[Resolved]  Reliance Data Card — barred service of data card

This is to inform you that i am using the reliance USB data card ( ZTE CDMA 1X) from past one year and above. Yesterday i had a problem with the connection. I wasn't able to connect to the internet. I called up at the call center and was holded up for half hour for solving the problem and at last i got the response that i will be able to use the internet with in 3 hrs. but after exactly 24 hours i wasn't able to connect to the internet. i had some important work on the internet and i use the data card on my laptop and whole of the data to be used was in it. So, i can't even use the internet cafe for the work. When i called up to the call center from data card i wasn't able to connect due to some problem with the Data card. Than i contacted to the mumbai call center from my personal cell phone which charged me a lot because i was on the call from 18:00:52 to 18:34:23 on 23rd january 2009. I again got the reply that the problem will be solved in 3 hrs. Any how after long request to Mr. Dibya jyoti placed at Kopar Kharina, Mumbai i was able to recive the request no. i.e 86740754. although i was able to use the internet by 19:10 but due to relaince i have suffered a lot and i need full waiver of my next bill. i have requested for it and the request no. is 86741163. if i am unable to get the full waiver by the company i will be compelled to take the legal action by filing the case against relainse in consumer court.

i am paying my bills in cash but in respond to the quaries i am getting the answers that my bill payment was made by cheque and it got bounced. in relation to my barred services they are saying that my credit limit has exceded but i am using the plan with unlimited usage.

Reliance Data Card — services have been barred

i have purchased the reliance data card (usb modem)
for internet purposes, for that i have submitted the necessary documents including the address proof.
i have received my first bill also on the adress specified
but now my services have been barred saying that adress could not have been verified.
how can it be????????
pls look into the matter. as it is causing lot of inconvenience to me

I am using R data card, Earlier i can use it for making calls also. Now i have tried many times but unable to make call from data card thru computer. Please hel me how can i make it working.
This is to inform you that i was using a number [protected] but suddenly the number has been de-activated, the number has been taken in the name of my father Mr Iqbal Ahmed the connection was taken on 30.05.2009 and the connection has been dissconnected on 09.06.2009 . As I spoke to your customer care executive rgarding my de-activation of incoming and outgoing they said me that my document is not submitted yet but i had submitted my document to the retailer. So there is not my fault regarding this.
I would be very thank ful to if you kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.
