I had bought reliance data card for Rs 3500 and was using internet. When i moved from KK nagar to Tambaram area reliance network issue started and i called so many times to reliance customer care and got very poor response. Later i had sent so many mails and the network issue still not sorted out and they have terminated the connection without intimation. Don't know what to do who will take action in this regard against them.

    2nd Time on Friday 18 feb 2011 there was an ad in Sakal newspaper on page number 12 stating that 25 % cash back on purchase of BB handset so I have purchased cdma blackberry 9650 on 14 feb 2011 and on the same day I upgrade my handset to BB and on 15 feb 2011 I went to visharntwadi pune webworld I met Mr Arjun and I front of me he send mail regarding my cash back offer and raised a request no[protected], there is no action taken for the same so again i went to bajorao rd webworld 21 feb 2011 and they have send the email regarding the waiver and they refuse to tell request number for the same

    Now till today I am not getting any satisfactory answer from reliance and BB customer care regarding cash back

    Hope you guys revert with a solution

In case there is no response from ur people,then we are not going to pay the bill of our land line connections .

        i had taken a Reliance GSM connection([protected]) on the name of mithlesh rai and recharged it immediately after it's activation on date 1/02/2011 with Rs. 86 in order to activate a plan , this plan will convert my calling rates to 1 paise /sec for every local or STD call.
        it's been nearly a month now but my plan has been not activated from service provider side . i had a message confirmation of that recharge in favor of my statement.
        i have called in customer care 3 times but they said "we cant help you because of technology up-gradation" .
        i have registered my complaint in customer care also via email but they only says "our executive will contact you shortly" .
        Now i cannot bear it more thus want full compensation form my service provider for each call i have made from date of activation it the day of activation of the opted plan .
        i believe this forum will surely help me .
        here are some other details of my connection :-
        Circle- New Delhi circle, Dwarka region
        disputed calls- all local and STD calls i have made from day of activation of service

          I really got frustrated with reliance netconnect broadband + connection. For abt a month , high speed connectivity is not being provided by reliance & customer case aloso not listening to my problem.I sent them written communiction also but still no reply from them. Please escalate this matter 7 help me in resolution of my problem. Find below my written communication :

          Reliance Prepaid Handset — Fraud and cheating Customer

          We purchased a reliance prepaid hand set from a webworld outlet. The Handset was not working properly at the time of purchase. the webworld dealer who sold the handset asked us to go to authorised service centre and check the problem. we lodged a compliant in Reliance customer care where they promised us for a replacement instead of that handset. Now they have repaired the handset and they are not ready to give the replacement as promised to the customer. This is a clear cheat/fraud and the customer has suffered a lot for a week with the new mobile.

          Let the Reliance Head Quarters are reading such complaints in website. Kindly take serious action against those Reliance Outlets and cancel their franchisee.

          Reliance Communications — Fraud and Cheeting - NetConnect connection

          Reliance Communication Ltd. providing internet -NetConnect using a USB device is one company with a fraudulent billing system and worst service. I had a Netconnect connections 2 years back, getting fedup of their service and low internet bandwidth I had to remove my connection. Even after removing the connection or deactivating my account these people continiously added up the monthly charges every month with out even sending bills to home or SMS. One day an agent came up and gave notice to pay the bills for the account which I had already deactivated and got ride off.

          Getting frustrated and fedup of contant nagging from the agents I was forced to pay the bills for the months which I have never used their service. This time I was very clear to them to have my account completely removed from their database and I am not even interested in receiving any promotional calls from them.

          Now, after 2 years again these faithless rascels have again sent a legal notice to again pay the bills for I dont know what.

          I sincerely request the people of this country not to use any service from Reliance communications. They are the worse bugger on the earth on billing and frustrating the innocent people.

          The speed of reliance communication is very slow in the book the speed is return as 153kbs but it is not even above 30kbs

          balance, mis behaving & unprofessional service.

          Dear SirMadam

          In the reference of Relince customer care complaint no[protected], i would request you to please do the needful solution about my complaint. i am really fedup of reliance customer services They are every day deducting Rs 5/- from my reliance mobile account balance when ever the cricket match is going in india or International.This they are deducting for the last 3 & half months.I have never activated this facilty. I have called Several time to reliance customer care about this.When i called relince customer services they tell me that their system is not working and we can't say that why had been they deducted your a/c bal. I regurarly called in relince customer services no.*333.They hardly pck the phone & if they pick they disconnect the phone deliberately & if at all they pick they say that the system is down so kindly call us after some time. I am writting letter to you for please solve my problem and assured me that in fututer not it happence. If any clarification please direct call me on my mob.no.[protected]

            some anonymous person, from Mobile Number [protected], posing that he is from some police station from Rajasthan, stating that some FIR is lodged against me, for the payment of Rs. 1300/- the bill amount was generated post disconnection of land line number. The said person was speaking in filthy language, using uncivilized words, first of all, if I had not paid any amount, then it is a civil matter, how FIR can be lodged, He was referring to Rajeev Mittal Advocate, Head legal of Reliance communications He has filed FIR and I need to go to the Rajasthan High Court. I do not think it is lawful on his part to harass the public like this. Strict Action has to be initiated in this regard.

              I Sujata Palai, have reliance cdma [protected], I used 3 years. My main balance Rs.100/= on dated 26/02/2011 I see my balance but next day (27/02/11) I see my balance is Rs.79/=. I call reliance costumer care, she (R.Care)said that mistaken your balance had been (cut-off)reduce the amount. Your balance has been send in 72 hrs. but he did not any action. for that problem i have told many times to my nearest customer care center.. She did not accept my complain. Now reliance is the most pathetic connection. R.Care have reduce my Rs.31/=.
              their dirty manipulative behavior with customer. I dont know how long i have to wait for them.

              so i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              Reliance (RIM) — cut balance

              In day tomorrow, reliance company has cut my balance 30/- . I dial to customer care(198) it say that you can use the R-WORLD , but we not use the R-World . It can not accept my complain .i told care customer to return my money he can not return me and it can disturb me and i will loose my concentration. PLEASE HELP.

                  I have applied for Porting my PREPAID AIRTEL mobile no [protected] to RELIANCE GSM services ,and as per the need of the process I took the PORTING number and went to Reliance Mobile Store M/S Balaji Sales Corporation,Lajpat Nagar Kanpur on the 2nd Feb,2011 for furthur assistance where I filled up the PREPAID MNP PORT IN form and the Prepaid Customer Application Form along with my Identity Proof ,Address Proof and a Passport sized colour Photograph.The Customer Service Executive there gave me a GSM sim and told me bout the processing time of max to 7 days. After 3 days my Airtel Number was closed and there was no network on Airtel Sim and the message of REGISTRATION FAILED was on the screen On contacting AIRTEL Customer Service I was told that the number has been Ported Out..As instructed I inserted the Reliance Sim in my Handset and switched it on .There was network but when I tried to call from that number ,there was a IVR "To resume services, please call Customer care, and when I dailed [protected].I heard IVR ( RELIANCE GSM IVR ) "The Number you have dialed is switched off. Please try again later" and since then I have been going to the RMS (BALAJI) on Daily basis but there is no result. I tried to contact the Customer Care but they also have no reply for me. Then I was told by the CC to go to the RELIANCE WEB WORLD, Iwhere I would defenately get a solution But from there also I got the same answer"PLEASE WAIT FOR 2-3 days jo hona hai apne aap hoga hum kuchh nahin kar saakte",After waiting 2-3 days I again contacted the Web Wornd but the answer was same.Then I mailed acomplaint to the RCOM NODAL officer and RCare as well again I was called on my alternate number and told to wait for 2-3 days.This is going on for the past 28 days and yesterday I was told to get my SIM swapped as there was some internal problem with the sim provided to me again on contacting RMS I was told that they were Helpless.the data regarding the same was not reflecting on their system.I contacted the appelette officer RCOM from where I was given areply please wait we are trying to resolve the metter. I fail to understand that a company like RELIANCE which claims to be the best service provider in telecommunications (Even I believe this That's why I have a reliance Mobile for every member in my house even the Broad Band connection is Reliance ) it is really surprising that even after going to the RMS the Customer Care and the Web World continiously for the past25days and so many mails and calls to the NODAL officer and the APPEALETTE officer ( since 7th Feb when the porting took place) all the reliance people and myself are roaming in a dark circle and no one has an answer or a solution to my problem. One more thing I would like to mention here that just for a confirmation I had recharged Rs.10 through E-Recharge of the Reliance GSM Recharge on the number [protected] and the recharge was successful. This shows that the Number has been ported in the Reliance GSM services than why am I unable to use the services.PLEASE HELP……

                  Today on contacting NODAL officer and Appealette Officer they told that inspite of this that they know that I have been provided wrong SIM Card by the Reliance Mobile Store and my number is activated by RCOM on some other SIM number they are initially helpless to swap another SIM due to technical reosons and I will have to wait.When asked till WHEN ??? the reply is WE CANT SAY !!! What should I do now...?
                  today is 4th march and even the consumer complaint seems to be unread...RAM BHAROSE HINDU HOTEL...
                  Today is 7th march and still waiting for RESPONSE...What is the use of these FORUMS in INDIA ...A BIG JOKE WITH THE PUBLIC...
                  40 DAYS OF TORTURE
                  today I have mailed the whole story to CEO RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS Mr Syed Sefawi and Mr Mahesh Prasad President RCOM with a CC to the Nodal Officer UP East, The Appealette Officer UP East and Customer Care Head Kanpur Cluster. Lets See ...SHAYAD YE JAGAA PAYE UNHE...


                  BUT IT IS SHAMEFUL FOR RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS IF SUCH A SMALL MATTER HAS TO BE ESCALATED TO THIS LEVEL...AND MORE SHAMEFOU IT WILL BE IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE OR A SOLUTION TO IT.
                  THANKS to Mr Syed Sefawi, Mr.Mahesh Prasad and the technical team.
                  My number has been activated and now is working well in RELIANCE GSM SERVICES.

                    I use a Reliance GSM prepaid connection bearing [protected] and have observed that over last 6 to 8 months that Reliance subscribes various packs(ricket,shayari and caller tunes) on my number without taking consent or approval from me and the amount corresponding to that are deducted from my balance directly. And when i raise a complaint for the same i don't get proper resolution to the same. I want going forward no new subscriptions are made towards my number and all the amount that has been deducted unfairly from me till now should be refunded back to me immediately.

                    me reliance upbhokta hu mera number [protected] hai, dinank 17 or 18 july ko mere main account balance me se lagbhag 150rs bina bataye kaat liye h or jb maine aapke customer care per baat ki to mujhse kha ki 2 din ke ander aapke paise aapko mil jayenge jab 2 din baad b paisa vapas nai aaya to maine vapas call kiya to mujhse khte h ki hmare database me sirf 3 din ki information rhti hai abi aapka koi paisa kta hua nai h or mujhe mera paisa lotane se mna kar rhe hai.
                    Hi,

                    On 1st july 2015 my number [protected] got deducted by Rs156 for net recharge which i have not called. Then when i start using net i have 590 MB bal and when i stop using it i still have 6 MB balance left but now they have deducted around 600-700 bucks from my account. Reliance are doing harassment to customers. Also Reliance dont take calls on 198. When i call on that no they are busy after so much of irritation they picked up the call and told that they need to talk to senior manager and they cut the call. My money is important to me. Reliance are cheating people by deducting money. Reliance are looters. Please dont use their services. Reliance are not giving me any explanation about the deduction. Reliance is making fool out of people.

                      I Ajay Kumar Rao user of Reliance CDMA from last 4 Years Now I realise that I was with wrong Operator (i.e. RELIANCE) because many times my talk time have been deducted by the Operator without proper information or authorization.

                      Now, form last two months my talk time have been deducted by operator without prior approval or proper notice and it is done for some Live Services (I don’t know which services). In this respect when I contact the Operator’s Customer Care and had word with Ms. KALPANA she provide me a complaint No. [protected] and told me that I had activated some Live Services for that service my Talk time had been deducted.
                      I am using LG Handset Model No. RD361F02, PRL: 10 H/W : 1.0.0.1 and also I never use any other options of this set. So, how can I activate any Live Services. I also raise this issue with consumer form for refund of my talk time which has been deducted.
                      Kindly help me on this issue.

                        Last 7 years i am using Reliance mobile(CDMA) no:[protected],postpaid.I have applied for
                        number porting on 23th-Jan,2011. i got porting request code number and i have applied for
                        bsnl 3G connection to which i would like to change.

                        My monthly usage is around Rs.200 -250, but to my surpraise this month my billed usage is around Rs.2226.In the bill it has been shown that i have used " PREMIUN VOICE SERVICES" on the dates 25th and 26th JAN between 2230 hrs to 2400hrs.charging me Rs.1790 for that.
                        Actually i did't used that services.

                        I have applied for MNP(mobile number porting) on 23rd jan and they have shown i used" PREMIUN VOICE SERVICES" immedietly on 25th and 27 th JAN. I am 100% sure that i did't used thair premium services.

                        They intentionally did all this, to create problems and harrase the customers, who departing from thair network. you may find similar things, if you analise other customer bills who departed or applied for MNP from reliance network to other networks.

                        This may require technical investigation as they showing i used " PREMIUN VOICE SERVICES" from my mobile number.

                        I request you plese do justice to me .See that they should be punished for thair malpractice,cheeting the customers.

                          My billing cycle is 27th Jan to 26th Feb 11. My plan is [protected]@10MB night plan. If I use above 10 MB at night or any usage in day time then I will be charged at .5 Rs/MB.
                          My bill is showing 154 rupees for extra usage, which means that I used 308 MB extra. But I have actually used only 141 MB which means I should be charged only 71.5 extra and not 154 extra.
                          Also surprisingly the bill is showing unit as if I am using a mobile service, it is showing that I used 308 units extra. I have a copy of my usage also which clearly shows i used 141 MB.

                          i m Balaji from Bangalore, as i purchased reliance data card on last month 13th

                          as i got mentioned that the speed of the net will be 3.1 mbps , but till the date i never

                          got the speed more than 240.3 kbps. and i m not able to connect to broadband mode

                          which s the faster one / and if i call the customer care , they are committing me the it

                          will be solved ASAP, the same thing i m they are telling from past 7 days. and its

                          never solved. and now i m facing very much prob

                            Hi this is ARIF NASIR BUTT and I had applied for Mobile number portability services for shifting from CDMA network to GSM network of reliance communication to BSNL. I have submitted my form and documents in BSNL OFFICE 25 days back after 15 days I received message that due to some legal reason my operator ( RELIANCE) has reject my port in request . I visited BSNL office they told me that its a problem created by reliance.

                            I asked them to cancel my conversion, again I have send my port in request in 1900 to convert my number into reliance GSM, But every time i am getting message that your port out request is already under process. from 20 days i cannot recharge a higher amount as i dont when it will change.

                            i am very much frustrated as i have called more then 5 times to reliance but every time customer care told me that it will be solved in 24 hours. i don;t know what to do as i have one more number of reliance postpaid (cdma) which i cannot use as i have only one CDMA phone.
                            please help me out .its a request

                            I have made repeated requests and calls to the web world and also customer care for which i have received no concrete answers. I AM NOT GETTING PORT CODE SO I CA APPLY FOR OTHER SERVICES.

                              Hi ,

                              I have applied for mobile number portabality to Airtel prepaid network from Reliance GSM prepaid.But , still my network has not changed i appiled on 9th feb,2011.When i contacted the customer care of Reliance ,they told its in processing ,but got a message from airtel saying ,due to some agreement my request has been rejected.I did not got a response from my dealer too.Kindly pls advice how to proceed further.

                                Hi,

                                My Number [protected] and had raised a termination request on 16th Oct.As per the process i had given the SIM and setteled the bill on the same day to their Emp Pradhnash.
                                for few month i got the bill and when contact the same person at reliance gallery at kandivali (E) i was given different reason.
                                Now after 3 months my bill is around 2300 and when revisiting the gallery came to know that the same employ was using my SIM and he had changed the Request from cancellation to change in email ID.

                                He has left the company now the manager of the galley Tabrez ([protected]) had also got new location at kandivali (W) is not answering my calls.
                                My number is in suspend state now.I have got the termination letter from them and i will not settle the bill.

                                I want to know is there any proper way to clear this up as the customer care are sayinh i have not created any termination request..

                                  I am a reliance cdma user since 11.07.09 and my phone number [protected]. I got night free calling voucher activated on my number on 21.02.11 which remains valid for 30 days. Under the scheme the calling on any reliance (cdma + gsm) (std + local) number is free i.e uncharged between 11 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. On 27.02.11 I made a call on a Reliance GSM number at around 00:00. This call was charged and my balance was deducted and the call was disconnected when I ran out of balance.I fail to understand the reason behind this. This unauthorized unjustified deduction of balance caused me a lot of trouble. I could not continue with the call because its impossible to get a recharge done at such odd hours. I request the authorities to look into the matter and revert asap! Thank you!

                                    Reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] and [protected] belong to a same person. He calls me late night (mostly) and abuses me in the worst dirty language (Sexual Abuse). After it he switched off these numbers. But when these numbers are switched on and I call on these numbers he receives my call and starting abusing me again. I went to Reliance Office but no one help me. I called on Reliance Customer Care but they didn't help me too.
                                    Sorry but I don't want to disclose my identity so I am not giving any information about myself. I think that he will be the dangerous man and can attack me.

                                      Reliance communication were deducting the money from my account by activating any of their service. This happens to me from last six month. Each time i deactivating their services. But again in next month they deducting the amount by activating other service. When i ask them they are not communicating in proper way., replying you activate the service so we deduct the amount. saying you can do whatever you want their owner keep govt in pocket. Is it so, then they looting the customer. No way to punish such owner.If so please do the needful. so that the culprit were punished and we indian can be saved from such faulters.

                                      As per the govt. rule regarding the submission of Proof of Identity and Proof of Address, Still the company didnt activated my services.. At each time when i contacted them, i told to resubmit the documents. So totally three times i have submitted my all needy documents.bBut still they say "Submit the documents".                                         I stay in pimple saudagar ,Pune and there is some outage issue going on pimple saudagar.This data was given to me by the ppl in the customer care.So I have not been using the net for the past 2 month.To be precise my first serious complain about the net issue was on 7th jan 2011 and the people in reliance know this too.They said that I will not have to pay the bill for these months since the service was not available and that I can apply for a technical waiver and I will not have to pay the bill for the time for which outage was there.But they have been pestering me and troubling me a lot.They gave me only half waiver inspite of the fact that the net was not working for the billing period of january.Moreover i got this waiver after raising three complian issues .When i ask them about the outage details they refuse to give me the start dtae and end date of the outage saying that they are ignorant about it .My user ID id is[protected] .I want help from you guys so that these people do not charge money form customers without any reason.
                                        >>they fool the customers like anything and charge them even if they do not provide service.
                                        >>they lie to the customers and do not give details that the customers should know and have a right to know.
                                        >>the customer care people tell us that they cannot mail us and give inn writing about what they are saying.


                                        I am really frustated and irritated with their service ,their behaviour and their attitude towards customer.


                                        I expect from you that you will look on this with priority and try to make sure that customers are'nt charged without any reason.
