[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid SIM — sms not being delivered !!

Reliance — getting problem in incoming calls and sending sms

i am getting problem in receiving calls and sending sms. people complain that my mobile was switched off or not reachable despite of full signal. i could be able to do sms after trying many times. my mobile no. is [protected]

Reliance GSM — india card is not working fine

matter:network is fail 11 P.M to 6 A.M in india card which value has 650/-

i many time informed my problem to customer care that my mobile service is fail in night 11 P.M to 6 A.M . i dont know why it is so??
i did all as said by customer care *333 and 30333333.and they noted my complain and they also resolved but my problem is not solved.

local customer office is also unable to help me .
now i have just only one option to "SURRENDER" and to go "CONSUMER COURT" .
please attend on my application due to im going under very loss .

I totally agree with Mr Avinash, well, even though my moral contradict with the use of any sort of bad words or abusive language, but this reliance service sucks on the dicks on Indian customers like a ###...

This is what comes out of your mouth after listening to the reliance waiting tone for half an hour since you always are in a queue( no matter even if its just we who are calling; feels like they enjoy making people angry) and even then the person on the other end says he cannot lodge our complaint as the reason is quite unreasonable( to those customer care people: you donkeys, you [censored]s, you are there to lodge our complaints not to take decisions that whether its real or not, we are the ones facing it, not you)...

Sorry people, I should not have used such words, but I can't let them scrolling right into my mind otherwise it might corrupt my whole database of thinking and reasoning...

To the reliance: See you in Consumer Court and you'll have to give me the service and on my conditions and that too should have to be working fine, and if you won't I don't have to say a word coz the whole world will see what a frustrated computer geek can do with the knowledge he gained since his childhood...

Reliance GSM — sms service is not fast

i have beeen sending sms to my friends, but sms are not delivered to its been delivered to them after 1-2hrs, and its same for incoming message, i have called in costomer care but no one is recieving the calll ,

sir, i am having a prepaid sim of orissa, when i am inserting the sim in my cdma reliance phone which i was using regularly for one year now the diplay of phone shows insert sim.

2)i am working in a bank and its a transferable job i was in orissa now for few months in jharkhand and again back to orissa.

3)i can have a new sim but the crux is all the phone no and details were in that sim .
pls have a suggstion or solution how that .sim can be reactivated or stated

to inform about the fact that when my friend sending me long message its one of the parts is not arrived at a time to me.....it creates so much confusions...so please try to solve this problem as early as possible...

Reliance GSM Card — Others gets sms even I am not sending

Sir , My mobile no is [protected] a reliance gsm mobile .Yesterday late night one person receives 40 to 50 sms on his mobile having no [protected] and all sms shown to be sent from my mobile no as [protected] but I have not sent a single sms .While contacting to reliance care centre they replied we cannot do any thing on this matter.Now what to do please forward my complain to the concerened authority and let me reply.

Sir i have take message pack of 1 paisa per msg and There was some problam of in network so i dont sending any msg for the problam of network and i have written 3 complient and now the problam is they dont written my compliant and thats problam is arise 10 to 12 days than why i have pay for msg pack

Reliance — false delivery of sms

my number is [protected], when ever i send a sms to one perticular number of my frnd. i many times get sms delivery of another number which is unknow to me.
and the intresting thing to note down is it happens only when i use to live in my local network, problem removes up when i go on roaming.


pls help me out,now its unbearable. (there is no problem in my sim or phone)
