[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — Fraud deduction of charges of value added packs and missed call from company

Sir/ Madam,
I am a doctor and serving in defence and have a CDMA RIM no [protected].
Of late I have been receiving missed calls from RIM services apart from usual call from the service provider. At times I even called back at those number. To my horror I realized that some unwanted services have been activated on my cell number. On of them I even unsubscribed. But on 30th Jan 2013 they deducted a sum of Rs 30 in the name of VAS altrist sms pack from my account while i was on roaming. When i called the service provider *333 on 6 th Feb 2013, Mr Vikram spoke to me and was not willing to lodge a complaint of mine and provide me with a complaint number saying my complaint is wrong. Then i spoke to the senior Mr Hanif Mohd who also denied lodging my complaint. They even told me that i dont have any sms pack activated. Then how come they deduct money from my account. I asked them to refund the money back in to my account, that too they denied. I feel the RIM is running a fraud by these activities of thiers knowing well that most Indians wont be lodging a complaint and they can easily get away with it. More ever i have also noticed that when we are on roaming, the service centre call calls increases in frequency which leads to deduction of roaming charges from the account. I would like to get my money back with adequate compensation.

RIM — Mobile has missed

I Narendra R.Thakor, Resident At Vadodara, Ta.& Dist.: Gandhinagar, Dehgam Road has purchase a mobile No. [protected]. It has been stolen. Plese give me information about this person or what i should do for it

i m one of the customer holding a reliance cdma no. [protected] in which the company activate the cricket pack which i had not activate i had done the complain on 22may, 12 june this is feedback complain and many more complain unless the pack is activate every month 200 ruppee is adding .this month 215 ruppee of cricket pack many more complain towards them i had complain on rcomnodalossicer.[protected]@relianceada.com, so pls me guiadancefor this my alternate no is [protected]
pls take action as soon as possible. i m to much disappoint from this bcoz they are disoppointing the customers

Reliance — fraud identity issued mobile no

mobile teelephone number [protected] is wrongly issued with out our knowledge
how can they issue - without identity proof and verification

they just came to collect the unpaid dues of RS 1000

Reliance India Mobile — charge for value added service

this is to imform you that on mobile no - [protected] the actived rainbow pack and charge rs 30 which i did not activated.i talk to coustomer care but they are not registred my complain before few day back they charge for crbt tune in the same manner and i registerd my complain here but still i did not get any result please specify the process from which this do not happen again
This is to inform you that I Anindya Chatterjee is havinng Reliance Smart No. [protected] since last one year. On 15/10/2009 night my mobile got theft during night. I lodged FIR for the same in the Jharsuguda Police station (Orissa) and approached Reliance Smart Jharsuguda office with a copy of the same to deactive the same and issue a new sim with same number. The lady sitting there blantly ignored us and simply told that they have no sim card in there stock. She not even bothered to say when we will approach for the sim.Her behaviour towards us was very rough.

In view of the above we request your good office to intervene into the matter and take appropriate recourse for getting a sim with same mobile number.

reliance india mobile (rim) — unwanted & repeated deduction from balance

I have chosen the private mobile service providers i.e Reliance India Mobile (RIM) [protected] with expectations of better services but very unfortuanately I have to write that

1. On 31st January 10 Rs 30/- has been debited from balance account for 58888 Bezan Daruwala Astro Pack for this I had never requested for this unwanted services & A complaint was lodged on 1st Feb 10 vide Complaint ref No[protected] with RIM Toll free No & I was assured that I will get refund with in 48 Hr & the pack will be deactivated by with in 48 Hrs.

2. On 2second feb got messege from ur " waver of Rs 30 is posted in your account but the balance was not actually tranfererred in my mobille balance account.
3. Further, 7th Feb 10 again complaint was lodged for non refund & said posting of balance vide complant no[protected].
4. Again complaint was lodged for deactivation & refund o[censored]nauthorised deduction[protected] dated 22nd February 10.
5. Once again on 28th Feb 10 I got message that " Astro Pack shall be renewed in two days"
6. On 2nd February I lodged complaint that why should I get the renwal of above referred pack & still it has not been deactivated & why balance has not been refeunded yet ?
7. On 4th March 10 in morning I got message that " Bezan darawala Astroa Pack has been renewed & 20 Rs has been deducted for 20 days i.e Rs 1 per day "
8. On 4th March 10 I lodged complaint for unwanted activation & deduction of amount vide complaint no[protected] & got telephonic message that we will process for refund with in 48 hrs.

In view of abaove it is kind of serious cheating withn customer & the harassment is additionally imposed by RIM to customer. I request to kindly look in to this matter & I may get refund the abaove Rs 30 + Rs 20 immediately & I shold also be assured that in future same shall not be repeated with any of customer.

Reliance CDMA — fraudulent charge collection

I am a bank employee, I am using reliance CDMA prepaid services.one day I recieved a call from reliance communications patel nagar, where by they called me and said that my prepaid connection can be converted into post paid and detailed me about the available plans also and ssaid that they will send an employee to collect my required documents and the charge of rupees 250/-. After 3 days(on 27 th sept) they sent a guy and called me repetedly . when I asked for a receiving the man gave me recept with a hologram of reliance communication . But after that day no such convertion has taken place neither is there any information regarding that. On calling up to the customer care, the rude executive of THE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION hung up the phoneLliterally saying "AAP DUSRE POSTPAID KE CALL CENTER ME CALL KARIYE HUM KUCH NAHI BATA SAKTE" on repeated inquiries about the request.
Till date I have no information and I dont even wish to call to the call center after that insulting revert from the executive.My concern is if such kind of fraudulent activities are supported by the stationary , ID card and Uniformed executives on the name of a reputed company.

Reliance India Mobile — repeated deduction of amount from account

sir,
from my account money (Rs.30)has been deducted again and again.
When i called the customer care, they are saying i have activated it from my mobile,
which is not true.
This is the 3rd times this has happend with me.
Everytime they say it will not happen again.
They are not refunding my money.
Is been 3 days since I lodged my complaint, but no remedial action has been taken by RIM. All I get is a call from RIM yesterday who where teaching me how I should daily check my mobile balance and keep track of any fraud deduction. But in terms of action on their part a big ?. When I asked them when are they refunding me my money back, they had no answer. Also no action against call centre executive who denied lodging my complaint and also kept my call waiting for long duration (hoping I drop the call). I dont understand what they are sitting for as customer care executive when they dont want to lodge complaint for one reason or the other. I would also like to remind that the charges for making call and talking to the so called customer CARE executive is paid by the customer.
Status: No resolution of complaint.
