[Resolved]  Reliance / Reliance Netconnect — Connection closed after 8 days

I Have purchased reliance net connect by name JITENDRA MISTRY on 16th of feb , 2011 from Reliance World, Opp Akbar alle, Fort, Mumbai.. They have closed my connection because of the address verification and they are not giving answers after thay have closed the connection and proper reply was not come. I have given borivali address and some how on the day of verification of address there was nobody at the home so they closed my connection. though I have given my all the proper document they did not replying well and still connection is closed. The contact person switched off his mobile phone so i couldn't contact him.

reliance / reliance netconnect — service not working and no satisfactory explanation despite repeated requests

i have obtained a reliance data card for internet connection on 15-march -2010from reliance world bathinda , but on 23rd of march , the outgoing call is barred. on asking the dealer it was said that they filled some wrong information at their end and within 1 hour it will be rectified and service will be restarted. i waited for long and after repeated calls , my service was not reinstated. i was further asked to wait for a day. but my service was not started even next day . i kept on asking but i was given excuses like , we have sent the information , or we have completed the form and we have mailed to head office it will be started ... like that , but till date it is not working .
finally i asked that you tell me whom should i contact or what sholud i do , but they said you do what ever you can do ... we dont know "jo hota hai kar lo hame nahi pata ". i asked for a complaint number but they refused to give any number .

i talked to all persons mr amrit , miss sangeeta and 2-3 females did even tell ... they spoke 2 me very rudely that has disturbed my full days. i am a dentist by profession and i m suffering because of their negligence.
dr sab is really distubed ... 10 din ho gaye .. neither they give any reply nor they restarted their service ... india hai ... koi kisi ka kuch nahi bigad sakta ... this is indian attitude and attitude of companies towards the consumers ... goverment should see for it .

The contact person switched off his mobile phone so i couldn't contact him. when i contact him i told about this problem, i also told him that if you are not replying me properly i go for CONSUMER FORUM. but no serious action taken by him yet. now a days totaly 1 month is about to complete but still my connection is not running.

GOOD AND QUICK RESPONSE BUT AFTER GIVING MY DETAILS I EXPECT MORE QUICK RESPONSE FROM U.
I have been cheated by the Relaince broad band for 3500/- and denied for connection due to negative address verification. I don't know if their system would take more than a month for address verification. I have paid 3500/- for 4 months advanced connection. they eat more than one month for negative address verification even I have submitted genie documents. when I call to the customer care they reply irrelevant replies that they need 5 days to process/ 2 days to process/ 3 hrs to process. finally after 5 days/2 days/3 hrs .. nothing is going to happen except log fresh request. this kind of drama is going on in Indian Market. No body care about customers. God save these customers like me. This kind of fraud is going on . My sincire request to every one to away from such fraud companies.
