My reliance number is [protected]. I have just received an sms saying amount charged for vas hungama gsm is Rs:30.00. I have not subscribed to any such things and 30 rupees have been deducted from my account totally unfairly.This is very disgusting and i feel really harassed..!!!

I would suggest you look into the matter immediately and please give my money back. I strongly say again that i have not subscriber(or used) any such...

reliance mobile company reduced my balance without any prior information bearing mobile number [protected], they deducted my 28 INR from my main balance. Regarding this i had spoke to the costumer service desk of the company but there is no favorable replay from them.

I have taken an internet connection from Reliance in Mumbai. It was a 6 month advance rental plan (Unlimited). The executive collected Rs. 2800 including installation and taxes and he promised no further charges for next 6 months. Now, in the first bill, I am asked to pay Rs. 200 additional as installation charges and my connection is cut off now due to non payment of this extra charges

I hold a net connect data card ( No. – [protected]) under my name. the data card was originally under the name of my father, Mr. Jagdish Behl till July 2012. I have put a request for cancellation in July as my father has left his job the data card expenses were reimbursed by his company.

After I placed request for cancellation, I keep on receiving calls from Reliance call center to retain this number at some lower monthly...

I made an online recharge for reliance's 3G Data services via the Reliance online website on 27th October 2012 on my Reliance GSM no. As per the discussion we have tried for the replacement of Dongle but it is not the concern of Reliance as the Dongle is yours own property which was purchased by you from the Store and not from the Reliance Gallery and one thing is also not at all concern when your Dongle is not under warranty.

If you are interested in closing the same then kindly make the payment for which the amount is already forwarded...

I am Akshatha. I am using a reliance datacard. Previously i had a plan of Rs1100. I made a request to terminate the connection and finally i agreed to take a plan of Rs250. Reliance representative had called and mailed me that the plan got changed from 14th september. My billing period is from 14th of current month to 13th of next month(eg. 14th september to 13th october). But i got a bill for monthly rental of 1100....
