The worst net conecting device...whic is not sutable 4 anything...to open a mail it nearly takes 2-3 min...and the speed mentioned is 230 kbs but even the net connect shows full network it never goes be on 8 kbs...and this junk takes nearly half n hour to download a software...and wen talking abt Bill...it nearly comes abve 1300 every month even me in freedom night scheme...so this junk modem is got 4 nothing...very disapointing wen we see that this product is under reliance...
the name which i have given 4 this product is MAGIC NET even u dont use also u will be charged...thats magic abt this net...

reliance netconnect 1x — very slow speeds

inspite of repeated complaints made to reliance i am getting very erratic and unreliable net connection. it just kind of switches off if i do not send or receive data for 1 min n i have to log off and log on again. also i get bearable speed only when i download. other times the speed of browsing is very frustating and erratic. it takes me about 2 hrs to pay and an air ticket online!!! my no is [protected]

I m agree with u.i lost its speed with in 15 days.tell me how can i increse its speed.

Reliance — Not Satisfied with Usb Data Card

I Purchased 3.1 mbps usb data card. before i purchased the card the executive told me that you can connect it to 10 system by Len Connection but when i connect it was so slow not even to one PC are working well, and when i Called to customer care they told me we will send technical person but on one is come to visit my office. when i told to customer care that i want to stop this connection they told me you have to pay the bill.
Now after four month also they sending me a bill as well as worming later also saying that we will take a legal action.

they r cheating with public...giving very poor service

I have bought a reliance 1x netconnect from Reliance web world ,banibihar,bhubaneswar on the month of september. At that time reliance was providing one month free unlimited acess. But the sell's executive told me to pay RS 801/- for the one month free offer.As I was unknown about it I paid that amount. But when I came to know about the offer I have asked for the money. But the executive is denayed me to pay it.
Hence I request you solve my problem and oblidged.

i purchased reliance net connect CDMA 1X iam getting only 1 to 16kbps speed plz tel me what i do

it gets very low between 10pm to 12pm which is not good .

i Am using Reliance GSM and i use to use the service for free calls using 650 recharg
its valid for reliance to reliance free std calles..befor 5 days this service was not working for 36 hours..
if its not working then why the hell i paid this much money...

My Name is Anil Kumar from Portblair. I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 18kbps to 20kbps. its so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download.I am recharge every month of Rs 801. But speed was slow. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me. plzzzzzzz. i also purchased reliance netconnect1x a month ago. The service is worst. Average speed is 8kbps. Max speed never never crossed 18 kbps. Reliance should do somthing really to improve service than misleading customer through wrong ads.

i am also using and not getting the requisite amount of speed

same case with my cdma 1x netconnect modem. it is too slow to work with.
