Dear Sir,
I had suscribed to Relaince Broadband Plan for unlimited plan of 300 KBPS for which my cost was INR 799 + other tax.
Since I had changed my location and wanted to transfer my connection to the new location so I called up the Customer Care to know the process of changing location. After few calls they confirm that my new location is not covered in thier list of areas covered under thier services. So finally on 28th April 2009 I confirmed my request for terminating my connection. They gave me a request ID 96048044 and confirmed that within 15 days my connection will be terminated. I asked them if any new bill will be generated, they said that I have to pay my bill for ongoing period and this would be my last bill after which I will not have to pay any bills as no new bills will be generated as my connection will be terminated after 15days.
When the last bill was generated I got a call from reliance for paying my bill. I paid this last bill and was of the notion that the connection would have been terminated as promised by reliance.
To my surprise I have got another new bill generated with bill dated 23rd May 2009. When I called up the reliance customer care on 2nd June 2009 they told me that I have asked for contnuing my service and cancelling termination ( which I never did). They said that there is a message in the system that I want to continue my connection. When I asked them if they have any such prooof they refused and simply said the message is there in the system. I asked them to give me to connect me to the executive who claims that I have called them up and asked for continuing my connection, they refused to do so. I told them that I am not going to pay for some service I have not used and already being promised that It will be terminated within 15 days (which actually never happened and I was not informed also), thier executive told me in hindi ' Payment to aap ko dena hi padega' which was almost a threatening tone. I simply refused and anyway will never give my hard earned money to reliance for this fraud.
After some argument the executive told me to be on hold while he will connect me to his supervisor. After some time he comes on line again and gives me new complain number '99480485' saying that they have taken down my complian and someone will give me a call soon. This has been happening since mid of April and they are just delaying my termination and generating bills. Why should I ask them that I want to continue thier service when I have left that location.
I have now made up my mind to never ever take any relaince service and also asking my other friends and relatives who are using relaince service to discontinue thier service so that they also dont become a victim like me.

I would request to please look into this matter and get it resolved. Following are my details:

    On 31.05.09 I receive a message on my mobile no [protected] that FMIndial pack has been renewed at Rs.30 / 30days and the company deducted Rs. 60.00 from my balance on account of this pack which I have not subsribed and when i tried to call customer care for unsubscription it was not reachable
    deduction of balance in the name of activation of caller tune. 2 days back saome service was activated automatically ! I caled up customer care and told the problem they resolved it. but again today date being 4.9.12 again balance ws deducted in the nane of caller tune and from morning I am unable to contact customer care. so kindly help me to get out this problem.This thing has happened many times this is not the first time. kindly take some strict action. my mobile number is [protected]. name : vineet

      Dear Sir,
      We have taken Broadband connection from reliance communications months back. It was ok
      till April month last. But the problem started from May 2009 onwards. And
      my daughter with cust id.:[protected] has been complaining about mail facility provided
      to us as not working since May 4th 2009 ( last one month) but authorities at [protected]@relianceada.com reliancecommunications receive the complaints but do take
      measures to attend to for the last one month. But the monthly bill for the last month is charged
      as usual thogh there is deficiency in service. Please arrange to look into.

      Reliance Broadnet — Refund of Deposit

      I am in Ahmedabad and had a Reliance Broadnet connection since last 12 or so months. In april 2008 the Local Cable Operator who is a partner of Reliance to provede the service in the area switched off his equipments. After 2 months of followups, Reliance finally said that they are withdrawing the service from the area and will refund the deposit. It has been a month now and they are still sitting on the customer's money without giving any concrete conclusion to the problem. Since last 1 month, I have been talking to LCO Manager Mr. Sanjay Ray in Ahmedabad, his boss, Mr. Malay Joshi and they just make me running round and round and round. Today I got a call from an executive, Ramesh Chavda that since service is terminated by LCO, it is not the problem of Reliance.

      I am so fedup with the (lack of) service that it is not even funny anymore. The amount of that you get from these people is such that you can literally run a gobar gas plant for the whole city!

      I just wish that I get contact details of a RESPONSIBLE person in Reliance Broadnet who ACTUALLY cares about the customers and can help out.

Since last two year i had visited reliance web world more than fifty times and every time the say your request is in process but still i did not got my refund alog with that i have lost the interest money as well on that and my precious time as well as petrol but still they are not responsing . A very poor service by the company. Really RELIANCE is a THIEF COMPANY.       iam senthil kumar from pudukottai.i terminated wireless broadband by giving a letter to pudukottai sub office on january 2009 for trichy branch office that asking to terminate broadband, refund deposit amount rs2700 by getting back modem.then i contact trichy office, they assured that they will refund.but yet iam not refunded and iam not getting proper reply.moreover iam receiving monthly bills also without using internet.so how to solve the problem and get refund, handover modem.

      Reliance Communications Broadband — Refund Of Excess Payment

      Despite writing many mails to customer care my refund has not been processed.

      Reliance Broadband — Reliance not refunding my excess payment

      I made an excess payment of Rs. 5450 and reliance is refusing to refund that to me.
      My broadband connection doesn't work and still I have been paying bill regularly and making complaints regularly.
      Whenever I mail them they say that it would be corrected in 24 hrs but that never happens. I am fed up of this connection and want to get this terminated. Even for waiver they ask me that I need to log in a separate service request. Do I not have better things to do in this world.
      I just want my money back (Rs. 5450). They are simply denying that and saying that it would be adjusted in future bills and I don't want that.

      Please help me get the money refunded for this good for nothing service. In spite of numerous complaints/calls/mails nothing improved and went degrading.

            The service to my number +91 - [protected], is barred whenever I am in raoming. This time also, as I came to Mumbai, it was working for one day and then it stopped. I could not recieve any calls. When i make calls it met a voice mail saying that the concerned number is not having voice mail box. This is strange. I am unable to make call or recieve any. When contacted call center, they confirmed that it will be corrected within 24hrs, but still not being attended.

            I am not able to get the voicemail box number for reliance gsm connection and customer service team is of no use and to contact them is another pain and web site does not give info abt the voicemail sefice for the gsm customer. Plz help

            my no is [protected]. I made complaint about deductions in balance. On date 14th jan 2010 i mande complaint for my balance deduction of Rs 10, on next date they further deduct Rs. 10. When i enquire about they said that the bal. duduction made for Downloading song. But I never download eny song. I requisted to return my bal. but they said that this is not possible.This will be fair when I use this service but i never use any service. They deduct bal. for service which i never use. they cutoff bal. when i enter recharge every time. Please take action on that give me bal. return. and never cut bal.for any unauthorise chrges. which give me full freedom to use Reliance connetion

                i have made complaints at our local reliance office in calicut regarding my landline no[protected].not workin but no one has come rectified and then i made a complaint at reliance cust care no[protected] on 28 th may and i got a complaint no 98925250 but today it is 1 st june no one has come or contacted me and when i called them on 30 th may they told it would repaired before 3.00 pm and now on 1 st june i aclled still they say 24 hrs . i dont know why they are coming nor repairing please help me

                  I m using reliance cdma cell connection since last 6yrs.
                  My entire network was connected to reliance as my family, relatives friends too were having the same network operator.

                  Many times i have noticed that the balance gets low without making any calls, when complained to the customer care they says that some services are activated(caller tune, astrology...)
                  every time i have heard this stupid answer from them.we cant argue with them b'coz there is no option, they thinks that there system is always right.but i cant understand without activating any of the service how it gets activated.

                  when i purchased reliance gsm connection, it was height.
                  my Sim card was in my pocket for 15 days, as i was not using it, even during that period my balance was deducted, when i asked for that, they told me caller tune is activated.how come its possible that service can be activated when the Sim is not inserted in the phone.

                    Subject: Complaint against unsatisfactory services provided and demand for the refund of Rs.500/-.

                    This is to bring to your notice that one of your sales man named Mr. Pandey, (Mobile no: [protected]) had visited my house on 8th April 2009 at 9:30 pm. He explained me about your 256kbs unlimited plan scheme and stated Rs. 500/- will be charged for Installation. He also mentioned that in case if I am unsatisfied with your services and inform about the same within one month I would get the installation charges of Rs. 500/- reimbursed along with the internet connection being disconnected. If I use the services for more than one month, the amount of Rs. 500/- that I had paid for installation charges will get adjusted in my first month bill amount.

                    Considering the above stated scheme I opted to buy this scheme and paid him the installation charges of Rs. 500/- through cheque [cheque no: 342990, dated 08/04/2009; name of bank: Bank of Baroda]. He completed the installation procedures within 2 days and my services began from 11th April 2009. The login id allotted to me was[protected]. Within 10 to 12 days my services were debarred. I complained about the services being debarred to Mr. Pandey, and my problem was rectified within 2 hours. Once again since 26th April 2009 evening my services has been debarred. I once again complained about this issue to Mr. Pandey on 27th April 2009 morning, and he replied to me stating that there is a router problem in my residence building and my complaint will be rectified within 2 hours. But unfortunately the problem never got rectified till date. After enquiring about my services from Mr. Pandey several times in past 3 days he states several reasons like problem of router in my building, fiber optic cable problem existing, Cisco problem, server being down at times. The only thing Mr. Pandey could do is give several reasons for interrupted services and not finding solution for even one till date.

                    With all the issues mentioned above I am really fed up, unhappy and unsatisfied with your services. For the terms of your scheme explained to me before opting for your services by Mr. Pandey, I decided to discontinue with your services, for which I called Mr. Pandey today. I told him to disconnect my services and refund my Rs. 500/-. He asked me to file a complaint in customer care, after which they will discontinue my services and refund my money back. I complaint the same to customer care [complaint number: 96130742] and I came to know that there is no such scheme offered by the company. This states that your salesman has done fraud and has cheated me. He manipulated the schemes and sold the company services to me.

                    This issue was further addressed to Mr. Vinit Sharma, Nodal Officer of our area, [contact number:[protected]] who has promised me that he will speak to the company’s higher officers and will get my refund back. I request you to please take a serious action against such salesman of your company who manipulate the schemes and try to capture clients on false terms and conditions. I hope my complaint to the Nodal officer will give me some positive response. If not I’ll be bound to take necessary and appropriate action against Mr. Pandey who sold the false scheme to me and then against the company for encouraging such salesman and not taking appropriate action against them. Hope to receive an immediate and positive response upon the same at the earliest.

                    This is something very true.

                    These people do not have manners to serve their customers. I am witness of same problem...but let me tell you these guys simply sucks...they will never ever take an action in favor of customer. AFTER READING THE COMPLETE MAIL CHAIN YOU WILL AGREE TO WHAT I/YOU HAVE SUFFERED.

                      This is krishna([protected]), My whole family members are using only reliance connections.
                      We have the respect and trust on ur services. Generally only my monthly mobile bill is min.500/-, im recharging the SMS card for every 20days,
                      But Yesterday I recharged a 49/- SMS card as easy recharge. Actually the every time im getting 1000min. free for 49/- SMS card, yesterday in reliance office, the adviser also told the same 1000min. and 30 days validity.
                      But i got 250 min. when i recharged yersterday.
                      so i called to customer care 4 times and asked about this topic. But they didnt give the correct answer and responsible answer. And also they said different different reasons for this problem.
                      1st time customer care told me(Male Voice): The 1000min offer is valid in UP and Kerala states only so its not applicable to orissa state, so your getting 250min for that 49/- SMS card.
                      2nd time customer care told me(Female Voice): Ur number is belongs to andhra and your recharged ur mobile in orissa, thatswhy your getting 250min. for 49/- SMS card.
                      its not applicable to orissa state, so your getting 250min for that 49/- SMS card.
                      3rd time customer care told me(male Voice): u recharged ur mobile by 49/- SMS card, but you recharged that 49/-card as paper card not easy recharge, so for the reason u got 250min otherwise u will get 1000min. for that 49/- SMS card.

                      So finally what im saying means,
                      i sufferd throgh ur customercare and im not getting the correct and perfect solution, answer and fruit from ur side,
                      so be active and dont do like this type of mistakes in future.

                      and I want the correct reason for my problem

                      Reliance Mobile — Negligence

                      I have a Reliance phone. About a month back i had subscribed for the 50% ring tone pack. Soon after i had unsubscribed for it. But today, January 08, 2008 , once again by pack was auto-renewed. I contacted the Customer Care people on the phone. They said that the message did not reach them and so they cant refund. But if its their technical fault then why should i pay?. Later they asked me what message i had sent. I told them "rt unsub" to "51234" the person on line said that it was wrong and you had to send "unsub" and he also said that if this time it does not work then they will register a complaint and give back the money. i tried this. When this too failed i contacted them again. A lady picked up the phone and said that the actual message to be sent was "rt unsub". When i said that i had tried this earlier she replied that keep trying. My Rs. 15 is lost (Current balance was only Rs10 so Rs.5 will be deducted from the next recharge)
                      Finally, now i am unsubscribed to that pack.
                      But my Rs.15 are still lost
                      recently ( more than days back)Igot a new conection in the name of my father Shri Krishna with full details as well as whatever required ID, verification through M/s Sinha Communication, Kankarbag, Patna but more than 15 days have elapsed but whenever the dealer is contacted he says that it will activated in a day but still nothing has been done from the Reliance GSM service much to the discomfiture to cutomer. right now nuerous attempt has been made to contact customer care executice but customer care has never responded to the call makeing a hellish experience from the reknowned company like Relinace infocom. even the BSNL the govt GSM services provider does not take such a long time activate a SIM. very strange isn't it no [protected], in patna bihar useless service

                      I m using the 3 Reliance mobile ( 2 GSM n 1 CDMA). i m residing in pune, koregaon park, south end, lane - 5.
                      When i keep my all the three mobile inside the house there is no signal. I have tried my sim card almost all the mobile but there is no network inside the house.
                      i had registered a complain regarding the network problem to the customer, they said the issue will be rectified within 72 hrs. when i called the customer care after 72 hrs, it was told to me that the complain had been closed, i said them that my problem has not been rectified. they told that after night 1:00 AM there will be no problem in the signal.

                      but still i m facing the network problem, i keep all 3 mobile outside the balcony.

                          I only understand Reliance broadnet connection, I was not accepting such response like billing to charged and still service is not up.

                          I totally agree with wat the customer is claiming, the relaince provides you the worst service and as living in gujarat, i have experienced the attitude of the nodal officer and people working over there, but i also have now experienced the negligent attitude of the nodal officer of maharashtra, these guys never pick up the calls nor do they revert back to the emails on time.

                          I really doubt the selection process of the company and m sure that all these nodal officers have some deep contacts with those who appoint them, otherwise they dont deserve to be in the organisation.

                          Every now and then there is one or the other problem with the relaince, i was a loyal customer of airtel and never faced such problems with them, but i really regret changing the loyalty from them to this service provider.

                          LOVE YOU AIRTEL, PLEASE GUYS HELP THIS COMPANY SHUT ITS OFFICE, PEOPLE LIKE THEM ARE MAKING THE PRIVATE SECTOR FILTHY.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            warm regards,

                            Myself Pinkki Manohar R/O D-26/C, Rajpur Khurd near Tivoli Garden, New Delhi-110068. I'd been using reliance broadband since 11th June 2008. My user id was :[protected]. I always suffered due to poor services by the firm. Finally I decided to terminate/withdraw my connection & I forwarded request to reliance on 24th March, 2009. They told me that within 15 days my services will be terminated. I called them so many times after that my services terminated on 10th/12th April & it was confirmed to me by them via phone call. After that, I got a bill of Rs.852/- for April to May, 2009. After termination, why they are sending me such nonsense bills? There is no use of customer services. I called several times but each time they say to call next time as their systems are under upgradation. I asked them for NO DUES CERTIFICATE after having cleared my last payment. But they refused and said that they do not issue such certificates. But I think they must provide NO DUES CERTIFICATE to withdrawers. I'd always observe that they call on time only regarding bill payments but they do not respond to customers when customer need their service. Moreover, when I was using their service I suffered discontinuance of broadband even after paying my bills ontime. Please its my request to consumer forum that they should take some immediate action against them & these service providers should learn to call and assist their customers on time not only for bills but seriously to help them out. Actually these service providers need to improve their service if they want to establish their firm for a long time.

                            mr.Pinkki Manohar u r lucky enough to billed only 852 rs after service dissconnection, i was given the bill of 20789 after my services got dissconnected & they r asking me to pay or face legal proceeding .thats why i found u lucky enough to get rid of them by paying 852 only.best of luck.

                            I saw ur comment very late. Thanks for your comment. I sorted out the situation very well. Reliance analyzed my bill statements and found my objection right. Though they took action late ( after 7-8 months) but finally they found themselves guilty. I liked that thing and also I appreaciated them for this. Later on I realized that it was the mistake of the staff actually. Most of the time, the employees do not pay attention to their duty and we customers directly accuse the brand. Now, whenever I face poor services, I talk to the staff directly and tell them not to spoil their brand image. If no action takes place, then simply I forward email to the corporate house of the concerned brand. I always got replies from corporate heads and thereafter I found that if we contact the senior departments, then they definitely pay attention to the complaints.

                                I have taken Relaice USB data card Broad band connection 1 month back and my bill has come 2929 RS . It is showing wrong usage . As i Have Night USage Plan for 499 RS per month. But when i check details it says that i connect for 6 to 4 hours each day during day time. And the updload and download is ZERO for all those usages. this is totally incorrect and cheating...

                                I complained about it regularly at the customer care. Everytime they assured that it will be resolved in 48 hours. To my surprise..none of times I got any reply from the company.

                                At last i went to the Relaince World office. The Manager there..assured me that once the bill is generated they will give me a waiver.

                                On 11th of June my net got disconnected..I called the customer care..and they say that the bill is 3200Rs. You will have to pay the bill only then the services will resume. I complained about the high bill...they gave me a complaint no.. Now 6 days passed and I got no reply from them.

                                I went to the Reliance orld Office. They say that they have inquired about it..the usage is genuine and I will have to pay the bill. was shocked.

                                One thing is for sure now..even if I m going to loose my 3500 bucks invested in the modem, I am not going to pay this fraud company..a single rupee now.

                                Hats off to Relaince and its Customer care. I think ADAG has made it a point..to cheat the customers as much as possible to make Anil Ambani richer than his elder brother!!!

                                I took the reliance broadband data card and after the 2 months free usage they suddenly suspended the account. when asked they said i need to clear the bill which is some 7000/-, they said after the free usage i was put to 650 1GB plan which i was never informed. I asked the reliance specifically to put me in City unlimited plan they kept me in wrong one.

                                When asked to change that plan and charge me as per the plan they are asking me to clear the bill first and then they will change the plan.

                                These people are just fooling the customers.

                                I purchased Reliance Datacard on 26th August, I submitted all the documents, and the verification was done 3 times (on 27th, 28th, 29th). On 29th evening the connection was disconnected. When i called customer care about the reason, they said that it is disconnected due to negative verification.

                                I am surprized that after conducting verification 3 times, why the verification gone negetive, everytime my wife attended these verification people and shown all the documents and signed the form. Now when i am contacting the agency from where i purchased the card he say this is not my cup of tea, I am helpless to do any thing in this.

                                This is redeculas, how reliance can disconnect the services after having proper documentation from my side.

                                Reliance Netconnect broadband — Cheating . Company full of cheaters.

                                My reliance Broadband Netconnect Number: [protected].

                                I had taken a postpaid connection by paying 3500 Rs. In November 2009 and was promised a good speed and reliable connection I used it for a month and found that the speed was very fluctuating and connection not reliable and therefore i switched to other service provider.

                                In Feburary 2010 I was contacted by a collection agent named Anand Dubey from Shree ganesh Agency that i had due of 1800 Rs. He advised me to convert my connection to Prepaid so that i can use it whenever required and therefore I was requested to pay 2638 Rs.

                                I had paid 2628 Rs. and signed on the postpaid to prepaid transfer form on 12-Feb-2010.

                                I called them after one week they said the request will be processed whithin next 1 week.

                                Now I called up the reliance customer care today, 18th march 2010. they say they have not received any request for transfer. however they have received 2638 Rs.
                                and that I need to go to Reliance webworld and pay another month bill without using the services for 3 month and get it converted.

                                I want my services to be converted to prepaid immediately without paying extra.
                                Else i will need to take up this matter to court. if a recovery agent does not submit the application its their responsibility and not mine Why should i pay extra.

                                I havent hired a recovery agent. and also the tone of customer services is that it was my mistake etc etc. .

                                Need help to resolve this else i would need to take up this in court.
                                tell me when you take this matter to court.

                                the TRAI is at mistake giving relaince GSM and telecommunications right.

                                reliance should immediately banned and a decree should be issued against its poor customer service.

                                      have complaint for Reliance India mobile many skims and services active from them side. I dont know about that services and they charge on my mobile account when I have recharged my mobile. I have faced this problem from many days. I also talk to customer care executive 4-5 times . He told me you have activated some services. But I didn't active any service I told clearly but he cannot refund me from last 2 reduces. I want my payment back. I also activated do not disturb service. Then How it is possible to I got call from service provider. My contact no.is [protected].

                                      Reliance GSM Pre paid — Activating Some service without intimation

                                      I am having a prepaid mobile connection Reliance GSM Prepaid on which company is activating services like MAGIC MOVIE PACK / ASTROLOGY PACK and deducting money from the prepaid account balance with out my consent.after activating such packages informing through SMS. But when I approached the customer Care they agree to stop such services but refused to refund the deducted money.

                                      I am a new user of reliance gsm services ..... I have recently purchased a new sim card and it got activated on time also the reason of launching a complaint is without giving me any of the intimation they have been subscribed me for the 'news' services... I have been called up to the customer care also but they told me that i have done it. But i have not done it only then why should I pay for it and they have deducted Rs.20 from my account also . So I need my Rs.20 Back. And please don't activate any of the services by the time i don't give you the intimation for activating the service
                                      So please do the needful for me.. And try to refund it back.. And My Mobile no. [protected]..

                                      My cell no is [protected]. Prepaid card. Two times the unwanted service packs are activated forced fully with out intimation and charges are debited. Till now I have loosed Rs 90/- and still it is continue even after complaining to Customer care center & service assurance of reliance. Who will re wart back this amount. I want back my amount from reliance. Even after activated DND so many unwanted calls,sms, service pack informations are receiving. Please take the necessary action .

The unwanted service packs are activated forced fully with out intimation and charges are debited. countinue I am loosing money per day 1 rs for Asaran bapu quotes which i never permmittted to active this service, just i am browned off with reliance gsm services. i can, t change number because this number has been given in all my circles. even after complaining to Customer care center & service assurance of reliance. but they do not recieve calls and phone is being put on hold all the time. Who will re wart back this amount. I want back my amount from reliance. Even after activated DND so many unwanted calls, sms, service pack informations are receiving.                                       Even I faced the similar issue, I was using Reliance GSM since 1 year. last month they had deducted 250 Rs by activating various SMS packs. I registered a compailnt on this and did not get any response, then I escalated this issue to the Nodal officer (Phone numbers available on Reliance website), he agreed to refund the amount within 2 working days.

                                      Overall I am very much dissatisfied with the reliance service and their unethical acts.

                                        I have a Reliance Prepaid connection from last 4 years my Reliance No is [protected] and have gone for Life Time Validity Plan and validity for the same is valid upto 2021 But now certainly i have recieved a message that my validity has expired on 22 .05.2009 and my account has gone under suspention due to no recharge done in last 3 months but i havent recahrge my account since last 2 years so why suddenly you woke up that it is to be suspended and why does your advertisement and all said life time in coming free. If you can provide a Validity for Life time than dont start such false plan.

                                        Hi. I have been using this mobile no [protected] since November 2008. SInce last 2 months whenever I recharge I loss my amounts in either cricket updates, caller tunes which I do not subscribe to. Please help me in getting a refund of my balance or I will have to discontinue your services.

                                        That public are addict to cell phones, that there is no consumers association for the cell phones- all cell phone companies are looting- robbing the pockets of consumers. Reliance, Vodafone- all companies resort to blatant lies on headlines, the details of schemes actually meaning demanding totally different and rules using terms like forefeit, lapse, terminated etc. If consumer is demanded to pay Rs.200 every 6 months then how the scheme can be called Life Time Validity? Hundreds and thousands of rupees are looted from customers and since each customer is isolated, each customer is not able to fight back individually. When you ask the Kiosks of these companies they deliberately hide the details and mislead just for people to pay money. They even tell lies like lifetime receiving is free and only to talk you have to pay Rs.200 every 6 months (Reliance, Vodfone) . The street shops also know nothing of the schemes and bluff. I lost over Rs.1200 due to such cheating for 3 phone connections with Vodafone and terminated 2 connections since I do not want to be a slave to cell phone when knowing well I am cheated and looted with my money without giving me back return by use for phone calls or straight forward-honest asking for rent etc. Hope consumers will join together to fight for rights with cell phone companies
