[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — permanent card not received

Dear Sir,
i applied for the permanent card in your Bannergatta outlet in bangalore about 4 months back but have not yet received any card or have not got any communication from you people. Further, when i contacted the helpdesk they told me to call Mr. Ravi on [protected] which is always no replied. Please take care of my complaint. My temporary card no is [protected].I hope that you will understand my anxiety.

I have taken new Reliance One temporary card last February 2009, since than I have not received the original card from your end. Please let me know the reasons for the delay, if it is ok send the original card to my address and oblidge.

RELIANCEONE — billing rounded to 50paise

We are having Reliance Fresh outlet near Astalakshmi Temple, Hyderabad and phone No,64607615
and my Card No. is [protected]. I am a regular visitor to the shop. They bill near to fifty paise.
But the staff never returns 50 paise to any customer unless they insist. It is a loss to the company and to the customer. I suggest to make the bills rounded to the nearest rupee instead of 50 paise.
