[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect (CDMA 1x) — Increase speed

i am sereiously very upset from your service.the speed of this data card is very less.

I am also totally fedup with Reliance netconnect 1X. I have used past 8 months, it was very worst service. U know I'm getting full signal in my reliance modem, but frequently disconnecting( 5 min once) and downloading below 10kbps only, sometime bytes :-) . I am complained many times to customer care.
Now I am planning to change another internet provider.

i also purchase CDMA 1x but the speed is low compare to others. plz can you help me.

I also purchased CDMA 1x but i have good speed. change modem setting put "DNS" 8.8.8.8 & "Alternate DNS" 8.8.4.4 and type in "Static Ip address" 8.8.8.8.now connect internet chech speed.it's not high speed we are satisfied.bye.

Dear Madam/Sir

My Name is manoj kholia from khatima(u.p.west). I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card([protected]). But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed is 0.04kbps to 1.6kbps. it takes long time to open any page.i sent my data card to service center they replaced my data card but the problem is same . I want to increase the speed.i m leaving in rural area, here the signals are very week, but at purchasing time dealer told me that that it provides speed up to 40kb/ps. i m unable to do any work on net, daily i m going on cybercafe for my work even i have reliance data card. .I complained many times to customer care.the result is zero.
Now I am planning to change another internet provider. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem otherwise i have to change my service provider or to tell other not to purchase reliance data card.
at purchasing dealer charged Rs.2600/- for the data card but the company price for the data card is Rs.1499/- . i told the dealer to refund my money but he said he sold me the old piece and charged old price he don't know anything about new prices. plz help me

Reliance Data Card — sales person chatting to me

i purches a data card (reliance) that time sale person tell me cost of data card 3200. monthly bill come to 650 per month and 1GB dowanloding in month
but first month my bill come 2680 . then i asked sales person he talk to wrong
language he not attend my phone . pls tell me right seggetion

In my point of view tata has a constant downloading speed of 10 kbps it has not increased after that whereas in rel it is going upto 29 kbps and some times maintain in b/w 11 to 18 kbps.

DATA CARD prepaid Internet service — very poor internet speed

even for today as we people living in the era of high technologies, its very shameful to say poor internet access not even able to open one site or browse or upload or download any file. since more than one month despite telephonic reminder regarding this problem, to the responsible personnel, i could not connect to the internet. The promises made by the people at the time of purchase, speed will not trip down 236 kbps but never got this speed.
so i personally request you to do something so that we people can get adequate accessible speed

reliance netconnect 1x — Excess Bill

I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect 1X internet connection and USB modem from R. Infotech, Library Chowk, Gurdaspur on 25.12.2009 vide connection no. [protected]. According the offer, it was 2 months free usage. I had confirmed the above supplier to continue my service as Unlimited, which was around Rs.700/- monthly. After that I got a bill of Rs.307.27 dated 9th March 2010 and I paid on the same date. I got a second bill of Rs.1776.90 dated 9th April 2010. It indicates a monthly rental of Rs.670.97 and extra usage charges of Rs.940.00 plus service tax. But, according to the my plan there should not have been any extra usage charges as it was unlimited plan.
I have informed about this to the above supplier, but they did not help in the matter. Then I have written it to Reliance Communication Nodal Officer, Punjab and Appellate Authority, Punjab, but I got no response from their side.

So, please look

I have also purchased Reliance Net connect CDMA 1X few days ago ...the representatives at reliance mobile stores at nainital (Haldwani) convince me that it has very good speed and have very better performance than any other USB data card but after using it i came to know that speed is so poor that i was unable to Browse so many sites ...downloading speed is also very poor even after using the DAP software...there is no enhancement in the speed ...


The Reliance must have to do something for enhancing the speed of their data card...and look at the readressel of complaints of their coustmers... I m not satisfied with the reliance netconnect service.

Reliance Netconnect — low speed instead of high

i am using a reliance netconnect usb modem which is supposed to give high data transfer(DTR) rate but is giving immensely low DTR of about 24-35kbps as the downloading speed.The company charges are higher than many other companies as it is supposed to give better performance,and taking this into account i had brought this device.Now i am not able to decide what to do as if I stop using this connection the money invested in buying the modem will be wasted,moreover the netconnect outlets are not helping me out.Kindly look into this matter.

I purchased Reliance Net connect CDMA 1X high speed USB modem, model no. is AC8720.I am getting near about 5 kbps. its take long time to download 60mb files, so i want to increase the downloading speed . How can it possible? plz. give me the solution.
