my mob num is [protected], maine reliance gsm new connection liya hai, muze customer service executive ne pahale kaha ki muze 50 rs ka recharge karna hoga, maine unhe fir se puch kar confirm kiya ki 50 rs or 20 rs, usne kaha ki 20 rs ki scheme 21st ke baad se khatam ho gayi hai, aur ab muze 50 ka recharge karna hoga, maine 50 ka recharge kiya hai but ab wo bol rahe hai ki muze sirf 20 ka recharge hi karna tha aur ab meri scheme activate nahi hogi reliance ne har baar customers ke sath cheat kiya hai us ki complaint trai me honi chahiye, aur kuch unpar restrictions lagane chahiye Was this information helpful? | |
