. Yet they keep calling me and sending SMSes that say that the caller is VENKATESH/PRAKASH/MUSKAAN, if satisfied send YES or NO. I am sick of their communications. How do I get rid of them? Attached is snippet of the payment on the RELIANCE account page!!

              I am a reliance postpaid customer and I have been using this connection [protected] for past 4 years.
              But today suddenly I received a call from Mr. Anuj shukla (from number [protected]), saying that he is calling from Reliance head office Bareilly and asked me to discontinue my postpaid connection or convert it in to prepaid.
              I denied for that I asked the reason why am I asked to do this, he replied that in your city there is no more postpaid agency hence you can not use postpaid there.
              I told him that in my city there is no post paid agency for past 6 months but still I am paying my bills on time through some other city outlet and I also have an option of online payment then why am I asked to disconnect my postpaid number.
              After 5 mins of this call I received an sms from 52811that my number is successfully suspended and since then I am unable to make any calls.

              This is simply ridiculous. Harrasing your old loyal customers. This number is being used by my parents who are above 60 yrs of age.
              I request to the person concerned that please look in to this matter as soon as possible, I will be highly obliged.

                Reliance Communication — Phone not working from 3 weeks

                My phone is dead for more than 3 weeks, and after calling reliance 3 times a day for a week, I thought enough is enough. Then I applied them to remove my connection. But they are still not responding. Moreover, they have not given me free call value of 200 p.m. as conveyed by their sales person.

                My mobile number is [protected] which I purchased from ATUL communication Pahladpur, New Delhi. This number was working fine during initial period but after a week I only able to acquire incoming facility. Then I consulted ATUL communication regarding this then they advised me to go NEHRU PLACE “RELIANCE COMMUNICATION”. There I again submitted address proof and also fill the form. Vikash Kumar (working in Reliance communication) told me that you number will be activated within 5 days but I have not yet received any response from his side also. Today I went NEHRU PALACE “Reliance communication” to make inquiry then he draft mail about my number to somebody.
                Till how long I need to wait. Even your customer care executives are not responding positively. Today at 6:45pm I called customer care regarding number activation but he said that sir there is some problem in my computer so I could not help then I asked him to transfer call to you senior then he disconnected the phone. Every time your customer care executives have different problems (server problem, hardware problem, system problem, …).
                From last one month I am facing this problem and contacted more than 10 times to customer care executives regarding this and every time I have to face same situation. How long I have to wait. This kind of services you are providing to your customers.
                If this situation exist for two more days than I have to go consume court and you should ready for the consequences. I want this number to be activated before Monday (19|01|2009).

                  We applied for a reliance new broadband connection on 4th november 2012 in Reliance World, 5A,Competent House, Jagatpuri Chowk, Krishna Nagar, New Delhi.

                  After that day we have been to the shop more than 5 times and called to the customer care more than 7 times.
                  Still the connection has not been activated.

                  The shop people tell its a problem with the call centre guys and call centre blame it on the shop people.

                  Nobody knows the exact process to follow to get the problem resolved.
                  Its becoming really frustrated!!!! right now as more than 15 days has gone.

                  Today I called the ciustomer care again and they again???? told me to go to the reliance world, reason being data has not been uploaded ???? .
                  This is the same thing which has already been repeated ????.

                  I am really been frustrated right now and never faced such a poor and pathetic service providers before and will never face too.

                    Reliance Wifi — Non Refund

                    I had recently applied for a Reliance Broadband connection. One of the sales representatives had come to my house to collect the relevant documents and collect the cheque for Rs 500/-. The installation engineer came to my house on 08/07/08 for completing the installation. However he was unable to install as there was not enough signal strength in my area. He left saying that since he could not do the installation he would file a report the same day based on which my cheque would be sent back to me.
                    However on checking with my bank I find that the amount has been deducted from my account on the 12th of July.
                    On checking with the sales representative I got vague answers like- 'It is not my responsibility Sir...", " I cannot do anything to help". It is now nearly 4 months since I have communicated this to Reliance. Everytime I write a mail I get an automated mail with the assurance that the matter is being 'escalated'.
                    It is a shame that one of the largest organizations in the country can actually get away with stealing from consumers.
                    This should be a warning to all those who want to interact with Reliance. They are thieves and you interact with them at your own peril

                    Reliance Wifi — Not collecting the WIFI Instrument and charging the customers

                    Hi,

                    I am a RELIANCE WIFI customer, I had used the services for 3months and paid all the bills.
                    Every month there is some problem atleast for 5 days in a month.
                    So I had disconnected the services on 14-OCT-2008, from that date to till date atleast I have raised 10 complaints (as per my knowledge), nobody from reliace had turned up for collecting the instrument... till today morning..

                    One executive came and collected the instrument and told your connection will be cancelled... I thought ok...

                    By today afternoon I had received a legal notice from
                    L.V. Vijay Shankar & Associates today, which is dated 12-JAN-2009.

                    By seeing this I was shocked...

                    I had chain of mails which I had sent to customer care and nodal officers from 14-OCT-2008 to till date, by specifying that nobody had collected the instrument...

                    What I need to do...

                    Ask what is the process for cancellation...

                    Make sure that your connection is cancelled and closed or else in future you may receive legal notices for not returing the WIFI instrument...

                    Pitty on ur mental torture.U people using net connection while sounding the billing error early would have preferred a registered post protest., otherwise the companies will have tendency to crab how much money they! can from the customers.In ur case better escalate this matter to media by conducting a PREESS MEET.Many people join ur folded hand and even prepare for DHARNA in front of RELIANCE BROADBAND OFFICE.
                    First send a legal notice asking compensation for ur mental tortue and harrassment.Relax face them in court of law.Justice never fails.

                    Reliance Broadband Wimax — Outrageous Bill

                    I chose broadband service from Reliance before 1 year and I was getting a bill of Rs.850 per month initially, after few months I started getting bill as Rs.3, 000 and Rs.4000, and I also paid those bills trusting Reliance billing system.

                    Two months back I got a bill for Rs.10, 000 which made me wake up and I started the research to find that 5 data transactions were not made by me and that was collectively for Rs.8, 000.

                    I raised ticket over ticket calling up their customer care, but in vain, they did not bother even to give a call back, but the tickets were closed as correct bill issued.

                    My internet connection was deactivated on 19/12/2008 for non-payment of bill, then got a pleasant (trying to convert my shock L) surprise from reliance in the next bill for Rs.1, 39, 488 and again I could see data transfers post to the date my account was deactivated.

                    Is Reliance a victim of hackers or is their billing system so worse?

                    Shall I produce this to TRAI / log a consumer case for incorrect billing and have their billing system properly commissioned by TRAI?

                    I believe IT Press media would be more interested to excel in to this, which would be the right press Hindu / Deccan / Indian Express / Times of India?

                    Please give me an email ID of such people who are hunger enough to take this news.

                    Select a attorney who can handle this sort of cases and the entire amt should be waived along with compensation

                    Broadband Connection — Amount not refunded

I had made a payment of Rs 350/- Twice to the Airtel Executive to get an Airtel Broadband connection at my home.At that time the executive told me that he will intalled connection with in 24 hours of the payment.But after a long wait they told me that its not possible to install the connection at sec 55 due to some technical problem. Also they told me that you will get your whole of the amout back(Refund via Check) at your Doorstep with in 15 days..But till yet after a month and half i had not received even a call nor my refund amout check of 350+350=700/- at my doorstep.

                    Reliance Broadband — not provided connection and not refunded installation amount

                    I had applied for connection for reliance broadband conection for Rs.1049/- on 03/10/2011. I had provided a cheque of my IDBI bank. they withdrew the amount from my account and later told me that there is no feasibility in my area and told that will refund the amount by sending a cheque to my address, and after 3 months i received a cheque in other persons name, i tried calling the executive who gave me the connection but his number was switched off. I dont know whom to contact now all I have is the receipt that the sales executive of reliance broadband gave me.

                        I purchase reliance netconnect date[protected]. and the dealer promise me that it will activate within 12 hours. But it is not connected yet. I complaint him many time in this period. but he tells me that it will activated next 3 hours or 6 hours or tommorow. He never take my call. so i have to visit personally. now his behavour is also rude. He shows no interest in my complaints. I paid 2500 rupees for three months.                         i searched for reliance netconnect on internet... i got pradeep verma's number... he said aaj hi internet chaalu ho jayega... he gave me a device without a box.. i asked him where is th box... he said company is not giving devices with boxes now... he took advance 1000 rs frm me... and then 1000 more... he is charging 1500 for a used device... and fresh device is available in 1299... and he is saying maine to device 1500 me hi kharida hai...after all he accepted and said i am soory maine jhooth bola ki ye fresh device hai... it is not fresh... now my money is gone... now wat to to...

                                Today I went to Reliance World (B-18, 9/54, L.G.F, Namdhari Chamber, D.B. Gupta Road, Opp. Vijay Sales, Karol Bagh, Delhi) to get a duplicate SIM for my CDMA number and they haven&#039;t provided me the single duplicate SIM but offered me combo (CDMA + GSM) and refused to give me duplicate SIM.                                     My complain is Discontinue of my number [protected] my name Ramesh Dedhia, due to reason given by ur gallery is papers not submited but if paper were not submitted then how can my number was uninterrupted for 3yrs. and my knowledge says i have given all req. papers during activation.My no is discontinued on 06/11/12 now while my several attempts to get that number has failed and ur gallary has not at all help full kandivali east branch i m fed up of rcom now but it was my business number very important i want it back at any cost plz help me and do revert back..
