[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom — Call Rate Change Fraud

Hi Sir,

I am Manish Suresh Gupta using below mention number from last 5 year. I recharged with Rs 48 ( Simple Plat before 3 years )

Plat detail;s :-
RCV 48
Balance 24
Call Rate :-
Local & STD Call :- 0.50/Min
Local & STD SMS :- 0.50/sms
Roaming :- same as above & Incoming charges 0.50/min

Validity :- Lifetime

as per above details I recharge with the paln but not it has been changed.

It was a bad experience for me that Reliance has change my call rate without any reason. whenever I was called to customer care & asked for the TL or Manager Escalation they put my call on long hold ( 2 Times More than 20 Min) either my call was disconnected by customer care executive. From last 2 days I connect with customer care so many times but I am not getting any resolution for my complaint & they are not ready to take any complaint & redirecting me to the Reliance web world. I spoke with one of the customer care team leader & asked him for the manager Escalation he put the call on hold for more than 30 min. It was a mantel harassment for me that customer’s Call rate was change without any reason I am not getting proper resolution for my complaint.

In This 4 years I was happy to use service but just because of this bad experience now I decided to Port this number to other operator.
