[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — wrong deduction of balance

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a user of smart gsm service for almost 3 years. My number is [protected] and i live in Kolkata.
Although i have not applied for any services but my balance is getting deducted by almost Rs.100. The customer care officials are not giving proper response to my complaints and they say that their system reflects that i have applied for the services due to which my balance is deducted constantly.They deny the fact that there can be a problem in the system. I have never applied for any service which is provided to me being a smart number holder.
Kindly look into the matter.

I am reliance smart customer, using the connection for more then 2 yrs. Last month all of a certain I found that my balance become negative (Rs. -19). I contacted customer care as well as nodal officer to get the reason befind it. They informed me that they can't give any idea why the balance become negative. I also asked them is there any rental service activated? they informed me nothing was there. more over I have raised the request for Don't call register for more then 2 months back. When I checked my account balance today it shows it is Rs -39 now. Again I talk to customer care, they informed me that some "devotion" service has been activated and it is a paid service. I was surprised to get the information.

I m your regular customer, .I was a user of pre paid SIM and so I buyied a post paid SIM of SMART due to your good services but recently on 14 oct 2008, I requested to terminate my SMART post paid SIM via
a PD from the office of M.P. Nagar zone 2, BHOPAL because I was satisfied with my services of prepaid SMART SIM ( [protected] ). But till now no actions are entertained. I have been contineously forced to pay the previous 3 monthly bills on the contrary I have not been using the SIM. I duely request you to take an immediate action, else tell me the proper procedure to terminate te SIM properly.

I am a user of Reliance gsm service for almost 6 month. My number is [protected]and i live in K R Puram, Bangalore.
Yesterday i have recharge of Rs40.00 through internet, but i did not get the balance till now and i called
to customer care but they told that, this service is not available for GSM mobile.The customer care officials are not giving proper response to my complaints .Kindly look into the matter.I hope you will refund my ammount of Rs40.00 .

Dear sir/madam
I have been using you service since 2003.
I had been very much satisfied with your srvice.
But rom last few days the service which you have offered me has compelled me to think about any other srvice provider.
Sir on 01/09/2009 I was charged Rs. 20 for a scheme called " mere gane ", which you CCE said was aacivated from my side. But, as far as I know I didnt`s activate it. still I was charges. On that day I had words with your senior CCE, at last I told him to please deactivate all the schemes from my no [protected], & he said ok.
But again on 05/09/2009 I received a message that I have charged Rs 30 for reactivation of pack called "magic pack" I dont understand how is it possible, when i clearly told him to deactivate all the schemes, then how was this scheme on.
More Importantly There has been somthing programed by your CCE because of which I even cannot talk to CCE regarding this problem.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I am the new user of your RELIANCE SMART GSM PRAPAID services since last 15 Days. I inform you that in last two weeks my balance of Rs. 15 has been wrongly deducted by you in different days. I am not happy for your services because since last two weeks balance of Rs. 15 has been deducted by you for those services which are not use by me or not activated from my side.
This is for your kind information that I am not activated any pack in my mobile and all packs are activated by you by mistakaly and wrongly deducted my balance of Rs. 15/-
So I request you to please check your system and refund of my balance of Rs. 15 which are wrongly deducted by you for those services which are not activated from my side.
So I further request you please refund of my balance of Rs. 15 as early as possible and deactivate all services which are wrongly activated by you in my number.
