This is the pathetic service is going . how many complaint number reliance needs to ensure the customer is to be served timely manner.
Now you billing department Person Mr.Swaroop is not accepting the new complaint logged for waiver 99151985
“They have threatened me that he will see what I can do if is not going to provide the waiver for this.”
I only understand Reliance broadnet connection, I was not accepting such response like billing to charged and still service is not up.

This broadnet service is not functional fully, it was having intermittent problem from past 2 weeks earlier from this complaint logged.
I have been forced to keep chasing with multiple department for single plan.
This really sucks. Please get this resolved along with waiver else let me know to proceed with ASAP.

This really pathetic to hear that I have taken single combo plan but to service related issues I have to follow up with multiple division.
Reliance should not have launch such services if they can’t provide professional services.

From Past two months, the service is intermittent issue and now it is fully stopped.
Till date none of your services department is taking any serious effort in this regards.
I have taken a lot of effort in talking with customer representative Mr. David, Mr. Mukesh, Ms. Gauri, Mr. Amjad. …. Now I am tired … I need service to be fixed on permanently basis.
I have taken the service from reliance and customer should not be bound to hear your internal department issue.
I would like to fix this issue at permanent level.
I am the suffered who is travelling to office multiple time because broadband services is down.
I am expecting later the complete wavier from the billing prospective, begging this doesn’t sound good your internal department could convey the same to billing department.
I need email from one of your manager to take care that service should be good.

Please see others comments from various website internet w.r.t reliance service. I suppose you will have to change the customer’s prospective in this regards.

i want to terminate my connection, because we use it once in a week.this my earnest request to do the same before 23th june2009, after this we will not pay any bill
