Sir, 500 meter ki duri par mobile tower hone ke baad bhi pichle 10 -15 din se reliance tower ke signal me bhut problem aa rahi hai pure din me keval 2 ghante he signal rahta hai baki time Mobile me signal he nahi rahta. Maine ies matter par Customer Care ko bhi complaint kiya tha lekin 2 call ke baad vo bhi chuchap bath gaye.......... Aap hi bataea ki ham kya kare. Isi trah signal ki problem rahi to Port change karva kar kisi dusre Service Provider ke pass jana padega....

    I think GPRS service doesn't exist at all in Reliance GSM. Browsing internet is impossible using Reliance.
    Even a simple 'Google homepage' takes more than 30 seconds to load in a "mobile browser".

    And "Reliance GPRS Help-desk" provides the "one and only" solution for all sorts of GPRS related problems i.e. "Get internet settings and switch off the mobile and switch it on after 15-20 mins and try to browsing again" else "contact customer care again."

    Lets see if posting a complain here really makes any difference to GPRS service in Reliance GSM.

    this is to inform you that i purchased a new reliance gsm connection
    despite reliance gsm big claim about their excellent service
    they are unable to provide gprs setting for NOKIA E 71 3G phone
    this phone does not exit in their data bank which is very surprising

      Sir,
      My Reliance GSM SIM No. is [protected]. Ever since I migrated from CDMA to GSM service, the company has been continuously deducting my talk time balance. Everytime I recharge my balance, a sizeable amount is deducted. On complaining to customercare they tell me that I have activated certain services. I tell them that I have not done so and ask them to cancel the subscription if any. They promise to do the same but the same problem persists the after a certain period. I am now so fed up that I do not recharge my talk time balance. I request you to kindly ask the concerned people not to play with peoples' patience in this manner and spoil their own reputation. I request you to kindly stop any further service activation and stop making unauthorized deductions from the balance. I also request the company to refund the cumulative amounts that have been deducted from my account so far.

        I closed reliance broadband connection few months before. After final settlement I am eligible for refund which is also reflect on the bill, but still I didn't get refund for the same. My customer a/C no.[protected]

          i m relaince delhi based gsm postpaid user i have a strong complaint about relaince gsm company they charged every month approx 250 to 300 rupees in my billing mentioned VAS which i nver used when i called customer care numerous times they said u used rworld which i nvr did that n they said u download game from indiagames also nvr happened by my side then i asked for deactive my this VAS service they canot deactive this i m suffering from last 4 month now i think to throw this no in garbage ...can anybody help me

            I had activated reliance gsm unlimited whatsapp and facebook plan of Rs.16 by dialing *777*16#
            and after activating still when using fb and whatsapp my balance is deducted
            and after using m.facebook.com also..
            my balace got deducted..
            then i called cust care bt he talked to me badly and disconnected my call tht i dont know why i called for and also blocked my call to cc..nw i also unable to call them and my balance is still deducting..
            So please help in this and kindly solve my problem..they already deducted the balance for plan and still deducting balance for using services..

            Reliance — cutting the money and Not activating the recharge

            Dear Sir
            my Mobile number is [protected]. In the 4th of February I had charged the mobile for Rs 23/- this has not been activated in the mobile. At the same time the balance of Rupees 24 has been deducted to -7 on the same day. I have not subscribed for any of the services either. Kindly deactivate all the services and re-embers the money as well as the Rs 23 Charge done on the 4th of feb.

            Reliance GSM — balance deduction is still going on and poor feedback by co.

            as i earlier told in my complaint that continuous balance deduction is going on from my reliance gsm no-[protected].the rcom gave me the solution of the complaint no[protected].but the solution was not up to the mark.they refunded rs 18/-that was unfair because rs 100/- were deducted from my a/c and stopped the service but on the same day tha same service was again activated on my no.and deduct all my balance i.e rs 18/-.now my balance is nill and again the msg is coming fron 57007(service name is video vogue).plz help me and provide me the solution of my problem related to stop the service and full balance refund.i also want to complaint here about the behaviour of rcom people.the dont have manners to talk.they harrased me and used harsh language.plz take strict action against them.

            Facing the same problem here. I activated the whatsapp plan today. Didn't even take a fraction of a second to reduce the balance. Absolutely pathetic and useless. Reliance has one of the worst customer care support services in the history of customer support service. Calling the customer care person is a pain to begin with. And when they are kind enough to answer the call, they are of no use. They will make you unlearn English. Keeping their horrible English speaking skills in the back seat, their lack of basic conversational skills is quite abominable.

            Posting "We have noted your complaint. The matter has been escalated to our customer service team who will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns" does not help unless you get off that lousy good for nothing arse and do something about it.
            And even if your mighty arseness does decide to revert, going through the same grueling process of talking to a dumbstruck customer care person would added to the "beautiful memories" archive.

            A paleolithic caveman would come up a better solution.

            i had to then call 198 who have noted my complaint and have advised 48 hours resolution time

            Please note RCOM team same problem has occured to me. I have activated the whatssapp plan on my number on 25th dec 2012 and since then I'am not getting any service benefits on both rcomnet and rcom wap. I have been registering complaints since 5th jan 2013 latest being today (complaint no[protected]. I really doubt what type of services you give.

            I activated ds plan in dec, bt since den i have been able to avail sch services fr hardly 15 days, though RS16 have been deducted from my balance atleast 3-4 times...
            I called CC manytimes, though in my case they didnt disconect d call, bt everytym dey wre busy transfering the line to 'n' number of ppl with no solution in the end..

            I am facing the same problem. It has been three months now my balance is been cut but no service has been provided. And no customer care has helped me out.
            The solutions provided were, visit www.m.facebook.com, www.rcom.com, www.reliancerworld.com and then he was confused which one was it if relancerworld or reliancewaprworld. They are not ready to message the precise link to start the service. I read all the comments above but yet i cant see any reply from Reliance. Such a big company in India can do this to their customers.

            i have activated FB plan of 16rs/month today, but whenever i visit m.facebook.com, 2 additional rupees are gettng deducted for every visit.
            when i called the customer care, i was recommended to directly visit facebook page without clicking on the internet page, so my money wont get deducted!!!

            how can i connect to facebook, without using internet???? i tried making it as the homepage also, but stil amount is getting deducted!!!

            Regular deduction in balance on use of 'Whatsapp' pack, given that the site does not mention any additional charges.

            This is clear cut case of misleading the consumers.

            Hoping to get my issues resolved soon and the refund of the balance so deducted, otherwise a Consumer Court is not a bad option either. I might get compensation too! Probably that will deter you.

            Seems like there is a problem with your Whatsapp and FB packs. The pack gets auto renewed without fail but the pack DOES NOT work. The balance gets deducted even if the pack is activated. I had tried deactivating my whtsapp pack. But even that did not happen.
            I had sent a message dact WA to 53739 on 4th Apr 2013 and I did get a response saying that the pack has been deactivated. But my whts app pack got auto renewed on 5th May 2013 and 3rd June 2013.
            Please look into this.

            I am facing the same issue my Whatsapp plan worked for one month but after auto renewal my balance is deducting regularly. I tried a lot to file a complaint but your customer care didn't respond. I tried to disconnect the plan but it is not getting disconnected. I didn't imagine that Reliance can be such a big cheater.

            Internet stopped working

            Every time coming Internet stopped working, problems arised, why and what all these?

            Change from cdma number to gsm number

            Reliance has closes my cdma number and told me to take 4g sim
            the message from reliance which i got was
            "CDMA closes soon.Get free 4g sim now" it was unclear about anything now i have my cdma phone but my sim is converted to gsm due to reliance miscommunication. I want my cdma sim back.

              Hi,
              I was reliance prepaid internet costumer for about 3 years now. I moved to post paid very recently in deceptive manner and Customer service is not taking any action what so ever. Either the market people don’t have full knowledge or they into deceptive practices to gain few customers for their own benefits . I was using prepaid Rs 3000 pack for 18 GB untill this migration for about 3 years. I got call from reliance marketing lady promising me netconnect+ plus tariff for 3.1Mbps speed for rental 250, 500, 750, 950. I was tempted because she(Shyamal) said I get 23GB for Rs500 a month. So I told her I’m interested to take up the plan. But before going saying yes I asked her what’s the catch here, she said nothing you get 3.1Mbps for browsing but for downloads speed is less.I I said ok. After the migration to post paid is over to my irony, I could not get connected at all, sometime later I tried 1x speed after speaking to SHARMILA(who processed my pre to postpaid migration taking over from Shyamala) told me it will take few hours to get full 3.1mbps speed.
              After this I tried and tried in HYBRID ,HSD and 1x speeds to check if I’m getting any better speed. In a day or 2 Shramilla consulted some one and told me that I only can get 1x speed. Mean while I registered a complaint[protected] that I can only connect in 1x speed, next day I get message my problem is processed. When Called Customer service and told the whole case about How I was deceived by marketing guys and registered anther complaint[protected] on 22 OCT, Asked them to either give 3.1MBPS or put me back to Prepaid immediately. Till now no replay from reliance.
              Its total irresponsibility from such well respected brand of Indian and it has no sense to serving or helping its customers. I trusted Reliance as good brand but they are shattering the trust I have in them.
              Even reliance dose not keep complete information on internet for especially for prepaid customers,
              I say this because the page

              only says speed base tariff for Rs 500, But it dose not say its 256Kbps, But they give all other information and IT IS MENTIONED IN NETCONNECT+ TARIFFS, instead for 1x, Because it connects only in 1x speed it should sold as 1xspeed connections.
              TOATAL FRAUDULENT information from reliance.

                My reliance number is [protected]. I have just received an sms saying amount charged for vas hungama gsm is Rs:30.00. I have not subscribed to any such things and 30 rupees have been deducted from my account totally unfairly.This is very disgusting and i feel really harassed..!!!

                I would suggest you look into the matter immediately and please give my money back. I strongly say again that i have not subscriber(or used) any such service. Please stop the service ad refund my account balance. It is very hard earned money and you dont have any right to take it away like this.

                Please refund my money at the earliest.

                I had very high regards for reliance as a company, please dont prove me wrong and refund my unfairly deducted money.

                Reliance GSM — unfair practises

                hello friends i am a user of reliance gsm prepaid no. [protected] it is my secondary no i have been using this no for almost 6 months now i was happy with their service when all of a sudden they activated some job alert service on my no without my permission i tried to call their toll free customer care no. which is always busy because they want you to call their premium customer care no. anyways i called that no. few times no matter when you call that no. they will say their systems are updating and call them back i think that is the best excuse they have so i cant get this service deactivated now so i have stopped using that no. for outgoing finally but i will keep that no. anyways for incoming i guess this will teach them a lesson if they want business by these fraud tactics they will loose all the business they could get.

                    I have taken an internet connection from Reliance in Mumbai. It was a 6 month advance rental plan (Unlimited). The executive collected Rs. 2800 including installation and taxes and he promised no further charges for next 6 months. Now, in the first bill, I am asked to pay Rs. 200 additional as installation charges and my connection is cut off now due to non payment of this extra charges

                    Unless I pay additional Rs. 200, they wouldn't reinstate the connection nor will I get refund of the advance rental. This is cheating and stealing by Reliance. The call center guys are also hopeless, the executive is not picking my calls. Please help in quick resolution

                    I had net connection of Reliance there where also some billing issue with me i took this issue to higher level, finaly they understand my prob and accept there falut & waived the bill..

                    well u write a mail 2 c.care and get replies, further fwd d same 2 higher lvl den with all prinouts of mails betwen u and reliance file case in police under IPC 405-deception and 415-deceit by employees.
                    all broadband companies do not give the alloted speed for eg. if a 512kbps plan you get speed of 400kbps, for 1mbps we get a max of 750kbps. This is pure cheating. TRAI has to look into it.

                        I hold a net connect data card ( No. – [protected]) under my name. the data card was originally under the name of my father, Mr. Jagdish Behl till July 2012. I have put a request for cancellation in July as my father has left his job the data card expenses were reimbursed by his company.

                        After I placed request for cancellation, I keep on receiving calls from Reliance call center to retain this number at some lower monthly rental. After some calls they gave us the option to transfer the number to anyone in blood relation. After inquiring that the same will take Rs.500 as transfer charges, we again refused and told your guys to transfer. Again we received call one day that the transfer can be done free of cost because being a old client . We finally agreed to transfer to my name and went to your store in DLF Galleria market, Gurgaon and deposited all documents in August. We were told to clear all the old dues and we have paid Rs 900 in lieu of that.

                        Surprisingly in October's the transfer charges of Rs.500 are generated. When contacted your call center, they refused to agree to explanation and told me to tell the name of person whom I discussed and earlier records.

                        Sir, as you are aware, no one can record such a telephonic discussions and recall the names of your call center guys after 3-4 months. As I am not receiving any response for your call center team, request to please resolve this matter appropriately.

                        I made a bill payment of Rs 270.00 on October 26th' 2012 against regular statements and requested Reliance to waive the addtional expense of Rs. 500.

                        Surprisingly I received an email on October 29th' 2012 that my data card number is terminated. I request to please push Reliance to activate my number and waive of these additional charges.

                        Reliance Communications — Payments due even after cancellation of datacard

                        I have a datacard from Reliance. Even after terminating the card two times they still keep sending bills. They keep giving false assurances that the card is terminated.

                        Currently a bill of Rs. 793/- is pending, which was generated after the card was terminated. Now, even though the card is terminated, we are receiving threatening calls from Reliance to pay up this amount.

                        Their customer service is pathetic and their Call Centre just does what the name suggests! Take calls and do nothing about it!.

                        I have decided to pay up the 793/- otherwise I will receive a legal notice shortly as has happened to some of my friends.

                        Please stay away from this chor company as much as possible.

                          I made an online recharge for reliance's 3G Data services via the Reliance online website on 27th October 2012 on my Reliance GSM no. [protected] for Rs. 3000 (30gb of Data for 6 months validity (receipt id is AMIR[protected] followed by a recharge of Rs.109 as talk-time on my number (receipt ID is AMIR[protected]

                          till date, I have not got my balance of Rs. 3000 (30GB data with 6 months validity) and my recharge for the purpose of my talk-time has been drained almost instantly.

                          I filed two complaints via reliance customer care, complaint ID[protected], and without the resolution of my problem, after two days I just receive an SMS saying that your complaint has been resolved, with me neither receiving my money or my balance for which I paid for.

                          How such a company has received an award for the best customer service puzzles me, and regardless of whether I receive my balance for the services I paid for or not, this is my last financial transaction with this company, I have to say that I am very dissappointed in reliance for treating their consumers in this manner.

                              It has really been a matter of pleasure for me that i am one of the
                              Reliance telecom customers but for some reason or what i am feeling
                              cheated for a few days.I have got my Reliance sim card(mobile no:-
                              [protected]) recharged on 28/10/2012(at about 12:15 PM) with 77 rupee
                              plan and was expecting to be charged at 20 paise/min for all R to R
                              STD calls(excluding first call of the day) but i am currently being
                              charged all my calls at 50 paise/min.I have also tried to contact
                              customer care services to get it resolved but not getting the right
                              kind of solution.

                              So i am expecting you to get my problem resolved as soon as possible.

                                Reliance Communication - Broadband Connection - Customer Name: Mukesh Agarwal - Customer ID: [protected]. Took this connection though it didn't work they collected the billed amount as full and final payment through court by filing a case under TRAI a sum of Rs.2,600/- vide Receipt No.IB[protected] paid on[protected].
                                Now again I am getting the calls from the RIL for the payment of bill of another Rs.3,000/- odd for which I was never having connection as the instrument fixed at my business place was removed for non payment of earlier bill and the case was filed for the final payment. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve the same. As getting this unwanted calls annoying and disturbing more particularly after making a payment for the services not used for. I have attempted to resolve this but failed as the callers doesn't have authority to do anything and the seniors didn't came online for the call. The customer case is also not responding.

                                  My name is Swapnil and currently working at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. 6 months ago I was living in Pune, Maharashtra where I brought reliance broadband wireless post paid connection. When I shifted to Hyderabad, I got new internet connection for free @ my residence due to which I closed the reliance broadband connection in the month of May and paid the due amount as well. In spite of this, I am still receiving monthly bills from reliance for this connection. I already called customer care for this issue couple of times and registered the complaint. Every time, the customer care used to tell me that they have logged a complaint and I shall receive a call in next 24 hours which did not happen anytime. At last, I dropped an email to the email id mentioned on the site of reliance broadband and written all the things in the email. For this also, I didnt receive any response from their side. This time also I received an email for October months bill.

                                  Please assist me here....

                                    I had purchased a rim gsm sim from reliance store nearly one year back from that time on-wards company activated any additional services in my no. And deducted the charges from my balance 6-7 times without my consent. When I called back to customer care about complaining the thing always they respond this is a system error we give you your money back and from now on-wards this mistake do not occur. But every time the same mistake occurs. The company didn't take any action for my complaint I had given to the company nearly 5-6 times. This is very hassarssing situation for the consumers.

                                      I suffering a lot from last 8 days as i have started the watsup / facebook pack of Rs. 16/- my balance has deducted a lot and asked to as the customer care people they say that we are using internet connection..sometimes they say that we hungama pack have been activated .

                                      I m FRUSTRATED by recharging the balance every day as we are college student we dnt have time to talk with customer care people and not even get the much pocket money to spend.. we have to manage on what we have.. and here we request the customer care people to solve the problems... but here the reverse thing is going on ...as the customer care people are increasing the customer problem a lot......

                                      I am using reliance GSM . my number is [protected]. Reliance is deducting balance and saying that the deduction is for activating some packs of reliance, which i didn't activate. I am recharging my account and they deducting my balance to negative.Reliance is activating packs with out my permission. I need my balance back , its upto 40-50 Rs.
                                      I want to say that whenever i am recharging my number just after few minutes the balance is getting deducted and after calling they are giving the balance return and they are telling that nothing is activated now the balance will not deduct and now no other VAS service is activated. But the same things are repeatedly happening. My mobile number is [protected] and i am Mr. Kharwar. I am facing too much of problem for this deduction. I have suffered to much because of this things which are done by RELIANCE. I want to lodge a complain for Reliance.
                                      The executive are also in attitude. I am unhappy with the deduction which is happening through RELIANCE. Every time the things which are happening i am getting disturbed. My attitude is that i am very angry and will lodge a complain against the company very soon.
                                      I want the resolution there is nothing to comment any more from my side.

                                        Govt. has declared MNP fee Rs 19 only. But, Reliance Mobile Store in jind, haryana charging Rs 100. This is too much. Somehow, my mnp request was rejected by my current operator, Reliance Mobile Store denied to refund. Please, do needfull as soon as possible.
