Hi

I am very much frustrated with the service provided by Reliance Netconnect. I have Broadband+ data card which is supposed to work atleast with the speed of 1 mbps. anyways..forget about the speed which is always in 0.01 kpbs to 0.10kbps. i have wasted my money on it. Although my area ( khirki extention, south delhi) comes under the broadband range but not getting more that CDMA speed.

When i connect my data card it works fine for 5-10 mins then the message shows up"device has been disconnected" , although the device is already connected. I am facong this problem for last 4 days. then to make it working again i need to restart my system then again it work for 10 mins. i am sick of it now.

Complaint no is[protected]. Did not receive a single call. whenever i call they say you will get call and they keep on transferring the calls to other people. no resolution.

Please take some action on this.

    i surrender my reliance landline[protected] two yrs ago with the handset in RELIANCE WEB WORLD, SALEM,(OMALUR MAIN ROAD) TAMILNADU.and received termination form but till now i didnt receive my deposit amount of rs 1000/-...
    THE PERSONS WHO ARE WORKING IN SALEM RELIANCE WEB WORLD THOSE PEOPLE ARE VERY MUCH LAZY AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER REPLY TO THE CUSTOMER.

      Concern
      I am a reliance gsm user from the past 4months and from the last 2months i am facing serious network problem. At times there is no network. I am not able to send messages, out of 10; 9msgs get rejected. I have complained the customer care a no of times but as yet i haven't received any solution.
      I have already tried using this gsm simcard in other 3 renowned handsetsI request you to please help me out in raising this problems as i am not the only one who is facing it, but i know atleast a dozen people who are frustrated because of it.

        I have a landline no.[protected] of Reliance Communication which was taken in the year 2004 as a postpaid connection in my husband's name Mr. Kanhaiya S. Jha from Virar (W) reliance web world. After that without intimating us the no. was converted to prepaid no. in the year 2007. We continously visited the Reliance Web world to convert it to the Postpaid Connection but our request was not taken.

        Regarding, the same now when I went to Reliance Web World, Virar (w),They took the request along with the valid documents for Converstion of Prepaid No. to Postpaid No. The request was given on 23rd Nov.2009. and it was told that it will be done in 3 - 4 working days.
        But as on today(18/12/2009), nothing has been done. I made a complain in Reliance customer care on 3 rd Dec.2009. with complain No.[protected].

        So tell me being one of the biggest communication network,is this the service they provide.

        My name is Mahesh Nayak , One day one executive came to my house for the scheme called prepaid to post paid , He took RS 599 , electricity bill, two photographs , pan card and filled some form which was related to Relaince Comunnications . The name of the executive was Amit Rodrigues from Vasai Station , he is working under DSA . Three weeks are passed and till date no action is been taken ,also there is no feedback . I have raised the compalint to Reliance Communication through phone banking and by email but there is no response . I have only recived the service request number[protected]

        I am having a prpaid landline phone since from 9 years, but from 7to8 days it is not working ie.incomming and outgoinis barred I have visited web world they refused to recharge the phone and they are telling that we are closing land line services hence we could not resume your phone .

          i have submit the redemption in reliance mutual fund in the scheme name ( reliance opputunities fund) and the date is 23 nov 09 and redemtion is clear on 27 nov 09 but the cheque of redemption go to courier from first flight has misplaced by courier person reliance mutual fund says i have submit the cheque cancellation and new cheque issued to you but now the date is 18 dec 09 ( aprrox 1 month) i have not received my cheque company says from last 7 days the cheque is under processing how many days to colloect my cheque and his 1 month intrest also loss for rs 17000/- kindly register my complain and do further action.

          Reliance mutual fund Complaints - redemption cheque not received .





          i have submit the redemption in reliance mutual fund in 31 december 2009.
          and i give requestation to transfer another account also.
          Dear Sir/ Madam
          Redemption cheque not received so far. Already 23 days have lapsed. My cheque reported to have been sent wrongly to noida address where as. I have no connection at Noida. Total fault has been committed by reliance mutual fund and unnecessarily harassing me. Kindly get the matter expedite and also direct to pay interest overdue period.

            Hello, most o[censored]s know that customer care is most of time talking to walls. But this time "Reliance Customer Care i.e. *333 " gave me a such a horrible experience. My call with Customer care went for 69 minutes. I am facing a problem that i am billed for those SMSes as well which are never received by the recipient irrespective of the operator. During these 69 minutes i explained my problem to 2 customer care executives and 1 guy from networking department. The very first person (from customer care) was such a big ___ that he is replying to me in Hindi despite of me already selected English as a language option. I explained my problem in English and in Hindi both but that as____ kept on asking about the problem i'm facing without listening to what i'm saying. He kept me on hold for over 15-20 minutes. When i was frustrated enough i asked him to transfer the call to his senior but again he put me on hold to return and say that his senior 'cannot talk'. Strange, He did this acting of trying to connect with his senior for another 10-15 minutes. When i asked him about his and his senior's name then not only gave me wrong names but also an incomplete complaint ID. After that he said he's transferring the call to his senior. I was again put on hold and was surprised to hear another customer care executive on the other hand. He provided the complete complaint ID and took some information and again transferred my call to networking department without sharing the details of the problem i'm facing. Finally I talked with some person who seemed to be nice while interacting with me and assured me of solving the problem within 2 days.


            Now i don't understand what type of customer care Reliance Communications is running. Reliance has billed me for SMSes which has not been delivered. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF THEFT by Reliance Communications.

            I'm sure that if Mr. Anil Ambani dials the customer care for a simplest problem, even he will change his service provider.

            sir i was told to update my cdma sim to ohm sim with charge of 4RS .but customer care are selling centre sold me at 100RS and ihave check other care centre also they are also selling a sim 4RS at 100 RS .

              Short service Message at 1p!!!! It sound so thrilling.
              But not untill i registered for this SMS service @ 1p.

              My number is +[protected] registered in the name of Afifa Mohammadi and using the reliance mobile service for past few years. Earlier i used to recharge the SMS promo card of Rs. 49 and avail free 600 local msgs. I was quite a happy man untill i chose to register for SMS @ 1p. After i have recharged my card with Rs. 11 for the new SMS scheme, I'm facing the problem of sending SMSes for past couple of days. I have to resend a msg around 10 (Ten) times before the status shows sent in my cell. And the worse part is i'm charged for all the 10 messages irrespective of whether that message is sent 10 times or not.

              Wat's the use of messages at 1p when effectively it costs me the same. It's very irritating that i have to resend the message again and again. I have also confirmed this problem with other reliance mobile service users. They all are facing the same problem for past couple of days.

              In this generation where competition is between services offered and when consumers are getting matured it is really tough to accept this kind of service providers. I request Reliance Communications to kindly look into the problem at earliest otherwise with introduction of mobile number portability, it wont be a surprise to see dip in users of this kind of service providers.

                I have Reliance net connect (USB). However I am unable to configure my Microsoft outlook express to sent e-mails because Reliance is not providing me their outgoing server (SMTP) address. Their customer care service guys are of no help. Can anybody provide assistance.

                incomming and out going mail server for sify mail id while i am using reliance net connect
                this refusal to provide smtp settings has been going on for years and Reliance refuses to cooperate with its clients. they apparently have never heard of "the customer is always right" and continue to treat us all with contempt. i have had internet providers is EIGHT different locations in six countries and Reliance is the only company acting like a**holes.

                This is to update that there is a forge happened from 1 o[censored]r Reliacne collection person.
                I have given the chq dated 29 June wherein ur colelction person Bharat has done the changes and deposited the chq on 22 June 11.

                This is ridiculuous that without my permission how it can be done.We have faith so we give chq and make payments and this is what we are getting back.It was ok that the Amount was there in bank or else it might have got bounced and I ahve to suffer for the same.
                Need explanation for the same immediately or else also will file a complaint in Consumer level.

                  My Name is Anil Kumar from Portblair. I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. It is so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download.I am recharge every month of Rs 801. But speed was slow. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me.

                  Reliance USB Modem and Data Card — Internet always slow

                  I buyed Reliance USB Modem and Data Card for Rs. 2800 45days back. Since then there is a problem with the speed.
                  I called customer care many times always I was kept on hold for long and awaited for technician and he always said to connect netbooster which is a nonsence software. I am a sr software Engineer I myself dont understand the purpose of that s/w it doesnt enhance speed but degrade image quality:)
                  Its a harrasment which reliance infocom is doing on name of Late Sri Dirubai Ambani and playing with trust of people.
                  I called today and awaited for 10 mins by customer care for technician. I got fed up now.

                  Reliance — Reliance data card poor speed

                  Hi
                  This is Pramod from kollam, purchased Reliance Data Card ([protected]) from Expert Systems Kollam(Corperate Connection) for Rs 8500. Unfortunately i am facing poor connectivity speed from the very begining. I made many complaints (Service Request ID[protected]and your technicians chkecked my laptop and concluded that the issue is related to network trafic, nothing can be done to solve the issue. Let me explain the details of complaint i am facing.

                  If we wish to log on to a particular site it will be showing (PAGE COULD NOT BE DIAPLAYED)
                  for min 20min or 2hrs, and it will be disconnected frequently also.

                  Next is with regard to the CHAT OPTION, we will lose the reliability also. ie we are not getting the exact status of the Internet connection. (While using the chat option it goes disconnected as usual and display the message like the Second party is offline. At that time also Your Connectivity status is connected to Internet.
                  Very difficult to make Voice Chat.
                  The reliability of the connection is very poor, we are not expecting speed of a JET, but it should be reliable, unfortunately the Reliance internet connection never matches any of the credibility which RELIANCE is having a world wide reputation, it really damages the image of Reliance in my mind.

                  Do you know the meaning of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ??? Go learn it first then serve the customers...if your boss, Mr Anil Ambani Is inefficient in handling all such issues, ask him to handover atleast the Reliance Communications to Mukesk Ambani and Please dont spoil the morale and name Ambani's have created..
                  Mere advertising and poor service is not a short cut to become a successful entrepreneur, hard work and sincerity rather plays important role. Ask Guidance from Mukesk Ambani as he has proven a successful enterpreneur.

                  I am after this issue for over 1 month. and now i demand a compensation for my time wastage .Please do some thing to Get a trouble free service, or a REFUND from your side.I discussed the issue with your guys (Mr .Subin [protected]) . He told no refund can be done. I would like a response from your side as soon as possible, before I take it further with my lawyers and media.

                  seriously...reliance has convinced me that evn i cud try launching my own portable internet devie and do a great job out of it...hello..? how far do u think u can hide under ur proud banner and exploit ur customers? i bought my cdma net connect 3880 in june... and till date 1 have gone thru 3 address verifications...the service absolutely pathetic...they disconnect u whenever they pls and dont care a damn about the problems their customers face...2 add 2 all of this...its painstakingly slow with shabby customer service...pls reliance guys, wake up...its not funny anymore...id never recommend this pc of junk 2 anyone...

                  I have taken your CDMA internet connection (No.[protected])but we cannot get the range and it is not getting the connection, all ready I paid all pending dues till the date no bill issue . what the use of it and after complaing, your people neglecting, what we will do?

                  Reliance CDMA card — Unexpected increase in bill amount

                  We are using 900 plan ZTE CDMA1X data card for Internet services since 1 year. We used to get bills approximately1000 INR. Though the use of Internet is either same or less than the regular use, we received bill for 2650 INR for the month of July. And 7053 INR for the month of August. The service was disconnected. After the payment, it has been activated again. We are still waiting for the requested detail bill.
                  I really wonder how the bill got increased 600% out of regular use. Actually i told my father not to pay the bill unless he get detailed bill. As he is in need of Internet use badly, he payed the bill. This should be seriously taken care.

                  I bought a datacard from relaiance and it was 2800/- then i got a unlimited usage offer as starter and i paid 650 for two months after two months i wanted to change my plan to lower price so i requested my provider he said o.k. but then the third month i got low bill and from fourth month headache started bill was again 740 something then i came to know my plan was not changed i got calls for my payment then i said the whole story ...fact is they dont listen at all and they wanted me to pay i said disconnect my connection she said ok urs will be terminated and no longer can be used.i said ok fine now the fifth month they come and say thati have to pay a sum of 1700/- real thiefs i said i will not pay for ur side mistake ...Dont go for relaince datacard its very slow the people are really mad and money minded ...

                  Reliance Net Connect — Reliance Net Connect

                  Hi,

                  I have just purchased a Reliance net connect last week and topped it with 801 unlimited data charge which works for a couple of days and then again stops. When i call the customer care they tell me that your account is insufficient. Arguing with them that i have paid for unlimited data charge doesnt help me since the Reliance customer care my account has not been charged with this amount.

                  After checking i came to know that the Reliance sales office are cheating people where in i have paid for the amount but they have not recharged the full amount in my account. Every time i complain they will recharge about 20 rs and then it will get disconnected again. Being an NRI i am completely angry with Reliance and their policy of cheating people.

                  To make my matters worse i cant use any other network for net because other co's like Tata have no service in my area except Reliance. Again living in Mumbai i would feel that i have the liberty to use any date connect i want to but i cant.

                  I am clearly unhappy with the Reliance service and overall charges where in i paid over 3500 for a month use and i cant use it properly. Connection is slow that it would be another complaint.

                  I would like to ask people if they know any customer care no where i can complain to them about their Sales office who have cheated the people and making their company look more bad.

                  Also i would suggest that people stay away from Reliance and use other companies.

                  reliance netconnect cdma1x — worst service and response

                  i am ex service man from haryana gov. and few monts ago i had taken this data card from an franchise of reliance in hisar and they issue 2 data cards on my name without my knowledge and their recovery agents came to my house not single time but many times and they threatend me and force me to submitt the bill of data card which i have never used, i meet this franchise manager so many times but they are so determined to their goal of bad service that at this time also i have no any responce from their office and iam very much disturbed, they are worse people.

                  Reliance CDMA + Broadband — Call Drop & Internet not fine

                  Hello sir,

                  The major issue is that

                  1. Call gets connected and could not here we have to redial again and many times automatically drops .

                  2. Even after making the payment their recovery people calls up for details, how many times should we give the same details.

                  3. Internet wimax service is one of the worst service i have seen many site donot open speed is a problem even after complaining no changes... God can only help them..

                  Reliance/Data card — Netconnect very slow complained for 4 months no use

                  I am Vinod, staying in Chennai.I want to say the way I was cheated by Reliance web world.

                  I bought Reliance Datacard in the month of November 2008, and the connection was very slow.Almost 3 mins from one page to another.I complained and they told that it will be sorted in 7 days time.I waited till March month no use.The connection is very poor again I lodged the complaint on March 22 and no response.So I did not pay my March 2009 month due and the Relaince disabled my netconnection.But for the last 3 months I am getting the bill, now reliance is sending some collecting agent for paying another 1500 rs for the last 3 months.It is so frustrating, and it really pains where you are not using and are forced to pay the bill.
                  Kindly suggest what should I do.

                  Reliance CDMA 1x Net Connect — Speed and bill

                  The worst net conecting device...whic is not sutable 4 anything...to open a mail it nearly takes 2-3 min...and the speed mentioned is 230 kbs but even the net connect shows full network it never goes be on 8 kbs...and this junk takes nearly half n hour to download a software...and wen talking abt Bill...it nearly comes abve 1300 every month even me in freedom night scheme...so this junk modem is got 4 nothing...very disapointing wen we see that this product is under reliance...

                  reliance netconnect 1x — Excess Bill

                  I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect 1X internet connection and USB modem from R. Infotech, Library Chowk, Gurdaspur on 25.12.2009 vide connection no. [protected]. According the offer, it was 2 months free usage. I had confirmed the above supplier to continue my service as Unlimited, which was around Rs.700/- monthly. After that I got a bill of Rs.307.27 dated 9th March 2010 and I paid on the same date. I got a second bill of Rs.1776.90 dated 9th April 2010. It indicates a monthly rental of Rs.670.97 and extra usage charges of Rs.940.00 plus service tax. But, according to the my plan there should not have been any extra usage charges as it was unlimited plan.
                  I have informed about this to the above supplier, but they did not help in the matter. Then I have written it to Reliance Communication Nodal Officer, Punjab and Appellate Authority, Punjab, but I got no response from their side.

                  Contrary to the claims being made by Reliance Communications about high speed broadband internet being available at speeds of 3.1 MBps, I have on record a statement that actual speeds in "Real World" situations does not exceed 500 KBps. I have asked them top suspend services as they are not even willing to acknowledge a complaint which was recorded on 16 Nov 2010.                   Reliance Netconnect — Slow Speed with no service from company

                  I purchased Reliance netconnect Broadband+ 3.1 Mbps facility with MDN No. [protected]. As reliance claim to provide speed upto 2.5-3 Mbps but in reality it provides just 36-60 Kbps speed which is slighter higher than the dial-up connection and not a broadband at all. I personally reegistered complaint 4-5 times but no action been taken in reference of that and I am stuck with this misguided and worst facility. After paying such a huge amount for the service and suffering is not what the consumers deserve. Reliance is just making money and not concerned about the consumers. I personally frustrated from this service and demand for some action or I like to get back all my money whatever I invested in it.

Inspite of that they have not refunded my security deposit, but went on issuing bills even after the surrender of the connection. Repeatedly brought to the notice of the customer care and also a person from the company visited but no results.

                    This Company has done the same thing in my earlier connection[protected] which I had surrendered on[protected] on my transfer. Till date I have not received refund of my security deposit in that case also.

                    Please get the wrong billing corrected and get my refund of the security deposit.

                        We had purchased a BroadBand + Data Card from Reliance Web World, Cunningham Road, Bangalore around 1 month back.
                        The person from verification team who came to our permanent address, gave a negative report as we were not home and one of our visiting relatives mentioned that we don't live there.

                        We do have a temporary address in the same residential area, belonging to the IT industry both o[censored]s are on the move, so the permanent address is provided by us for all bank and other official purposes.

                        All supporting address proof documents were also submitted at the time of taking the connection, the connection is taken on my husband's name.

                        Once this was explained to the web world representatives, they assured re-verification and subsequent activation of the data card.

                        However its been 1 month, hours of calling customer care and web world center, and still neither anyone visited our residence nor was our card activated.



                        The most recent excuse I got from the web world people was that they have mailed the background verification team and there is no reply. Another excuse given was they have requested for activation and it’s the "background" people who have to update the details into the system.

                        However no one seems to have any information on who will resolve the issue!!

                        I logged the same compliant to reliance customer 2 weeks back and the only reply we get is the system generated mail saying they are working on it!


                        Its a harrowing experience for us and I intend to cancel and get my refund back,

                        I do agrree wid da complains mentioned herein.
                        I am a wireless internet consumer of reliance since last three years. It has been noticed that the company is not in proper communication with their chek drop box shops.I hav dropped my axis bank check in one of the drop box at Pandav Nagar Delhi (Vigitech is the shops name) on 28/08/10 and till today the check is not cleared from my account. Due to which my net connection is discontinued.
                        Even the customer care executives call up to collect the amount but they dont even come to collect even after promising.

                        I GOT CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER THREE TIMES([protected]) THAT I WILL COME TO COLLECT THE CHECK BUT THIS GUY NEVER CAME TILL TODAY(04/09/10)
                        So now onwards how can i trust one of the biggest networking organisation whose internal communication is not proper.

LUCKILY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO TALK TO CONSUMER CARE , YOU WILL NOT BE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND THE SOLUTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK OR CREDITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH IS WRONGLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NOT SUBSCRIBING THE ALL RUBBISH EXTRA PACKAGES.I AM GOING TO WITHDRAW MY CONNECTION AND ADVISE YOU ALL TO DO SO.

                                I had recharged using Giftmate on 30th November 2009 for Rs 100/- but was not credited with the same into my account. The transaction message from Giftmate was successful but Reliance people did not have the slightest clue of the same. I made a complaint of the same ref - Service Request ID[protected] on 3 December 200, which was closed stating that a representative had talked to me and I received an SMS also for the same but I did not actually receive any call. I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com and they asked me to take the proof and go to nearest centre which I did and talked to Miss Ankita at Old Padra Road Centre, Baroda and she raised another complaint - Service Request ID[protected] on 8th December 2009 and it was supposed to be resolved in 3 days but have not heard from anyone till today 16th December 2009.

                                  I had Reliance communications wireless service which I terminated due to very poor service by reliance. Reliance is claiming that i have to pay them 592 rupees. I already have a deposit of 500 rupees with them. On top of that I have paid for a month of service in which my broadband was not working which created enormous inconvenience for me. They have now sent me a lokadalat pre-litigation notice for the same. I don't think that I need to pay this amount to them.
                                  I see reliance has tend to do a lot like this just by scaring people with lok adalat notices.
                                  can you tell me wht you did once u gt the notice and resolved the issue.
                                  even i have gt one notice, but i am gonna fight for my rights.

                                    This is Siddu user of your prepaid GSM no:[protected] which was taken on my uncle name Mr Govind Kolar in the month of april 2009… All of sudden on 08/12/2009 sim card got suspended without any consent so immediately I contacted your main hub in bijapur city & the executive was managed to convince me with quoting reason due to sim card corruption & I agreed to do sim swap & also did on same day with paying 100/- for dup sim… very next I was very shocked to hear that due non transaction from 6 months so number got recycled hence number can not be reactivated again for me.. I am very dissatisfied with your service since I given this number to all my friends , relatives & also to banks for my financial transactions… So I would be very happy I get the same number.. This is very shame to mention that even Reliance company doesn’t have courtesy to inform customer before suspending number . Is this the way treating customer? Please get back to me on my alt no: [protected] if is there any way to get the same no back .. I’ll be waiting for your response & not in expectation of any kinds of auto regrets mails…

                                      I have lost my Handphone along with Reliance SIM card (number [protected]), on 13th dec '09 midnight at Electronic city Bus Stand (Bangalore), immediately I informed Reliance CCE about the theft and i requested them to block my number but they asked for FIR copy & etc to block it. ( but the SIM card is in my Managers name, He is provided me the handset and the SIM card)
                                      This is just to inform you that if my number willbe misused than i will not be responsible,pls take it as ugent and block my sim.
