i am a customer of RELIANCE postpaid broadband netconnect data card (mdn-[protected]). i will explain my situation 1st. i became RELIANCE customer as 1x data card user on 13 th may 2009 under freedom 12 month ADVANCE rental plan. for this i paid a total amount of rs 8604. plus an extra amount of rs 161 was charged to me by mistake but it was credited in my bill further. so the total amt i already paid was rs 8765. on 28th of october...

Poor net speed for browsing & dowloading

This is to bring to your notice that I am really upset with the mobile services provied by Reliance Communications. I have not received my bill for the last 8 to 9 months and the reliance executives keep harrassing me for non payment of bills on time. Subscription to CRBT service

I am using reliance prepaid cell ([protected]) for I got a message from 51234 on 23-Dec-2009, telling that CRBT service has been renewed at 30Rs for 30 days. To unsubscribe send SMS to 155223, "UNSUB 1003".

I have not requested or subscribed to such service.

I got similar message last month and money got deducted.

I request you to stop such unauthorised subscription....

Pathetic Customer Service,SMS not going

Through this note, wish to bring to everyone's attention that Reliance Mobile has the worst customer service out of all mobile service providers.The customer care guys tell you bluntly that they are diusconnecting the call and cannot hel at all and the call gets disconnected.You call up again, its gets disconnected again.Guys PLS DON"T GO FOR RELIANCE MOBILE OR YOU"LL REPENT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

No Service even after payment

I have applied for Reliance broadband connection on 6th nov, And paid 540 rs as per the required plan And till today i havent heard from them. I have already made many complaint and escalation by calling the reliance customer support and reliance head office in bangalore. Reliance net connect works for 10 mins

I am very much frustrated with the service provided by Reliance Netconnect. I have Broadband+ data card which is supposed to work atleast with the speed of 1 mbps. anyways..forget about the speed which is always in 0.01 kpbs to 0.10kbps. i have wasted my money on it. Although my area ( khirki extention, south delhi) comes under the broadband range but not getting more that CDMA speed.

I have a landline no.[protected] of Reliance Communication which was taken in the year 2004 as a postpaid connection in my husband's name Mr. Kanhaiya S. Jha from Virar (W) reliance web world. After that without intimating us the no. was converted to prepaid no. in the year 2007. Making fool in Customer Care
